Hello & welcome to
Sakura Federation Pro Wrestling
!

I've been an avid player of TEW since 2016 but this is my first dynasty, which is a completely rebranded & revitalised alternate version of WWE.

I've always loved the Japanese presentation of pro wrestling (factions, tours, division splits, rare single matches, young lions) and have had a lot of fun in the past translating that to the WWE.

So what is SFPW? In December 2020, a J-pop idol with a lifelong love of pro wrestling who has made millions in music & acting swoops in & takes over WWE as the Board seeks to oust the McMahon family. With a distinct vision which is sure to alienate some but hopefully attract plenty, the newly named SFPW is on a mission to restore some legitimacy to the sport as the biggest company in pro wrestling.

So what's in store? Well, nothing much stays the same. RAW & Smackdown are cancelled. NXT is rebranded as Blooming and turns back into a true developmental group. All known PPVs (apart from WrestleMania) are retired. All titles are rebranded, some are made defunct. But, we have a roster with incredible depth, lots of factions, lots of titles, lots of tournaments, and lots of tours, plus an emphasis on weight divisions.

I understand this might come across way too bloated but this is just how I love to play. Hopefully there are some who enjoy reading my take on WWE!

Roster list, championships, factions, schedule & tournament announcement plus the card for SFPW's first show "Epilogue: Now Or Never" will be posted shortly.

Interesting concept, but for me this is should be completely new promotion not rebranded WWE.

Seems like it pretty much is. Just WWE roster with a3 tour schedule, factions, etc. Very interesting!

Thanks so much for your comments! It is pretty much a new company but the reason I think of this as a WWE rebrand is that I'm keeping all title lineage, history, roster etc. It's WWE with a new owner & a completely new direction but built on existing foundations, rather than from scratch.

I've updated the roster, titles, factions & tentative schedule for Spring 2021 so would be great if you guys could have a look.

Holy moses. I'm not gonna lie, when I first looked at this yesterday I was VERY hesitant that this would be any good, simply because of the weird concept. But just by the roster page, the factions, and everything else you've done so far I am now certain that this is going to be amazing.

Wow Dalton, thanks for checking this out & for the kind words! Completely understand this seems bizarre at first. I know some people will take one look at the aesthetic & concept and will hate it.

Hopefully this lives up to your expectations!

Wow, this is a lot to take in already. Between the roster, the graphics, and everything in between, you've already put a lot of work in, clearly. Looks like you are merging belts though? Hard to believe you will only have a handful of titles for how large your roster is?

Thanks a lot man! Any factions catch your eye?

Luckily, a lot of the concepts/groups/events are carry-overs from my 2016 game so wasn't too much work - just had to spruce it up & cleanse the stuff that didn't really click in my last game.

I've never liked having two World champions in one company so yes, merging belts so there is only one top title in each division. Balancing this out by making more opportunities in the undercard (ie. trios titles in men's & women's divisions, secondary titles in the Junior & Women's, keeping both IC & US, introducing Junior tag titles). Plus, there is lots of new tournaments so plenty to keep everyone on the roster busy!

</span></p><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">After a brief hiatus which saw RAW, Smackdown & NXT cancelled and taken off the air while the company was deconstructed & built back up, SFPW returns with their first show - SFPW Epilogue: Now Or Never 2020! Positioned as a teaser for what's to come in 2021, the show will act as a palette cleanse to showcase SFPW's new direction.</div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- 2021 will kick off with the Divine Feminine Tag League. The first four teams announced will battle it out in a showcase match at Epilogue before they head into the 15-date tour culminating with the finals at No Flower Without Rain on 19/01. </div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- Intercontinental Champion Rami Sebei's team of Defenders take on TMDK in an eight man tag. Will Sebei's first challenger in the new year emerge at Epilogue?</div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- Chris Hero will make his return to SFPW in a match against London upstart Levi Muir. Will Hero make a triumphant return or will he be bested by Haus of Couture?</div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- An explosive six way ladder match has been announced to crown the inaugural SFPW Commonwealth Championship, which will act as a secondary title in the Junior division.</div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- A shocking win over Johnny Gargano left Leon Ruff as the SFPW Europa Openweight champion. His first challenge comes in the way of Ultraviolence's imposing Timothy Thatcher. Can Ruff prove his win wasn't just a total fluke?</div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- RAW & Smackdown Tag Team Champions battle in a unification match. November's match up at Survivor Series saw the Street Profits emerge victorious but will the caveat of becoming the true leaders of the heavyweight tag division cause The New Day to show why they have been 8 time champions?</div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- The women's division will be shaped when Kanako Urai & Mercedes Vernado clash to determine the true World champion. Vernado remains 1-5 in singles wins over Urai but bested her in their battle at Survivor Series. Who will emerge as World Women's champion & who will be commiserated by becoming the secondary title holder?</div><p><span style="font-size:10px;"></span></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

