Might be a tough month on finances with the rise up. Attendance was up but viewership was down on WrestleWorld. With the increase costs and a big check (assumed) going to Power I’ll be interested to see how RFW did.

First off I’ve spent parts of the last week catching up on this diary. What a great story you have told over the first 3 years of RFW. Texas Hangman will fight Quentin Queen The Kings will face off against The Good Ol’ Boys Will be interested to see how these guys do after some tension the last several months. Joy Ryder, Sabrina Wells, and Sherry Smart will take on Abigail Thompson, Marie Punnen, and Alice Pellerton Abby, Marie and Alice need a little more heat Grace “Diamond” Kil & the Uprising will face Modesty Pardor, DupliKate, and Ruby Reece Can Grace trust Talia & Selina? They get the win to match the others as we build to a big matchup soon. Party On! Defends the RFW Tag Team Championship against The Scofield Index The Index doesn’t seem to have much mo built up and since we just had a change the new champs probably retain. New RFW Champion Stuntman will fight James Diaz with the title on the line I’m a big Diaz fan but he keeps reaching for the big belt only to be denied. He gets it sometime this year but not quite yet. Looking forward to the story continuing

Interesting and good opening show especially with AWA stalwart Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie being dropped. I do like the idea of pushing Patera and Blackwell so I hope they can maintain it. Great interview from the Champ as always. I’ll be interested how you work Savage into the mix. He was such a loose cannon in his fathers promotion and in their feud with the Memphis group. The AWA is always intriguing to me. Looking forward as you introduce more of the talent on the upcoming shows.

NYCW Rumble in the Bronx 2023 NYCW Empire Title: Trent 'The Talent' Shaffer vs. 'The Georgia Bulldog' Riley McManus So Riley brings in a guy for a "price" and then it turns into a title match. Who is the heel here? Shaffer has a manager and attacked LA Star or is it just Georgie now? McManus has been a heel for several years. Why do I see a 3-way match coming up next after Georgie hits the ring and causes either a DQ or losses someone the match. I just don't know which way to go. No title change though either way. NYCW & COTT World Tag Team Titles: The Biggins Boys vs. The Fantastic Express © Should be a great match but I think the Fantastic's who just won them back retain. NYCW Tri-State Title: Charlie Corner vs. Prime Time Jack Pryde vs. Honest Frank Jr vs. The Masked Mauler © Frank Jr has been acting like a heel or just a jerk. The Mauler has been rolling but there is history there. Could one of the others come in and surprise steal the title? Prime Time just became a single so I don't think it is him walking out with it. Charlie Corner is an up and comer and the Tri-State title is made for someone like that. But Mauler vs Jr could be a feud to build off of. So Mauler retains Magnum Kobe vs. Thom Barrowman Barrowman is now putting over the future stars, so he will likely do that here too. Angry Gilmore vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith The Bulldozer has won the majority of the matches involving these two, and I think Gilmore should win this one. Danny Hagman vs. Davis Wayne Newton DWN is just too much money Fro Sure vs. Perfect Pepper Pelton Triple P turning heel or just an strange babyface match? I agree if your doing a weekly show then recaps unless there are some specific interview/angle your trying to emphasize. For your big monthly show I like your original style. The picture question is sticky as it does effect some readers. I held off doing any dynasty story because I didn’t have a handle on the pictures. I finally got it with some help (Historian) but it does take time. I’ve always read your diaries over the years without pictures so it is not a pre-qualifier for me.

I’m trying to grasp what happened to your attendance. After Rush Hour did you just do TV tapings and no headline shows? I mean your attendance has skyrocketed to over 11,000 but now just in the 2’s. I mainly run smaller companies so haven’t experienced the stuff you are now dealing with in tew2020 as a medium sized company. Or the significant cash issues. NYCW Tag Team Titles: The LA Stars vs. Cross River Connection © Two face tag teams which I don’t really like and the match will likely (perhaps) suffer, but I think it’s been a long while since the Stars were champs and they are without a doubt the best tag team in the COTT. Bart Biggins vs. Richie Riggins You’ve made a pretty big star out of Ritchie and he could be the next “Manila envelope” guy, but he gets the win.
