  1. With "Nothing to Lose" only a few days away, this is the "Go Home" episode of SupremeTV. As is customary, this episode will further along some storylines and add a lot of tension/drama leading into a highly anticipated PPV. Within this document, using my new show format, you will find current SWF overness levels in North America, the show itself, the outcome/verdict of such a show, and finally my booking notes at the end. As always, I hope you enjoy! CLICK HERE FOR THE SUPREMETV RESULTS!
  2. Wow! Really cool! Thank you! 😀 Congratulations to all of the winners this month. It’s great to see so many great creators on here.

  4. I can totally see why you would love the theory of Joey Morgan. I used to book him pretty strong in previous iterations of TEW, as well. Here, he's become a somewhat bland persona & his match grades are really suffering. He's entirely necessary to the product but much longer down the ladder than I first thought. (He's probably more of a midcarder than an uppermidcarder in my mind, due to all of this) Exactly. I want to let this breathe before we actually see him competing, like everyone else, in a wrestling ring. It's more about shaping his persona/character before he fits back into the rules of pro wrestling. It's closer than you think! As for his segments, I'm a huge fan of him as well. I've found that he's not an automatic grade-getter (as he's not really all that over -- 73). That said, he's not pulling great segments every time he's on the TV. In turn, the "Fear the Reaper" storyline has waned a bit (from an 87 to a 81 in momentum). You'll find that, once you do see Scythe again, he's gone through a metamorphosis of sorts. I'm still ironing out the exact details; moving away from the SE-over-the-top persona to more of a realistic, scary figure. That said, you'll see some of his early trademarks start to fade and genuflect to new ones. Great! In Emma's case, you're about to get a lot more of her coming up here. With Rocky, I'm still in the process of nailing him down. That said, I feel like I have a path to follow. I want to humanize him, in a way, and create a 'ghost he's always warring with.' Not in the literal sense (as someone could see it that way -- especially with the Scythe scenario). Instead, there's 'ghosts' that will always occupy the top spot of the SWF. How does he fit with that? Does he fit with that? He's going to war with others and himself to see... Thank you, Xen! I was hoping for some feedback about the layout, as it's the first time I've used it. Your thinking makes total sense and I will make the shift on my next episode of SupremeTV! Undeniable is my little 'pet project than can', right now. I love the idea of putting 4 big time players together - who are all looking to head to the top of the industry. It makes for a great write and, as we go forward, will create some unique tension within the group. Either way, I'm looking forward to booking their 4 vs. 4 Tag Team Match at "Nothing to Lose."

  6. Truthfully, not for a little while longer. His greatest strength, right now, is his character. He's not an amazing in-ring performer and, to this point, I don't feel like wrestling in a ring is needed to further his persona. With this in mind, I'm looking to build the aura around his character, giving depth to who he is, before we ever see him wrestling in an SWF ring. I don't want him to feel like just another wrestler. This way, building him slowly, allows him to feel unique, special, and not your typical wrestler. Imagine if Kane was booked in this way, for a good month or two back when he debuted. The wrestling world would have been salivating at the chance to FINALLY see him in a wrestling ring; wrestling against his foe for the time (Undertaker). Same goes with Scythe and Rocky Golden, here. Joey Morgan hasn't been producing very well, thus far. I wanted to move him into a strong upper midcarder position, getting big wins but never becoming the champ. In this case, given his performances, I had the pull the trigger on Spencer Spade getting even a lot quicker than I first thought. Also, you'll find out who the last member of Des Davids' team will be on the next episode of RISE. YES. His character is sweet but A LOT will need to happen in which to EVER have him walk away as "The Guy." Not being able to talk hurts him. That said, devil's advocate here, look at Sting when he turned into the Crow-Sting. He never spoke; however, was booked in a way that it was okay. In turn, he became one of THE most over wrestlers in the industry with that person. That's where my challenge lies; booking Mikey in a way that fits his skill set. He already has the look and SQ to be a big player. That's the challenge I'll face as his booker. I love the pairing of these two, for several reasons. I love Bear and John Greed as individual wrestlers/characters. Together, they play off each other so very well. In turn, and this goes back a good 10 years or so, but when I wrote my PSW dynasty from John Greed's perspective, it was Bear who injured him (having him leave the SWF because of it). The last piece there is a personal reason, for me. As for this project, I really want to build the SWF tag team division up. I've never really given that division it's 'fair shake' in previous iterations. Here, I really want to make this a focus (to have the best teams in the world -- with the best storytelling possible). Knowing this, Prophetic Justice is a great character team that already has 'great chemistry' (so says the game). They'll make for a strong team to book going forward. Thank you, AJ and SMW. After going through several presentation styles over the last 12 years, I really feel like this is my favorite. It's crisp, clean, gets to the point and provides an SE-like feel. As I move forward, I want to provide 'good writing' and 'booking'; however, want to continue to work on being more concise. I know we all have lives (i.e. jobs, school, kids, relationships, etc.) and reading a layered, robust wall of text isn't going to fit into daily entertainment plans. Knowing this, an aesthetically pleasing setup and concise, focused (yet entertaining) writing style is what I'm hoping to work toward here.

