Having browsed over the patch notes and not really playing since shortly after launch, I'm gonna give this another go. It appears as if the game will no longer be easy mode, which I'm pretty stoked about. Any tips for this challenge now? Almost 2 years to the date of the closing of Texas Wrestling League, it has be revived and revitalized by former 3-time TWL Champion and Legend, "Professor" Mycroft Nero. In his tow, he brings a young man who he's been training since his hiatus 23 months ago!

Opened up the game for the first in months after realizing CV97 was out. Made a separate DB and released all the workers. Gonna build a super roster with guys from around the globe. Probably won't last long though as it'll be "too easy" and I'd like to get back to doing the RTG challenge. Wanna get reacclimated to the game first, however!

In my RtG game within the CVerse I have this same issue. I let the CPU autobook weekly TV and have been for at least 2 in game years because I'm just trying to win the challenge at this point. Nearly everyone on my roster is a major star or star with white hot momentum and have been forever. I don't know why. I don't understand it.

There's no stat necessarily I look for. I'll change my match focus if whoever I'm pushing can't carry match grades so I'll still get good show grades. But the priority for me is what does the worker look like and what is the character's bio. Do I draw inspiration from either? Do either give me ideas for a push or a story? I just don't find min/maxing fun on a booking simulator. I prefer to play in a way that gets me invested in my game, and ratings don't do that for me.

Does anyone have the Frederique Antonio Garcia and James Prudence renders where they had matching pink boas and I believe pink sunglasses? I know Prudence had the sunglasses, can't recall if Garcia did.

Where do you see the physical ratings of talent without using the editor? I'm talking about the head, body, arms and legs health.

Oh that first one is really good. Using Vengeance to give Scythe an out while keeping the title on Rocky. I'm not sure his character would be fearful of something. Although Kane was terrified of Taker after burying him live, so it could work. I'm definitely adding the wrinkle in for EE. That would be a wonderful 2nd chapter of the story. Yeah I've got a soft spot for Lobby. Once I saw he still wasn't world champ after switching gimmicks and crippling Bruce, I knew I was gonna change that.

Rolling into 2024, my UC can now pull low to mid 80's performance ratings in matches. My company finally achieved a 100 rated match, and did so twice. Numerous other 97+ matches throughout the year. Multiple 99's on a handful of shows. Nearly everyone on my roster is now a Star or a Major Star. As a result, Rocky isn't gonna be as good of a figurehead, but we're pulling in so much money it's irrelevant. My dev company is the biggest company in the world, surpassing USPW despite being on the same broadcaster as I, they got +8 to US regional pop per month, while I get 2-3. Hawaii and Puerto Rico are all that's keeping me from reaching the next tier of size. Broadcaster is maxed in every single region. At this point, I'm really only booking my PPVs. The weekly show gets autobooked. I'm only interested in that 100 rated match going forward and the end of year rolls to continue to hopefully improve my UC. Between Ernest Youngman, Jay Chord, Aaron Knight, KC Glenn and others, I've got plenty of dance partners that can pull high 90's, and in the case of Youngman and Knight, consistently 100 in ring performance ratings. Those 2 are in a tag with good chemistry and my UC has tag team specialist, so it looks like the way to go is gonna be to find a guy that is good in ring, get a tag team with my UC, max experience and hope that happens before Youngman and Knight decline. Gonna finally get an SWF game really going. Took a few months off after burning out from my RtG game. I try to think of a major plotline to carry me from SC to SC. My favorite was having a trio of guys mysteriously attack everyone and management/roster trying to figure out who was behind it. It was similar to the shield storyline except these guys were essentially in body suits so nobody could tell who was who. They started out on low card guys eventually working their way up to the top guys. Faith, Bruce and Eisen had never been touched. In one of the early year PPVs, Bruce and Eisen faced off in the main event for the title in a no DQ match. The trio came out and marched towards a down Jack Bruce in the corner. As Bruce stands up, Eisen follows behind the trio when suddenly, the middle man turns around and beheads Eisen with a clothesline! The 3 men removed their masks and revealed themselves to be Primus Allen, Spencer Spade and Lassana Makkutsi. Bruce approached the guys and patted them all on their backs. All the RIPW guys hit their finisher and Bruce simply put his foot on the chest of a damn near dead Eisen as the referee and the crowd were in shock. Faith confronted Bruce the following night and Jack warned him to get out of the ring as he had massive respect for the Icon. Faith persisted trying to talk sense into Bruce until his trio hit the ring and they left Faith in a bloody heap. This led to a Supreme Challenge main event between the 2. This year, I think I wanna have Eisen vs Eisen. Eric is fed up with his brother's running of the company as they continue to fall further behind USPW. He challenges his brother, Jerry and does everything to usurp him. The end result would still be Bruce vs Eisen at SC as a special attraction match with neither man having wrestled in over a year. Idk how good that'll be because it kinda makes Eric feel a little baby face to me and I hate that. I also wanna get to SoVen vs Scythe at some point for SoVen to get revenge over Scythe for ending his father's career. Matty vs Bruce seems like a money match for the same reason. Crippler finally getting his hands on SWF World title gold. There's so much I wanna do, but I'm a bit stuck for a major main event program for year 1.

