Thought I'd just go over some of my reasoning for things, and answer some questions that may come up: 1). What will happen to WWE Three Brands Part II? - Sadly, this diary is finished. I always stay ahead in my writing, so I have a fair few shows to post. Ten in full, and the next couple I could post, but I think Elimination Chamber could be a good ending point. I don't think I'll be returning to writing for this diary. It's probably my worst, and most difficult WWE Diary, based on it's longevity. With all those shows every week, I only managed around four months game time. I found the roster way too big, and impossible to manage, despite not signing anyone, all I did was bring people in who were under contract. Well, except one controversial name I suppose. Mr. Punk. 2). Why RAW? - Countless people (I think it's two) have said in the past that RAW would be a good fit for me, and so I checked them out in the first three weeks of me being in lockdown. Off work. Nothing to do all day except decorating etc. and I have to say, I am intrigued. Swoop McCarthy seems like one of the most charismatic characters in the entire C-Verse. They have three BIG babyfaces alongside him, so one of those four is just begging to be turned heel. Then there's the TV Only thing. In TEW 2016, their monthly PPV was 'dormant'. So they only put on TV shows... I have lots of ideas for this, and I'll explain more another time. The other reason, is the bliss of having one show per week (instead of three or more), meaning I can move things along quicker. It's a smallish roster too which will be nice. To give you some perspective, it'll be less than 40 men, with no women's division. In WWE Three Brands Part II, RAW, NXT and Smackdown had over 40 men on each roster, AND women's divisions on top. Too many characters to keep coming up with ideas for. 3). Shouldn't you wait until TEW 2020 is released before making these kinds of plans? What if Swoop McCarthy has left RAW? Or something like that? – Yep. Probably. 4). Isn't all this a bit pretentious? I mean, nobody actually cares, bro! – Ahh man. That's a bit unkind. But I get it. Listen, I'm bored okay. So just... Can you just...? Okay...? </div>
  3. Thanks guys. People have often said RAW would suit my style, and it's fun to learn about a company within an awesome universe, that I've never really discovered before. 4. Full disclosure, that'll be difficult. To get that far, I'd have to write and format 13 more shows, plus a two-day WrestleMania. I don't see that happening. I think it's fair to say as soon as that new game comes out, I'll be playing it and everything else will go by the wayside. Probably wouldn't have been the case had Covid not come along. I'm furloughed, so just sat around most days. Elimination Chamber looks to me like a good end point for this project. It was a fun show to write, and it gives me a PPV to end on... I can then tell you all the plans for 'Mania.
  5. Hi there! Yes I will be... I have the next ten shows written out, in full, with graphics and coding etc all handled.

  8. <p>Thanks guys. Kofi has always been a favourite of mine to write for. Although I think I released him in my first diary <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> I wrote him as a heel in my most recent work, using the 'Power of Negativity'. He brought a baseball bat to the ring, and his finisher was renamed 'There's No Such Thing As Paradise'. I really enjoyed that, his feud with Tommaso Ciampa and Brian Kendrick for the Cruiserweight Title was cool to write too. Here he's been on the edge of a heel turn, without fully going heel. </p><p> </p><p> But Corbin helping him win the Rumble is certainly the first major step. It annoys me that WWE did nothing with him after he lost the Title to Brock in 18 seconds on the first Smackdown on Fox... I don't mind babyfaces getting buried, if there's a story to be told. But it felt wrong to do that to Kofi after a great run as Champion...</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> While I've got you all, I wanted to just post these here. I posted them in the Diary Preview Section, but didn't get a whole lot of feedback. Would love to hear some thoughts on them...</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #22519c; margin:10px;background: #c6d9f7; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"> </span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> </span></span></div></div><img alt="v3VFFLt.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/v3VFFLt.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> </span></span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> ** The shoot date right now is 12th of April, 2020 **</span></span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> </span></span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> As I sit here, typing up my thoughts, I'm reminded of some of my older diaries... I've written WWE Diaries (to varying degrees of success) FOUR times... I've dabbled in the C-Verse with NOTBPW vs CGC... 21CW... and NOTBPW again... But really and truly, all of these diaries have been in my 'comfort zone'... Sports Entertainment, the WWE style of in-ring action and non-wrestling segments... I changed NOTBPW's product to suit my writing/booking style, because I had stories to tell with the families within the two big Canadian Companies, and all the cool characters within.</span></span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> </span></span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> So when TEW 2020 was just a few weeks away, I never thought THIS company would be the first one I'd want to check in on!!</span></span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> </span></span></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';"><span style="color:#00008B;"> I thought when the new game was released, my first port of call would be to check 21CW, and favourites of mine like Buff Martinez, Jay B, Jonathan Faust... Dan DaLay, Johnny Bloodstone, John Maverick, Jacob Jett, Thrill Seeker, Joey Poison, the list is endless. Don't forget David Stone!! He'd have debuted by now. In WWE, I love the women's division, but writing it is different. 9. Overall Show Rating: 81 Live Attendance: 34,003 (Highest since Diary began) Pay-Per-View Buy Rate: 1.35 Announce Team: Mauro Ranallo, Jerry Lawler and Corey Graves <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid black; margin:10px;background: #ffffff; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> We already knew, Entrant Numbers One and Two had been confirmed weeks ago, as a war of words took place between two of the WWE's bright young stars. RAW's Aleister Black and NXT's Matt Riddle headed to the ring to kick us off... Entrants #1 and #2 'The Striking Man From Amsterdam' Aleister Black and 'The Original Bro' Matt Riddle The WWE Universe has been looking forward to Black and Riddle locking horns for a long time, and they didn't disappoint, despite the 90 second limit they had. The two hard-hitting WWE fighters both had chances to eliminate the other from the match, but it was Black who came out on top, hitting a brutal knee to Riddle's jaw as the period ended. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #3 'The Street Profit' Montez Ford A talented and charismatic athlete, Montez Ford could have done with a later entrant number, but he got stuck with Number Three. The advantage he had was that Black and Riddle had knocked lumps out of each other already. If Black or Riddle were aiming to go the distance, the first 90 seconds hurt their chances, and Montez Ford added to their woes. To finish the period, Ford was thrown over the top rope by Black, but he held on and got back in! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #4 Humberto Carrillo Two from RAW and two from NXT, with Humberto Carrillo entering the fray. These four are four of the most talented in-ring performers in the whole of the WWE, but all four have completely unique styles. Carrillo hit head scissor take downs on all three of his opponents, and then hit a brilliant springboard moonsault on Black. Again nobody was eliminated, and the countdown clock got to 0... Eliminations: NONE Entrant #5 'Der Ringgeneral' WALTER An absolute beast, the Austrian WALTER, who leads a group known as Imperium on Smackdown, headed to the ring slowly. The crowd chanted his name over and over again, and he looked confident. When he finally got into the ring, Humberto Carrillo attempted a springboard cross-body block, but WALTER caught him, and threw the young Mexican out over the top rope! WALTER took Montez Ford down with a spinebuster, and the buzzer sounded again. Eliminations: Humberto Carillo by WALTER Entrant #6 'Bayley's Buddy' Buddy Murphy Murphy was here, and he smirked as he walked past his rival Humberto Carrillo, who was struggling to walk and looked like he didn't know what had hit him. Murphy got straight in the ring, and hit a flying knee on Aleister Black, and a spinning back kick to Matt Riddle's ribs. WALTER got in Murphy's face next, and the young Australian held his hands up, and rolled out of the ring under the bottom rope. He looked like he was waiting for someone. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #7 'Tranquillo' Andrade w/ Zelina Vega Murphy looked unsurprised to see Andrade arrive on the scene. The two men even shook hands outside the ring!! Zelina Vega sent them in together, and they began picking Aleister Black apart. They thought they'd eliminated their fellow RAW star, but Black held on and crawled back in under the ropes. Andrade and Murphy even took WALTER down 2 on 1, and Murphy finally had a knee strike for Montez Ford as the buzzer sounded. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #8 Goldberg One of the biggest shocks of the night (more on that later), as GOLDBERG's music hit!! A backstage worker knocked on the veteran's door, and he burst through. We saw his entire walk to the ring, and the reaction of someone who has been very vocal about his hatred of the man: Matt Riddle. 'The Original Bro' waited for Goldberg to step into the ring, and then unleashed a barrage of attacks on the legend!! Goldberg was able to create some space while Riddle gloated though, and his 'Spear' almost cut Riddle in half!! Goldberg then picked the NXT youngster up by his hair and his tights, and dumped him over the top rope! Eliminations: Matt Riddle by Goldberg Entrant #9 'Showtime' Eric Young The ninth entrant, and only Smackdown's second, Eric Young ran to the ring. He was there to put down WALTER, who has been running roughshod on Friday Nights alongside Imperium. Young was able to impose his will on WALTER for a few moments, using all of his veteran experience to keep the big Austrian down. Goldberg hit another 'Spear', this time on Montez Ford, but then we got our next entrant. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #10 'The Viper' Randy Orton The welcoming committee for the first true favourite to enter the match was Buddy Murphy and Andrade, and Randy Orton decided to hit an 'RKO' on both of them, Murphy first, and Andrade moments later. 'The Viper' then dumped both of the RAW stars out of the match, before turning his attention to Goldberg. The two legendary competitors entered into a brutal slug fest, before the 90 second period ended, and we got our next entrant. Eliminations: Buddy Murphy and Andrade by Randy Orton (2) Entrant #11 'The Archer of Infamy' Damian Priest Despite the two eliminations by Randy Orton moments ago, the ring was starting to fill up now. Some big, bad men were in there now, with Damian Priest making an impact by putting Aleister Black down with a spinning forearm smash. Priest was also able to put Eric Young and Montez Ford down with the same move, and delivered a big boot to Goldberg too. He looked like a million bucks, and a potential winner of the entire match. The rangy big man is going to be a tough opponent to get out. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #12 'The Prince' Ali Ali received a great reaction from the fans here, and the smile on his face as he ran to the ring was infectious. He took things more seriously when he got into the match though, hitting a springboard spinning cross-body from the top rope and landing on Eric Young and Randy Orton. Ali found WALTER tough to handle, but was able to hit a super kick on the big Austrian to keep him at bay. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #13 'Limitless' Keith Lee The crowd basked in Keith Lee's glory as the big NXT fan favourite burst through the curtain and onto the stage. The fans chanted 'Oh Bask In His Glory', and he loved it. He was slow to get into the ring, but with one move he made a huge impact. He grabbed Eric Young with one hand, and launched the veteran over the top rope. The next few seconds saw him dominate everyone that moved, including blocking an Aleister Black knee strike and then delivering a headbutt to the RAW star. Eliminations: Eric Young by Keith Lee Entrant #14 'The One and Only' Ricochet The first current Champion entered the match, and he ran to the ring as quickly as he could. You could tell he was fired up, and he instantly found a rival in Ali. The two high-fliers did a good job flinging each other around the ring. Keith Lee and WALTER squared up next, and the two big men had an altogether different kind of fight. Goldberg then went after WALTER, and both men ended up on the apron. Then suddenly, Matt Riddle returned to the ring!! 'The Original Bro' made sure Goldberg didn't win, by yanking the veteran's leg, and pulling him onto the floor. Goldberg looked embarrassed, but mostly he looked angry. Then out of nowhere, Keith Lee slammed into WALTER, and he too was taken out! Lee's new friend Montez Ford congratulated his pal, weeks away from their NXT Tag Team Title clash together against the Undisputed Era. Eliminations: Goldberg by Matt Riddle... WALTER by Keith Lee (2) Entrant #15 'The Great' Chad Gable Chad Gable brought a different offensive style to the match, as he began hitting German Suplexes on his rivals. Ali, Ricochet and Montez Ford went flying, and then somehow, some way, Gable hit one on Keith Lee!! The crowd was buzzing for Gable, particularly when he countered an 'RKO' attempt from Randy Orton, to hit a belly-to-belly throw on the veteran 'Viper'. The current entrants all looked like potential winners now, but we soon got another. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #16 'The King of the Powerpoint Presentation' Drew Gulak Drew Gulak is smart, and he stayed outside the ring for the entire 90 seconds. In the ring, Keith Lee took Damian Priest out, scoring his third elimination. He got his fourth soon after, when Montez Ford tried to shake his hand. The two men are friends, and will team up soon as mentioned previously. But Lee came here to win the match, not solidify his friendship with Ford! Soon Ford became Lee's next victim, clearing the ring a little ahead of our next entrant. Eliminations: Damian Priest and Montez Ford by Keith Lee Entrant #17 King Corbin The King of the Ring, who takes his Royal role very seriously, walked out to the loudest boo, perhaps of the entire evening. Corbin has been trying to recruit a few of RAW's fan favourites in recent weeks, including Kofi Kingston, and the three members of the Viking Raiders. He's also asked Ali to become his 'Prince', but they have all so far rejected him. Corbin asked Ali once again as soon as he got into the ring, but the high-flier said absolutely not, and a fight broke out between the two, which Corbin won with ease. Aleister Black had been in the ring for a long time at this point, but he did not look tired at all!! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #18 'Johnny Wrestling' Johnny Gargano Johnny Gargano got a huge ovation as he ran to the ring. He had no friends in there, but he's always gotten along well with Keith Lee. His first port of call was to go after Ricochet, and he put the Intercontinental Champion down with a spear through the ropes. A swinging DDT put King Corbin down, and Gargano also rode an 'RKO' attempt to land another DDT. Ali and Chad Gable were next on Gargano's agenda, and he put them down too, leaving everyone down except him when the buzzer sounded. