Loxley Robbins and the Ozzie Invasion were protesting about Tommy Cornell’s upcoming Title Match at The Cornell Cup… Loxley BEAT Cornell at Head To Head… so feels it should be him, not Cornell, fighting for the World Title... Misery and Smithie were just there to complain… Loxley Robbins: “COLIN CHALKE… We’re not leaving this damn ring… Until you come out here… and give me what I want…!! I want to REPLACE Tommy Cornell in the World Title Match at The Cornell Cup…!!” It didn’t take long for Chalke to come to the stage, and he told the group in no uncertain terms that their requests would NOT be granted… In fact, The Brat Pack have their First Round Match in the Tournament tonight… If they don’t leave, they’ll forfeit it…!! This brought 21CW World Heavyweight Champion Buff Martinez onto the stage… and he told the group of protestors that they didn’t need to do this… They could have just asked him directly… Buff Martinez: “Tonight… Me an’ you… 1 on 1… Beat me tonight, an’ choo can have your Title shot whenever choo like it…!!” Loxley nodded, and accepted the challenge…!! Chalke shrugged his shoulders… What could he do about that…?! Landon Mallory [vs] ‘The MVP’ Kevin Jones Evenly matched in terms of size here, with Jones the slightly bigger. ‘The Bru’ Landon Mallory was quicker, and is a lot younger though. For the finish, he showed off his explosive power with his brutal ‘Springbok Ram’ Spear. Jones didn’t seem himself. 54 After the match, Jones grabbed a microphone… He was clearly hurt, and a little out of breath… Kevin Jones: “I… I know damn well… who sent me that note… I know who it was… and I’m gonna call him out, next week…!!” Backstage, young newcomer Alfonso D’Angelo wanted to thank ‘Cowboy’ Buck Winchester for the opportunity last week… Before Buck could tip his hat, and say ‘You’re Welcome, Kid’… DJ Reason and Dangermouth walked up, and started laughing at the pair… Buck Winchester: “What… in thee HELL... are you laughin’ at…?!” DJ Reason: “Whoa whoa whoa… Easy there ‘Cowboy’… We weren’t laughing at you at all… No no… We were laughing about something else entirely… Althoughhhhh… Now that you mention it… It is pretty funny how you two clowns are dressed…!! Especially that little punk kid…!!” Winchester got in Reason’s face… and then Dangermouth stepped in between them and got in ‘Cowboy’s’ face… Buck smirked, and told Dangermouth he’d see him in the ring later tonight… In the ring, masked high-flier Welsh Dragon introduced his opponent for tonight… A good friend and fellow Welshman… AURELIAN BRADLEY…!! The entertaining and solid Aurelian Bradley comes highly recommended… At just 18 he’s got a lot to learn, but he’s started his career very well… and tonight, the technician gets to test himself in his 21CW debut… against the brilliant Welsh Dragon… Welsh Dragon [vs] ‘The Master of the Old School’ Aurelian Bradley Bradley was indeed able to test himself here, as he struggled to keep up with Dragon at times. However, the match was done before it really got going, when three unlikely allies hit the ring… 30 Phil Harmonic, Edison Silva and Kelvin Badberry slid under the ropes and started kicking Welsh Dragon and Aurelian Bradley while they were down, causing the referee to call for the bell and end the match as a contest… The 3 on 2 assault was unexpected, and went unexplained for a while… Phil Harmonic seemed to be barking orders at the much larger Kelvin Badberry, and the MMA specialist Edison Silva… The young ‘King of the Cruiserweights’ grabbed a microphone… Phil Harmonic: “So Welsh Dragon… is allowed to just… choose a friend to compete against, and he gets a match on Kingdom… and I don’t…?! Well I’ve got friends too Dragon… meet ‘The Bad Seed’ Kelvin Badberry and the Mixed Martial Artist Edison Silva… ” Harmonic nodded, and Silva flew across the ring to hit the ‘KSKO’ (flying knee) on Dragon… Meanwhile, Badberry squeezed Bradley’s head