Forlan, I'm not requesting to test the mod (I don't have enough time for that), but I just wanted to chime in to say that there are people out there who, though they never post, are eagerly awaiting your mod and appreciate the time you put into it. I especially like the fact that you are now taking testers and not releasing it as is, knowing that some things still need to be corrected. Anyway, I just wanted to give support to someone who deserves it.
Very nice post poilbrun:-) And coming from someone that hardly ever posts makes your words viable. Forlan, I know this project has been quite a headache at times, I'd like to add to Poi here, and say thanks alot and join Poi in his support to you. I wanted to say something funny, but it's not appropriate, remind me another time, lol. I also extent that support to everyone working on any mods, or contributing to them. Thanks alot everyone! Especailly thanks to Poi here, for just stating a fact!

I would just like to say thanks in advance. While I never played your mod for TEW05, I heard such great things about it I was compelled to look into this one. You seem to spend so much time working and reworking it's as if your making a whole new game. Kudos to you good sir, kudos.
What's really funny.....WWE probably won't get such crappy ratings if Vince played TEW 2007....BTW, I checked out the trailor for WSX(MTV Wrestling Federation)...ECW is doomed...
Yes, now and only now because of the godly WSX, ECW is doomed. Nothing to do with Heat and Velocity quality shows and the person in charge having a weird complex about not wanting it to fail but also not succeed much either.

I think what HardcoreIcon was pointing out, is that the new WSX looks like it could kick the fake ECW's ass in competition in quality of the show seeing as how no one in the fake ECW has the balls to do any of those moves, not necessarily ratings. In which I think WSX will get about a .5-.7, and that's my official guess for the new show.

The roster is filled with much larger guys then are in WSX, and they obviously do not have the type of freedom to just bust out crazy high spots. That's obviously not what Vince wants, so it aint happenin. ECW isn't there to compete with WSX. It isn't there to compete with anyone.

but when ECW was brought back they thought they would see guys like Sabu, Sandman, Dreamer, RVD, and etc from the past wrestle and be hardcore like before, which most views like to see that kindve ****. WSX has that now...with will cause people to watch that...plus they have people like Vampiro, X-Pac, Credible, Teddy Hart, Jimmy Jacobs...the list goes on..there are a lot of fan favorite indy people wrestling for them.

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of the following talent. WWE wishes them all the best in their future endeavors. Tony Mamaluke Extremist Tony Mamaluke earned his greatest achievements in the original ECW, capturing the ECW World Tag Team Championship. Alongside his fellow Paesan Little Guido and ECW Diva Trinity, Mamaluke competed with new breed Extremists as a member of the Full Blooded Italians. Doug Basham As two-time WWE Tag Team Champions, the Bashams were at one-time regular competitors in SmackDown’s Tag Team division. An appearance at WrestleMania XX, and an extensive role as part of JBL’s Cabinet remain as highlights of this veteran tag team’s career. Al Snow ECW Original and former WWE Hardcore Champion Al Snow – along with his unique ally, Head – became a fan favorite with his unorthodox antics in the late 1990s. Snow is also known for his training of sports-entertainment hopefuls in WWE Tough Enough. While he will no longer compete in the ring, he will continue in his duties as a trainer. The Gymini The powerful pairing known as Gymini debuted on SmackDown in January 2006 and earned several victories over a slew of SmackDown teams including ring veterans Scotty 2 Hotty and Funaki. Gangrel David Heath, known to many as Gangrel, made his WWE debut in the mid 90’s as the vampire leader of the Brood. With blood dripping from his trademark fangs, Heath created a memorable image for WWE fans. From WWE.com, also on the other news sites they expect more to come.

Gotta say that in my latest game Spike didnt drop TNA :s, and WWE only stole, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles and MAtt Bentley strangely enough. Dare say WWE will cripple other promotions more with the real life releases since the game AI does it to trya nd balance the three brands EDIT: And if you woudln't mind don't put up things like that, the D'Amore thing fair enough but when the data isnt complete don't put up possible flaws as thats the main reason why i didn't release it to everyone to avoid such things coming up as conversation.