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #19 'The Sensational' Kofi Kingston Keith Lee got his fifth, and possibly biggest elimination next. He'd already taken out WALTER, Damian Priest, Montez Ford and Eric Young, but now he lifted 'The Viper' Randy Orton up and out of the match! The crowd couldn't believe it, as Orton was one of the big favourites as a former winner. The next elimination saw a three way fight between Ali, Kofi Kingston and King Corbin. Corbin has tried to recruit both men in recent weeks, with both saying no. As Corbin tried to get Ali out of the match, Kofi looked like he was heading over to help Ali. But he helped Corbin!! Ali was taken out, by Corbin AND Kofi!! Eliminations: Randy Orton by Keith Lee (5)... Ali by King Corbin and Kofi Kingston Entrant #20 'The Swiss Superman' Cesaro Cesaro slowly strolled to the ring, looking ultra confident. He hit a 'European Uppercut' on Drew Gulak, and followed it up with a running version of the same move to Chad Gable. He then began swinging King Corbin, but was stopped by Kofi Kingston!! Kofi then fought Cesaro, as Keith Lee made some more eliminations: Chad Gable and Drew Gulak, weakened by Cesaro, were tipped up and out of the match! Eliminations: Drew Gulak and Chad Gable by Keith Lee (7) Entrant #21 'The American Dragon' Daniel Bryan With Randy Orton taken out of the match, Daniel Bryan seemed disappointed to not see the man who tried to take him out a few weeks ago in the ring. But he didn't let that disappointment stop him. Bryan kicked every single person in the match in some form. Cesaro got the dreaded 'YES!' kicks, while Gargano got the final big boot around the side of his head. Kofi and Corbin received running dropkicks in opposite corners, while Aleister Black and Bryan tried to outdo one another, with Bryan coming out on top. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #22 'The Samoan Submission Machine' Samoa Joe A man that Daniel Bryan knew he wasn't going to be able to kick without getting away with it headed to the ring next. Joe slowly strolled out, looking like a total badass, as Bryan sat on the second rope, and held the top one up for him! Joe smiled and nodded, and then slid into the ring under the ropes, entering into a fight with Bryan! The two grapplers tried to take each other down initially, and then entered into a strike-fest as the remaining members of the field rested and took it all in. King Corbin tried to throw Samoa Joe out of the match, but Joe grabbed the top rope, and turned it around into a vicious lariat. And we awaited our next entrant... Eliminations: NONE Entrant #23 'The One Percenter' EC3 EC3 arrived on the stage, pumped about entering the Royal Rumble... A match he's been training for for weeks... Taking advice on what not to do from Titus O'Neil, and getting a veteran's perspective from Road Dogg, who's been in the match a number of times... But before EC3 could walk to the ring, he was knocked over by a man wearing a hoodie, covering his face!! The hooded man stood over EC3 as the crowd erupted!! Nobody could tell who it was, but he stood in a pose that made him look like the real deal. He picked EC3 up onto his shoulders, and hit a move that only two men have made famous... The 'GTS'... Then... he turned and looked out to the crowd... slowly removing his hood!! Entrant #23 'The Best in the World' CM Punk If Goldberg was a shock earlier on, CM Punk's arrival was absolutely stunning!! Everyone in the ring stopped what they were doing as 'Cult of Personality' began echoing around the arena. Johnny Gargano, Daniel Bryan and Samoa Joe were ready for Punk to get in there, but they were soon joined by Cesaro, Aleister Black and Ricochet. The rest of the competitors all rose up too, and Punk finally got into the ring. He fought everyone, and managed to eliminate his old friend Samoa Joe!! Joe was shocked, and he would have been one of the favourites for the match. Another strong NXT competitor was taken out next, with Keith Lee dispatching of another one, in Cesaro! EC3 was unfortunately helped to the back, knocked silly by the 'GTS'. Eliminations: Samoa Joe by CM Punk... Cesaro by Keith Lee (8) Entrant #24 'The Biggest Littleman' Rey Mysterio Rey Mysterio, a former coast to coast winner of this match, ran to the ring next, and looked shocked to see CM Punk. He immediately hit a drop-toe-hold and a '619' on King Corbin, much to the delight of the fans, but again, Kofi Kingston was on hand to stop him eliminating the King of the Ring. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan had a brilliant fight next, but nobody else was eliminated for this period. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #25 'The Phenomenal' AJ Styles AJ Styles, another favourite to win the match, headed to the ring to a good ovation. His entrance music always elicits a big cheer from the fans, especially in the Royal Rumble Match – a match he made his WWE debut in. He immediately got into the ring and started going after CM Punk, and the announce team realised how much of a dream match that would be. Elsewhere in the ring, Keith Lee's excellent night was ended by Kofi Kingston AND King Corbin, who once again worked together to get an elimination! Daniel Bryan chose his first victim, dispatching of Ricochet! Eliminations: Keith Lee by King Corbin (2) and Kofi Kingston (2)... Ricochet by Daniel Bryan Entrant #26 'The Prize Fighter' Kevin Owens Kevin Owens came out looking intense, and he slapped his face a few times on the stage. He was fired up, and he stomped to the ring. While he walked out, Johnny Gargano picked up the elimination of Rey Mysterio, ending the fairytale for the masked veteran. Meanwhile, King Corbin and Kofi Kingston came for CM Punk, but the recently returned 'Best in the World' was able to withstand the attack, and eliminate Corbin!! Kingston couldn't believe it, but he also couldn't react much, because Kevin Owens hit a 'Stunner' on him. Eliminations: Rey Mysterio by Johnny Gargano... King Corbin by CM Punk (2) Entrant #27 'The Sinister Scotsman' Drew McIntyre A big, big man came out next. Drew McIntyre began by hitting his 'Glasgow Kiss' headbutt on Aleister Black, who at this point was beginning to tire, having been in the match from the Number One entrant position. McIntyre then kicked Johnny Gargano's head off with his 'Claymore' kick. He got into a brawl with Daniel Bryan, but nobody was eliminated in this period. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #28 Velveteen Dream Velveteen Dream, to a huge ovation, was pushed out onto the stage on a purple sofa, by four gorgeous young ladies. Dream kissed each one on the hand, and then stood up, and threw his arms out, ditching his robe in the process. The crowd popped, and he sauntered out to the ring. He loved the reaction the fans were giving him, and he soaked all their cheers in. By the time he finally got into the ring and attacked Kofi Kingston, the buzzer was 10 seconds away from sounding, and now the ring was really filling up. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #29 'Psycho Killer' Tommaso Ciampa The moment we'd all been waiting for, in particular, Johnny Gargano. His best friend, and former DIY teammate, Tommaso Ciampa was HERE! Ciampa has a great friendship with Gargano, going back years, but recently he's been getting on with Aleister Black very well over on RAW too. His first action in the match, saw him save Gargano from being eliminated by AJ Styles, and then with 'Johnny Wrestling's' help, they tipped AJ up and out of the match. DIY looked like they were there to stay, and they teamed up again trying to eliminate Kevin Owens! Eliminations: AJ Styles by Johnny Gargano (2) and Tommaso Ciampa Entrant #30 'The Big Dog' Roman Reigns We already knew the identity of the final entrant, so nobody was shocked to see Roman Reigns come through the curtain, and stomp to the ring. What will have shocked the fans in attendance, those watching at home, the announce team, and just about everyone in the entire world was what happened next. Reigns climbed into the ring, and hit a 'Superman Punch' on Tommaso Ciampa, and then had one for Johnny Gargano. Nothing strange there. As he turned around though, Drew McIntyre delivered a thumb to the big Samoan's eye!! Reigns staggered backwards towards the ropes, and leant on to the top rope. McIntyre then exploded into life, hitting his 'Claymore' kick, and sending Reigns STRAIGHT out of the match! He lasted just 20 seconds! McIntyre wasn't done there. He delivered a brutal looking back elbow to Velveteen Dream in the corner, before dumping another fan favourite from Smackdown up and over the top rope. Eliminations: Roman Reigns and Veleveteen Dream by Drew McIntyre (2) Aleister Black had the chance to take Johnny Gargano out of the match next, and called for help from his friend Tommaso Ciampa. 'Psycho Killer' was completely torn, with both men asking him for help. At one point, it looked for all the world that Ciampa was going to eliminate both of them, but he decided to help Gargano, and tip Black out of the match. A move that angered his fellow RAW competitor. Elsewhere, Kevin Owens hit a 'Stunner' on Drew McIntyre, and then delivered a clothesline to the big Scotsman, sending him packing after an impressive few minutes. Eliminations: Drew McIntyre by Kevin Owens... Aleister Black by Tommaso Ciampa We were down to six, and maybe three or four of these men would never have been in anyone's top six going in. Certainly not CM Punk, who nobody knew would ever return to in-ring competition, let alone this year, and here and now. Kevin Owens and Kofi Kingston took each other out with a double lariat, that left two pairs standing across the ring from one another. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan, and the team formerly known as DIY (Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano). The foursome, which the announce team affectionately called 'Indie Darlings', paired off, with Punk and Bryan staring down Ciampa and Gargano respectively. It almost looked like a 'passing of the torch' kind of moment, except for the fact that within a few seconds, both Ciampa and Gargano were eliminated by two men they look up to. From the floor, DIY were certainly looking up at Punk and Bryan now. Eliminations: Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa by CM Punk (4) and Daniel Bryan (3) Final Four time, and we now had no NXT survivors. Johnny Gargano was the last remaining member of the Wednesday Night Brand. For Smackdown, Daniel Bryan and Kevin Owens remained, and for RAW, it was Kofi Kingston. CM Punk was also still out there, but we couldn't confirm which show he was attached to. Roman Reigns' elimination was a shocking one, but the next one was too, with CM Punk throwing Daniel Bryan over the top rope, and then shrugging at his friend. Punk and Owens then went toe to toe. Owens took Punk down, and delivered hammer fists to the former UFC star. Punk covered up as best he could, but Owens was relentless. Kofi Kingston pulled Owens away from Punk, but the 'Prizefighter' shoved him away. Owens saw his opportunity, and hit Kofi with his 'Cannonball' in the corner. However, when Owens celebrated the move, CM Punk rose behind him, and got another elimination!! Eliminations: Daniel Bryan and Kevin Owens by CM Punk (6) CM Punk and Kofi Kingston. The final two of the Men's Royal Rumble Match, 2020. Nobody could have called it, but everyone would have wanted it an hour ago. However, Kofi Kingston's actions in this match; aligning himself with King Corbin, and getting rid of some fan favourites like Ali and Keith Lee, made him an unwanted member of the Final Two. He almost got CM Punk out straight away, as Punk waved Kevin Owens goodbye, but the 'Voice of the Voiceless' held on, and skinned the cat! The announce team commented that Kingston hadn't had his usual 'Rumble Moment' in this match, but it was clear that he wasn't himself. He told Punk to come at him, when he'd gotten back in the ring. Punk and Kofi are old friends, and former Tag Team Champions here in WWE. But even Punk knew he was dealing with a different Kofi Kingston. Punk tried to hit his 'GTS' twice, but on the second time, Kingston grabbed the top rope, and Punk tipped him up over it. Kofi landed on the apron though, and when Punk turned around, he was blasted with a kick over the ropes out of nowhere. Punk was staggered, and Kingston was able to get back into the ring, and hit another kick. This time, the 'Trouble In Paradise', almost knocked Punk's teeth out. His jaw could even have been broke, and Kofi stood over his fallen former tag team partner. It didn't take much effort for Kofi to pick the dead weight that was Punk up, and over the top rope. Punk hit the apron, and somehow held on to the bottom rope, but Kofi kicked him under the bottom rope a few times until he dropped to the floor, and both feet touched the mat!! Kofi Kingston is your winner!! 81 Winner: Kofi Kingston Runner Up: CM Punk Final Four: Kevin Owens and Daniel Bryan Most Eliminations: Keith Lee Iron Man: Aleister Black </div>
  10. Woohoo!! I love a prize!! Loved the show too man. I think Raven is excellently booked here, as I've said to you in the past. Konnan not working the ladder match could have been a problem for you, but you solved it by having Awesome take him out, and now you have a ready made feud... Plus Rey won the Big Risk Match, but he never beat Konnan to do it... It's feud city, population Konnan!! Shocked about Monty. You seemed to be pushing him hard, and that surprised me. Now letting him go is even more surprising.
  11. Thanks very much for the feedback, appreciate it As for Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley... He's an anomaly in my (four) WWE diaries. Been so unlucky. In 'Three Brands Part I', he actually won the Money in the Bank contract in my last ever show (WrestleMania 31)… The plan in 'Kayfabe Kicks Out' was for him to win the Royal Rumble Match, having returned to the company at Survivor Series following suspension. He was then slated to go on to beat Reigns and Rollins at 'Mania to become Champion for the first time. I stopped writing the diary the night he returned ...In my third WWE Diary: 'Here We Go Again', he started as World Champion, but lost the Title to AJ Styles within a few months. He lost his front teeth in that diary. I wrote that story right before Cesaro lost his in real life !! haha!! In his final match in that diary, he got rolled up by bald Dolph Ziggler and eliminated from a Classic Survivor Series Match! Then we start this diary, and he's not even with the company. BIG fan of his, but he's destined to never have a run with me writing for him. If I ever do a historical mod diary, I'm sure I'll bring him in with his pink hair or something It was really fun to look back at my previous works, and Ambrose's bad luck. Bless him. Really...?! A new TEW... TEW 2020... and THIS company is the first one I'm going to open up when I start my first save... I'll check to see who's still good... and who isn't... I'll see if any other companies from around the world have swooped in and chosen to steal any of my favourites away... Maybe the larger companies with more money than sense... Robbing swines... Maybe there's been some new signings! Some guys from other companies, coming in to grace us with their presence right before I take over! It's no surprise I'm a DeColt or Stone fan. I love the family element of wrestling... I think brothers, sisters, relationships, parents and children, it makes people care more! Classic example: The Triple Threat TLC Matches between The Hardyz (real brothers), The Dudleyz (on screen brothers), and Edge and Christian (on screen brothers). If Bubba and D-Von slammed Matt Hardy through a table, and he was damn near broken in half, Jeff is going to be pretty upset by this. It means more if they're family I think. I'm digressing again. So I think family is important. Will THIS company have any new relationships spring up? Will the relationships from TEW 2016 still be in place? There's no way to tell until the game comes out. Same as there's no way to tell who's been pushed. Will some of my favourites still be near the top of the card? Will they be figureheads? Or Locker Room Leaders? Captains of the roster? Or will they have turned to drugs or booze, or other bad habits? If they have, they can expect a lump of coal in their stockings from Santa! I'm digressing again. I guess I'll find all of that out Next Thursday... 23rd of April... 2020. </div>
  13. Fear not Togg, for Lloyd is here to save some of the days. Rookie Real World Pro Wrestling, but not quite as you know it... Continued by [Nobby McDonald] Far from a rookie, this guy is very old. But unlike him, his diary/dynasty has stood the test of time. This continuation has been running in the TEW 2016 diary section for 3 years 11 months... Before that, it was another 3+ years on the TEW 2013 diary section!! A truly monumental achievement. He fully deserves you all to vote for him here. Also, check out his work. Follow the link I posted. It's superb. Rookie C-Verse/Fictional [The Last Frontier - Great Alaskan Wrestling] by [King Bison] His visual presentation of his roster is second to none in my opinion. Veteran Real World [WCW - Saving The Legacy] by [some guy called Togg] The writer is a dingbat, but the diary is good. I really like the 'news' updates. And the shows are quick, succinct, and easy to read. Veteran C-Verse/Fictional [CGC: The Show Must Go On] by [Self] My favourite diary writer of all time. He's influenced so many of us, me included, with his CGC diaries. Showcase [Zeus Maxmillion in CGC: The Show Must Go On] by [Self] There's so many great characters in this diary. But Zeus is my guy!! In both of my NOTBPW/CGC diaries, I never picked Zeus up. He didn't 'invade' in my first one, and it's one of my biggest regrets as a writer. Self's Zeus is just amazing. The way he speaks, the decisions he makes, he's just incredible!
