Ninja Mack vs Dante Leon vs Gringo Loco vs Jack Cartwheel

Ninja Mack was back in GCW ring for the first time in last 4 months, recovered from the injury he suffered in his last scramble match. It also featured a return of some fan favorites like Dante Leon, protege of 2 Cold Scorpio and Jack Cartwheel.

Mack made a successful return as he hit one of his breathtaking splashes from the top of a balcony on Leon and Cartwheel to get the pin.

Ninja Mack wins the Scramble Match.

GCW Diaspora Women's World Title Match

uEiov3xs.pngYNBIALSs.png7hY3Rq8s.jpg

Trish Adora © vs Kiera Hogan

This was the first defense of Adora since she created this title at World on GCW. Kiera Hogan won the women's scramble match to earn this contendership. This was a first time match-up and although there was a lack of flow in between sequences, both put up a decent match and a Lariat Tubman from Trish was enough to bring back her first defense successfully.

GCW Ultraviolent Title

fF1VIvns.pngYNBIALSs.pngrK3Ljbts.png

Alex Colon © vs Satu Jinn

The challenger was the breakout star of the last year and a major part of the deathmatch promotions like ICW, IWA:MS and NPU, Satu Jinn. Colon already holds a victory over the star of Rejects, John Wayne Murdoch and now the Deathmatch Genie had come to take the throne of Colon.

Colon was merciless from the jump, ambushing Jinn with a chair and then wrapping the chain around his fist for weighted punches. He then rained down on Jinn's knees, weakening his base as they felt outside. Jinn got back by breaking a beer bottle that a fan had given him and he cut through Colon's face.

Both met back in the ring and Jinn crushed Colon with a belly-to-belly before following up with a Chokeslam through a chair bridge fetching him a near fall. Colon managed to muster back his courage and then swung a trashcan like a madman catching Jinn multiple times before Colon Driver on the trashcan finally brought an end to this chaotic match.

Alex Colon made defense #9 of GCW Ultraviolent Title.

Post match, while Colon was tending to his wounds and raising his title high, out comes

vDrNmEzs.jpg

AJ Gray has he carries the ring that the won on World on GCW and then grabs a mic saying that it has been long since he has held a title and he likes the look of the belt here so he is encashing his ring and he will fight for the ultraviolent title.

Crowd goes wild. A huge match between the two best homegrown deathmatch stars has been signed!!!

Major Empire (Chelsea Green/Matt Cardona/Brian Myers/VSK) vs Pretty Proper/Sean Waltman/Joey Janela

This was one of the most highlighted feuds of GCW in recent times and the scope was expanding further now that Sean Waltman and Pretty Proper had joined Janela to oppose the actions of the Major Empire.

As usual with these kind of matches, there was mayhem all around with fight going in multiple corners and it was hard to track everyone. Sean Waltman delivers a Bronco Buster to VSK outside, Myers goes for a Roster Cut to Benjamin but instead gets shoved right through a table and Cardona and Janela pouned each other with venom.

In the ring though, the two ladies duked out and Frost dodges a running boot from Chelsea sending her crashing to the ring post and then hit some vicious kicks to the groin region which the crowd enjoyed before a running cannonball took hero ut. She hits the Temperature Drop and gets a shock win which means Pretty Proper gets another shot at the Streaming Stars Title.

Alex Zayne/Blake Christian vs H8 Club

This was the biggest match of Zayne and Christian's career as they collided with two deathmatch legends in Gage and Tremont. Their performance at Hammerstein showed that they were capable of deathmatches and now they put that to test against the biggest players of the game. There were tubes, glass and a bundle each carried to the ring by Gage and Tremont. Zayne got speared through a lighttube bundle by Gage while Christian later on delivered his fantastic Fosbury Flop-into-DDT to Tremont hitting his head hard on a glass pane.

Zayne narrowly avoided the pizza cutter to head spot by Gage as he superkicked the King and sent him through a door. Christian picked up the pin of his career when he hit Elia on Tremont on a barbed wire door and the image of Tremont getting freed from the wire and then all four of them raising hands in unison with blood covered faces and bodies became an iconic gifable moment after the match

Zayne & Christian won when Blake Christian pinned Matt Tremont via Elia.

