  1. The financial aspect regarding contracts, PPV revenue and so on seems to be busted. Like you said, there's really no logical reason for any decision the workers make and you can get amazing stars to your company way too easily, especially foreign talent.
  2. A small bump if you will, just in case some people missed this thread earlier and we're also getting closer to the release date of TEW2020. Playing with this mod, I've noticed there are quite a few subpar edits out there so I'm going to polish the pack so that at least all starting roster images don't have any blue background pixels or other errors in them.

Atleast there's been a lot of discussion about it on the Discord and I'm quite sure people have reported this here on the forums aswell.</p>
  4. IPW can make millions in the first month by buying their own PPV provider. It's completely broken.
  5. You mean the ultra dangerous match set up penalty or..? There are quite a few of them that don't have the penalty, of course (for example the Hardcore Evolved doesn't get penalties from deathmatches). I do get why some products would get penalties though.
  6. I got one through with WEXXV against SAISHO, the one with the sponsorship.
  7. Warrior's Legacy. Ryu Kajahara, founder of WEXXV and now a succesful gameshow host, passes away peacefully in his home at the age of 62. In his will is a list of former WEXXV alumni who he always considered to be his best friends and to whom he owes his legacy. His last wish was that someone from the list would take upon himself to give WEXXV one more go. Koichi Kajiwara, with his bad knee and all, decides to retire from active competition and takes up the job, feeling that it's his responsibility to continue the legacy since no one else seems to be interested. With 25K$ from Ryu's will and full liberty to do what he wants with the rights, he sets up WEXXV once again, this time with the name Warrior Engine 20 (WEXX, as it's the year 2020 and the promotion will start with 20 wrestlers, just like WEXXV did with 25 when it opened). Kajiwara also realizes that the times have indeed changed, so he changes the product to "Hardcore Evolved", pulling back from the gory deathmatch image that the promotion once had. This draws the ire of Battle Sakata, Hiroshi Morisue and Zeshin Makioka, who all reject the idea of a new WEXX and view it as a disgrace, a spit upon Kajahara's grave. Kajiwara is furious and promises to show them all, believing this is what Ryu would have wanted. (Yeah, there might be a diary coming.. Who knows.. )
  8. Hi, Could it be possible to edit Road Agent notes in the same way we can edit Match and Angle choices? Out of the ~70 Road Agent notes I only use 3-5 constantly in my booking. For example it would be nice if the user shouldn't have to scroll to the bottom every single time I use Crazy Bump for a match.
  9. For me it is and I want real challenge and a totally OP product breaks the game, as does getting your own Internet PPV provider it seems. There should be a freestyle game mode then for players like you who want to anything they want without any penalties, or a hardcore mode for players like myself. Right now I'm doing a save with 0 User Skill points used.
  10. This sounds excellent. +1. This could somewhat resolve some of the production/finance/unholy popularity gain that the touring vs. constant have between the two.
  11. Thanks for doing the hard work testing this, getting the financial part and popularity gain for promotions should be #1 priority right now.
  12. But of course. It would be quite weird to continue on it until more info comes out about the UI changes.
  13. I used to create my own in previous games but in TEW2016 I started playing as Cornellverse characters. I don't really like to add into the world, I don't like new random workers either.
  14. The "No Style Style" really needs some penalties/restrictions. Created a new promotion with 10 pop in Tohoku and did this show just to test it out: The product is quite broken. It also says nothing about broadcast or sponsorship in the product info. Maybe make an overall penalty to each segment because of the no style? You can't please everyone even if it's no style. Or atleast but severe restrictions to sponsorship money and broadcasting - they don't know what they are getting. I had a deathmatch, hardcore match and default normal matches in there. The 70-30 or 30-70 performance/popularity divide also breaks the product and makes it incredibly OP. Why not go for 50-50? Right now there is no reason why anyone should play with any product besides the No Style product. It's simply put the best product in the game. EDIT: Jaded run some watcher testing, setting many promotions style to No Style and many got significantly better grades.
  15. <p>"Changes</p><p> Altered the colour scale for displaying skills to run, by request red-yellow-light green-green-blue to mimic TEW2016 by request (WIP)" BUH GAWD FINALLY <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  16. I noticed that you can only ask a worker if he/she be willing to do a Deathmatch only when the worker is already signed. Playing with the Junior-Deathmatch product I'd like to know it beforehand before signing them to a contract. Mostly I'm filtering with the Deathmatch attribute but it would be nice to get the option of having people coarsed to do deathmatches before signing them.
  17. <p>Hi,</p><p> </p><p> Could you please add an option for us to change what each colour means in skill/popularity screen with numbers? I've played the game quite a few hours already and I'm still viewing yellow to be mediocre. It doesn't make logical sense, going from green to yellow and so forth.</p><p> </p><p> I'd love to have it go dark red, red, brown, dark yellow, yellow, dark green, green, blue, bright blue.</p><p> </p><p> Also as everyone has said, the segment result and other windows with double digits really should be bigger. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Thanks in advance!</p>
  18. Well that's weird, what program are you using? <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> But yeah, it's very easy. Just make a transparent Alpha Channel, then just delete the background and export as .gif. But like I said, no need to really, just focus on your work <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> People can use that thread to make requests for .gif files.

Would a .png work?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> TEW2016 supports .gif format. <a href="http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=544987" rel="external nofollow">http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=544987</a> <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> But yeah, just forget it. Don't know how many people will use my mod and they can always edit the files themselves or ask in that thread. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

As talked before, maybe with some import data or database options from in-game, I just don't know. <img alt=":o" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/redface.png.900245280682ef18c5d82399a93c5827.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  21. As a Finland native, I wholeheartedly agree with this.
