Thursday April 11, 2008 Taped at Universal Studios Orlando, Florida Attendance: 1,000 TNA Impact gets underway this week with Sting standing in a dark room, ready the address the thousands of fans watching Impact around the nation. Sting And the plot thickens! I thought that I had Lethal Lockdown locked up when I got a hold of Jeff Jarrett earlier in the week, but now the only thing that’s for sure is that nothing’s for sure. Who’s Jeff going to side with? The Stinger, or Kurt Angle? Only time will tell who he will side with, but there’s no doubt that whoever it is, they are the favorites heading into Lockdown. So get ready for tonight folks, it’s going to be a bumpy ride. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Samoa Joe vs. Elix Skipper Elix Skipper’s nickname may be PrimeTime, but it was butt kickin’ time according to Samoa Joe. Skipper tried to use his speed, but Samoa Joe is almost just as fast and he took Skipper down with many breathtaking kicks. He would leap into the air and take Skipper down, then follow right up with the senton, and it was apparent that Skipper wasn’t going to get any offense in. He tried to get some separation and leaped to the top rope, but Joe crotched him on it, then nailed the Muscle Buster to pick up the victory. Winner: Samoa Joe Match Time: 6:50 Match Rating: D+ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match Samoa Joe grabbed the microphone from ringside, and he had something to say to his bitter rival, Robert Roode. Samoa Joe Bobby Roode, I’ve had it up to here with your attacks. Two weeks in a row I’ve been minding my own business only to be jumped by you from behind. And this week Jim Cornette protects you with a no physical contact rule. And Bobby, you are lucky that he did because I would be beating your skull in right now. So since I can’t get revenge this week, I’m asking, no I’m demanding that you meet me in a match on Impact next week! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The camera goes backstage where Christian and Rhino are in a locker room, and then the door opens and their captain for Lethal Lockdown walks in and begins addressing them. Sting Christian, Rhino, I want to thank you for agreeing to be on my team at Lockdown, and I also wanted to wish you luck in your matches for tonight. And let me tell you both not to worry about a thing, Jeff Jarrett will clear everything up tonight, and he will be on our team, then one of us will be getting a title shot. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rhino vs. AJ Styles These two have a storied history dating back to Elevation X last year, and now they are going to be on opposites sides of Lethal Lockdown once again. They faced off in this Lethal Lockdown preview match, and it consisted of Rhino chasing Styles around the ring until AJ finally mustered up the courage to slap Rhino right in the face. He followed it up with a barrage of forearm blows and slap kicks, but Rhino shrugged them off then slammed Styles to the mat numerous times. He went for the Gore, but AJ jumped over then nailed the Pele Kick. He followed that up with an attempted Styles Clash, but Rhino reversed it and tried the Rhino Driver, but AJ reversed into a hurricanrana, then pinned Rhino, grabbed the nearby middle rope and got the three count. Winner: AJ Styles Match Time: 10:55 Match Rating: B- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The camera goes backstage, where Styles is walking confidently back into the locker room of the Angle Alliance. Kurt Angle Congratulations on your big win AJ, and later tonight we will all see Abyss destroy Christian Cage once and for all. Then after that is over it’s time for Jeff Jarrett to pledge his allegiance to the Angle Alliance. We will then head into Lethal Lockdown, where you will all work to make sure that I get the win, and I’ll make sure that you are taken care of come Slammiversary, you all got that straight? Good. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Impact comes back from commercial a black limousine is showed pulling into the parking garage of the Impact Zone. Then out stepped Jeff Jarrett, guitar in hand, and he looked around before walking out of screen. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kaz and Eric Young vs. Team 3D Team 3D participated in this match to build up some momentum heading to their title match against the Motorcity Machine Guns for the vacant title, but the team of Kaz and Young gave them a little more than they bargained for. They used Eric Young as a chew toy, but Kaz tagged in and took down both members of Team 3D with a set of vicious superkicks. He then tagged in Young, who nailed a Moonsault, but Brother Devon broke up the pinfall. They then gathered themselves and finally took Young out of the ring, then were able to double team Kaz with the 3D to pick up the hard fought victory. Winners: Team 3D Match Time: 9:14 Match Rating: C ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match Brother Ray and Brother Devon stood in the middle of the ring ready to say something to the men who they will face for the vacant TNA World Tag Team Titles at Lockdown, the Motorcity Machine Guns. Brother Ray Machine Guns, did you just see that? That’s nothing compared to what we are going to do to you pipsqueeks when we get you inside the unforgiving six sides of steel at Lockdown. We will smash you from one side of the cage to the other, then just like tonight we’ll hit the 3D, and once again be the Tag Team Champions of the world! Brother Devon Oh my brother, testify! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Curry Man vs. Nick Dinsmore Curry Man got the crowd going with his electric entrance, but Dinsmore brought them to a chorus of boos, and once he hit the ring the action turned up. Curry Man did his dance in front of Dinsmore, but he wasn’t here to play and he jumped all over Curry Man. The man from the orient’s demeanor quickly changed and he turned the wrestling up to a level that nobody has seen from him. He took down Dinsmore with some great wrestling moves, and got a nearfall with a great STO. He then went for a moonsault, but Dinsmore moved out of the way, then locked in a nasty Fujiwara Armbar to force Curry Man to submit. Winner: Nick Dinsmore Match Time: 12:32 Match Rating: C+ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match the image of Booker T appeared on the big screen, and he has something to say to Nick Dinsmore. Booker T Dinsmore, I’ve sat back and listen to you say that you don’t respect me for the last couple of weeks. I could really care less about how you feel about me, but when you put your hands on me you entered an area that you don’t want to go. Now we have no choice but to face off in one-on-one action, and we are going to do it in a cage. Lockdown, me and you Dinsmore, may the best man win….sucka. