No matter what rules I have in place Good or Bad I can't seem to stop a toxic backstage atmosphere. Any of you guys have any tips which could help me? Remianen Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 Fire the negative influences OR hire a bunch of positive influences. That's basically the long and short of it. Seems like you have a ton of egomaniac types and you need to bring in some 'professional', 'relaxed', 'people person', 'class clown', and 'lively' types. I won't hire any agents that have a negative influence and generally stay away from non-wrestlers that are overly negative. </p><p> </p><p> Honestly the attributes are the biggest thing that need to be adjusted when converting mods.
