That Crazy Guy
I took away the postal code, put in a space and my order went through. Hopefully that's allowed. All other orders will be cancelled, right?
rajde
I tried the postal code and no success this is so irritating.

It's a built-in bypass.

The Gaz
Just woke up, seen what has worked and it has worked for me also which is great. So now my only problem is waiting 5 days for around £300 to clear.
Craig Edwards
i'm happy i live in the USA it seems like none of the USA guys had any trouble, only the people from canada and the UK, and that is because the company is a US company and when you put address in the US you put a space between the state and zip code we call them zip codes in the us
Rocland
I still do not have the game. I was using my mom's credit card, who lives in the US (I live in Canada), and I got the same err 23 thing. I guess putting a space is working for people, so I'll try again tonight when I return from work.
The Gaz
Yes well I strongly believe viatech should be ditched for poor instruction on how we are supposed to enter our details. All this needless hassle. Nothing is made clear!
Thriller
I ordered last night but got the error and havent gotten an e-mail or anything, so should I go down the PayPal route or the blank post code route?
Horizon
Putting Space inside Postal Code and State rules....it worked for me in case ya didnt get it :p. Rock on TEW.
Aye, worked for me too :D Basically people, any failures you had before, these will not be charged unless you recieved an email for each. If you recieved one license you will only be charged once. If you recieved 8 you will be charged for 8. The other failures say they will take the money, but they actually won't and will be automatically cancelled within around 5 working days. Meaning you'll only be charged for one valid license. Yeah, it's been a mess, but really, no need to panic. Cheers Arlie, Adam, and everyone in this thread for pulling together to help resolve the issue. And cheers for another great game. Thriller
Argh! PayPal's telling me the card is registered to a different account, so I log in to an old account, use the retrieve password thingy and get told I've got to wait 7-10 days for a new password! TeemuFoundation
Gosh, that sounds complicated. I got the game last night when it came out and had no problems. But now I feel bad for you guys stuck without the game. I almost feel guilty playing it... bad karma. I hope the best for you guys. By the way, Adam, great game:)

skillz17
I live in the UK and only have a Maestro debit card. When i try to order it always says card declined :(. I can use paypal though, so if there is anyway either the mods or somebody can help me out with that I would be extremely grateful. it would be a major help. Sensai of Mattitude
My mother's Maestro card wouldn't work either, due to it having 18 numbers rather than 16. Got my license from using her Mastercard. :)
Zombieboy
I want to give it another try but I'm a little unclear about the method everyone's using. I'm in Canada, so would that mean I just put a space between the two parts of my postal code? Because I already tried that last nght and it didn't work. I'd just like a little clarification. And yes, this is incredibly annoying...I have a long weekend, with nobody around, so it was the perfect opportunity to get to know the game
Sartagis
Just put a space instead of anything. Thats what I did. I left my State/Province as NS, but putting a space for my postal code instead of my actual postal code worked.
