  1. WWF Superstars Thursday Week 3 January 1991 Tuscon Convention Centre (South West) Attendance - 7,900 Broadcasting Rating - 4.53 The show opened with Vince McMahon talking about the upcoming Royal Rumble. He gave an in depth look at potential winners of the Rumble, including Jake Roberts, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, The Big Bossman and Macho Man Randy Savage. [78] Jimmy Snuka V The Barbarian V WWF Intercontinental number one contender Jimmy Snuka came to the ring first and clearly had his sights set on not just the title, but the bounty on Mr Perfect’s head as well. With the Royal Rumble coming up The Barbarian had his eyes focused on getting some momentum for the Rumble match. In a back and forth match it seemed as though the Barbarian’s superior power would be the telling factor, however that wasn’t the case with Superfly eventually hitting his top rope splash for the victory. [67] After the match as Jimmy Snuka went to leave Mr Perfect and Bobby Heenan came out and slow clapped him as he walked past. [92] The Hart Foundation & The British Bulldog V Sgt Slaughter & AWOL V Sgt Slaughter came out with his two Recruits J and B to a chorus of boos. USA chants filled the arena as The Hart Foundation and The British Bulldog came out. The duo of AWOL showed an incredible amount of high flying offence throughout the match. Midway through the bout The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase came down and was barking instructions to his friend The British Bulldog. While AWOL and The Hart Foundation brawled on the outside the Bulldog hoisted Slaughter up for a running powerslam. However DiBiase jumped on the apron and was shouting even more instructions to Davey Boy Smith who put Slaughter down to speak to Ted. While distracted Slaughter took his chance, and with a handful of tights rolled Bulldog up from behind for the 1,2,3. [65] As soon as the bell rung for the end of the match number one tag titles contenders Demolition hit the ring and proceeded to beat down Jim The Anvil and Bret Hart, sending a message to their Royal Rumble opponents. [92] Backstage Vince McMahon was with Hulk Hogan who had some choice words for Sgt Slaughter, “I don’t know whats been going on brother because Slaughter isn’t acting like the man I used to know. He seems to have a problem with me and all the Hulkamaniacs, which is fine. But when he has a problem with Old Glory then thats a different matter. Whenever I see that piece of silk run up a flagpole I’ll salute it for all those men and women that serve out great country. And you know what brother at Royal Rumble if Slaughter has a spine then he’ll step into the ring with me and I’ll show him what it’s like to be a real American!” [95] Dusty Rhodes w/ Dustin Rhodes V The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase V The final match of the night saw The American Dream take on the Million Dollar Man. In a hard fought battle both men looked as though they would pick up the victory. Eventually Dusty was distracted when The Nasty Boys came down and attacked his son Dustin at ringside. This allowed Ted DiBiase to put the Million Dollar Dream on and left Dusty passed out in the ring as he picked up the win. [72] Earthquake and Jimmy Hart came to the ring and Jimmy Hart took the microphone, “You know what, me and Quakey baby here are getting fed up with all the chat about can the Warrior slam him, is the Warrior tougher, is the Warrior stronger? Well guess what? When they go one on one at the Royal Rumble all of those questions will be answered and Earthquake will be the one walking out with that belt over his shoulder baby. BUT how about next week we prove really who is tougher and in this ring we have ourselves an old fashioned arm wrestle, that is if your up for the challenge Warrior!” [94] Overall rating - 80
  2. So I managed to sort this save out, and booked all the way up to the Rumble! If anyone is still reading, then enjoy!

  4. Sorry all for the delay. Seems I’m having trouble loading this save as it’s corrupt so trying to sort that out so bare with me 👍
  5. I think TEW is sometimes a difficult game to get into. I often find myself doing the same things. Booking the same companies etc. So I think it’s good to discuss what keeps everyone hooked. It’s such a different game essentially being a database and text game it’s bkt like the graphics or storyline keeps you hooked.
