  2. You still haven't made 10,000 renders yet?! On a serious note though, keep up the good work!
  3. I did do some more but not enough to do another release. I'll get around to finishing eventually, but I don't want to give a release date as chances are I wouldn't meet it. (as mentioned in the original post I started it in WMMA3!) There's also been almost zero feedback too! lol
  4. There are few listed here: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=541293 Here's one I started a while ago, but it's still in the early stages: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=544524
  5. Ahhh, you're probably right. It's been a while since i've played 2016 and forgot about that part. But as you can filter by any skill/s you want to in 2020 then I would've assumed that was a better option as you can be more specific to your needs. The converter is there to make mod making easier so that mod makers don't have to do everything again from scratch, not to convert a mod completely to the new version. It is impossible for the converter to convert a mod from a previous version with an entirely different set of information to the new version. There's a sticky thread in the Mods forum with a checklist of the changes: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=545021 I'm not trying to be flippant or anything of the sort but you can't expect to convert a TEW, WMMA, Football Manager or Call of Duty mod (examples) from one version to the other without some sort of effort involved to take new things into account which didn't exist in a previous version. Just look at the forums on Steam. If you refute a criticism even when you have nothing to do with a game or company then you're accused of being a "company shill", so what difference would myself having another account make? Surely you should want more people involved to be on hand to talk to/help/provide feedback? In this instance i've pointed out a few things incorrect in the original post (like being able to change User Talents mid-game) and asked questions, such as asking for examples for the poor mic ratings so that either: 1. They can be looked into, or 2. The mod maker can look into the stats. I've tried to avoid commenting on things which are a matter of preference (unless one thing mentioned contradicts another), such as the booking screen and the interface.
  6. You can send someone to a child company, to a company you have a deal with or to a Dojo/Performance Centre if you have one. In what way? By what "skill"? When have you been able to adjust them during the game at will? In 2016 you can't take a point away from Leadership and add it to Negotiating (for example) mid-game. So you're unhappy that you can't cheat? What examples have you got that people great on the mic have poor ratings? The attributes section has been revamped, so that's a mod issue, not a TEW2020 issue. You say you want to fantasy book but then later say you don't want to go for a sandbox mode? You can choose how you play. If you don't agree with stats, attributes, roles or contracts in the default data (or mod data) then you can change it to how you want it to be. If the game is telling you that you're playing poorly then why aren't you taking that advice into account and trying to improve?
  7. You do realise that a number of things you've mentioned are to do with mods and not the game itself? What would you like there instead? You've said you dislike it but haven't suggested anything which you would prefer instead. If that's a bug, which sounds like it could be, then post it in the Tech Support Forum. It's probably (but I don't know for certain) an easy fix whereby clicking on it could make a pop-up appear like for Bio's to reveal the full text. The manual tells you that Medium = Cult, Big = National with regards to how they used to be named if that helps? It also explains why the change was made, "The criteria to reach each size is unique to the company's home region and can be found by looking at the Size section of the office or a company's profile.". Why would a company limit itself to only signing foreign workers for tours? Surely in the past foreign workers were brought in because they had name value, not simply because they were foreign? I'd happily have brought in The Road Warriors, Bruiser Brody, Stan Hansen etc. but there'd be no point bringing in someone like Barry Horrowitz or The Brooklyn Brawler (for example). You could always put it in the Suggestions Forum so Adam can take it into consideration though. That's a mod issue. It's virtually unheard of to expect a mod to perfectly be converted from one game to another without it requiring tweaking, whether that's in TEW or any other game. This is a mod issue, not a game issue. See the previous point about converting mods requiring tweaking. Of course it's faster, it's impossible not to be. Which is quicker, starting a database from scratch or editing just the things that need to be edited? Have you looked at this thread? http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=545021 Don't be daft.
  8. Could be a number of things. Have they faced each other before? How long did the matches go on for? How were the shows built before those matches? Did they have enough Psychology (and Stamina if it was long) to keep such a match running smoothly? What Product are you using in your company? Did you have a great match before the OIAL match? (see HBK vs Undertaker 1 at 'Mania to see how difficult it was to follow because the crowd were burned out) "Once In A Lifetime" matches should be the rarest of rare. Think The Rock vs Hogan, The Rock vs Cena as examples. (or if a Stone Cold vs CM Punk match had actually happened)
  9. Who is he? How old is he? Has he fought all the top fighters in the world or are there others he hasn't faced yet who are employed in other companies? If not, then throw money at them when they're available to hire so you can get a super fight. I'd keep him to face upcoming fighters (assuming they've got enough skill to beat him) until the wheels fall off as they'll gain popularity by beating him. See Anderson Silva, Randy Couture, Fedor Emelianenko, Dan Henderson etc. who are/were still fighting in their 40's as examples. After a few losses he'll probably want to retire any way without you interfering to a certain degree.
  10. Are you sure they're actually still part of your roster and that they haven't had their contracts run out/been hired by other companies? If that's not the case then you should post a thread about it, mentioning which patch you're using, in the Tech Support Forum: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=251 I don't see why you wouldn't be able to? If it stops you because you don't have enough money (and i'm not sure it will) then you could always just use the in-game editor and give yourself lots of money if it did happen. Office > Weight Classes Change the name of a weight class and the weight values etc. and click on Save. It won't overwrite the weight class you were initially on.
  11. Your Production values don't change unless you change them. You can do that via Office > Production. If you want a list of all Broadcasters you can approach then go to Broadcasters > Search > Will Negotiate > Yes > Search, then it'll list all Broadcasters that are willing to negotiate with you. Each Broadcaster has a Negotiations box, if the text is red click on the text and it'll show you the minimum requirements (popularity, production values etc.) and if you pass/fail any of them to negotiate with you.
  12. It should do (I think?), but if you create a Dojo/PC then when you go into Training Facilities in the Office there's a button to disable graduations which will definitely stop anyone "fake" appearing.
  13. Options page: Set Regeneration to Disabled. Set Auto Fix Imbalances to Disabled. Set Picture Requirement to On. (make sure there are no entries in the Free Pictures section of the mod, or alternatively delete any pictures that may be used as Free Pictures from the Pictures > People Folder itself) Save Settings.
  14. Not sure how you "edited him to be a wrestler again" as you can't do that in-game? If he's retired then he'll remain retired in that save game.
  15. There's a thread where people have listed who they think certain characters represent: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=540103 If it does happen again then create a thread detailing the issue, along with what patch you're using, in the Tech Support forum so that Adam can help you out. http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=251
  16. The game is actually in a window, it'll only appear fullscreen if your desktop resolution is the same as the game.
  17. Before you start a game, make a backup copy of the database in case you want to use it "as is" again in the future and then: - Editor - Current Section > Workers - If you don't have Mass Edit, Select All etc. buttons on the left of the wrestler names then click on the Toggle List button above the list of names. - Change the pulldown menu below Mass Edit to "Remove All Contracts", click on the Select All button and then click on Mass Edit.
  18. I thought you didn't want location specific?! Here's another I did a while back for "Texas Wrestling Association".
  19. Have you looked in the FAQ? http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=539962 There's a section in there about that error.
  20. While not location specific, they are area specific so i'm not sure if you'd want them or not but I did these two a while back: Tri-State Pro Wrestling (Tri-State) and Uncle Sam's Wrestling (Mid South) Alternatively you could come up with a name using the initials. Total Pro Wrestling, United States Wrestling etc. (i'm assuming you wanted an American promotion, as I do have a few for the UK too)
  21. I don't generally take requests but I love Takeshi's Castle so I gave them a whirl. These will hopefully tide you over until someone makes some better ones.
