I've seen a wrestler get some sort of bonus for being in excellent form. From context, I think it means the worker's physical condition. Poor form would be a fat guy, or at least somebody that's out of shape.

 

I think this is a dialect thing. I think Adam is in the UK, and sometimes they phrase things differently than Americans do.

Has nothing to do with their physical condition.

 

It just means they had a particularly poor performance

It's an attribute guys. There's a positive one and a negative one. The notes say "in poor form" or "in excellent form."

 

Some people start the game with it, others can pick it up randomly in game. It lasts between 6 months and 2 years randomly I believe.

 

Edit: It seems like a lot of people don't know about the dirt sheet. If you see a road agent note that you don't understand, check the dirt sheet.
