"Broadcasters" on your main screen. You can scroll through your Event and TV Broadcaster deals, and they will show you how much time/how many episodes you have left.

When you run the show, you set the Broadcasters for that event. Choose a PPV Broadcaster. Events aren't "PPV only", per se, you can now run it on PPV in America, on TV in the UK, Free-to-Air in Japan, for example.