  6. Predictions WWF Superstars Week 3 January 1991 Dusty Rhodes V The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase The Hart Foundation & The British Bulldog V Sgt Slaughter & AWOL (Recruit J and Recruit B) Jimmy Snuka V The Barbarian
  7. For me I enjoy real world, historical mods. So I enjoy creating cool moments in time. So I’ll play as wwf and tend to book around the big four ppv where I have an idea of how I want it to end and book back from that point.
  8. Prediction Table Levinux - 5 Bigelow Cartwheel - 4 Morti - 3 Bigelow Cartwheel Christmas_ape - 3 Munit - 3 Thanks for getting involved!
  9. WWF All American Wrestling Saturday Week 2 January 1991 Bruce Hall (Great Lakes) Attendance - 2,000 (sell out) Broadcasting Rating - 0.14 Jim Powers V The Undertaker w/Paul Bearer V Sean Mooney, Lord Aldred Hayes and Rowdy Roddy Piper introduced the opening contest between the popular Jim Powers and and not so popular Undertaker! The bout was a short affair with The Undertaker dominating his opponent, eventually hitting a Tombstone to pick up the victory. Throughout the match Paul Bearer at ringside spent much of it looking worried and talking about how it was not the right time for “him” to arrive in the WWF. [61] Up next Vince McMahon sat down with Sgt Slaughter who was flanked by his two new recruits. Slaughter explained that these masked men’s identity was not important, they were Recruit J and Recruit B, but would be known by the name AWOL. He went on to say they would be joining him in getting rid of the stain on the WWF, Hulk Hogan! [91] Tugboat V Paul Roma V Two big guys squared off looking to pick up some momentum with the Royal Rumble around the corner. Both guys were bigged up as outside shots to win it by the commentators. A back and forth battle took place. Eventually the match ended when Paul Roma debuted a new arm bar submission move to pick up the victory, much to the crowds disappointment. [55] In the back That Nasty Boys were interviewed by Gene Okerlund. Knobbs and Sags said they were fed up with the Rhodes idiots being around the WWF. Turning up and thinking they were better than everyone else. The Royal Rumble might be two weeks away, but they’d stopped showering already so they could deliver an extra Nasty Pit Stop! [76] The Bushwakers V Demolition V Having been announced as the number one contenders to the Hart Foundation’s tag team titles, Crush and Smash were in no mood to hang around. Tossing the loveable Bushwakers around the ring like ragdolls. Hitting powerful move after power move on the Kiwi grapplers. Putting them out of their mercy when Crush hit a powerbomb on Luke for the 1 2 3. Demolition posed over their beaten opponents to a chorus of boos from the crowd.[49] Jimmy Snuka V Warlord V The main event saw the veteran Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka take on the Warlord. Both men were looking for the victory for different reasons. Warlord was looking to lay a marker down as the best big man in the WWF at the moment. Jimmy Snuka had his eye on Mr Perfect’s Intercontinental title AND the bounty on his head. A back and forth match took place, however something about the two guys just didn’t seem to click that well and the match always felt a little awkward. After many near pin falls we saw some classic Superfly with a splash from the top rope letting him pick up the win. After the match his celebration was cut short as Bobby Heenan and Mr Perfect came out to applaud him. [64] Overall rating - 69
  10. I’m hoping to have results up by tomorrow. I’ve booked all the shows up to the Rumble now so planning on getting quite a few up I hope.
  11. Thanks so much for taking the time to read. I’m hoping the stuff with Bearer pans out. The beauty of a 91 mod is the number of wasted guys turning up for matches and annoying everyone. So plans seem to be changing quite quickly!

