  1. Normally I'd say it gets old but when it comes to the Undertaker and Wrestlemania no I don't think it is old. Not sure how true it is but he supposedly has some say in who he will lose to at Mania. If I had to guess right now who will eventually end the streak if anyone does... I will say Big Show probably.
  2. Sheamus and Undertaker would be a good match I think. Sheamus could deliver everything he has only for Taker to continue to get up and kick out. Taker would win and go on another year but if Sheamus looked strong it could help his career.
  3. So I watched a little bit of TNA last night. I have to say I liked what I saw. Fortune is a major storyline with AJ vs Christopher Daniels. Bobby Roode, and James Storm being main eventers basically. TNA seems to be trying to deliver what the fans want. Maybe Bischoff learned in WCW that he needed to develope new stars and is applying it here. I am not saying that TNA is great or even close to WWE because they aren't but I see a lot of improvement over the product that they put out 6 months after Hogan and Bischoff joined TNA.
  4. I don't think the title will be on the line between Rock and Cena. Personally don't care if it is either. I think the WWE is teasing that it may be on the line though. I don't even think they know exactly if it will be for a belt. Things seem to change in creative a lot over the course of a few months.
  5. Rock won't be in the Rumble other than to get rid of Cena. I think Cena will be close to winning which will allow the commentary to talk about how that would impact Wrestlemania and Cena vs Rock. Then Cena will get eliminated by whoever ends up winning. Daniel Bryan could either use the MITB to create a triple threat or to have a 1 vs 1 match up with whoever the champ on Smackdown is. As of now I could see CM Punk facing ADR for the World Title. Punk with HHH in his corner, and ADR with Laurinitis, Vince, or Steph in his. Obviously we are a long ways away from Wrestlemania though.
  6. Very well said. I just wish we didn't argue so much here. The one comment that always bugs me is... I hated _____ because it was predictable.
  7. I think it will be a new version of the nWo which could be good. I don't think Nash, Miz, and Truth is a good nWo as of yet. The booking team would have to convince me of more. Nash, Miz, and Truth being led by Vince McMahon in the shadows would be really good though. Vince could be their financial backer or something. I don't think Vince will be involved in the storyline though.
  8. Yeah I have been able to enjoy them knowing they are somewhat biased so far. I love most things involving wrestling. I don't know what him and Jeffs problems are. They have blown so many good opportunities. They are a joke. I've never been a fan but these guys could be at the top of wrestling if they weren't such screw ups.
  9. Which ones have you seen? I have seen the Big Show one, Ricky Steamboat, and Death of WCW. Plan on watching the 50 greatest superstars of all time, John Cena one, and top 20 personalities or whatever since 2000.
  10. I noticed last night that Netflix has some WWE videos. I watched the Rise and Fall of WCW which was very interesting. Wish they went more in depth though. That's my only critique of that. Also saw Ricky the Dragon Steamboats video which again was great. I really liked it and I felt it portrayed Steamboat as a guy who was one of the all time greats which he was. I may watch another one tonight but this has me pretty happy right now. Hopefully they bring more WWE videos to Netflix.
  11. My opinion of last night mixed with some fantasy booking. HHH fires Nash for real. After the stipulation of losing his position as COO Nash feels he has to be there to help HHH win. Nash feels that if he helps Hunter win that he will get his job back. Either way I think Nash will only be around until the Royal Rumble and then he will be no more.
  12. When you put it that way about when the stable is with him or Cena breaking away from it that makes more sense to elevate him. Much like Evolution didn't make Batista and Orton stars but them going on their own after did.
  13. I am not saying I wouldn't enjoy Dolph in the group because I probably would but I don't think it would make him a top tier guy like Cena, Orton, or Punk like people want. Dolph reminds me of Mr. Perfect from the early 90s. Good but not quite at the very top of the cards.
  14. I don't think Dolph being in a group with Cena and Nash would make Dolph a main eventer. I think it would do the opposite actually. He would be fed to anyone trying to get to the men on top.
  15. I like that fantasy booking scenario. HHH, Nash, and Cena would be fun. Only issue I have is that Cena is the only in ring talent of the three. HHH and Nash are more like personalities now.
  16. I will finish your point. The point is playing in the playoffs doesn't make you better. Good players that are capable of improving get better while others don't improve. There isn't a correlation I feel.
  17. I am a Lions fan and a loss in the playoffs doesn't make you any better. Remember a guy named Scott Mitchel? No? You shouldn't! He had an MVP season and another good season only to get dropped bad by the Eagles in the playoffs and never again was considered a good QB. His good experience in the playoffs was his demise! Plus he just sucked.
  18. The only problem is if they did an nWo thing it would be X-Pac showing up and hitting the X-Factor on Punk. Hall has too many issues and is too out of shape for them to bring him in I feel. I would love to see the Outsiders dominate the tag division though.
  19. Last night was my first time watching TNA since February and that Sting is rediculous. Hogan rambles too which was obnoxious. That whole segment bugged me. Why is Sting acting like this? What did I miss that led to this?
  20. I liked Nash in the WWF as champ in what... 94? I was 9 though. He was best in the nWo but put on some average matches. Then the injuries came. I like Nash and find him entertaining. I could enjoy seeing him wrestle a few matches with a good worker like Punk a few times.
  21. I don't think Hulk Hogan is gay or has any gay tendencies. The only reason Linda says that is because she is pissed and insecure because Hogan has a hot new woman. Plus the whole Warrior interview put the idea out there.
  22. CM Punk is being booked really strong like he is the face of the company. This may be so the WWE has a strong main event at Wrestlemania other than the Cena vs Rock match. Will ADR be champ for awhile? That is what I wonder. Also is Randy Orton going to still be the dominant wrestler on Smackdown for a long time?
  23. Yeah interesting read for sure. Dale was big and I think would have been better if he wasn't rushed and jobbed out.
