  1. <p>So, question:</p><p> </p><p>

What is it about Danny Fonzarelli? I mean, every TCW game I've ever started I've received the note that I've got to get Danny up to 77 pop when I see him as nothing more than an upper card jobber. I checked to see if maybe Kyle Rhodes had a style preference for him, but Rhodes likes "wrestling as a sport" and Fonzarelli's only relationship is with his old partner sitting down on the indies. What does the game like so much about this guy that they're forcing me to push?</p>

  2. How do people complete the challenge so quickly? Is it just a matter of applying for booking jobs at different companies until you hit national? Because I just entered 2028, and we’re still cult but aiming for National by the end of the year.

Actually, is it easier in smaller regions like the UK? By that I mean is quicker to land yourself on a nation-wide network and build that pop early?

  3. Incredible. Starting to think this will end up in the greatest games I've ever played discussion. I just made it past the first palace. Had my first nostalgia steak and it did really bring some sweet memories back to me. Tasted great too. haha

Starting to bond with Sojiro and learning so much about coffee. Ladies won't be able to resist the perfect brew. :p

I got halfway through it when it first came out because I’m terrible about finishing games. Just got back into it and damn do I love it.

I pretty much hated 13 and 15 was ok for a while but ended up being so boring with almost no story.</p>

It's great.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Oh man, I absolutely loved Wasteland 2, and it’s killing that we have to wait until probably late 2019 for 3.</p>
  6. <p>Fallout 2 was my first one back in like 2002 and I loved it. Haven’t played 1 yet.</p><p> </p><p>

New Vegas is actually my favorite. It gets some shit for being buggy when it was released, but that was fixed pretty quickly. The gunplay isn’t as good as 4, but it’s about 10x the rpg, and it has some of the best DLC I’ve ever played for a game.</p>

  7. Two games I'm playing right now:

Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Destiny 2

Destiny 2 is awesome, possibly because I'm playing it with a big group of friends. Right now it feels like there's a constant level of advancement and we're all just having fun running around doing the public events and patrols and stuff that are constantly active. The game has a big enough community that I'm not too worried about those ever dying down, and I've got a group of friends that are committed enough to do the raids that I'm not worried about those either.

Zelda is also awesome, and it's my first console one since the N64. Outside of Ocarina on that I only played the handheld ones (awesome) and I tried Twilight Princess on the Wii (HATED the controls). I actually bought a switch for this game, and I absolutely love the console. The shoulder buttons are a little close together but I got used to it after a while.

I'm also playing Golf Story on the Switch. If you like irreverent games, definitely try it. Between it and Zelda, I'm able to pass the time well when during the 6 hours between my classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The Switch is honestly an awesome little console/handheld, and this is coming from someone that absolutely hated the Wii and Wii U. It seems like they're going to switch their handheld efforts over to the Switch heading forward, which is honestly a great idea because Nintendo handhelds have never been lacking in great games, and they're also getting a large number of quality indy games (I'm thinking about getting Stardew Valley a second time for it) so I'm seeing a really bright future and a return to form for Nintendo consoles here.

She's used Jazzy before and Gabert is her real last name. <p> </p><p> I've been waiting for her to get signed for years. Then again, there's a handful of women in the tournament I'd like signed and some I hope I never see again.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> The CWC was the same way for me. There were guys in there that were great and deserved to get signed, but the first round had some huge duds that I never want to see again.</p>
  9. <p>Cody Lane enters 2026 at the precipice of greatness. Well, not really, but we're pretty solid. At cult, we've turned in our best financial month yet, losing only 2 grand in December and we're sitting comfortably at 1.7 M. </p><p> </p><p>

Both our TV show and events are shown on East Coast Today, but at our current growth we should be able to graduate to OnDem as soon as our current deals are up, and that will give us a small but global viewership which will skyrocket our popularity gains, as we're currently seen in just three regions when we're not trying to tour the mid south and new england to meet the popularity requirement for the new network.</p><p> </p><p>