Mox address his attack

29Wfxips.png

The speakers blasted Wild Thing signaling the entry of the GCW World Champion and he was in no mood to shake hands with the crowd. He sat right in the middle of the ring, hurling choicest abuses at the mystery attacker and tells him to grow some balls and meet him in the ring.

After a while the attcker came but not from the entrance, instead he sneaked from the back and tried to ambush Mox but he was ready and he snubbed off the attack and hit a Paradigm Shift before he went for his mask but the lights went out and when it came back, the mystery man had escaped making Mox much more livid.</div>

Lee Moriarty vs Ninja Mack vs AR Fox vs Tony Deppen vs Myron Reed

This was a collection of some of the top names in current indie wrestling. It broke down though with each man trying to outdo other. Myron Reed and Tony Deppen took their rivalry outside the ring and fought in the crowds while Mack tried an insane dive off the balcony to AR Fox as he killed himself as much as he killed his opponent. Lee Moriarty grabbed the opportunity as he fired off the Reverse Armbar on Fox to make him tap.

Second Gear Crew vs 44.OH!!

It was time for the blood dwellers to come out as two of the most iconic and famous stables in GCW, SGC and 44.OH!! went to war. They brained each other with trashcan lids, dueled with tack bats, and just kept throwing hands no matter the blood loss or number of tacks embedded in their body.

The brawl finally came to an end when Justice hit a Uranage on a ladder before following up with a Death Valley Driver to Iron on a glass board.

Alex Zayne/Blake Christian vs XXXL

After dispatching the H8 Club and registering the biggest win of their tag team career, they were now facing a huge team in XXXL who were coming off the back of two losses in GCW. Although Romero and Larry Dhad a huge size advantage, their movement was very slow and this was beneficial to Zayne & Christian as they used their fast paced attacks to slay the monsters. Zayne managed to dodge his life being ended when he avoided a Romero Splash and then three consecutive penalty kicks drew blood from Acey's mouth. Christian used a chair aided Fosbury Flop to really bust Larry's head outside and then dragged him back before hitting the Elia for the win.

Zayne & Christian won when Blake Christian pinned Larry D via Elia.

Post match, Zayne and Christian comments that they are feeling it in their veins, they have put down every challenge thrown at them and now it's time for them to look at some gold. So, they challenge Pretty Boy Killers for the tag team titles and they will be waiting for an answer.

zF8X4ujs.png7JU31XSs.png

The tag team champions come out and say Zayne and Christian are good kids and they have a bright future ahead but if they want to sign their death warrant, PBK will have no problem in delivering that so at Welcome to Heartbreak, it will be PBK vs Zayne & Christian for the titles.

uEiov3xs.png

Before her match, Trish speaks at length about how she has been shunned by the black wrestling community,

"Everywhere I see, people are talking about Jade Cargill. The green-haired girl is now supposedly the poster girl of the black wrestler's community. She is getting likes, comments and people have turned her into some kind of superhero while I bust my a** day in and day out and it is still not enough for me to be accepted? Well Jade, you can color your hair green all you want but it still does not hide your greenness in the ring.

You talk about competition in AEW, well I have defeated Nyla Rose, the former AEW champion, Kiera Hogan, the former Knockouts tag team champion and Big Swole and all these three have been part of AEW. So, what makes you so special huh?? I will show you what I am made of, so starting from today, I am challenging any AEW contracted female to come and take this title away from me and I will show you what it really means to be the Afro Punk"

Trish Adora © vs Leyla Hirsch

It was Leyla Hirsch, another one of AEW contracted females who answered the challenge. The Legit One was hell bent on teaching a lesson and she pulled every trick from her array of submission moves to get the better of Trish but Afro Punk was running on a fuel of hate and seeing Leyla lit a fire under her belly. She scouted her moves well, avoiding any problematic situations that could have come and gave Leyla a taste of her own medicine with an excruciating armbar. While Leyla managed to force a rope break, she could not escape from the follow-through Tubman Lariat that Trish hit and got knocked out.

Briscoes vs IronBeast

Briscoes were looking to kickstart their rise back to the top of tag division now that they lost their tag titles and they were facing the gatekeepers, the Iron Beast. KTB and Shane Mercer had already lost to Zayne & Christian and they were determined to show the Briscoes that they were still relevant and what we got was a wild brawl. KTB showed his strength throwing both the Briscoes through tables lying either side of the ring while Mercer ate some sick chair shots from Mark.