with his ‘Berry Crush’ until the young newcomer passed out…!! After a commercial break, ‘The Most Dangerous Man in Britain’ BEDLAM headed to the ring… he was soon joined by War Machine and ‘The Executive Consultant’ Cliff King… Cliff King: “This feud is over, BEDLAM… War Machine won your re-match… now move on…!!” BEDLAM smiled, and turned to leave… Then unleashed a vicious right hand on War Machine, that sent the huge monster falling backwards… BEDLAM got out of the ring before War Machine could attack…!! w/ ‘Cowboy’ Buck Winchester [vs] Dangermouth w/ DJ Reason A surprising result, but an unsurprising performance from Dangermouth and DJ Reason. The former MC and his veteran manager cheated at every opportunity. For the finish, DJ got up onto the apron, and while Buck tried to lariat him, Dangermouth rolled ‘Cowboy’ up from behind, and pulled his jeans for extra leverage. Big win for the rookie! 51 Next up, we previewed another Cornell Cup Round One Match set for next week… Crouching Storm, Hidden Sifu will take on Mark Misery and Smiling John Smithie… in what promises to be a technical masterclass…!! But up next… The First Round Match that everyone had been waiting for… The Lee FamiLee taking on Nightmare and Ruin…!! w/ The Lee FamiLee (Gorilla & JK) w/ Andrew Lee [vs] Nightmare & Ruin Hardly a technical masterclass in this one. JK Lee attempted to stretch Nightmare and Ruin, but his huge opponents were difficult to manipulate into position. Gorilla Lee was the difference maker when he was tagged in after JK was dominated. The big fan favourite slammed into both of his opponents, and ended up winning it with his ‘Might Avalanche’ (stomp on chest into splash!). 53 As The Lee FamiLee celebrated, we cut backstage to Mo Adebola, who walked up on Wade Orson and Leigh Burton watching their match… Mo Adebola: “I am joined by… The Lee FamiLee’s opponents in Round Two: Wade Orson and Leigh Burton…” Wade Orson: “Yeah thanks, Mo… We’ll take it from here… We’re not even a LITTLE bit worried about The Lee Family… Because me and Leigh Burton wi…” At that moment, Buff Martinez walked up with Kathleen Lee…!! Buff Martinez: “Did… Choo just say ‘Lee Burton’…?! Oh wow… The Lee FamiLee will LOVE that…!!” Buff and Auntie Kathy laughed as an angry Orson and Burton stomped away…!! w/ The Underdogs (Joe Simpson & Michael X) [vs] The Brat Pack (Artemis Eyre-Rochester & Thurston Darcy III) w/ Blake Belushi Another First Round match here in the Cornell Cup Tournament. The Underdogs and The Brat Pack are no strangers to one another, having fought on multiple occasions over the last few months. They countered every move early on, but soon Artemis and Thurston got on top with a tight headlock or two. For the finish, Simpson came off the second rope - attempting a springboard back elbow, but Artemis caught him in mid-air with his brilliant ‘Brat Packer’ Back Stabber! 54 Backstage, Mo Adebola was standing by with a defiant Tommy Cornell… Mo Adebola: “I am joined by… ‘Rough Justice’… Tommy Cornell…!! And Mr. Cornell… How do you respond to Loxley Robbins’ claims that he should leapfrog you into a Title shot… because he beat you at Head To Head…!!” Tommy Cornell: “One win, Mo… The bloke’s got one win over me… an’ he thinks he can jump ahead of me in the peckin’ order…?!” Cornell turned to the camera, and addressed Loxley directly… Tommy Cornell: “Listen up, son… You think one win puts you ahead of ME…?! Think again… Do what I’ve done, for almost twen’y-five years… and come back to me… Until then, pipe down, and shut up… Next week, I’ll fight ya again… and I promise it won’t hurt a bit… It’ll hurt a LOT…!!” w/ w/ ‘The Barcelona Bull’ Buff Martinez w/ Kathleen Lee [vs] Loxley Robbins w/ Blake Belushi Really good Main Event here, with back and forth action from the get-go. Martinez and Robbins are very evenly matched workers, with a lot of similarities in the way they carry themselves outside the ring too. Buff has been loved by the fans, ever since he won the 21CW World Heavyweight Title, and then aligned himself with The Lee FamiLee. Meanwhile, the same fans boo everything Loxley and his crew of Ozzie Invaders do. For the finish here, Blake Belushi, who had been involved in the match throughout, was joined by The Brat Pack. They distracted Martinez, and he walked on to a big kick to his gut. Loxley then pulled his hair, and dragged him into position for the ‘Butterfly Powerbomb’! 