- The main event will see our two World champions Drew Galloway & Joe Anoa'i fight to crown the true SFPW World Heavyweight title. Anoa'i pinned Galloway in November thanks to underhanded tactics of The Sword but now the battlefield has balanced thanks to Galloway's membership in The Brotherhood. Can Galloway finally put down Anoa'i & become the company's unified heavyweight champion or will Anoa'i extend his record against Galloway to 5-0?</div><p></p><p><span style="font-size:10px;">

-----</p><p> </p><p>

Thanks to everyone who took time to check out & comment! It is much appreciated. Would love to hear about which factions catch your eye or seem intriguing. </p><p> </p><p>

I just wanted to clarify some things about how SFPW is going to work:</p><p> </p><p>

- SFPW has two different 'brands' - SAKURA, which is essentially main roster and Blooming, which acts as development. Rosters are split but wrestlers can potentially tour under both brands to act as support for their factions (ie. you'll often see the young lions on SAKURA tours acting as pinfall guys & girls for their respective groups or a SAKURA wrestler will join Blooming temporarily to train & get some momentum back).</p><p>

- SFPW is split into four different divisions with their current & planned titles outlined below:</p><p> </p><p>

1. <strong>Heavyweight:</strong> World Heavyweight, Intercontinental Heavyweight, United States Heavyweight, World Tag Team</p><p>

2. <strong>Junior Heavyweight:</strong> Junior Heavyweight, Commonwealth (inaugural champion to be crowned at Epilogue), Junior Heavyweight Tag Team (planned for Q1)</p><p>

3. <strong>Women:</strong> World Women's, Oceania (loser of Kana v. Mercedes), Women's Tag Team, Arcoiris (trios - planned for Q1)</p><p>

4. <strong>Openweight:</strong> Europa Openweight (rebranded NXT North American), Prism (trios - planned for Q1), U-30 National Openweight (planned for Q4)</p><p> </p><p>

- SAKURA has a few different types of shows, which I have defined below. There will normally be at least 2 different tours happening at the same time, full of multi-man tags leading to the big blow-out singles/title defences on the last show:</p><p> </p><p>

1. <strong>Major PPVS:</strong> Think of these as the Royal Rumble, Summerslam equivalent. These occur every three months at the beginning of each season. Per the schedule, the first major PPV will be The Pink Dawn and held at the end of March. All major titles will be defended here. Supported by 'Road to...' shows, with 2021 plan below. </p><p>

</p><ul><li>The Pink Dawn (March)<br /></li><li>HEART Station (June)<br /></li><li>Lunar Eclipse (September)<br /></li><li>WrestleMania (December)<br /></li></ul><p></p><p>

2. <strong>Minor PPVS:</strong> Think of these as the equivalent to Backlash or Payback. There will be one every season with the first one being announced as Fight The Blues 2021 at the end of January. A mix of major & minor titles are defended here. Supported by 'Road to...' shows. 2021 plan below...</p><p>

</p><ul><li>Fight The Blues (January)<br /></li><li>Rendezvous 18.6y (April)<br /></li><li>Midsummer Showers (July)<br /></li><li>Flavor of Life (October)<br /></li></ul><p></p><p>