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Impact comes back from commercial, Jeremy Borash is standing by with Curry Man. Jeremy Borash I’m standing here with Curry Man, who has informed me that he has something to say, which will be his first words in TNA I believe. Curry Man Koniciwa. Morishima takeshi kobashi kenta. Misawa mitsuharu mutoh kenji. JUDAS MESIAS! LOCKDOWN! Jeremy Borash What we have just witnessed is Curry Man challenging Judas Mesias for Lockdown….I think. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scott Steiner vs. Robert Roode w/ Ms. Peyton Banks Steiner came out looking confident as usual for this match, and he took it to Robert Roode, who surprisingly stood his ground and fought back against Steiner. He two traded blows, and Roode took Steiner right out of the ring to the surprise of the TNA fans. He stood in the ring showing off, but that allowed Steiner to sneak up behind him and dump him out of the ring. Steiner then posed as Roode looked on very angry. Steiner gained the upper hand by working over Roode and wearing him down, but Robert gained control thanks to a distraction from Peyton Banks, then he nailed the Money Roll to gain the victory. Winner: Robert Roode Match Time: 9:54 Match Rating: B- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match Peyton Banks grabbed a microphone and ran it to Roode, who quickly began to address the challenge issued to him by Samoa Joe earlier in the evening. Robert Roode Samoa Joe, you think I’m afraid to step into the ring with you next week on Impact? Well I’m not, and you’re on buddy. When I beat you once again next week, you’ll see that it pays to be rude. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Christian Cage vs. Abyss These two have faced off with championship gold on the line in the past, but tonight was about who could gain the upper hand heading into Lethal Lockdown. Abyss used his massive strength advantage to take Cage down anytime he came near him, but Christian is a very technical sound wrestler and he was able to keep Abyss’s strongest moves at bay. He went for the Unprettier several times, but Abyss was just too big for it to work. Abyss then went for a chokeslam on Cage, but Christian elbowed him in the head several times and he nailed a reverse DDT. He then headed to the top, where he nailed Frog Splash to get the victory. Winner: Christian Cage Match Time: 13:58 Match Rating: A ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Impact comes back for the second week in a row the entrances of Kurt Angle and Sting take place, and the two bitter enemies stand in the ring together, and you can tell that they want to just tear each other apart, but they are able to hold back. Then the awkward silence is broken by the music of Jeff Jarrett. The former Heavyweight Champion of the World makes his way down to the ring with guitar in hand, and he looks like he means business. Jeff Jarrett I’ve thought your two offers over hard, I’ve weighed the pros and cons of joining each of your teams, and I think that I’ve come up with something that will benefit Jeff Jarrett the most, and will also give me the best chance of getting some championship gold around my waist. So here’s my choice. Jeff Jarrett then walked over to Kurt Angle and stared him in the face, Angle extended his hand to Jarrett, who gave him a smile, and he walked away from him and grabbed the hand of Sting and raised it high in the air. The fans went nuts as Sting and Jarrett stood with their hands raised high, and Sting went to the turnbuckle to celebrate this huge addition as Kurt Angle looked on distraught. Then Sting jumped down off the turnbuckles, but Jeff Jarrett had picked his guitar back up and he smashed it right across the skull of Sting. Kurt Angle then looked even more shocked, and Jeff Jarrett came over and finally accepted that handshake and he raised Angle’s hand high in the air, declaring his allegiance to the Angle Alliance. Wow, just thought I'd look at the first show to see if it was worth keeping an eye on and ended up reading the lot. Any chance you'll be releasing the updated data as well? Like darthsiddus2 said though, no real surprise with Double J ;-)

Be sure to tune into TNA Impact this week to see some hard hitting nonstop action from your favorite TNA stars. And talking about stars, the main event of Impact is full of them this week. In one corner it will be the leader of the Angle Alliance Kurt Angle teaming with his final teammate for Lethal Lockdown, Jeff Jarrett. They will go up against the leader of the other team, Sting, and his partner Rhino. But the backstory here is that Sting is yet to find a final partner for his team after being bashed in the head by Jeff Jarrett last week. Will the Icon have somebody in mind for Lockdown, and will he announce them? For two of the past three weeks Robert Roode has jumped Samoa Joe backstage, which is leading to a huge match between the two men on Impact this week. Samoa Joe comes into the match very angry, and Robert Roode is trying to prove that he is a main event talent in TNA. With these two very focused wrestlers putting their all into this match, it's sure to be an explosive one. Also in action will be Booker T, who has demanded that Nick Dinsmore meets him one-on-one at Lockdown. Will Booker be successful in this tune up match, or will Dinsmore make his presence known? There will be another Lockdown match set as four X Division stars will face off for the right to take on Jay Lethal for the championship inside the Six Sides of Steel at Lockdown. The participants are: Sonjay Dutt, Homicide, Petey Williams, and Shark Boy. So tune into this huge edition of Impact to catch the latest happenings heading to Lockdown, which is a little more than a week away.