76 Loxley Robbins just beat the 21CW World Heavyweight Champion…!! He beat the number one contender for the 21CW World Title at Head To Head too…!! His claims for a Title shot are growing stronger and stronger… but after this one, his troops slid into the ring and started beating up Buff Martinez… while Kathleen Lee screamed at them at ringside… The 4 on 1 beatdown didn’t last long, because The Lee FamiLee sprinted to the ring to run the Australians off…!! Just when The Lee FamiLee looked like they’d taken control of the situation, Mark Misery and Smiling John Smithie slid into the ring behind them with steel chairs!! They both hit Andrew and JK Lee in the gut with chairs, and then circled the massive Gorilla Lee… But he was taken down at the knees by The Brat Pack, as the four Australians got back into the ring behind him…!! Roly Muckletruck & Beast Bantom [vs] The Demolishers (Langton Herring & Compton Valence) Solid opener here. Herring has recently bulked up significantly, and he used his size to overpower even the big Roly Muckletruck. However, when Beast came into the ring, he smashed into everyone in his sights! In the end, he won it by locking Compton Valence in his ‘Beast Bear Hug’ and forcing him to tap out. 57 We cut backstage, and found Adam Matravers and Sebastian Koller talking about The House of Business… Adam Matravers: “And listen… I wanted to thank you for our win last week… Everyone knows my confidence has been low… but to win in the Main Event with you… The week before I Main Event again… Against the 21CW World Champion: Edward Cornell…!!” Koller graciously thanked Matravers… for paving the way for guys his size… Sebastian Koller: “Without Adam Matravers… There might not be a ‘Rock ‘N’ Roller’… You… Inspired a generation…” Matravers, who is a humble guy, shook Koller’s hand and thanked him for his kind words… A lovely segment and all that, but Matravers looked nervous ahead of his match with Edward Cornell… w/ ‘Perfection’ Kelly Martin w/ Lance Martin & Leo Price [vs] ‘God’s Gift To Wrestling’ Mark Adonis Another singles victory for Mark Adonis over one of the Martin Twins. If his partner Mass Hulk was fit and healthy, he’d have earnt a Tag Team Title shot by now. He seemed happy enough with the victory though, and arrogantly celebrated as a disappointed Lance Martin pulled his Twin Brother out under the bottom rope. 60 On his way out of the ring, Adonis delivered a cheap shot to Leo Price!! Which angered Price and Absolutely Flawless!! Lance Martin grabbed a microphone, as the cocky Adonis posed on the stage… Lance Martin: “Singles victories against us, sure... impressive... but Mark… We’re Tag Team Specialists… So I’ll tell you what… Find a partner, and you can have a Title shot whenever you want…!!” Lance threw the microphone down, and Adonis smirked on the stage… Next week, Absolutely Flawless will be in Cornell Cup Round One action against unknown opponents… Win that, and their Quarter Final Match will be the following week here on United…!! Next up, 21CW UK Champion Antithesis headed to the ring… most likely to cause chaos… Antithesis: “Since nobody wants to fight me for this Title… I have decided that I will be the FOREVER Champion… and I will no longer be accepting challenges for my Title…!!” Before he could finish, ‘The Anarchist’ was interrupted… First, by Assassin… The dangerous 21-year old Belgian with an