Vince made big strides last year, the Titans are one of the few teams who has shown a willingness to take a project QB like McNair or Young and develop them over a period of time. The only reason VY played so early on in his career is that Collins was awful the first year he came in, and the fans clamored for a change. His rookie year he got by on his playmaking skills and a lot of luck and parlayed that into an 8-2 record. From there you really can't just hand the reins back to a guy who went 0-6, so he kept playing even though he wasn't really ready and teams were able to expose his flaws. Sitting again the year after really helped him get his head right and restore his confidence. When he got the ball this year he was ready- I watched every Titans game this year and he's twice the QB he was 2 years before, but people already formulated opinions on him. I can see why most opinions didn't change since his stats weren't exactly gaudy (maybe because we had a 2,000 yard rusher!) and he already pulled that routine during his rookie year but if you watched, he was much better. I'll say it now that with Britt, Cook, Gage and CJ out of the backfield we'll have one of the top 5 offenses in the NFL next year. We'll probably still be in the 10-15 range yardage wise because we're a running team first but the Titans WILL be able to throw the ball. Not to mention that VY has the 6th best winning % among starting NFL QBs in the league.

Actually this is a gimmick PPV- the idea was brought to them by Jake Roberts and Scott Hall. Every wrestler has to drink a bottle of Thunderbird and take 4 shots of Jack Daniels before their match. The referee then breathalyzes them before the match to make sure they blow "Over the Limit".

Ok, I'll admit it! Slater looked like a poor man's southern babyface from the 80's. No chance. R-Truth's protege either botched his only chance at a move, or has the worst finisher in wrestling history. He seems like he's all hype, his tape made him look like a star but once he got in front of the live audience it wasn't there. Carlito's guy, Tarver (from the 'Kron!) looked pretty solid. He and Slater probably had the most time to shine out of the rookies so far (excluding Bryan, of course). C.M. Punk's guy gets an incomplete grade since all he got to do was sell and job. Jericho's rookie's promo skills clearly suck. "Quality" was about the worst answer he could have given within the broad spectrum of responses to that question. They did well to give him the hook before he screwed up any more. And that brings me to our boy Daniel Bryan. I was never huge on him in ROH- even though I appreciated his style and certainly thought his matches were good, something about him irked me. I really didn't think he had the charisma or the look to be much more than what he was- but he looked comfortable out there with a mic and showed the capability to adapt his style to be more E' friendly by working a quite nice 7-minute TV match with Jericho instead of a 32 minute submission clinic. I also liked the way he presented himself, he was confident but not too ****y- and he didn't overact when the Miz slapped him and bailed. I hate when people look like they're going to burst a blood vessel in their temple 5 minutes into a feud. Even though he's undersized, I think he's got enough of the other tools to overcome that and I'm betting he'll have a pretty long WWE career.

I've heard of "limited commercial interruption" premieres, but this is the first time I've seen the exact opposite. The WWE is Tommy Boy, and a good match is the potential brake buyer's antique car toy right now.

I though Bryan did pretty well for himself out there. The Miz had more mizcues (sic) than him... "Mohave Devert"?

I agree, Low Ki needs to be brought into the WWE and feud with Hornswoggle over some sort of new midgets title.

Has anyone seen the "Mysterious" guy who posts the results in the 411 coverage before the PPV? Called the Batista thing, called there would be no women's title match... Spoiler in white (Don't quote) Called Jericho to win the SD chamber with HBK's interference.

I was referring more to him struggling to pull down that gimmicked electrical box, losing his balance, falling and having the pyro explode on him than anything else. I'm worried he's going to look as feeble as Jimmy Snuka did last year at WrestleMania, and that would be a sorry way for him to go out. Really hope that Batista and Cena get added as tag team partners for his sake.

Chamillionaire and Paul Wall are from Texas. Since they are 2 of the top 7 rappers ever, I think Texas' hip hop credibility is justified.

You guys were lucky my lynch coincided with a Titans game. Had I been on, I think I could has dissuaded people from lynching me. The Barebones lynch was intense, and since it was much later in the game and we got the hammer from another mafia member, it'd probably be my pick. And by the way, the "Must be mafia this time" award should definitely go to me. Not even counting the number of times I was voted for posthumously, I'm pretty sure I've surpassed 'Taker in lynch votes, even though I've been town 6 out of 7 games. Only been strung up twice out of seven though.