With that said, I'm sure it will evolve over time. Either way, I wanted to preface the results this week with a note of something new. I've been doing "this for so long" that I feel something new needed to happen to spruce up the look of my projects. 8. I truthfully don't know the first thing about Mexico in the Cornellverse. That said, I'm a huge fan of Lucha Libre! When you add that with the fact that your presentation is stellar, you've got me on board from here on out. These picks are rather blind, sorry. MAIN EVENT El Hijo de Espada Roja & Extraordinario Jr vs. Felipe Caballero & Marcos Flores MATCH 4 Electric Dreamer vs. Pamela Rojo This is a Round 1 match in el Torneo de las Damas MATCH 3 Hijo del Mephisto vs. North Star Jr/B] MATCH 2 Catalina Vazquez vs. La Hija del Diablo This is a Round 1 match in el Torneo de las Damas MATCH 1 Captain Lucha & The Freedom Family (w/ Agueda Alonso) vs. Dragon Americano, El Critico & Mr. Lucha III Out of these Luchadors, I know Mr. Lucha III, Critico, and Extraordinario Jr. That's solely because I've worked with some lucha products in the past (and could sign them in the U.S.). I love the name La Hija del Diablo, as well!
  9. Looks and reads great! Keep up the strong, early work. The McWade Brothers vs The Montgomery Boys w/Jared Hill Comment: Simply due to the fact that I know them more. Rayne Man vs Austin Smooth Comment: Name value. He was a 'somebody', as he was in the SWF. For the NWA Television Championship 'The Hardcore American' Chris Caulfield vs Earnest Youngman w/Eric Tyler Comment: Uh, come on! It's Caulfield all the way! One Man Army vs Doug Peak Comment: Doug, in my mind, is pretty much here to lose to others. For the COTT Tag Team Championship The American Cobras © vs The Ring Generals w/Eric Tyler Comment: Seriously, a great match here. Two great tag teams; one with a newfound sense of international cred. As a wrestling fan, I'd love to see this one in person.

The gruff, thick-necked warrior had come, extending his umbrella. I’m okay.” he said through sleepy tones. He looked up at his wife, Sarah, and forced a smile. “Happy New Year.” He choked out meekly. </p><p> </p><p> “Happy New Year!” She replied. His eyes were adjusting to the half-light and the curves of her face were coming into focus. “What was your nightmare about?”</p><p> </p><p> Steve didn’t reply for a long moment and before simply settling on “I don’t remember.” He sat up, suppressing the urge to grunt as his back cracked with basic movement.</p><p> </p><p> Sarah knew he was lying but didn’t press. 16. Thank you, Hitman! When booking and writing the shows, I try to create the closest thing to a weekly episodic wrestling event. Whether it is the subtle descriptions or storylines themselves, I'm always looking to improve & bring the best product possible to you all. Great to see you on here, Xen! I really love the formatting that Google Docs/PDF allows me. There are some things I wish I could still do; however, ever platform has its limitations. Thank you for your insight, Xen. It's always a feeling out process in the first few shows (even for characters I've written countless times). Her disdain for some actions and support for the same actions depending on disposition is a 'quick and easy way' to get heel heat. They're a hypocrite and that's what I was going for, for the most part. That said, I'm having her walk a thin line lately; supporting Eric Eisen's facade of a persona but also being a hypocritical, intelligent heel. We'll see how it evolves with time. Either way, I really appreciate your thoughts on this.

  18. Has anyone amped up the amount of RIPW shows (in which to give your development wrestlers more in-ring practice)? I was thinking about creating a weekly event; however, I'm not really sure if it would be a waste financially (i.e. a lot of money for little payoff). On another note, I thought I read somewhere in the past that you could secure TV show broadcasts for your child company. Is that true or am I just losing it? ha. If so, how does one go about that?
  19. <p>Thank you for predicting!