3. <strong>Tournaments:</strong> I love tournaments & SFPW will be very tournament heavy. Most are round robin, multi day tours but some will be single elimination (ie. SAKURA Cup in February). Tournament winners get a title shot but I want a tournament win to mean just as much as a title win (like how a G1 Climax or Championship Carnival win is a great accomplishment even if title shot fails). All division titles will be defended on the final night (ie. all SAKURA brand women's titles will be defended on No Flower Without Rain at the end of January). 2021 plan below:</p><p>

</p><ul><li><em>Women's Tag Round Robin</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Divine Feminine Tag League</span> (January - winners gets tag title shot at Fight The Blues)<br /></li><li><em>Openweight Single Elimination</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">SAKURA Cup</span> (February - winners get to pick which title to challenge for & when)<br /></li><li><em>Junior Tag Round Robin</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Celestial Tag League</span> (March - winners challenge for tag titles at The Pink Dawn)<br /></li><li><em>Women's Round Robin</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Blossom Cup</span> (May - winner challenges for World Women's title at HEART Station in June)<br /></li><li><em>Heavyweight Tag Round Robin</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Andromeda Tag League</span> (June - winners challenge for tag titles at HEART Station in June)<br /></li><li><em>Men's Trios Single Elimination</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Orbit Cup</span> (August - winners challenge for Prism titles at a Fall festival plus one member of winning group gets chosen singles title shot within 12 months)<br /></li><li><em>U-30 Openweight Single Elimination</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Juventus Cup</span> (September - winners challenges for U-30 National title or Blooming Openweight title during Q4)<br /></li><li><em>Heavyweight Round Robin</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Mount Olympus Grand Prix</span> (October - winner challenges for Heavyweight title at WrestleMania)<br /></li><li><em>Junior Heavyweight Round Robin</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Neptune Cup</span> (November - winner challenges for Junior title at WrestleMania)<br /></li><li><em>Women's Trios Single Elimination</em>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Lilith Cup</span> (December - winner challenges for Arcoiris title at WrestleMania)<br /> <br /></li></ul><p></p><p>

4. <strong>Festivals:</strong> These are smaller shows & where secondary titles are defended with some major championships. These are multi day events & title defences are normally scattered throughout the tour rather than on the final night. </p><p>

5. <strong>Faction Produce Shows:</strong> Where the calendar has a little breathing space, I normally like to add in 1 or 2 night special faction produced shows. Here, group members will normally go head to head, defend their titles against each other or put out challenges to other factions. A few have already been placed in my schedule such as for nakamuraGUN, Sentinels, VENUS and Atlantis Company. </p><p>

6. <strong>TV:</strong> I have 1 TV show called The Mercury Weekly, which acts like a talk show with 3 or 4 exhibition matches thrown in. Here, a panel normally recount the week's events and invite on guests to discuss feuds or upcoming title defences. </p><p> </p><p>

- WrestleMania has been moved from April to December as I felt my booking style always viewed December as the 'finale' so this made the most logistical sense to me. WrestleMania will also be a 3 day long event where all titles are defended (excluding Blooming). </p><p>

- Blooming will run 2 events a week, "SFPW Blooming: Spring of Life" and "SFPW Blooming: Needle of Time", with a big PPV ("bloomOVER") every 3 months - normally held the night before a major SAKURA PPV, much like NXT TakeOver.</p><p> </p><p>

Thanks again to anyone reading/commenting & who takes time to fill out prediction key. I'll be posting results for Epilogue within the next day or so. </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p></p>

Why you changed some ring names?

It's just a preference I guess? I don't really like one name ring-names so majority of those have been changed & sometimes I prefer a wrestler's real name to their WWE-given one.

I agree with you here. This type of fed requires real names, or at least full names. I prefer it immensely.

