What does it mean when you a wrestler is penalized for extremely poor form.

I've seen a wrestler get some sort of bonus for being in excellent form. From context, I think it means the worker's physical condition. Poor form would be a fat guy, or at least somebody that's out of shape.

 

I think this is a dialect thing. I think Adam is in the UK, and sometimes they phrase things differently than Americans do.

The worker may have picked up the in a funk attribute which means they will not perform to their usual standard.

Has nothing to do with their physical condition.

 

It just means they had a particularly poor performance

It's the opposite of being in Amazing Form. Look at American Flash at the beginning of the game and he is in Amazing Form, which gives him a boost to performances in matches. It would mean that their performance takes a hit while it is active.

Every match for 3 months straight in the 2010 MOD, Chris Harris, has been receiving penalties for being in extremely poor form.

Maybe a random event gave him the "In a Funk" personality trait, in which case it could last quite a while, but wear off eventually.

It's an attribute guys. There's a positive one and a negative one. The notes say "in poor form" or "in excellent form."

 

Some people start the game with it, others can pick it up randomly in game. It lasts between 6 months and 2 years randomly I believe.