exceptional win/loss record since his debut… Another promising youngster in Evan Alpass came out next… and the two fan favourites were then joined by ‘Captain Crash’ himself… Cain Carlisle…!! Cain Carlisle: “Here’s what we’ll do Antithesis… Since all three of us want a shot… I say you make the most chaotic match you can… and put us in a Fatal-4-Way next week, on United…!!” Antithesis liked the sound of that… There will be no rules in a 4-Way Match… Just the way ‘The Anarchist’ likes it… As the ring cleared, we cut to the front row, where a new signing to 21CW stood up from his seat…!! He was dressed in a very expensive looking suit, and he smiled and waved at the fans, who cheered him and chanted his name… JOEY BEAUCHAMP…!!! ‘The Breeze’ is a veteran from Oxford who has worked all over Europe… He’s a FOUR-Time World Champion in UEW, and can have a great match with just about anyone… He stood up, and through the camera could be heard saying: “No pictures please… I am cool… I am, The Breeze…!!” In truth, Beauchamp was signed months ago… but arrived injured… He’s now fully recovered, and ready to get started in his 21CW career… on the United Brand…!! Apollo Prince [vs] J-B Cash Very strong match here, and one that could have gone either way. Prince improves every week and at the age of just 24, has an incredibly bright future here in 21CW. Tonight was not his night though, as his rival Phillip Cooper arrived at a crucial moment! Prince was on the way back into the match after Cash had controlled the pace. The veteran put Prince away with his ‘Cash Crash’ Float-Over DDT after Cooper climbed onto the apron, and Prince tried to hit him! 62 After the match, J-B Cash left the warring duo to it… He heads to The Cornell Cup to challenge his former best friend Buff Martinez to a 21CW World Heavyweight Title Match… Cooper climbed into the ring though… Phillip Cooper: “Prince…!! The reason I haven’t paid you yet, yeah… is because I want DOUBLE, OR NOOTHIN'…!! One more fight… Loser pays DOUBLE…!! Think about it, our kid…” Cooper picked Prince up, and then dropped him with the ‘Cooper Cutter’…!! He then held the youngster up by his afro, and shouted in his face that he doesn’t belong in the ring with guys like ‘Cooper Man’…!! Kenobi High (Jase Cole & Christopher Lister) [vs] Rolling Johnny Stones & Luke Cool First Round Action in the 2020 Cornell Cup Tournament now, and two experienced duos doing battle. Stones and Cool haven’t teamed regularly for around ten years – since they were last 21CW Tag Team Champions together. Their lack of cohesion would cost them in the end, especially when compared to Kenobi High. Cole and Lister have taken a break from teaming too, but they’re very much back now. They won it when Lister hit his ‘A-Lister’ (Skull Crushing Finale) on Cool! Kenobi High advance, and now have the unenviable task of taking on The Red Devils in Round Two. 56 We saw a pre-taped segment next, of Chuck Frisby and his bodyguard Gulliver working out in the gym… Much like last week, Gulliver was clearly beating Frisby… he was lifting more, and doing more sets… Frisby looked incredibly frustrated… Back live, and we cut to Melanie Florence standing with Aldous Blackfriar… Melanie Florence: “My guest right now guys, is ‘His Satanic Majesty’ Aldous Blackfriar…” Aldous Blackfriar: “This is NOT a drill… This is the Apocalypse… Please exit the arena, in an orderly fashion…!!” Melanie Florence: “Well, with that said… How do you plan on handling the two remaining members of HellBound, after you brutally assaulted their leader, Jonathan Faust…?!” Aldous looked at the ground for a moment… He knows Blackheart, and particularly Grave Digger, will be tough to handle… But on his first night with the company, he took out Faust… and hasn’t looked back… Aldous Blackfriar: “I’m new here… People… the fans… the other wrestlers… HellBound… They think they know me… But I’ve been