  1. Wrestlemania gets ocassionaly moved outside the 2-8 April period, so it would make sense, especially since its not that established, as this was only the 2nd edition of Championship Showdown. And since VWA is one of the few promotions you can share workers with, it would be a shame to put your eye on someone from their roster but not be able to book them because of this small problem.

  3. Good luck, man! Also started over and Landon announced he's leaving before the first show. Brought in Gandalfini to replace him, he's doing great. Also decided to add the "keep it simple" road agent note everytime Drachev steps in the ring

  5. I haven't tried the UCR revival myself yet, I wanna play about 1 or 2 years with each of the 3 companies. I think I'll make the database start in 2021, with the rosters & champions my companies will have by the end of 2020 in my save. Any ideas for other friends that Joey should persuade into joining him?
  6. ULTIMATE COMBAT RING REVIVAL Albert Thorp has talked Byron and Ali into having a meeting regarding what's best for business for all of them. This discussion results in the following: - Albert buys EWA & UEW and merges them, reviving an almost medium sized Ultimate Combat Ring, keeping VWA around as Developmental. The new UCR will be based in Switzerland, and they will focus on the whole Europe, except the cheap Eastern Europe and the far Scandinavia & Russia. - The three businessmen put together a budget of 750 000 $ for the new UCR, and besides this, Thorp, the biggest owner, invests in the new Combat Ring Network, an internet subscription service, with small coverage in Europe and very small coverage in the UK! - To prevent the problem that proved to be the death of the original UCR, the two different styles that went on to be represented by EWA & UEW will now be present on the two separate weekly shows! UCR Starlight will be the provider of Classic Sports Entertainment, airing for 2 hours every Monday, with Byron as GM; and UCR Colloseum Fights will promote Respectful Wrestling, airing for 2 hours every Sunday night, under Ali Bloxsome's guidance. Sadly, the old EWA's female workers all got cut. - Brands will run a special event every two months (Starlight event in February, Coll Fights event in March, Starlight event in April etc), with one brand vs brand themed event in January and a supershow featuring both brands in December. UCR might look for other broadcaster for it's specials. - The VWA keeps its product, as it's a mix that can feed both brands. It is owned and booked by the great Stig Svensson. Also, the company's weekly show, which airs for 90 minutes every thursday, is called VWA Greatness. Every 4 months, there will be a special event - VWA Triumph 1 being the first one, in April. - The revived UCR will be looking to open a training facility of at least Low level in it's first year. - Enraged by the fact that he's relegated to developmental and not even getting to book the damn thing, Joey Beauchamp refuses, quits and opens up his own Small promotion (with blackjack and hookers) in Spain with an Episodic Entertainment focus: New Breeze of Wrestling. He manages to bring in some friends with him: Juan Mendoza, Xavi Machismo, Cub Balowicz, Thor The Mighty, commentator Tim Reed and, most impressively, VWA's own Landon Mallory, as the VWA star had disputes with the UCR top men about his future. Other talents include up-and comers Notorious FREAK, Thorsten Sigurdsson, Acheron, Evil Spirit, veterans Bulldog Jack, Herschel The Hammer, Otto Hammerschmidt, Derrick Merrick and pretty much all the ex-EWA ladies. The company has a budget of 25 000 $, so Joey's dream of showing the new UCR who's who seems pretty crazy as of now.
  7. First, I look at the creative meeting and decide the card for the next big show (any PPV if it's AEW, NXT or Impact, Summerslam/Survivor Series/WM if it's WWE, the season finale if playing a company with monthly shows etc.). Then I write down every feud I want to build, and segments I want to do around them, and I usually end up with enough to fill 80-90% of the shows that build up to the big shows. And so I integrate the angles and matches I've already written down in the shows and add a few matches or promos to fill the time, if needed. Writing everything down takes a while, but after that, the time spent in the booking screen is around 10 minutes for every 2 hour show
  8. Who did he injure? He injured Shojo on the first show for me, thankfully it's just for a month and he can work through it
  9. On Twitch you have to pay a monthly subscription for some companies, like AAA. Unrelated to that, one thing that is annoying is that platforms like DAZN and Fite are set worldwide. I can't air Dynamite on Fite because in the game it covers all the areas. But IRL, the whole non-american/canadian/british world watches Dynamite on Fite (or free streams ). I think the best option would be to make all platforms restricted to one area (ex.: Fite UK, Fite Europe, Fite Russia etc)
  10. I wouldn't go as far as saying as the average peak is 40, I'd say the peak is still around 34-37 for most of the guys. Of course, there are Suzuki, Jericho, Rey Mysterio that still go hard despite their age, but that's surely not the norm, guys like Cena, Triple H, Batista, RVD, AJ, Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels aged/are ageing more normally.

