  1. No problem! Yup it'll work as long as the pathways are correct. If it doesn't auto-populate, you'll be able to assign the new pic manually and it'll be there.
  2. In the main editor: Click on Database Details near the bottom left corner Find the Picture Folder dropdown on the left and select the right folder In game: Click on Options (bottom left corner again) Click on Change Pictures from the list of buttons on the right, and select the right folder Once you set it in the main editor, every new save will use the correct folder (unless you change it again of course), but you'll have to do it manually for any existing saves. Hope that helps.
  3. Personally, I think the tape date would make more sense since that's how TEW operates in game. E.g. if you tape 4 episodes at once and do a title change on the 4th one, the game will recognize the change as having happened at the taping, not when the episode airs.
  4. Is there anything in particular that you need help with, or just the whole process generally?
  5. Sounds like you may have downloaded the jpg database instead of the gif one. If that's the case, then you have two options: 1. Download and install the gif database instead (this would obviously reset any changes you've made, so I'd only do this if you haven't changed anything yourself). 2. Mass edit the worker pics by doing the following: Go to the main editor, select Workers and click Toggle List at the top right of the list. Mass Edit should show up on the left. Select "Picture Becomes 'Their Name.gif'" in the first dropdown menu, and "Include Contracts" in the second one, then click Mass Edit. Do a search and select Has No Picture from the list on the right, then you can manually attach any missing pics that didn't get attached in the mass edit. Hope that helps.
  6. From what I've seen, whoever has seniority gets first dibs (seniority = used the name first, or used it more famously), and the second person usually gets a period after their name: e.g. "Asuka" in WWE and "ASUKA." in Japan/indies, etc. Not ideal for the second person, but it's probably the cleanest solution I've seen so far.
  7. If you don't mind starting in May 2013, The Yes Mod (TYM) is exceptionally well made and complete. Also, @GooverDan is currently making a January 2016 based on TYM that looks really promising.
  8. The handbook also says those are rough guidelines for sizes, so I think it's fair to have some wiggle room around the margins.
  9. If you keep using them at the same rate, they'll accumulate fatigue which will eventually affect their performances and increase their injury risk. A little time off will fix that; a week is usually enough in my experience (make sure they're off house shows too!). I think non-wrestling appearances still contribute to fatigue but much less than matches do, so it might take a little longer for them to fully recover if you keep using them in angles during their break.
  10. It can increase the show's final rating by a few points, depending on how much you spend.
  11. They'll use it and get the boost in every angle/match for as long as they have the attribute(s).
  12. If you're currently negotiating an extension with them, they won't be available until they officially re-sign, so that's one possibility. Injuries are another, of course.
  13. Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear this. Take all the time you need, I hope you can find some peace. 💙
  14. Honestly, based on WCW's history with guys like Hall, Nash, Hennig, etc, I think it's pretty likely that they'd have gone with real names whenever they needed to. Bischoff has talked about wanting a more "realistic" presentation compared to the WWF at the time. So for your examples, I'd think Mark Calaway, Paul Levesque and Mick Foley would work. Shawn Michaels probably owns his name since he used it before the WWF (much like Luger, Rude, Piper, Savage, etc), so I imagine you'd be safe to stick with that (just no HBK nickname). Just my two cents.
  15. Not sure if this is the right place to ask... Does anyone have a master list/mod of non-English tag team/stable names? Specifically looking for Japanese and Spanish names for puroresu and lucha companies; would love to have some region/language-appropriate names for the AI to use. An importable mod would be amazing if it exists, but lists would be fine too. Just checking to see if this has already been done before I start trying to build it myself from scratch. The suggestions thread isn't quite what I'm looking for; I was hoping for something that's all in one place and easy to use.
  16. Have you tried tweaking the Angle Focus settings in their Products? e.g. With Tight Focus, the overall angle rating is 90% based on the best angle, 10% on the second best angle, and the rest aren't factored in at all. It doesn't fix the inherent booking issue you're describing, but it does allow the AI to book a ton of bad angles as long as there's at least one good one to carry the rating.
  17. This thread is fantastic, just want to say thanks for doing this.
  18. Personally, I'd keep it low too, maybe in the 20s or so. I'm not sure how many modern fans would remember a manager from ~15 years ago, especially since no one really talks about Armando when they talk about Umaga these days. I was a huge fan but I don't remember him being all that popular on his own even during his time... I'm sure he could get over again quickly enough, but that's a different story. For reference, I put together this rough guide for myself based on the way the in-game creative team breaks down popularity and skills: Populairty: <10 = almost completely unknown 10s = not exaclty a household name 20s = not very well known 30s = ??? 40s = barely known 50s = popular 60s = very popular 70s = extremely popular 80s = wildly popular 85s = massively over 90s = enormously popular 95+ = insanely popular Skills: 30s = decent 40s = pretty good 50s = good 60s = very good 70s = impressive 80s = extremely impressive 90s = exceptional
  19. It's an issue with the new patch, you'll have to download another updated version of it (I had the same issue with a different mod). Here's the thread about it in Tech Support:
  20. Yup, no problem! Here's one with a border and one without, just in case.
  21. I'll whip one up for you, just need to get the scale right. Can you post a pic or two that you like from that pack?
  22. Great stuff, I love the idea of saving WCW from itself and the finger poke is a great timeframe to do it. Looking forward to seeing this develop.