brooding for a long time… See… I’m not a Christian… I live on the edge… I’m a vagabond… I’m the Vampire Warrior… and I… I’m going to have to fight… Grave Digger… At the Cornell Cup…” Aldous stunned the fans… Grave Digger has recently piled on size and muscle, and is now 6’ 11”, and weighs in excess of 380lbs… At 228lbs, as good as he is, the announce team asked if he stands a chance at all… w/ Vinny Vigilante & Nate Manchester [vs] BW Eddie & Doomsday w/ Edward Cornell A big win for Eddie and Doomsday here. Their form has been patchy at best, but with Edward Cornell watching (and helping), they took advantage of the opportunity. Doomsday won it when he ended Nate Manchester with the ‘Apocalypse Drop’ (Rikishi Driver). 50 Backstage, Beau Boulder and Darin Flynn were watching the match closely on a monitor in their office… Edward Cornell, Doomsday and BW Eddie remained at ringside for the Main Event… The detective duo were disappointed that The Red Devils weren’t out there with the rest of the House Of Business… They wanted to watch the two Russian Bears, and how they acted… Beau Boulder: “I think our next job is to find out why they weren’t out there, Flynn…” Darin Flynn: “I agree Boulder… What are they plotting…? Is it, some kind of coo…?” The duo pondered things, as we cut back to the ring… Edward Cornell was getting ready to take on Adam Matravers… w/ w/ ‘Mile High’ Adam Matravers w/ Phoebe Plumridge [vs] ‘All Business’ Edward Cornell w/ BW Eddie & Doomsday Matravers and Cornell have had many battles across their time in 21CW, and a fair few in the recent past too. This one felt different though, because Matravers was able to keep Cornell on the back foot, AND take out Eddie and Doomsday at ringside. It felt like a 3 on 1, but the 1 was winning! Cornell kept getting angry at his fellow House of Business stablemates and in the end it cost him. He was distracted so much, that he left Matravers down to recover for way too long. When he turned around from shouting over the ropes, Matravers kicked him in the face with a spinning back kick! Cornell dropped to the floor, and the veteran fan favourite hopped onto the top rope and hit his ‘Mile High Moonsault’ to pick up a big win. 74 After the match, BW Eddie slid straight into the ring, to capitalise on Matravers’ injured ribs, which he hurt coming down with his ‘Mile High’ Moonsault… Eddie attempted a kick to the mid-section, but Matravers caught his foot… ‘Mile High’ rolled over Eddie’s leg, and delivered a heel kick to Eddie’s face… Doomsday came charging at him next, but Matravers side-stepped him, and the big man fell through the ropes…!! Matravers celebrated in the ring, until The Red Devils strolled out… Matravers was smart… he knew the two Russian Bears would destroy him, so he waited until they both stepped into the ring, before he slid quickly out of it… Matravers was long gone by the time Edward Cornell got to his feet, and safely made it to the stage where he was joined by his allies Sebastian Koller, Roly Muckletruck and Beast Bantom… Cornell was furious with his group as the show went off the air…!! The Lloyd Posted September 14, 2023 Author Share Posted September 14, 2023 21CW Presents: Episode 11 Wednesday, Week 2, April 2020 Calling the action: Steve Smith and Dane Rowley Overall Rating: 71 We opened the show in a similar way to last week… Mark Misery, Smiling John Smithie and the Ozzie Invasion all headed to the ring… The six men were booed loudly by the crowd, as the Australians claimed they were out there to ‘support’ Misery and Smithie in their First Round Cornell Cup Tournament Match… Their opponents, Crouching Storm, Hidden Sifu (Ricky Storm and Sifu) were already in the ring… The fan favourites didn’t look impressed by Loxley Robbins and co. being out there, but they love nothing more than to fight… so they were ready… However, they soon got some help out there… Kathleen Lee