Defenders (Akira Tozawa, Apollo Crews, Kevin Steen & Rami Sebei) vs. The Mighty Don't Kneel (Bronson Reed, Dean Brady, Shane Thorne & Tony Modra

Sakura Pro's resident fan favourites, Defenders, led by Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion Rami Sebei take on the Australian contingency TMDK. Sebei's first challenger of 2021 could be determined if he is pinned in this match. Fans loved seeing Reed interact with Crews & Steen as the 3 heavyweights clashed with big chops, hard throws and shoulder tackles, whereas Thorne & Modra impressed with their crisp tag team combinations. The finish came when Tozawa took out TMDK with a Drop Zone to the outside, allowing Steen to pin Brady with the Steenalizer in

DIVINE FEMININE TAG LEAGUE 2020 TEASER

zjJdzfzs.jpgZcDBkv2s.jpgs4A0mpUs.jpg2goEK6Vs.jpg

We are introduced to four of Sakura Pro's newest road agents - April Mendez, Amy Dumas, Lisa Marie Varon & Trish Stratus. The four legends discuss their excitement at being part of a revitalised women's division, and how they want to help guide & mentor the new generation of wrestlers. They turn their attention to January's Divine Feminine Tag League and the four teams already announced. Mendez picks Malice as the winners whereas Varon sees that the IIconics have a lot to prove. Dumas & Stratus tease reuniting Team Bestie and entering the tag league but Mendez & Varon remind them all slots are filled and will be announced at tomorrow's press conference.

Malice (Rhea Ripley & Toni Storm) vs. Healing Bomb Angels (Mickie James & Santana Garrett)

vs. The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce) vs. Venus In Power (Dana Brooke & Mandy Rose)

All four teams were out to prove themselves as front runners in the Divine Feminine Tag League, with each team pulling out impressive tag team moves. Brooke & Rose took the advantage early with their tandem double power moves, before James & Garrett's took the spotlight with aerial offence well suited to their superhero inspired outfits. Early front runners Ripley & Storm had some ill-timed miscommunication which allowed The IIconics' cheap & dastardly deeds to overcome them. The finish came when Malice were able to get on the same page, causing Brooke to succumb to Ripley's Riptide in

Olympia's Buddy Murphy vs. X-Calibur's Chad Gable vs. La Rebelion's Gran Metalik vs.

Sentinels' Johnny Gargano vs. Atlantis Company's Mattias Clement vs. Defenders' Mustafa Ali

An all out spectacle full of the junior division's brightest prospects, high flying dives off ladders & innovative usage of weapons. Tension remained high throughout the entire match as the six competitors desperately tried to establish themselves on the Junior division's landscape. Ali & Metalik's penchant for risky moves ultimately took them both out of the match when a Frankensteiner from the top of the ladder sent both men crashing to the outside. Gargano remained smart & mainly on the ground, using weapons to enhance his submission game, but an Alpha Decay from Gable into a stack of ladders in the turnbuckle left him buried under steel. Murphy took advantage of the no DQ rules by inviting his Olympia stablemates Anthony Nese & Ariya Daivari to interfere leading to a close call with the title, but Clement was able to ascend the ladder at the last second and snatch the title from Murphy's fingertips, giving him his first singles title win in

Gable is helped to the back by Ridge Holland but not before he tells the camera that Clement hasn't seen the last of him.

Skulk's LEON RUFF © vs. Ultraviolence's TIMOTHY THATCHER

Ruff's entire lead up to his first title defence was centred around his determination to prove this title win was not a fluke... Unfortunately for him, Thatcher proved to be too much of an obstacle. Despite a quick onset of offence in the first minute, Thatcher was able to cut Ruff short by catching him in an ankle lock. What followed next was 5 minutes of brutal dismantling before Thatcher finally made Ruff tap with a modified stretch muffler in

Age of the Fall's CHRIS HERO vs. Haus of Couture's LEVI MUIR

Hero makes his triumphant return back to Sakura Pro with a resounding and dominant win over the young English upstart Levi Muir. Hero's Death By Elbow seemed to have Muir down for the three count a few minutes in, but a cocky Hero pulls him up to break the count. Muir is able to get some shine after evading a Discus Big Boot, frustrating Hero with his stamina and athleticism. Just as Muir builds some momentum, he runs straight into Death By Elbow, followed by a Rubik's Cube, giving Hero the pinfall win in