Why is it that my Developmental company I opened reached Titanic while I'm struggling to get 70 pop in Hawaii despite all my shows being rated 90+? My Dev company is now the biggest promotion in the world, surpassing USPW already. Both companies have been on my Broadcaster, which is maxed in all regions.

It was way easier in 13 and 16 I feel like. When you get farther in the game world, the talent gets developed and it's easy to get high ratings. Whether your pop or perf based, if you develop talent and dont go for completely bad in ring guys like Gargatuan for example, you're pretty well off. I'm running a Lucharesu fed 3 and a half years in with 3 ring circus as my match focus and I rarely have a show rated less than 95.

That got my UC from the high 80's to low 90's and Allan from mid 70's to low 80's. Easter didn't take a hit while Golden dropped to 95ish. Working on building him back up now so I can win NA national battles against USPW. Also resigned Logan Wolfsbaine back from USPW who stole him right before I could renegotiate with him. I don't recall what happened as to why I couldn't negotiate at the time. I think I had recently withdrawn an offer and was a few days from getting to make another offer. USPW came in and stole him and he was one of my top guys at the top. I tanked my owner approval rating from excellent to abysmal off signing a worker employed by a Medium sized company or higher, but I got a soft spot for guys that got me this far in my RtG game. Still have that goal another 14 months, so I really hope nobody major comes due because I don't think I can save my job if I sign another.

Now I just got my first on a main event tv tag match. Performance company and Rocky Golden was involved. But one tag team both got 100 performance ratings, so I suppose that'll do it lol. Now if I can somehow replicate it with my UC on a PPV, I'll have this RtG complete this year. Now that I'm over 90 in pop, I suppose I could try switching to a popularity based company or just hope through development and rolls my in ring improves to a point where I can also pull in 100 ratings and then hope RNG is on my side when I need it. How did you do it with SWF? Still running the default SE product?

Has anyone accomplished this seemingly impossible feat? I'm able to get 99's relatively consistently. Meanwhile, in my game, EILL has four 100 rating matches between February and March. The only ding on my 99 rated matches are announcing could be better, but when I look at all of EILL's announcers, they have ratings lower than mine. I'm starting to feel like it's semi impossible. I'm roughly 3.5 years in. From September of 2022 til May of 2023, I've had a 99 rated match 18 times! I'm averaging over 2 a month. I'd like to think it's simply a matter of time, but I'm starting to feel like it'll never happen. Has anyone reached a 100 rated match?

Jumping back into my old save. Gonna try to see if I can get my overness above 75. If I still can't, I'm not sure this save is worth continuing. Going to be incredibly difficult to get a 100 match rating being capped at 75. I can hope through playing years and years I improve my in ring ability to such a point that being overness capped at 75 is fine, but I'm not sure I really wanna do that. I'll certainly be doing a new save regardless once Derek B finished the CV97 mod. I may be doing another default database one as well, we'll see. Has anyone completed this challenge? Has anyone gotten a match rating of higher than 99? I've gotten two matches rated as such, one as a 98 and two more as a 97. 19 total matches of over a 90 rating. Granted the 99's happened in November and December, so the last 2 months of in game play time. Also noticed my SQ started somewhere in the low to mid 60's. Even with the steroid roll, it's only gone up to a 68. And if overness caps are calculated prior to game start, my SQ rising is irrelevant.

You said in the opening post you were using mostly cuts from the ngo pack... can I download the ngo pack and be good, or...?

I did the same. I don't understand the pop caps in this save. How can I be a NBT but can't eclipse 75 pop despite massive tv coverage on a broadcaster and strong booking? I don't get it.

I'm not worried about the individual match ratings as I run a Three Ring Circus match focus. I'm more working about him dinging the show grade for being on TV when fans don't care about him. I'm also concerned about him dinging the show grade from facing young guys who the fans also don't care about, thus 2 jobbers in the fan's eyes on TV. I don't like running pre show matches as they don't gain pop to ever get away from the pre show without being on TV.

What do you guys do with the old guys that can pass on stats but are have low pop so cant really be used? Referring specifically to Dean Daniels in this case. The guys I may want him to work with are new young guys I bring in, dojo grads and the like who are also highly likely to be irrelevant pop wise as well.

Just started a game this morning. Gonna give these guys a go and take a break from my RTG. Does anyone have event graphics for their 2 new PPVs? If not I'll probably put the other 2 back in. Also, a graphic for TCW Network? I know I've seen Network graphics in the past for the big 3 but evidently I didn't save any of them.

I'd like to double up on reading the handbook. I read every entry on the demo release. Spent at least 2 to 3 hours just reading the new features and the handbook. It helps tremendously. As a side note, don't be upset by bad ratings initially. You're gonna get a lot better ratings on a more consistent basis as time moves forward.