lead her client Buff Martinez, and the rest of the Lee FamiLee to the ring… Buff had a microphone… Buff Martinez: “Amigoooooos! We are out, here… Too support… Storm and Seeeefu…!! So… Why don’ we make this, a LUMBERJACK MATCH…?!” The crowd loved it, and the match got underway…!! Crouching Storm, Hidden Sifu [vs] Misery & Smithie This one was chaos at ringside, right from the opening bell. Eight men fighting on the outside, and four men fighting in it, the referee lost all control. In the end, Gorilla Lee stopped Loxley Robbins from helping Misery win! It lead to him being caught with the ‘Storm Bringer’ German Suplex and pinned! Storm and Sifu move on in the Cornell Cup Tournament! 63 We cut backstage next, as Mo Adebola was stood with Cliff King, and the intimidating War Machine… Mo Adebola: “I am joined by…” Cliff King snatched the microphone from the backstage interviewer… ‘The Executive Consultant’ thinks he can do whatever he wants because War Machine has his back… and he’s right… Adebola sloped away… Cliff King: “BEDLAM… We didn’t want to have to do this… But at the Cornell Cup Pay-Per-View, the RE-MATCH the world wants to see… BEDLAM versus War Machine… The Rubber Match…!!” Landon Mallory [vs] Lone Wolf Landon Mallory is a star of the future, but he’s already really good now. Lone Wolf is a big, powerful young man, but he stood no chance once Mallory created some space. The South African won it with his ‘Springbok Ram’ Spear on around 7 minutes. 57 We cut backstage next, and found Mark Misery and Smiling John Smithie talking about how bad their night is going… **Note** Vicki Company has been moved to United following her real-life split (and divorce) from Mark Misery… Mark Misery: “Well… I guess we might as well go home then…?” Smithie shrugged… the two looked even more gloomy than they usually do… Just then, there was a knock at the door… Misery and Smithie looked at each other, and couldn’t work out who it could be… They were both surprised to see Emmett Askey walk in…!! But neither of them really showed any emotion – other than unhappiness… Emmett Askey: “Boys… I’m ‘The Little Colonel’, but since I’m not a ‘Lee’… I get left out of all the things the Lee FamiLee do… Not that I’d want to do any of it… It’s too much ‘fun’, and I take this sport seriously… much like you two… So… You need a new manager… and I’m always looking for new clients…” Misery and Smithie nodded, but didn’t really give away if they accepted the offer or not… We headed back to the ring next, and found ‘Cowboy’ Buck Winchester hyping his young friend Alfonso D’Angelo up, as DJ Reason and Dangermouth headed to the ring… DJ Reason: “Cowboy… You walk around here like you tha only American on Kingdom… Buuuut… What you don’t know… is that my client list just grew by one… because one of MY best friends just signed for the Blue Brand… and he’s gonna kick your rookie’s ass…!!” Reason pointed to the stage, and out came GRANDMASTER PHUNK…!! The veteran former USPW and SWF star strolled out to a big ovation… but when he shook DJ Reason and Dangermouth’s hands… He made his debut, against fellow newcomer Alfonso D’Angelo… w/ w/ Alfonso D’Angelo w/ Buck Winchester [vs] Grandmaster Phunk w/ DJ Reason & Dangermouth Great performance from both men here. There was a lot of charisma shown in this one, with Phunk dancing to every beat of his offence, and Alfonso acting feminine and homosexual towards his veteran opponent. It was entertaining, but ended suddenly when Alfonso was on the second rope, and Phunk hopped up to hit his ‘Phunkensteiner’ (Frankenstiener) 48 In Colin Chalke’s office, Loxley Robbins burst in, demanding ‘a word’ with the Kingdom General Manager… Loxley Robbins: “Here it is Colin… The ULT-I-MATE-UM you’ve been waitin’... for… Iiiii… Have nothing else to prove to you… Iiiii… should be getting’ a Title shot… And I REFUSE to compete, until I’m granted that shot…!!” Chalke