He cut a promo on Slaughter saying “Brother, you’ve changed from the Sarge I used to know. Which would be ok if you had a problem with just me, but the minute you have a problem with the star spangled banner then thats a different matter! If you’re any sort of man then you’ll settle this in the ring TONIGHT brother!” <strong>[99]</strong></p><p> </p><p> In the back The Hart Foundation were discussing their 6 man tag match this evening when their partner Davey Boy Smith walked in wearing an over the top gold chain around his neck. Bret questioned where he got it from and Bulldog said from his new friend Ted DiBiase. Jim and Bret warned him to be careful as he can’t be trust. But Bulldog dismissed their concerns and said he was fine. <strong>[67]</strong> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong> Hulk Hogan V Sgt. The fans hate for him and his anti American ways could not be stronger. Then the arrival of the Real American Hulk Hogan took the roof off the building! The USA chants were deafening as both men were introduced. The commentators were putting over just how much the fans were against Sgt. Slaughter while both men were being introduced. Then as the referee went to signal for the bell to start the match two men in army fatigues and their faces masked jumped onto the ring apron. Slaughter had a huge grin on his face as Hulk looked on confused. Both men had a black armband on with Triple A lettering on it. Hogan began to look concerned as Slaughter nodded his head and both men, light a bolt of lightening entered the ring and attacked Hulk. Giving out a vicious beat down as Slaughter looked on laughing. The two masked men used an array of unusual moves to beat the Real American down until Slaughter put up his hand indicating the men should stop. Sgt stood over his fallen opponent and gave a salute to the crowd as they wildly booed the trio who stood tall. <strong>[100]</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Hart Foundation & The British Bulldog V Power and Glora & The Mountie</strong></p></div><p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="WfKRhm7.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/WfKRhm7.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="1UPQfiz.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/1UPQfiz.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="Q5lDEqJ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Q5lDEqJ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><strong>V</strong><img alt="f398cKD.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/f398cKD.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="HnTCNQD.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/HnTCNQD.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="PWb2wQf.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/PWb2wQf.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> The British Bulldog came out still wearing his gift from the Million Dollar Man which clearly Bret and Jim were trying to explain to him was a bad idea. However this distraction did not put the faces off their game with Bulldog eventually hitting the running powerslam on the Mountie and picking up the victory for the Hart family. <strong>[64]</strong></p><p> </p><p> Mr Perfect and Bobby Heenan came out again issuing an open challenge for his Intercontinental title to all the “bums in the back who want five minutes in the ring with Perfection to make themselves famous!” The crowds boos for Perfect were soon turned to cheers when the challenge was accepted this week by Tito Santana! <strong>[94]</strong></p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong> Tito Santana V Mr Perfect w/ </strong><strong><em>Bobby Heenan</em></strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong><em>Intercontinental Title Match</em></strong></p><p><strong> </strong><img alt="LTKe1bA.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LTKe1bA.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><strong>V</strong><img alt="zSn9fPI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/zSn9fPI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> What followed was an excellent match with two wrestlers who clearly had great chemistry when facing each other. It was a tough back and forth match with a few near falls. However, eventually Perfect prevailed hitting a Perfectplex and getting the 3 count to make yet another defence of his Intercontinental title. <strong>[73]</strong></p><p> </p><p> As Mr Perfect and Bobby Heenan celebrated in the ring out came WWF legend Jimmy Snuka. He took a microphone and said the reason all the guys in the back are so quick to come out and take the challenge is not only do they want to win the Intercontinental but the money as well. Heenan and Perfect looked confused at each other as Snuka revealed the boys were so fed up with him showing off, talking about being perfect all the time that they’d chipped in and there is a $50,000 bounty on his head! So whoever pins Perfect next not only wins the title but also all the money. And Jimmy Snuka went on to say at Royal Rumble he challenges Mr Perfect so he can shut him up <strong>AND </strong>get rich! <strong>[84]</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Ultimate Warrior & Big Bossman V Earthquake & Macho Man Randy Savage</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><img alt="pR3M0J2.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/pR3M0J2.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="i9nWu9N.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/i9nWu9N.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><strong>V</strong><img alt="CwBTm8D.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/CwBTm8D.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="vDS28fZ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/vDS28fZ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> Four of the biggest names in the business squared off, with the crowd firmly behind the world champion and the Big Bossman. Going toe to toe Bossman held his own against Macho Man. Eventually both men hit a double clothesline and after a slow crawl tagged in their respective partners and the fans went wild as they would finally get to see Warrior and Earthquake square off. They stood nose to nose with the crowding booing as Quake flexed his muscles and went ballistic as the Warrior signalled for a press slam!! Both men drew back their fists to fight and out of no where Macho tackled the Warrior and the Bossman attacked Earthquake from behind. All four men rolled to the outside, with the Warrior battling Macho and the Bossman man fighting Earthquake all the way up the entrance ramp. The wild brawl continued to the back as the referee completed his ten count meaning it ended with a double count out and Superstars went off air with countless officials trying to break up the four man brawl! <strong>[75]</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Overall rating - 80</strong></p>
  14. It’s a text based game. I think if you start taking that away it start losing the essence of what it is. If you also take into account people make real world mods so people when asked to can out an exact number of charisma on a scale of 1-100. With fog of war turned on I think it’s quite realistic in the sense it takes a long time to find those exact figures out. Also for me personally I find the letter grading system too vague, I like the precision of numbers.