In the end, it was the usual Froggy Bow that ended in the favor of Briscoes.

Briscoes won the match with a Froggy Bow over Shane Mercer.

Alex Colon © vs AJ Gray

Ever since Gray challenged Colon in Fight Club, social media had gone wild with multiple gifs of both men doing the rounds and this match getting some huge coverage in Twitter and FB.

This was a dream deathmatch for many although AJ was not known for it but he had challenged the lion in his own den, trying to establish himself as the new king of this arena and he went toe to toe with Colon and absorbed all the offenses that Colon threw at him and came back with twice the effort. In the end, Gray kicked out of a piledriver on steel steps before he delivered two cutters on glass panel and a broken door to win the title.

Bandido vs 2 Cold Scorpio vs Ninja Mack vs Myron Reed vs Tony Deppen

Bandido was due for an appearance at GCW ever since the last ROH show happened but it was always delayed due to some reason or the other. Finally, it happened and he didn't disappoint as he handed out Spanish Flys like nobody's business. The feud between Reed and Deppen continued to grow and once again both of them took each other out of the match. Mack again killed himself doing some insane dives and Scorpio also joined him in doing the same and we got a crazy lucha match in the middle. Finally Bandido hit his 24-plex to win the scramble and make a winning start to the GCW career.

It was Red Velvet who stepped up to Trish Adora and they had a great striking match but Velvet's skills left a lot to be desired as she botched a few moves which could have been dangerous but Trish managed to escape serious injuries, only getting a rough neck from a botched neckbreaker and then quickly finished the match with a Lariat Tubman before stomping her opponent angrily after raising the title.

Cardonas © vs Pretty Proper

It was re-match time as Frost and Benjamin had forced themselves into this opportunity with Frost's pin over Chelsea. As with most of the matches featuring a Cardona, they had to deal with the Major Empire ringside. Janela and Sean Waltman tried balancing it out but the Empire was too crafty for their liking and they used every trick in the book to distract Pretty Proper and it all led to the familiar ending of Cardona hitting a Rough Ryder to Benjamin after using a brass knuckles to retain the title.

Shane "Swerve" Strickland vs Lee Moriarty

The match of the night.. Moriarty started as he went for a quick combination of kicks and Strickland managed to avoid them all and they came to a stalemate. Lee went for a dive and Swerve caught him, but he slid out from behind and shoved him into the ring post. Swerve fired back a short time later and he tripped Lee from inside the ring and nailed him with a superkick. He then hit a running stomp to Lee’s head from the apron and he spilled to the floor. Lee fired back and made a spirited comeback, catching Strickland with a Spanish fly and Strickland kicked out at the last second.

They then started exchanging slaps before Moriarty dropped him to the floor with a dropkick. He followed up with a beautiful Asai Moonsault. He rolled in Swerve but he kicked out. Swerve followed up with a top rope Swerve Stomp and then a running boot to the face but Moriarty kicks out. WTF!!!!.

Finally after both men had given their all, Moriarty went for a top rope splash but Swerve caught him in mid-air and then hit the JML Driver to finally get a win.

Finally Bentley got barbed wire wrapped around his face slicing him up badly before Colon hitting a package piledriver on him for the win

Alex Colon wins with a package piledriver.

Strickland vs. Moriarty looks like a MOTN, but the opener looks hot too

Bang on bro. The Extreme title match was indeed the MOTN. Let's see if Bandido vs Swerve eclipses this. I have started adding the match ratings just to give everyone the idea of which match is drawing how much.

BUSSY vs Pretty Proper

Victor and Effy started off the match battling for position with Victor getting the advantage with a headlock. Katch and Frost tagged in as the crowd went nuts for both of them; they locked back up but Katch was able to toss Frost who got right back up and into Katch’s face. Katch doesn’t back down and takes Frost off her feet with a shoulder tackle, and then slaps Frost across the face who responded with a rana as Victor charged Effy on the apron, taking him out with a spear on the floor. Frost tried to choke out Katch on the floor while Victor retrieved two doors, and stacked them up on the ring. They attempted to send Effy through them but he countered and Victor crashed off the rope through the doors. Katch finishes off with an aided sit-out piledriver on Victor to win the match.

Myron Reed vs Tony Deppen

This match was three months in the making ever since they locked up first in a GCW ring in December.

Deppen grounded Reed early on by using various submission holds.