shook his head, he said there was nothing he could do to grant Loxley what he wants… But Loxley told him he’d explained the situation… and he’ll be waiting until Chalke gives him what he wants…!! Up next, ‘The MVP’ Kevin Jones stomped to the ring… he had a sour look on his face… Jones grabbed a microphone, and the veteran got ready to call out the man responsible for giving him a gift that said ‘FOOL’ on it after his defeat to Daniel Black Francis at Head To Head… But before he could speak, he was attacked from behind by a large man, who knocked him down… The masked man began doing something to Jones’ face, but the camera didn’t reveal it until he was done… He got up off of Jones, and revealed his masterpiece… Everyone was stunned, and Jones could barely get back to his feet… before ripping off the decorations… Steve Smith: “It’s SHANE HANNIGANS Dane…!! What does this MEAN…?!” Dane Rowley: “Ooohhh no… It’s NOT Shane Hannigans… It’s Jevin Kones… He dresses and acts, and carries himself like a Fart Smella… He doesn’t deserve THIS…!!” Steve Smith: “Shane Hannigans and Tom Foolery… Aka Jeremy Allen… It all makes sense now… LET the good times, roll Dane…!!” w/ Michael X w/ Joe Simpson [vs] ‘Awesome’ Wade Orson Two great in-ring competitors here, and two men who know their characters well. Orson has only recently shown this side of his attitude, but he excels in this role. He not only wound the crowd up with his antics, but he also wound Joe Simpson up too. Every time Joe tried to alert the referee, Orson took advantage behind the ref’s back. In the end, he beat the ‘Underdog’ with his ‘Bounce Back’ Pounce! 58 We cut backstage immediately following the result, to where Leigh Burton was watching his friend Wade Orson win once again… When up walked the three members of The Lee FamiLee…!! Gorilla Lee: “Ooohhhh there he IS…!! Mr. Burton… Watching his buddy Wade WIN…!! Was it a good match?!” Burton ignored the big youngster, but Andrew Lee pushed on with the questions… Andrew Lee: “Seriously though… Was it good…?! Did Orson cheat…?! Leigh… come on… Leigh… M…” There was a pause… Smiles crept across all three of the Lee FamiLee’s faces… They all nodded, and said ‘LEIGH’…?! ‘LEIGH’…?! They all got incredibly excited, and Leigh Burton himself even started to smile and get excited… Then he suddenly changed his tone… Leigh Burton: “Never gonna happen…!!” Burton then stomped away, leaving the Lee FamiLee so excited… Next week, Gorilla and JK Lee will take on Burton and Wade Orson in the second round of the Cornell Cup!! Welsh Dragon, Aurelian Bradley & Brickhouse Balder [vs] Phil Harmonic, Edison Silva & Kelvin Badberry Phil Harmonic barked orders at his two stooges here. The MMA fighter Silva and the big, nasty, Badberry dominated the two young Welshmen and didn’t allow the big Frenchman Brickhouse Balder to get into the ring. When he did, the momentum swung. But eventually, with Harmonic and Bradley legal, Harmonic hit his ‘Flying Leg Drop’. 47 After the match, Harmonic grabbed a microphone and gathered his troops… Phil Harmonic: “WE… Are taking OVER… This is OUR Kingdom…!!” Harmonic slammed the microphone down, and led his group to the back… ‘Rough Justice’ Tommy Cornell [vs] ‘D-B-F’ Daniel Black Francis Two men with multiple Championship reigns to their name, and no doubt future reigns to come. ‘D-B-F’ is the current Kingdom National Champion, and has defended the Gold with dignity and respect. Nobody respects the fun-loving Londoner more than Tommy Cornell. ‘Rough Justice’ wasn’t here to beat his opponent up, but he wanted to win nonetheless. The veteran did just that, when he hit his ‘Guilt Trip’ Side Russian Leg Sweep. Lots of mutual respect between the two. 71 The show closed with Loxley Robbins sat in the front row of the crowd… eating popcorn… Loxley shouted that Cornell doesn’t deserve a World Title shot… but he just earned a National Title shot…!!