  15. So I’ve had a mid card title and basically want to strap a rocket to this guy. He’s unfortunately auto pushed to upper mid card as I’ve been booking him so well. Ideally I don’t want the title going that high up the card. So I need him to drop the belt so it settles back in the mid card. But I also don’t want to really ruin his momentum by directly losing it to someone below him as would knock some of the work I’ve done. Any tips?
  16. Just imagine Shane coming out doing his stupid leg dancey thing with a 2x4 and starting USA chants. Thats money right there!
  17. I can understand that. Particularly in real life it’s incredibly limiting as you know 26 or so guys have no chance of winning. I mean if Tyler Breeze comes out I know he isn’t going to the mania main event. I’m still undecided what to do with mine as I know back in the day thy didn’t get a title shot. But at the same time I think these events and competitions need to have a knock on effect as otherwise what’s the point of winning them.
  18. <p>Pray for Shane! </p><p> <img alt="GzBnqpv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GzBnqpv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

Seemingly off the pace throughout the veteran Valentine dominated proceedings hitting a piledriver and picking up the win much to the fans delight. A dejected Virgil walked to the back to a chorus of boos shaking his head following the defeat. <strong>[66]</strong></p><p> </p><p> The Nasty Boys burst into Vince McMahon’s office and told him “now you’re the pencil neck idiot Tunney’s new secretary we want Rhodes and his idiot boy in a tag match at the Royal Rumble!”. However, the fans didn’t afford such a favourable reaction to The Mountie. He strode to the ring with a big grin on his face. Once face to face in the ring The Mountie tried to start a CANADA chant to the displeasure of the crowd. Volkoff however easily started U S A chants amongst the fans. This however only seemed to anger the Canadian who viciously beatdown the loveable Nikolai down, picking up the submission victory using the Quebec Crab.<strong>[60]</strong></p><p> </p><p> A promo aired showing the menacing Undertaker and Paul Bearer in a graveyard. Amongst the fog and tombstones The Undertaker spoke slowly in his deep voice declaring “at the Royal Rumble everyone that enters the ring will be my next victim until I’m the last man standing!” As The Undertaker slowly walked away Paul Bearer’s face contorted to one of fear and panic, “he’s coming, I…..I told him it’s not the right time, b..b but he won’t listen. Hug your children extra tight tonight, because once he arrives no one will be safe……” Bearer carried on muttering to himself as he walked away as the commentators speculated on who "he" could be! <strong>[79]</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Big Bossman V Rick Martel</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong><img alt="i9nWu9N.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/i9nWu9N.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><strong>V</strong><img alt="bf6nzjO.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bf6nzjO.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><p></p><p> Finally we reached the main event where “The Model” Rick Martel took on the Big Bossman. The two men had a great back and forth match where there was clearly some great chemistry on show between the two. The end came Rick thinking he could put the Bossman away went to the top rope, however the law enforcer sprang to his feet, hoisted Martel onto his shoulder and hit an impressive Bossman Slam to pick up the victory and leave him standing tall as the show went off air. <strong>73</strong> </p><p> </p><p> <strong>Overall rating - 72</strong></p>