  14. I always keep an eye and try to read as much as I can. Decided to stop predicting on diaries as much since my boy was born. I have such limited time to do everything... But check out the DOTM nomination section in a minute or two. Less busy these days. LWA, awesome What about Brian Johnson? And Johnson Brian?

Possibly a contender for Match of the Year. But she was far from 100%, having been taken out by Shayna Baszler and co. during the Women's Royal Rumble Match. This match was near total domination from Baszler. She took her time, and systematically took Charlotte apart. Flair had some fight in her though. She hit some trademark chops late on, and almost hit 'Natural Selection' too. But in the end, after just 7 minutes, Shayna Baszler got hold of the Champion, and made her tap! This would have been an incredibly shocking result if the pre-match attack hadn't happened. 80 Winner: and NEW Smackdown Women's Champion: Shayna Baszler!! It's a blood feud that began because of a woman. Lana left Rusev for Bobby Lashley, and although Rusev is angry, he's certainly not in love with Lana anymore. The two big brutes wanted nothing more than to win this match, and move on. Lashley hit some nice throws, and showed off his technical acumen, but Rusev was by far the more aggressive. In a fight like this, the aggression Rusev showed should have been enough to score the win. However, just as he was closing in on hitting his 'Batchka' Kick, Lana hopped up onto the apron and screamed “NOOOO!!” at her former husband. Rusev was spellbound for a couple of seconds. He wanted to kick Lashley in the face but he knew his 'wife' didn't want him to. They've somehow survived multiple Title defences, but they knew tonight would be their toughest test yet. They could lose their Titles, without being pinned or submitted here. To combat this, they tried to keep one member of their team in the ring at all times, even if it meant they were taking a beating! If they'd been lucky to retain their Titles before, they were extremely lucky tonight! For the finish, Karl Anderson was attempting a superplex on Zack Ryder, when Luke Gallows joined him. Big E appeared underneath them, and hit a double powerbomb, but Ryder held on to the top rope! Xavier Woods was the other legal man, and while he watched The OC fall out of the ring, and Big E get knocked out of the ring by Curt Hawkins, Zack Ryder flew out of nowhere to hit 'Rough Ryder' on Woods, and scored a remarkable win! 72 Winner: and STILL RAW Tag Team Champions: Hawkins and Ryder Finish: 'Rough Ryder' </div> <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #b40a0a; margin:10px;background: #b6b6b6; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> The Kingdom Backstage, Erik, Ivar and Logan – The Viking Raiders, were shown watching Ryder and Hawkins somehow retain the RAW Tag Team Titles!! King Corbin walked in, and the Raiders got ready to throw him straight back out again, but Logan urged them to stay calm... King Corbin: “Gentlemen... Warriors!! Please... If I may...? Listen... You know, and I know, that those Tag Titles are there for the TAKING... I can help you win them... Despite the fact you don't even NEED me... All I'm asking for, is one chance...” Erik and Ivar didn't say no... because Corbin didn't give them a chance... He left in a hurry with his offer hanging in the air... But if The Viking Raiders' responses to Corbin's advances so far are anything to go by, 'The King' had better not hold his breath... </div> <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #b40a0a; margin:10px;background: #ffffff; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> Adam Cole's friends The Undisputed Era (Roderick Strong, Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish) made their way to the ring first, and were locked inside the old WarGames cage at the top of the ramp. Adam Cole then arrived, and said hi to his boys, followed by Finn Balor. 'The Extraordinary Man' brought a duffel bag out with him, and before anyone could react, he began wrapping the cage up with a chain!! Balor knew that the crafty Era would have had a plan to get out, but wrapping the cage around three times with a chain, and then locking it with a padlock, definitely did for them. Adam Cole sprinted up the ramp, and the fight began on the stage, right in front of the locked up Era members. The two competitors soon made it back to the ring, where an instant classic kicked off properly. Balor and Cole have great chemistry as opponents, having been across the ring from each other six times in the past few months, and this being their third 1 on 1 battle. Cole made sure he controlled the pace of the match, not letting Balor create any space at all. The leader of the Undisputed Era is a crafty NXT Champion, but he's also very cocky and his arrogance would nearly cost him at one point in the match. Cole flung his arms out wide, and shouted that he was the 'better' man. Balor is a veteran, and he saw that this was his opportunity to capitalise. He hit a brilliantly timed drop kick, that sent Cole flying sideways into the turnbuckle! Cole landed hard into his shoulder, and suddenly, with one move, the match was even again. Balor was able to deliver a 'Sling Blade', and then went on moments later to hit the '1916', which scored a closer than close two count! Cole knew he was lucky to escape the move, and he decided to escape the ring too. He staggered up the ramp, and Balor gave chase. Cole leant up against the cage where the rest of the Era were stood, and Balor went for a right hand. He missed, and Kyle O'Reilly grabbed his wrist!! Roderick Strong grabbed his legs, and Bobby Fish got his arms around his waist!! Cole ran back to the ring, and demanded the referee count him out! The ref began to count, but then he realised what was going on from a distance, and he told Cole he'd disqualify him if the Era didn't let Balor go!! Cole told his friends with a microphone to let 'The Demon' come back to the ring, and they did. Balor was furious, but as soon as he slid into the ring, he was caught with Cole's 'Last Shot' finisher!! 80 Winner: and STILL NXT Champion, Adam Cole 'Bay Bay' Finish: 'Last Shot' </div> <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #b40a0a; margin:10px;background: #b6b6b6; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> Seth Hollywood We cut to a pre-taped video package next, showing some behind-the-scenes footage of Seth Rollins filming his movie... Seth came across well, and seemed to get along well with his fellow cast members... They were all smiles, and Seth seemed to enjoy being away from the ring... But he also still had that fire in his eyes... Braun Strowman has had a rough couple of weeks, recovering from a brutal backstage attack, presumably carried out by 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt himself. His ribs were heavily taped tonight, and he looked gassed at times. Struggling to keep up with the frantic pace that Wyatt set at the beginning. 'The Fiend' soon slowed things down, because he was in total control, and Strowman couldn't even get up, let alone fight back. When 'The Monster Among Men' finally did get back on his feet, he needed the crowd to rise up, and they did. The 'Get These Hands' chants were deafening, and they clearly got to 'The Fiend'. However, the masked Universal Champion knew what he needed to do. He soaked up Strowman's offence, including a shoulder tackle on the outside of the ring. Wyatt was then able to counter a chokeslam attempt, by pulling Strowman's beard and dragging him down to the mat! Strowman grabbed Wyatt by the throat, but he countered with the 'Mandible Claw' and sent Strowman onto his back! Strowman refused to tap, and he didn't pass out either, but the referee counted his shoulders down, and 'The Fiend' retained!! 81 Winner: and STILL WWE Universal Champion, 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt Finish: 'Mandible Claw' </div> Shayna Baszler [def.] Charlotte Flair to WIN the Smackdown Women's Championship Bobby Lashley [def.] Rusev Hawkins & Ryder [def.] The New Day and The OC to RETAIN the RAW Tag Team Championships Adam Cole [def.] Finn Balor to RETAIN the NXT Championship 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt [def.] Braun Strowman to RETAIN the WWE Universal Championship Bonus: 1). 17. Great show man, really enjoying the Kevin Nash story, and interested to see if the plant pot takes over WCW!!