Hero is met by some of his new Age of the Fall stablemates before he grabs a mic from ringside. He grabs a camera and directly calls out Intercontinental Hvy. Champion Rami Sebei. Hero says he has had a few different runs with the Federation but none have quite lived up to his own expectations. This time will be different because he's grabbing what he wants with both hands, and what he wants right now is the gold that Sebei carries on his shoulder.

STREET PROFITS (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) © vs. THE NEW DAY (Austin Creed & Kofi Nahaje) ©

The New Day had plenty to prove after their previous clash with the Street Profits at Survivor Series in November saw them losing clean. With renewed intensity & the determination to show their peak is not over yet, Creed & Nahaje blitzed Street Profits with a flurry of tag offence, as Ewen hyped them on the outside. Not to be undeterred, the Street Profits one-upped their game, hellbent on becoming the figureheads of the Heavyweight division. An awe-inspiring frog splash from Ford gave them a near fall & kicked the match into overdrive. In a callback to their Fall battle, Woods was able to evade the Profit's electric chair/blockbuster combination before Nahaje was able to knock Ford out of the ring with Trouble In Paradise. With Dawkins isolated, the New Day hit UpUpDownDown allowing Creed to get the pinfall win in

A win for the New Day leaves the teams at 1:1 in tag matches, setting up a tiebreaker sometime in the future. A sign of respect from the two teams is quickly interrupted by a lone Shinsuke Nakamura who saunters to the ring, much to the confusion of his fellow competitors. He enters the ring confidently and relaxes on the top turnbuckle. Before anyone can wonder what is going on, four men jump the guard rail and viciously attack Ewen & Scott at ringside, before taking out the New Day & Street Profits. Higuchi & Irie hold up Nahaje allowing Nakamura to nail him with the Kinshasa. Nakamura takes a look at the tag belts before he leaves with his new stable, leaving the champions laid out.

Age of the Fall's MERCEDES VERNADO © vs. Kyubi no Kitsune's KANAKO URAI ©

Stakes are at an all time high in the 7th singles match up between Mercedes Vernado and Kanako Urai. Despite Urai having 5 wins, Vernado had huge momentum heading into the match with a pinfall victory over Urai at November's Survivor Series. The two had a fierce & intense battle, as they exchanged knee strikes, buzzsaw kicks and armbars. Urai's knee strikes almost seemed too much at first, when a sliding knee strike seemed to knock Vernado out cold. A pivotal moment in the match came when Vernado was able to turn the tide with an earth shattering sunset flip powerbomb to the outside. When neither the Kanagon or the Bank Statement was successful, the two reverted to cradles & pin attempt variations in a call back to their November fight. Vernado ducked a shining wizard and rolled Urai up but this time, Urai was able to transition into a Gannosuke Clutch for the pinfall win in

The Brotherhood's DREW GALLOWAY © vs. The Sword's JOE ANOA'I ©

In a battle to determine the ace of Sakura Pro, both men entered flanked by members of their stables & world title gold around their waist. However, only man would leave the first true World Champion of SFPW. In their 5th singles encounter which sees Anoa'i with 4-0 win record, Galloway seemed fiercely determined to get his first win over the leader of the Sword. The two seem equally matched throughout the entire match, as the fans seemed split in this true showcase of a hoss match. Anoa'i kicks out of a Claymore Kick and Galloway refuses to fall to the Spear. A second Spear attempt misses and takes out the referee, resulting in the fight spilling outside & a brawl breaking out between The Brotherhood & The Sword.

However, in a shocking turn of events, Samoa Joe - who had been on commentary the entire night - springs up from his desk and shoves Galloway into the ring post. With the referee still down, Joe lays out Galloway with a Muscle Buster in the ring. This allows Anoa'i to unveil his new finisher, an elevated sit-out powerbomb called Astraea and pins Galloway in

Dalton - 7/8

Thank you to smw88 & Dalton for your predictions! I hope you both enjoyed the show.

