The puroresu stat is really all over the place. I was looking at doing a New Japan game and form Bullet Club but a LOT of the especially gaijin foreigners have zero for puroresu. Even the guys who came up in the New Japan dojo like Tama.

I'm in week one of July 2021, I got to titanic size earlier in the year. I attached my best show so far below. I took full advantage of USPW's cash horde and opened a fully upgraded training camp and popped my own big time corporate indie developmental fed ala NXT and I'm still making money hand over fist. I'm literally just channeling Vince. I'm even pushing someone undertalented but with a decent look just becasue he's big (Atlas) who's now like super super over. Further mimicking the WWE-ness of it all, my main show is three hours, I have a two hour A- show, and an hour long B show. USPW is a ridiculous amount of fun if you really do get down to booking to type. The most fun thing is because of just how much money you have you can kind of end up slowly feeding or starving SWF and TCW depending on who you pick and choose from their roster over time? I've sucked the life out of TCW like a vampire and slowly fed super over, but ultimately expendable guys off my roster to SWF. TCW is solid medium size with only Hawkins left to give them an occasional top rated match. SWF is just below me in size and producing amazing shows. Unlike Vince, I like competition. Bit America a'int big enough for THREE bigtime promotions... Heh.

How about some stable logos? I've been looking for a cool Painful Procedure one for my "Jack Bruce buys TCW" game for a while.

The scheduling rework... Hell. Yes. Top to bottom already I'm as excited for 2020 as for any big studio game release that's coming down the pike.

<p>I've run a '92 real world data game as WCW all the way to '95.</p><p> </p><p> Some random notes...</p><p> </p><p> - Curt Hennig, Bret & Owen Hart, and Shawn Michaels have been on the WCW roster for years now. Curt being a former World champion. The Hart's multiple time tag team champions. And Shawn the current TV champ.</p><p> </p><p> - The Dangerous Alliance has stuck around like a plague. There's been a few new members, but currently the only non-original member is Pillman who's teamed with Austin as the Hollywood Blonds almost exclusively feuding with The Hart Brothers (when he's not dominating my Light Heavyweight division.)</p><p> </p><p> - My Diamond Exchange consists of DDP, The Bodyguard (Nash), Scotty Diamonds (Hall), and Shawn Michaels managed by Luna Vachon. They call themselves DX for short... get it, get it. Huh, huh. Get it. They all have good to excellent tag chemistry between each other so it's super fun to book them as a unit.</p><p> </p><p> - Former big ol' babyface ass Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow, one of the greatest tag teams of all time, recently turned on their Hyatt Inc. cohorts Missy, Sting and Curt Hennig and formed their own faction called War Machine consisting of them, The Eliminators and The Tazmaniac all managed by Victor Quinones.</p><p> </p><p> - I stole Ric Flair back from the WWF a couple years ago and wish I hadn't. He got super fat, still has great base stats but he's fallen off hard everywhere else. He's just kind of there. When I get the chance I might mercy toss him back to Vince and see where he ends up in that pecking order. I need to make room to push the Hart's and Michaels farther up the card.</p><p> </p><p> - Jean-Paul Levesque and Lord Steven Regal, The Aristocracy, is one of my best most experienced tag teams. As are Curt Hennig & Sting who have excellent chemistry.</p><p> </p><p> - My Light Heavyweight title has a middleweight cap so it's a pretty loose weight division, but overall I have a sick as heel group of junior guys. Especially after the collapse of New Japan (see below) Rey Jr., Psicosis, Shinjiro Otani, Jericho & Storm (tag team), Malenko, Benoit, Ultimo Dragon, Scorpio, and I also utilize the likes of Eaton, Steamboat, Pillman and current champ Owen Hart to bring up the younger / newer guys.</p><p> </p><p> - My WCW Six man tag titles have been a lot of fun to book. They're almost main event level rated. Dusty is a five time champ, having helmed several different teams over the last three years. His Wild Stallions faction (right now it's just he, Steamboat and Dustin) has been my go to Six Man tag team group.</p><p> </p><p> - I signed baby Joey Styles day one and today he's been a backstage interviewer in so many segments with super talented talkers he's developed into one of the best announcers in the world. Two years pro and he's already rivaling Ross for that number one announcer slot. He's also best friend with Jesse Ventura (his usual partner on all my B shows) and Eric Bischoff.</p><p> </p><p> - WWF's stayed pretty consistent. Hogan, Warrior, Savage, Piper, Roberts, Sid, Undertaker is their usual main event (seeing as I stole their talented midcard, teehee) they snagged Tully Blanchard from me and have him wrestling Hogan a LOT. They also stole Barry Windham who they immedietly gave the Stalker gimmick. Poor Barry.</p><p> </p><p> - The saga of Japan in my game... okay. NJPW was going great guns putting on great shows, we shared a lot of talent, both stayed in the NWA... but then last year I got a wild hair to shake things up so I type in the "plane crash" code where a random fed experiences a fatal plane crash where half their roster dies. I thought it happened to the #1 fed... it does not. Just a random large one. AJPW took the hit. Hansen, Gordy, Misawa, both Baba's a few others all dead in a moment. The promotion just gutted. An injured Jumbo and Triple Crown Champ Kobashi still alive. But like the next month Akira Maeda took over AJPW and his first act (after stealing away shared WCW/New Japan Jushin Liger to be his booker) was to MOTHERF'ING BUY NEW JAPAN. He folded the company, released all the wrestlers and kept the titles. Wildest couple months. All Japan is the sole giant monster in the east now helmed by Maeda and Liger. I stole a few guys from the wreckage of New Japan, most notably Muta and Chono.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> It's been a hell of a save.</p>

No worries! Just curious, no other data is tickling me urge to play TEW like T-verse right now. Just excited!

Any word on the "final" version of this data? Or did I miss something? I have like six different saves going but don't want to dedicate to hard to one simply becasue I know I remember hearing this would reach a "final form" at some point.

The thing I love most about this data IS the sort of... blank spots. There's a lot of open space for creativity, sort of unhindered from the "obvious" ways you'd generally book WWE, for example. With no overwhelming about of background you can sort of just go wild. Atop that, a looooot of the characters have "real world" parallels or inspiration, so you immediately feel sort of "familiar" with the characters regardless of how much T-verse history you're missing. I'll say this, it's an easier world to dive into and absorb than C-verse in my opinion. The incredible worker that went into the graphics and bios make it an absolute breeze to fall into and start playing with.