We're sitting pretty at number 12 on the company rankings, but we're number 10 in influence. What's more, this past year saw Cody Lane hit 117 on the power 500, when his previous highest ranking was 357. Additionally, all of his top 7 matches were rated 91 or higher and took place this year, and he would have closed the year out with 12 successful defences of the main event belt had I not booked him in a tag team main event in December (he and his long time partner battled the number one contender, Sonny Wildside, for my WM equivalent, and he'll be dropping the belt at that belt in January to him).</p><p> </p><p>

All in all, this is the furthest I've ever made it in a RTG game. I'm not looking forward to the point that all my contracts come up and USPW try to steal my entire roster, but I'm also the owner now so I'm allowed to throw money at people unlike my SWF game!</p>

He is world champ in my YouTube series at the moment. I think his canon history is perfect for a top tier heel. He's only champion because of his last night. It's wonderful and easy to book around. He's arrogant for no reason at all, he thinks he's better than everyone etc. in terms of the in ring stuff you're spot on. I've had a save where he could pull high 80s consistently and even a few 90s depending on the opponent. I love me some Eric Eisen.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> A big reason I can never get behind him is that his stats seem to tap out in the mid 70 range for me every time. I might have considered making him champ despite that in previous versions, but now that SQ has such a huge effect and with USPW and SOTBPW always breathing down my neck I can't justify it. The only way he gets it now is if he gets lucky on a brand split save and one of my shows is weaker.</p>
  11. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Ayden" data-cite="Ayden" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="28397" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I was in the camp that the initial hate it got was unfair especially when relating to the original trilogys ending. In saying that, I haven't played this in about six weeks or so and Im not hankering to get back into it. This shelving might be for the best me thinks</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Same. The performance issues and bugs didn't bother me because the gameplay was still fun, but as I played more of the game, it just felt like I was running around massive, lifeless worlds and I just got...bored. I probably won't ever finish the game.</p>
  12. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="marsupial311" data-cite="marsupial311" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41193" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I've signed a few masked Luchadors into SWF and want to form a stable but I'm having trouble figuring out how to debut a Face stable. Any ideas?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> You can always do the classic hype videos for a couple of weeks and debut them in an ___ vs ___ tag match at a PPV.</p>
  13. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="crownsy" data-cite="crownsy" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="25169" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>The Braum beat down was amazing. <p> </p><p> Not sure "Thank you Roman!!!" and "You Deserve it!" was the reaction WWE was going for there though ha. At least, it wasn't what the commentary team was pushing. </p><p> </p><p> Best exchange of the night with my wife</p><p> </p><p> Me after Samson's appearance: "the real question in this whole thing is....Where the hell did the drifter get off to?"</p><p> </p><p> Wife: "Who cares? it's the best thing he's done in months. They should just have him drift on both shows for months, just never doing anything. and Cole can just say "Vintage Drifter!" whenever the camera happens to catch him."</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I agree! Samson in NXT made no sense, because honestly, where was he drifting? Oh, yeah, same place as everyone else he was employed with. Now, he's fired from NXT and didn't actually get called up, he's showing up drifting. I hope they keep it up for a while.</p>
  14. <p>* WWE Universal Championship: Goldberg © vs <strong>Brock Lesnar</strong></p><p>

At first I was thinking it was too predictable, but as I went down the list I saw a bunch that I just wasn't too sure about.</p>

  15. Sounds like Monday Night Raw to me.

Seriously though, I agree that ROH is nowhere near as entertaining to me now as it was ten years ago. Yet they've evidently been turning healthy profits these days, while their old DVD-based format was a financial failure.

I won't argue with you there. I typically catch highlights and watch the PPVs only. The only WWE shows I watch every week are NXT and 205 live. 205 live because I'm waiting for NXT to come on, and NXT because it's only an hour and I'm likely to see someone I didn't last week.

  16. RoH hasn't been awesome in a while. They've completely forgotten how to scout up young, fresh talent and the few that they get end up leaving for places like EVOLVE or TNA before they can pull the trigger. They just tried to with KOR but he left right after they put the belt on him. The matches may be entertaining, but it's all so stale that I can't even sit through it without being bored.
