  5. I decided to create a similar version, as Photobucket is limiting everything these days. Instead of the blue, I decided to go with a silver secondary color. I know that white, grey, and silver aren't necessarily the most exciting colors in the world BUT I feel it gives it a good modern feel. I'm going to use these for an upcoming dynasty. A "What if?" scenario with TCW as it moves into 2016. It's the one major company I have not booked in the US and it truly jives with what I look for in wrestling at this point in my life (more about wrestling, real-world storylines, etc.).
  6. Awesome! It looks like Photobucket continues to be annoying though (putting their watermark on it).
  7. This is less of a character render and more of a logo question. I remember there being a take on TCW with the logo "Total Wrestling"; in the same vein as Impact Wrestling. Does anyone know where that logo is? Thank you!

  17. Great! It seemed like our projects were going to be different in nature; so, thankfully we'll have our own stories to tell. I have to say that I'm overwhelmed by the excitement I feel for this upcoming project. I haven't had this feeling in a while, to say the least. It's going to take a documentary-style approach; important players in the story looking back on years gone by. This project will be through the eyes of many prominent people as the "War for SoCal" (West Coast War -- much like the cornellverse saw in the east during the 90's) is documented years ahead. It'll have multiple perspectives of big events; creating varying takes on what happened along the way. The stories that DO come along will be a combination of what the game provides me and additional creations of my own. The project should "go live" sometime within the next 2 weeks. I'm not going to rush it, even though I am excited, as I want to make sure everything is put together before I give it a good ole' college try.
  18. I have finally settled upon Los Angeles Xtreme Wrestling. I know Brisk is looking at something similar but I feel we can both tell two different stories; making an LA-based company possible for both of us. My version will be a first-person account of the creation of Los Angeles Xtreme Wrestling. In turn, the "War for SoCal" theme will be used once again in this go-around; warring with IPW and GSW in our region. In this vein, it'll be like the East Coast Wars of the Cornellverse 90's (only, now, focused on the West Coast). Unlike my prior LAX Wrestling project, there will be a reason for why this company is truly warring with others in the area. In addition, the main character is going to be portrayed as a man looking to "conquer at all costs." He's combative, hellbent, and disliked by many in the region. Knowing this, he'll become the perfect rival to Grimm and IPW. I decided to go a totally different around with the logos. I like the previous concept, but it didn't fit the "Cornellverse look." Knowing this, I have created these two:
  19. Love it! Run with it, Brisk. As is customary, when I'm in these "creative states", I have 3-4 projects that I'm mulling all at the same time. ha.
  20. Thank you for the insight, guys. I changed the background color to the logo. The gold was just too much for me. That said, I've gone toward a more neutral tan grunge coloring. From there, I jumped with the font from the 3rd option up there. I tried going with a completely different concept with another logo attempt but I'm not as happy about it. It's grown on me, and it's more unique, but I think I may still go with the one above (and not below):
  21. <p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>I need your insight as it pertains to which logo looks the best. </strong></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> It's for a fictional wrestling company called Los Angeles Xtreme Wrestling (LAX Wrestling). The product is best described as cult, rebellious modern wrestling. It's not "hardcore" per se. It's more daredevil, explosive, and with a tinge of gritty lucha libre. </div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Here are the three logos that I have:</div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div></div></div><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="mbG7ppv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/mbG7ppv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="Jnl4gLm.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Jnl4gLm.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="cu1hpbe.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/cu1hpbe.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"> The Aztec-like sun, more grunge in nature, symbolizes a combination of Mexican heritage and the SoCal vibe. From there, the grunge gold coloring in the background brings forward more of the same vibe.</div></div></div></div>
