Shianne_EB
Glad to see Jash Singh getting a victory & being a regular on the tours! I loosely based him off a friend I have who whilst not a wrasslin' fan, certainly has some wacky personality traits (thus inspiring parts of the character). Hope he serves you well here! Last big show, Kar became the inaugural champion by defeating Omezo Shikitei in a very competitive match. In this contest, he was up against Mr. India Gahtir Salim. Salim came right out of the gate and brought the fight to Kar in what was a technical master class. These two grapplers went hold for hold, with Salim consistently taking the champion down and trying to lock in several submission holds -- all focused on the lower back, but Kar kept finding a way to wrestle out of them and to get control of the match back. Kar hit a series of Rolling German Suplexes that set up a Snap Dragon suplex for a near fall. Salim staggered back to his feet and Kar came in for a rare strike -- a Roaring Forearm, but Salim ducked under it and hit a Snap Dragon of his own that bounced Kar’s head off the mat. Salim lifted him up and hit a snap suplex, popped his hips and pulled him up and hit a Northern Lights Suplex, but immediately rolled through and hit a brainbuster that drove Kar’s head right into the mat. Salim made the cover and got a 2 and 9/10ths before Kar was able to kick out. Salim looked like he was going to lock in a hold of some sort when Kar was able to slide back and pull Salim’s legs so Salim went face-down into the canvas. Kar locked in an Inverted Guillotine that forced Salim to submit and gave Kar his first defense of the Intercontinental Championship.

In a bout that had great wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Vijaya Kar defeated Gahtir Salim in 20:32 by submission with an Inverted Guillotine. The Twin Pain Train has, so far, been a physically unstoppable force that has ran through their opponents with the power of a locomotive. In this match, they had a very interesting set of opponents. There was the veteran Art Reed, the pure athlete who has never tasted championship gold, at least not on any major level in his illustrious career, and the young hoss Killer Khan. Art Reed has been a good addition to the MGPW roster, providing veteran leadership and a world of experience to help the roster. He’s even recently relocated to the greater Mumbai area to cut down on travel. Killer Khan has a lot of potential and the big man showed it here when he hit a Running Senton that put all his weight on Raka’s chest. Raka kicked out and for the first real time, the Twin Pain Train was in jeopardy. Art Reed came flying off the top rope for a crossbody but Raka caught him and slammed him down into the mat. Great Gabru came in and hit several big offensive moves on Reed that forced Reed to tag Killer Khan back in. Gabru hit a huge spinebuster and then tagged Raka back in. Raka hit his Raka Bomb on Killer Khan and the Twin Pain Train notched their second defense of the championship.

In a decent match, The Twin Pain Train defeated Art Reed and Killer Khan in 10:35 when Raka pinned Killer Khan with a Raka Bomb. The Twin Pain Train make defence number two of the MGPW Tag Team Grand Champions titles. Art Reed carried the match in terms of in-ring performance. Raka was the weak link, struggling to keep up with everyone else's in-ring performance.

Match Rating

<img alt="dDKos9e.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/dDKos9e.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="kMNwxaD.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/kMNwxaD.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Main Event

Singles Match

Sixty Minute Time Limit

<img alt="tsmUtP8.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/tsmUtP8.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="xP9yoBi.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/xP9yoBi.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="cFnY6mM.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/cFnY6mM.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="AoYVmVu.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/AoYVmVu.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Challenger Ajay Agarwal versus Champion Kashmir Singh

The main event of the evening. Ajay versus Singh in a highly anticipated singles bout with the Grand Championship on the line. The crowd was ready for this contest and the two men did not disappoint. Agarwal hit a bevy of strikes on Singh right out of the gate. He peppered him with kicks and open hand strikes and even a couple of elbows and European style uppercuts. Agarwal wanted to end the match early. He has seen the footage on Singh and knows that Singh has been incredibly dominant in matches that go long. Singh was able to weather the early storm from Agarwal. Singh hit several big headbutts on Agarwal that sent the challenger out of the ring to recuperate and also gave Singh a chance to get his wind back. Agarwal came back into the ring with a rare springboard knee right to the side of Singh’s head -- Singh was not suspecting such a move and Agarwal went back on the attack. Singh was determined in this match to make Agarwal look like a big-league opponent and he accomplished that, but in the end, a Cal-Cutter from Singh got him another successful title defense.

In a bout that had great wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Kashmir Singh defeated Ajay Agarwal in 25:33 by pinfall with a Cal-Cutter. Historian
I just wanted to provide an update on this page project. Right now this project is entering “hiatus” mode. I’m really enjoying booking this and it is by no means dead, but my available time to work on diaries has shifted and right now I don’t have the time to focus on two. With No Ordinary Men being my primary diary, I just don’t have the time to update this one right now. As my schedule opens back up, I fully plan on returning to this. Thank you!
