Hollywood Posted October 29, 2021 Share Posted October 29, 2021 Daisuke Sekimoto to open new promotion: Pro-Wrestling GOLEM!OCTOBER 31, 2021 - Breaking news out of Japan, Big Japan Wrestling and Daisuke Sekimoto organized a press conference earlier today announcing Daisuke Sekimoto's future with the promotion. A cornerstone of BJW since his debut in 1999, Sekimoto will transition to a part-time member of the roster in December to focus on his newest venture: Pro-Wrestling GOLEM. Sekimoto thanked Big Japan for the opportunity to open his own promotion and respects the company for allowing him to continue working for them on a part-time basis. He hopes the two companies can work together in the future. Pro-Wrestling GOLEM is Sekimoto's vision of creating a promotion that focuses entirely on the BJ Strong wrestling style. The emphasis will be on wrestling and he will scout the globe to find the hardest working wrestlers to come give it their all in his ring. The company will have a heavyweight focus but any wrestler who thinks they can compete at the highest level is welcome to join, regardless of gender or size. Unlike other promotions such as GLEAT or HARD HIT, where the hard-hitting aspect is focused on UWF rules, GOLEM will only present professional wrestling. GOLEM I will take place December 23, 2021 in Korakuen Hall. Other events will be announced at a later date. Sekimoto formally challenged his Strong BJ partner Yuji Okabayashi to compete against him the main event of the first show! The opening day roster will be announced when the matches are signed and formalized.