Reed performed a dive over the top rope onto Deppen at ringside and then stood up selling the shoulder pain from Deppen's earlier submission work.

Back in the ring, Reed did a Matrix move to avoid a punch and then hit him with an enzuigiri. Deppen cut off a cutter attempt on the apron and countered into a neckbreaker. He then went up top and hit the top rope double foot stomp for a 2.9 fall.

Reed came back with a kick and then performed a springboard 450 splash that Deppen managed to avoid. He applied another submission hold but Reed crawled and reached the ropes to break it. In the end, Tony leapt from the top rope and Reed caught him with a cutter on the way down and scored the pin.

Myron Reed wins via leaping cutter.

Major Players vs Sean Waltman/Joey Janela

Major Empire had grown to a full blown mafioso type faction in the last couple of months who will go to any lengths to keep the titles and win matches and they had been coming pretty hard on Janela, beating him after every altercation or match and things have been bleak until Sean Waltman came to his aid. The former WWE legend had made this an even contest but when you get two wrestlers on the run of their life, you really cant do much and that's what we got as they tactfully isolated Waltman after sending Janela crashing through tables and a Roster Cut from Myers was enough to win them the match.

Zayne and Christian started out of the blocks on rapid pace with their brand of high flying offense, even managing to send Taylor crashing through a ladder.

As time went on, it was PBK who took advantage of the same as they easily demolished Zayne & Christian who had burnt themselves off by now and then went for the kill, Keith Lee finishing it off with a Spirit Bomb on a stack of ladders to Blake Chistian.

It started with chain wrestling and dancing around the wire until Gray took out Cogar with a German. Cogar bailed and Gray followed with a dive over the wire. They brawled around the outside and Cogar ate a Pedigree onto a bunch of chairs.

He chopped Cogar into the wired ropes and launched him into it again with a vicious whip. Cogar was hunting for more plunder and set it into the ring. A couple of glass panes were broken on the back of both men before Gry stuffed in a handful of skewers and punctured the head of the Silver Teeth Satan. A humongous lariat followed and Gray was able to register his first defense.

The good old scramble match opened the last show of February and we had a good mix of talent with veterans like AR Fox and Jimmy Lloyd and hot properties like Blake Christian and Cole Radrick. We got some distinct styles being showcased but it was Blake Christian who managed to shine with an Elia over Radrick for the win.

Cardonas © vs BUSSY

BUSSY and Cardonas path crossed again. They had a lengthy feud last year when they went 1-1 in tag matches. This was the rubber match of the series. It was bursting with personality as both teams injected humour throughout with Green getting more and more annoyed at the situations her man ended up in, EFFY accidentally lip-locking Cardona and interjected it with anarchic violence.

It became the Cardonas vs EFFY as Green and Cardona worked to keep EFFY trapped but it only worked for so long as EFFY took both Cardonas out with an Under the Rainbow Superplex. Katch came in as the hot tag but Cardona tried to mock her. That backfired and Green had to go hardcore to save her man after Allie had hit a rope hung DDT on Matt Cardona. Cardona nearly hit Green with a chair and then took the win the same way he did last time, a low blow to Rough Ryder to EFFY.

Pretty Boy Killers © vs Second Gear Crew

A hurricane of violence was coming. PBK went on a tear early by beating down Manders and ended up doing the same to Justice. The plunder came out as SGC brought out the chairs and Taylor dueled with Justice. Everyone went chair crazy and Lee got broken with a DVD onto another.

The blood was flowing from Manders and he nailed a double eye poke. Justice tried to follow him out but ate shit as everyone moved. PBK regained control and kept punishing SGC, paying special attention to Manders. Chaos reigned everywhere as bodies flew and the champs kept beating the hell out of SGC. Things just kept getting scrappier and scrappier as both teams came into their element and Manders got some chair-based revenge with a kneepad up kneepad down and Justice joined him with a chair-based coast to coast.

SGC put Taylor through a door with the Powerplex but he kicked out. Keith baited Justice into hitting Manders with a chair and then finished Justice off with a Spirit Bomb.

AJ Gray © vs AKIRA

The two started off the match showing off their technical wrestling prowess, AKIRA planted both of his kick pads right into Gray’s back while Gray broke a barbed wire door over AKIRA’s head. He then placed AKIRA on a chair with a wire and hit a running cannonball. They returned to the ring and Gray attempted a stunner but was met with a bundle of barbed wire to his back, AKIRA started to carve away at Gray’s head busting him wide open.