  18. Also, for anyone who might be interested... A 'teaser' for my first TEW 2020 Project.
  19. <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #22519c; margin:10px;background: #c6d9f7; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> ** The shoot date right now is 12th of April, 2020 ** As I sit here, typing up my thoughts, I'm reminded of some of my older diaries... I changed NOTBPW's product to suit my writing/booking style, because I had stories to tell with the families within the two big Canadian Companies, and all the cool characters within. So when TEW 2020 was just a few weeks away, I never thought THIS company would be the first one I'd want to check in on!! I thought when the new game was released, my first port of call would be to check 21CW, and favourites of mine like Buff Martinez, Jay B, Jonathan Faust... Even pop over to Europe and see how Joey Beauchamp, Jase Cole and Christopher Lister are doing... Or what about Tommy Cornell... Edward Cornell... Leigh Burton... Wade Orson... Ricky Storm and Sifu?! There's so many in that part of the world that I have a fondness for. Maybe I'd pop to Canada first... The DeColts and Stones are all but gone now, surely. Just Ricky and Edd holding the fort, and maybe Jack, Steve and Duane holding on to the last remnants of their careers. Where is Edd? Is he in Canada again?! Still with TCW?! But what about the other guys I loved to write for up there?! Dan DaLay, Johnny Bloodstone, John Maverick, Jacob Jett, Thrill Seeker, Joey Poison, the list is endless. Don't forget David Stone!! He'd have debuted by now. Are there any other DeColts or Stones in the database?! Debuted already? Set to debut? Lucy Stone-McFly I was never too worried about, not being a fan of having a 'women's division' when I book. I feel like it's a special attraction within a company that is separate from the rest of the show. Almost like a chance to switch off our attention because it has nothing to do with the main stories. In WWE, I love the women's division, but writing it is different. You have to dedicate at least one match (out of say, 5, 6 or 7) per show, and at least one segment, to the division, and that doesn't feel like it's enough. I'm digressing. I do that. So THIS company, is the first one I'm going to check on...?! Really...?! </div>

(tell you later) Live Attendance: 34,003 (Highest since Diary began) Pay-Per-View Buy Rate: 1.35 Announce Team: Mauro Ranallo, Jerry Lawler and Corey Graves <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #e758f0; margin:10px;background: #ffffff; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> To kick off the Royal Rumble 2020, the 30 selected women from RAW, NXT and Smackdown got set for the Women's Royal Rumble Match!! Before the match kicked off though, the three Women's Champions Becky Lynch from RAW, Charlotte from Smackdown and Sasha Banks from NXT headed to the ring separately, to watch the match from steel chairs at ringside!! After Becky, Charlotte and Sasha took their seats, entrants One and Two made their way to the ring to get us started... Alexa Bliss from RAW and Naomi from Smackdown; two former Women's Champions looking to get back to the top of the mountain in WWE. They both knew they'd have a real mountain to climb to win this one though. Lasting all the way to the end and winning was always going to be tough from this position, and energy conservation was the name of the game for both of them after some hard-hitting early offence. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #3 'The Vision' Vanessa Borne Despite being very early into her WWE career, Vanessa Borne carries a genuine threat in this match. She has the backing of her best friend Aliyah, as well as a budding friendship with the badass Sonya DeVille on NXT. If the three of them are in the ring together, this match could be over in a hurry. As it was at this point though, Borne had both Bliss and Naomi down on the mat as the timer counted down from 10... Eliminations: NONE Entrant #4 'The Sassy Southern Belle' Lacey Evans Lacey Evans is an old head on young shoulders. She has a veteran instinct that few women, or men, her age have, both in and out of the ring. Tonight, she slowly strolled out to the ring, and then waited until almost when the buzzer sounded to enter the match, making sure she didn't waste her first minute and a half. A very sound strategy. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #5 'The Pirate Princess' Kairi Sane Kairi Sane might be older than Evans, but she was child-like as she excitedly ran to the ring, dropping her telescope, and throwing her Pirate hat to the ground. She took Alexa Bliss and Naomi down with tackles, before delivering Sliding D's to them both in opposite corners of the ring. Lacey Evans put Sane down with a brutal big boot though. The 'Sassy Southern Belle' was still really fresh, and the minute and a half ended with her trying to get Vanessa Borne out! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #6 'The Venus Fly Trap' Peyton Royce Peyton Royce is the more popular, and more talented member of the IIconics, and her long limbs could come in real handy in a match like this. Billie Kay will not be entering the Royal Rumble this year, so Peyton knew she was going it alone out there. In the 90 seconds that passed, all six women in the match had chances to get eliminations, but nothing noteworthy went down. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #7 'The Jersey Devil' Sonya DeVille Sonya DeVille, arguably one of the favourites to win the match, with a fairly unfortunate entrant number. Had she come in into the late 20s, she might have had a chance, but she knew she had a long way to go here. She immediately got to work attacking Naomi, and then kicked Peyton Royce right under the chin. DeVille then joined Vanessa Borne in trying to eliminate Kairi Sane next, but nobody was dispatched from proceedings in this period. DeVille and Borne have been getting on very well recently, along with Aliyah. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #8 'The Underrated' Aliyah Aliyah is the tag team partner of Vanessa Borne, and they have both been trying to recruit Sonya DeVille for this very match. Now suddenly, all three of them were in the ring at the same time! The three seemed to be working together well, particularly when Aliyah and Borne held Peyton Royce for DeVille to kick her over the top rope!! DeVille also tipped Lacey Evans up and out when she was trying to take Borne out!! The rest of the field looked worried by this alliance, and they should be. Eliminations: Peyton Royce & Lacey Evans by Sonya DeVille (2) Entrant #9 'Mighty'Kacy Catanzaro Three NXT entrants in a row, and Kacy Catanzaro managed to stop the alliance of Borne, Aliyah and DeVille momentarily. She took Borne down with a spear, and then hit a spinning side kick to Aliyah, while Alexa Bliss took care of DeVille. Naomi then hit her 'Rear View' on Bliss. Naomi and Kairi Sane then found themselves up over the top rope, but onto the apron when the 90 seconds ended. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #10 'The Twisted Sister' Nikki Cross Nikki Cross sprinted to the ring, and Alexa Bliss waited for her best friend! While they embraced in the ring, Sonya DeVille kicked Naomi in the back of the head, and she fell into Kairi Sane, with both women tumbling to the outside of the ring! Sonya now has four eliminations, and Borne and Aliyah lauded their new friend. Eliminations: Naomi and Kairi Sane by Sonya DeVille (4) Entrant #11 Lita The legendary Lita. A former four-time WWE Women's Champion, and one of the best female wrestlers of all time. She stood on the stage and soaked in the adulation of the fans. Then ran to the ring to get started. Immediately, Lita hopped to the top rope, and landed a moonsault onto DeVille, Aliyah and Borne, leaving the dangerous trio sprawled out all over the place. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #12 'The Captain of Team Kick' Dakota Kai Dakota Kai came running to the ring, and squared up to Lita. The two shook hands, and a brilliant sequence ensued. Kai looked like she had achieved a dream by battling the legend that is Lita, but it was soon broken up when DeVille, Aliyah and Borne threw them both over the top rope on opposite sides of the ring. But both held on, and they 'skinned the cat' at the same time to save themselves. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #13 Mickie James Another legendary competitor in WWE, Mickie James came running out, and she SAVED Dakota Kai and Lita from DeVille, Aliyah and Borne. It was three against three now, with the fresh James joining Kai and Lita against the NXT baddies. But Mickie James is not to be trusted, and she threw Kai out over the top rope! Lita was furious, and she then fought James. Now was the time for Sonya and co. to capitalise, but instead, Sonya DeVille turned her back on the other two, and threw Borne and Aliyah out over the top rope!! Eliminations: Dakota Kai by Mickie James... Aliyah and Vanessa Borne by Sonya DeVille (6) Entrant #14 'The Queen of Harts' Natalya Joining Lita and Mickie James, Natalya became the third legendary competitor in the ring. Alexa Bliss and Sonya DeVille fought each other in one corner, and Natalya came straight into the match and threw Nikki Cross over the top rope! Nattie tried to eliminate Kacy Catanzaro, but the youngster held on for dear life, and managed to survive the period – just. Eliminations: Nikki Cross by Natalya Entrant #15 Ember Moon (WWE Women's Tag Team Champion) Ember Moon with a favourable entrant number here. If her tag team partner Kayden Carter comes in soon, she has to be in contention to win it. She took Alexa Bliss down when she entered the ring, who was angry about losing her partner Nikki Cross. Moon then hit a brilliant 'Eclipse-like' Stunner on Sonya DeVille without going up to the top rope. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #16 'The Hugger' Bayley Bayley is another favourite to win here, and another favourable entrance number, but her biggest advantage was Buddy Murphy. Even in her first 30 seconds she probably should have been eliminated by Ember Moon, but Buddy Murphy saved her and pushed her back in the ring. If she'd have gone then and there, Becky Lynch and Charlotte would have loved it! Conversely, Sasha waited for Murphy to come around to her side of the ring, and they high-fived. A clear split in the Four Horsewomen of WWE. Bayley did end up getting an elimination in this period, taking Alexa Bliss out, who was distracted by Buddy Murphy's antics. Lita then finally took care of Mickie James! Eliminations: Alexa Bliss by Bayley... Mickie James by Lita... Entrant #17 'Mrs. Wrestling' Candice LeRae Another NXT competitor headed out next, the popular and exciting Candice LeRae. The wife of Johnny Gargano knows what she's doing in the ring, but the Royal Rumble Match is different to any other. Bayley, Ember Moon, Natalya, and now Candice make for a very strong most recent four entrants, still in there with the impressive Sonya DeVille, the veteran Lita, and the young rookie Kacy Catanzaro! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #18 'The EST of NXT' Bianca BelAir Bianca BelAir, another talented NXT fighter. One for the future for sure, but one who is insanely talented now too. BelAir began showing off her power, and threw a few opponents around the ring. She threw Kacy Catanzaro so far at one point, the rookie nearly fell out of the ring over the top rope, but she somehow survived again! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #19 Kayden Carter (WWE Women's Tag Team Champion) Kayden Carter got into the ring, and immediately went after Sonya DeVille, who was attempting to take her partner Ember Moon out of the match. The WWE Women's Tag Team Champions double-teamed DeVille, but it was at this time that Natalya started to grow in stature. She grabbed DeVille, and threw her out over the top rope. Kacy Catanzaro attacked her, and she tipped the 'Underrated' NXT star out over the top. Kacy held on, but Nattie kicked her knuckles to get another elimination! Eliminations: Kacy Catanzaro and Sonya DeVille by Natalya (3) Entrant #20 Trish Stratus If the pop for Lita was big, this one blew the roof off the arena! In the first Women's Royal Rumble, there were plenty of legends who showed up to fill up the numbers, but this year, with NXT taking part too, there were no numbers that needed filling. Trish showed straight away that she wasn't here out of nostalgia alone, and she certainly wasn't here to make up the numbers. Trish helped Lita to not be eliminated by Natalya, and the two best friends looked to be on the same page! Lita and Trish together is a dangerous duo! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #21 'The Empress of Tomorrow' Asuka The ring was starting to fill up now, with the most recent eight competitors still in there, and Lita, who came in at number 11. Asuka wasted no time getting in there and just kicking everything that moved. The Japanese sensation also took Lita down and tried to lock her in an arm bar, but Trish Stratus again came to her aid! Somehow, there were no eliminations in this period, despite Asuka's dominance. Eliminations: NONE Entrant #22 'The Princess of Staten Island' Carmella Carmella is a former Women's Champion and a former Women's Money in the Bank winner – she'll say two-time. Another impressive competitor with every chance of winning an unpredictable match like this. 'Mella actually gave Becky Lynch, Charlotte and Sasha Banks some attitude at ringside, the first entrant in the match to really acknowledge them apart from Bayley. The 'Huggable' Bayley ordered Buddy Murphy to go around and get her the RAW Women's Championship at one point in this period, but Becky threatened to knock Buddy out, and he backed away with his hands in the air. Lita and Candice LeRae found themselves on the apron having gone over the top rope, and Asuka hit her hip attack and knocked them both off, and to the floor! Eliminations: Lita and Candice LeRae by Asuka (2) Entrant #23 'The Punk Rock Rebel' Ruby Riott It was great to see Ruby Riott back inside a WWE ring, and she couldn't contain her emotions as the crowd cheered her all the way to the ring. With the help of distractions at ringside from Buddy Murphy, Bayley was able to eliminate Kayden Carter. She then had a 'Hug Plex' for the impressive Natalya, and she too was thrown out over the top rope! Buddy Murphy looked ready to pull Natalya's legs out from under her if she had held on, a fact that riled up Becky Lynch at ringside!! 'The Man' put her Championship Belt down, and took off her leather jacket. She walked right up to Murphy and knocked him out with a vicious right forearm smash! Bayley was furious in the ring! Eliminations: Natalya and Kayden Carter by Bayley (3) Entrant #24 'The Viking Princess' Logan Logan, without her Viking Raiders friends, ripped her animal skin coat off, and ran to the ring! She got straight in, and walked straight up to Ruby Riott! The two former Riott Squad members stood in the ring, as the crowd chanted 'YES!'