If it wasn't for the Commonwealth match, Dalton would have had a full sweep! smw88, I promise there are big things in store Galloway even though he couldn't get that elusive win over Anoa'i.

As someone who:

1. Loves loads of factions

2. Really enjoys the presentation so far

Consider me hooked in, great show! I like establishing Joe Anoal's new finisher right away and a twist in the main event! :)

Thanks a lot for the great feedback - happy to have you along for the ride! Always interested to know which factions strike people’s interests so do let me know if you have any opinions about any of them.

I always felt like Anoa’i needed a big power move as a finisher & should have adopted a Last Ride-esque powerbomb after his Mania match with Taker.

With tears in her eyes, Bevis announces that she is officially coming out of retirement and, along with Niven, will be challenging for the Women's Tag Titles at No Flower Without Rain! Fanene & Baszler crash the party, and Baszler warns Bevis that her big return will be short-lived when she gets into the ring with the Horde. Before Paul Heyman can take the microphone, Samoa Joe snatches it as Joe Anoa'i sits back with his World title on his shoulders. Joe says that last night at Epilogue, the world saw Anoa'i take his rightful place at the Head of the Table. He was happy to step in and do a little assist because he & Anoa'i have always shared the same set of beliefs centred around respect. Steen enters with Tozawa & Crews and warns The Sword that just because has grown a lot these past years, doesn't mean he's not willing to stoop as low as the Sword in order to become a World champion again. Steen asks Anoa'i to think back to Royal Rumble 2017, when he pinned him in the ring to retain his World title. They are both very different people since that match a few years ago, and Steen is confident he can topple Anoa'i from the head of the table.

Notable Happenings & Post Show Comments

- World Women's Contender Pamela Martinez has lead West of Eden in a string of wins against Kanako Ura's Kyubi no Kitsune, getting the pinfall on Kitsune's youngest member Sari Fujimura. Martinez continually pulled out Deliverance, her headlock driver finisher, to abruptly end the match. Martinez told reporters that she was training hard to figure out how to counter the Kanagon with Deliverance, hinting she could develop a way out of Urai's feared submission game.

- In a shock upset, Bianca Belair pinned Oceania Champion Mercedes Vernado in a Divine Feminine Tag League match, putting herself in the running for a future Oceania title shot. Vernado seemed considerably shaken after two back to back losses - firstly against Kanako Urai at Now Or Never, and now against the cocky upstart Belair.

- Saraya Bevis has struggled in her first week back in active action, with HYPERKIND being on the losing end against The Horde in multi-woman tag matches. Savelina Fanene, with whom Bevis has had a close friendship with, has been using brute force to bring out the best in her former friend. Fans now wonder if Bevis can gather her confidence in time for the Women's Tag title match at No Flower Without Rain.

- Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross have been kept apart during the tour due to the volatile nature of their rivalry as we build to their singles match at No Flower Without Rain. Bliss' strategy has been to try and seduce Cross to the dark side but her efforts so far have been resisted.

- The IIconics have had a decent start to the tag league but have been pretty distracted by a masked figure who has made an appearance during their matches. Their match against The Horde seemed all but lost until the masked figure snuck in & laid out Yim with a cane, giving the win to the IIconics.

- Vignettes for Trinity have aired on every show, detailing how she was close to retiring during her hiatus. However, her mind was changed by Chimaera's Ember Moon who convinced her Trinity can achieve so much more in her career. During post show comments, several women including Melina Perez, Sarona Reiher, Leah Van Dale & Emi Sakura have thrown their hat in the ring to face Trinity in her return match.