AKIRA was firmly in control of the match, hitting a snake eyes followed by a package suplex for a two count. AKIRA continued his onslaught with a knee strike, placed a barbed wire bundle on Gray, and kicked them into his chest. Gray came back with a barbed wire bat and went to stab AKIRA in the head. AKIRA set Gray up on a door bridge in the corner, climbed to the top rope with a barbed wire chair but Gray punched the chair into his face which sent the wire flying into the crowd. A Lariat followed and Gray had secured a hard-fought title defense.

A couple of fun exchanges in the opening moments kicked this one off. Bandido nailed the first big move of the match with a series of twisting sentons, but Swerve fought back with a big TKO from the second rope onto the ropes. After getting back in the ring, Swerve slowed the pace down a bit after locking Bandido in a submission but he was able to fight out of it. Bandido had his knee worked over by Swerve but not to be outdone, he showed off his power by holding Swerve up for a full minute in a vertical suplex.

He follows up with a huge dive to the floor and the 21 Plex, but Swerve somehow kicked out!! A late back-and-forth exchange between the two ended with a JML Driver from Swerve for the win. A tremendous main event that followed up and eclipsed Swerve vs Moriarty.

EVENT CENTER

After a massive month in February which hosted 5 events from the house of GCW, the management is taking it slow as we are on the road to Wrestlemania weekend and before that, GCW will hold 2 events in March, one each of either of their brand with JCW March Madnezz and GCW Astronaut.

Even after being on the losing end of their match, the masked entity known as Captain Gamechanger has continued to torment Jon Moxley on Twitter ridiculing him for ducking him and taking the easy way out by pinning his team mate and not him. Moxley has heard enough and he has challenged Captain to a title vs mask match, vowing to shred the pathetic mask that he so conveniently uses to hide his degenerate face.

The Trish vs AEW feud continues in GCW Astronaut. So far, the Afro Punk Princess is 5-0 against AEW women. Can she continue her winning form?

The Cardonas have their work cut out as they defend not once but twice their Inter-gender tag title across 2 shows against dangerous opponents, The Kirks and Paxx Americana. Can they survive the month without losing the title?

AJ Gray faces his biggest challenge till date as the MVP of JCW face off against the MVP of deathmatch community, Matt Tremont.

Eric Ryan returns to the ring after 4 months as he is now fully recovered from injury. He reprises his Young Studs team with Bobby Beverly.

While XXXL was double-teamed by both the other two in a bid to keep them out of match, YDB suffered some nasty beatings in the hands of Beverly and Ryan and finally Ryan locked in the Koji Clutch on Charlie Tiger to submit.

Cardonas continued riling up the crowd and perhaps for the first time in history, ICW:NHB stars The Kirks were getting cheered in the ring which showed the disdain that crowd had for the Cardonas.

The result was not much different. They tried heavy weaponry usage and taking the match to the deathmatch zone but Kasey got powerbombed by Matt Cardona for her troubles and then Chelsea capitalized on her by hitting the Vanprettier for the win.

Corino had come back to support his stablemates and they were taking on the resident kings of deathmatch team wrestling in SGC. Any questions on the ability of Corino to do deathmatch were left far behind as he not only went toe to toe with his opponents but also took the most punishment out of his team.

A diving headbutt to Effy over a thumbtack and glass board and then a spear to Manders through a barbed wire table were the definite highlights of the match but in the end, Effy won this for his team as he pinned Rob Killjoy with the Fire Thunder Piledriver.

AJ Gray © vs Matt Tremont

This started instantly as Gray booted Tremont in the face and hammered him with fists. Tremont was stunned but quickly smiled and returned the fight, stunning Gray with shots to the mouth and filling the ring with plunder.

They continued to kill each other around ringside when Gray introduced Tremont to barbed wire bat. Tremont met him on the apron and both began brawling before they both crashed onto the chair pile below. This was just pure physicality. The glass came into play as Gray brought one of the super bundles crashing down over Tremont’s head, only scoring a two-count. The second bundle came into play as Tremont tried to get his own back but couldn’t keep Gray down.

Finally after breaking a couple of more bundles, Gray hit his Lariat to win. Tremont was clutching his leg as the medical staff attended him.