. Riott and Logan hugged, and the two friends started working together! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #25 'The Girl With The Shiniest Wizard' Tegan Nox Tegan Nox has been in good form of late. Not many wins, but plenty of great performances, and she was looking for another one here. Elsewhere in the match, Bayley got rid of Carmella, and Bianca BelAir got her first elimination by throwing Ember Moon out. Moon is one half of the Women's Tag Team Champions, so it was a big scalp for BelAir. Eliminations: Carmella by Bayley (4)... Ember Moon by Bianca BelAir Entrant #26 Toni Storm The 24 year old sensation from Australia headed out next, having seen her good friend, and potential back up in this match, Naomi eliminated early due to her early entrant number. Coming in at 26 is a huge advantage for Storm, and the youngster set about taking people down with forearms and kicks. Asuka tried to lock Trish Stratus in an arm bar next, but Trish used her power to lift Asuka up, and over the top rope!! Eliminations: Asuka by Trish Stratus Entrant #27 Liv Morgan Liv Morgan skipped out with her hands behind her back, and we soon realised that all three former members of the Riott Squad were in the ring together! They all hugged in the middle of the ring, and then began taking down their rivals. Trish Stratus and Tegan Nox were the closest to being eliminated, but they held on, and made it back in. The Riott Squad looking strong, and looking like the strongest combination in the entire match! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #28 'The Genius' Io Shirai Business just, picked, up! If there was a favourite to win the Royal Rumble from NXT, then Io Shirai was it. But she started off by walking around the ring, and getting in Becky Lynch's face!! The crowd wanted to see a fight, but Shirai knew better. She slid into the ring, and began going to work on Trish Stratus. Before the buzzer sounded, Shirai hit a brilliant lariat on Bianca BelAir, and then suplexed Tegan Nox hard! Eliminations: NONE Entrant #29 Taynara Conti Another impressive NXT star headed out to the ring next, and her Judo background kept her out of trouble in the early stages of her arrival. She hit hip-tosses and throws on Bayley, Bianca BelAir, and Tegan Nox, before kicking Toni Storm hard on the hamstring! Ruby Riott taking out Tegan Nox and throwing her out of the match was the only elimination, and the rest of the field awaited the surprise entrant at Number 30! Eliminations: Tegan Nox by Ruby Riott Entrant #30 'Rowdy' Ronda Rousey The crowd popped a few times in this match, but nobody expected Ronda Rousey to head to the ring at Number 30!! Becky Lynch was raging at ringside. She thought she'd seen the last of Rousey in the WWE, and she stood up to go and confront her rival. Bayley slid out of the ring, and got between them though, and 'The Man' knew she was left in an impossible situation. Referees came gathering round Becky to ensure she didn't get involved in the match, while Rousey continued to rile Becky up. In the ring, Trish Stratus took care of Taynara Conti, but then disaster struck for Charlotte Flair!! Through the crowd, Charlotte's opponent for later on tonight: Shayna Baszler, was joined by Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir, and they jumped the Smackdown Women's Champion!! Sasha Banks didn't know what to do, so she backed away slowly, leaving Charlotte a sitting duck. Eventually though, Duke and Shafir turned their attention to 'The Boss'. They took Banks down, and stomped on her. Bayley was going mad at this point, trying to get to her friend, but the referees stopped her. She tried to get Becky Lynch to turn around and help her, which she finally did! Becky ran over to help Sasha Banks, of all people, but she didn't see Shayna Baszler lying in wait, and the 'Queen of Spades' locked her in the 'Kirifuda Clutch'. Bayley freed herself from the referees, and started to run around the back of the ring, but Ronda Rousey was there to meet her with a vicious back elbow!! Rousey then slid into the ring, where the Riott Squad was waiting for her. She flipped Ruby Riott, Logan and Liv Morgan over, and threw them ALL out of the match!! Eliminations: Taynara Conti by Trish Stratus (2)... and The Riott Squad by Ronda Rousey (3) With the chaos around the ring showing no signs of slowing down, the action inside the ring stepped up a gear too. Toni Storm stood up to Ronda Rousey, but despite a strong showing from the 24 year old fan favourite, she was soon eliminated by Rousey, who looked on a mission! Elsewhere, we had two strong NXT stars left, in Bianca BelAir and Io Shirai. BelAir wanted to be the last woman standing from Wednesday Nights on USA. Shirai attempted a springboard kick, but BelAir caught her. She deadlifted the Japanese star above her head, and threw her out of the ring!! We were down to our final four!! On the outside of the ring, the MMA Horsewomen were almsot done with Becky, Charlotte and Sasha. They still had time to hit a powerbomb on Becky, through Charlotte, and through the announce table, before tipping the other announce table onto Sasha!! Eliminations: Io Shirai by Bianca BelAir (2)... and Toni Storm by Ronda Rousey (4) Baszler, Duke and Shafir left the scene at ringside, with Shayna symbolically washing her hands. However, they came across Bayley, who was ready to fight all three of them. In the ring, Ronda Rousey told Shayna to throw Bayley into the ring to her, but they gave the 'Huggable' RAW star a few kicks first. Shayna tossed Bayley in, and Ronda threw her straight out! A solid performance by Bayley in the end, and in many ways, she didn't deserve to go out like that. The next person to try to stop Ronda Rousey, was Trish Stratus. A battle of two different generations, and frankly, two athletes who couldn't be much different. Trish did her best out there, but she was no match for Rousey, and the former UFC Champion eventually eliminated her! Eliminations: Bayley and Trish Stratus by Ronda Rousey (6) We were down to two. Bianca BelAir, who entered the match at number 18, and Ronda Rousey, who really only arrived a few minutes ago, and has cleared the field for herself with six eliminations. If she takes out BelAir, she goes to WrestleMania! But if BelAir triumphs, the young 'EST of NXT' will go in her place. It was a tense staredown, as Rousey clearly had respect for BelAir as an athlete. The two women paced around the ring a little, and got ready to lock up, but Rousey outstretched a hand for a handshake. BelAir went to shake it before any physicality took place, and Rousey grabbed her arm, and flipped her over her hip! BelAir was down, and Rousey celebrated to the crowd, but the ultra tough BelAir got back up real quick, and before she knew it, Rousey took a Hair Whip to the midriff!! She doubled over in pain, and almost instantly a nasty looking welt began appearing where the hair connected with her abdomen. The pain was intense, but it only fuelled Rousey, who connected with a back elbow that staggered BelAir. Rousey burst out of the corner like a hunting dog unleashed from it's paddock. BelAir tried to block, but Rousey hit a clothesline that sent BelAir tumbling over the top rope and to the floor. Ronda Rousey, is going to WrestleMania!! 70 Winner: Ronda Rousey Runner Up: Bianca BelAir Final Four: Bayley and Trish Stratus Most Eliminations: Ronda Rousey (7) Iron Lady: Bayley </div>