(20:03)
when Kevin Steen pinned Daniel Vidot with the Steenalizer

<hr color = #000000; size="4">

Notable Happenings & Post Show Comments

- Joe Anoa'i & The Sword had a bad start to the Road to Fight The Blues when they lost an explosive 10 man tag team match to challenger Kevin Steen & the Defenders. Tension rose between Samoa Joe & Paul Heyman at ringside resulting in an argument, which gave Defenders the opportunity to turn the tide & eventually win the match. Anoa'i seemed furious at Heyman after the match.

- United States Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley seemed to have gotten more than he bargained for when he put out a challenge to the biggest, baddest men on the roster in the form of Killian Dain. During their tag encounter, Lashley was quickly taken off his feet by Dain's shoulder tackles which seemed to fluster the champion as we head into their title match.

- Junior Heavyweight Champion Santos Escobar and rest of Los Indeseables seem hellbent on making a statement against contender Samuray del Sol & La Rebellion. While La Rebellion believe the two factions can co-exist with healthy competition, Zelina Vega wants nothing more than to position Los Indesables at the top of the food chain... and want La Rebellion to be their first stepping stone.

- Blood Syndicate welcomed their newest member, Nathan Everhart, who had not been in active competition due to a neck injury in January 2018. Everhart, with MVP by his side, seems invigorated and ready to take his career to new heights. Everhart has requested & been granted singles matches throughout the the Road to Fight The Blues in order to acclimate himself.

- Undisputed Era's Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly are the favourites to become the inaugural Junior Heavyweight Tag Champions... according to Undisputed Era!

- In an exhibition match between Salt of the Earth and Sentinels, Randy Orton pulled out The Punt to put down Maddin - an unnecessary level of brutality which made Bryan Danielson furious. Danielson joined The Mercury Weekly to call out Orton's behaviour, comparing how he is investing & mentoring the company's future with the Sentinels, whereas he is using Salt of the Earth to protect himself. Danielson & Keith Lee will take on Bobby Roode & Randy Orton in tag team action at Fight The Blues.

(19:09)
when Rami Sebei pinned Jackson Kelly with the Guardian Angel

<hr color = #000000; size="4">

Notable Happenings & Post Show Comments

- Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion Rami Sebei introduced two of Defenders' newest members David Finlay Jr & Juice Robinson and together, toppled Age of the Fall in a trios main event. Chris Hero was quick to lay out Sebei post match with Death By Elbow, showing how serious he is at becoming champion. Friction between the two factions seems to be building up, as Seth Rollins sees the Defenders as a huge obstacle in making Age of the Fall the most dominant faction in the Federation.

- After achieving the highest highs at Epilogue with their victory over Street Profits to become the Unified World Tag Champions, the New Day's momentum seems to have been cut short as Shinsuke Nakamura earned a pinfall victory over Austin Creed during a trios match, lowering the champions' confidence heading into their title match.

- Kurt Angle made his debut as the mentor for X-CALIBUR and will be in Chad Gable's corner during this bid to become Commonwealth Champion at Fight the Blues. Despite a more aggressive in-ring style, X-CALIBUR were unsuccessful in their trios match against Atlantis Co when young lion Jacob Kasper was pinned by Clement. Angle told reporters backstage that he, Gable and X-CALIBUR were headed straight back into training.

- Although unsuccessful against Ultraviolence, Elias Samson looks to earn his first singles title by defeating Europa Openweight champion Timothy Thatcher. Thatcher, on the other hand, is annoyed by the mere presence of the Mega Flowers and vows to make every member tap during the Fantôme festival...

- ALL*STARS are in a bit of a slump after Street Profits lost against the New Day at Epilogue and Desmond Troy broke his ankle in his debut match at Blooming: Needle of Time. Seemingly attracted to despair, the menacing Morningstar have their eyes set on ALL*STARS in order to feed off their dejection.

- With tag partner Hanson out of action for at least another year, Raymond Rowe has two missions: establish himself as a singles competitor and establish War Raiders as a formidable force. After a win over Olympia, Rowe has requested two special singles matches: vs. Braun Strowman and vs. Ethan Carter III. James Curtin, the spunky manager of Olympia, gleefully accepted, telling reporters Rowe will help both Strowman & Carter build up their wins.