  12. Playing as a developmental for sure is #1 given how much of an NXT mark I've been throughout 2019. The new tournaments feature is a much needed addition too. Aaaand the new stables feature is great. And the new contracts system is a small thing, but makes the indie scene feel more real.

I guess it's pretty accurate then</p>
  14. Daaamn, am I the only one who thinks Ligthweight should be 180-210 and middleweight 210-250 or 260? I mean, you're surely not lightweight past 210 lb, right?
  15. I'm still dreaming of pulling off a 85 show with AEW and you wanna pull of a 96+ with a 0 match in the middle..
  16. They seem to be the worst doing European comany, but make a fun challange. With the actual stars not being really great and no prospect looking to steal the spotlight, I hope Joey Beauchamp has one more title run in him, he should since the company only runs 1 show per month. Since Stig & Tim Reed are some of the best talkers on the roster, I've made Stig Armand Hardwicke's manager and Tim Don Henderson's manager. I've got hopes of turning Armand Hardwicke and Gordon Leve into stars and Konrad into a major star. The tag division seems pretty lackluster.
  17. With that money and the future of japanese wrestling passing through, going from tiny to small shouldn't be a pain in the ass. The European title scene should always have Landon, Walker & Lauro around it, I'm surprised Lauro had no run with it since he's already 39 and seems more fit for a title run than Kronos or Matthew Macks. The tag division should be built around the youngsters Fabian & Hans and the Japanese prodigies, and hopefuly the Japanese boys can play heel well, 'cause Risk & Reward seem like the only decent team to mix in the title scene and they're faces too. Michael Gregory as Swiss champ seems pretty meh to me, I'm using Jasper Jacobs as transitional champ to have Pavel Vanzycha have a lenghty reign with it. Aaaand seeing my boy Abominable Snowman be a star makes me happy, he shall make a good challanger for Landon one day
  18. EWA really looks like it has a ton of potential. The young ladies in the division seem to have a ton of potential, but I'll keep the belt on Thea through the All Stars event, hopefuly I'll manage to make Blair well known until then. Petey Barnes of Future X seems to be doing great all around, I already put the Universal Title back on Bam Bam and think of having Petey slay him at All Stars, with a Future X tag titles defense against The Johannsons at the prior event. Demolition Drebin seems the perfect guy to take the IC title off Kruge. And hopefuly Bret turns out to be as good as Byron and less of an egomaniac. It feels like Adam decided it's time for EWA to go Medium and even National
  19. A small one you've missed: Krug The Executioner became Krug The Revenger. Thanks for this, I was really wondering what happened to NOTBPW's The Natural
  20. First check out all the European promotions and hire my good (actually pretty bad) old Romanian compatriots Abonimable Snowman and Acheron. Never really played a lenghty save in the C-Verse, n'or one with a smaller that Cult company, time to jump into it with a nice European conquest. And of course, play as NXT in the real world mod as soon as it drops. Gotta do Tomasso & Johnny justice & seeing how getting sent main roster talents and having my boys called up is gonna make everything really unpredictable