TNA Impact! Thursday April 18, 2008 Taped at Universal Studios Orlando, Florida Attendance: 1,000 Impact opens up with the image of Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett standing next to each other having fooled Sting and the rest of the world into thinking that they would be enemies at Lethal Lockdown. Kurt Angle It’s been one week since Jeff Jarrett joined the Angle Alliance and the world is still in shock. Everybody thought that Jeff would side with Sting, but he knew that if he wanted to be on the winning side he would join the Angle Alliance. Jeff Jarrett This is going to be the most unstoppable team in the history of TNA Wrestling. We’ve got four members on our team, and all four of us are former World Heavyweight Champions here in TNA, and Sting, I hear that you are still in shock and haven’t even been able to think of a possible fourth member. That just makes it so much easier for the Angle Alliance to come out on top in Lethal Lockdown. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Christian Cage vs. Kip James James has the size advantage over Cage, and while he may be equal in experience, Christian has the big fight experience over James and he was able to wrestle circles around one half of the former tag team VKM. James got a small amount of offense in, but Christian was able to turn the tide rather quickly and continue to wrestle circles around Kip James. James tried to get one last burst of offense in, but Christian wasn’t having any of it and he nailed the Unprettier to get the victory. Winner: Christian Cage Match Time: 10:16 Match Rating: B ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match Christian Cage demanded a microphone from ringside, and he had something to say to a number of people. Christian Cage Last week Jeff Jarrett made the biggest mistake of his life. He could have been on the side of Christian Cage, Rhino, and Sting, three men who have slapped him around a TNA ring countless times. So why did he choose to go against us? All I know is that he is going to pay for making the wrong choice. And Sting, you better get on it and pick us a good partner. I trust in your judgment, but I’d really like to know who our partner is before Lockdown. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Booker T bursts into the office of Jim Cornette with one thing on his mind. Booker T Jim, last week I demanded a match with Dinsmore at Lockdown, and he’s been ducking me ever since. I want that fool in a cage, and I’ll do anything to get it. Jim Cornette You know what Booker, I like the sound of that. So I’m going to put you in a little match up next, if you win, then you get Dinsmore at Lockdown, if not, then he doesn’t have to go up against you. Simple as that. Good luck Booker. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Booker T vs. James Storm w/ Ms. Jackie Moore Booker T came into this match very focused so that he could get his hands on Dinsmore at Lockdown, and that meant nothing but trouble from James Storm, who seems to have healed considerably since his horrific fall at Destination X. He put up a fairly good fight against Booker T, but there’s a reason that Booker is a multiple time World Heavyweight Champion, and he showed Storm why. After an exchange of reversals Booker was able to kick Storm in the gut, then nail the Axe Kick to gain the victory, and more importantly, earn the right to face Nick Dinsmore at Lockdown. Winner: Booker T Match Time: 10:19 Match Rating: B ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The image of Nick Dinsmore then appears on the screen, and he has something to say to Booker T moments after he found out that he must be locked inside a steel cage with him at Lockdown. Nick Dinsmore Nicely done Booker. You beat a man who fell twenty feet to the ring below just a few weeks ago. Quite the feat if I must say so myself. When you are locked inside that cage with me, there will be no escape Booker. This is the worst mistake that you’ve ever made. I’m relentless Booker, I’m a wrestling machine. Once I get rolling, there’s nobody on God’s green earth that can stop me, and that includes you. You will be begging for mercy, but it will be in vein, because I’m merciless Booker. And after I get the one-two-three, then finally professional wrestling will be free of the hack known as Booker T. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The camera goes backstage, and Samoa Joe is walking towards the ring for his match with Robert Roode. He is looking all around him to make sure that he won’t be jumped for a third time by Roode, when he spots Roode’s manager Peyton Banks up ahead. Samoa Joe I swear to god, if this is a trap the….. BAM! All of a sudden a door flies open and hits Joe right in the face. Robert Roode steps out from behind it and starts laying the boots to Roode once again, which is the third time inside a month that Roode has attacked Samoa Joe from behind. He yells at Joe that he will pay for beating him a couple a weeks ago, and he then says he’ll see him out there as he and Peyton Banks walk to the ring while Joe lays in pain. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Samoa Joe vs. Robert Roode w/ Ms. Peyton Banks Roode made his way to the ring looking very confident, and then the music of Samoa Joe hit, and he came limping towards the ring, but he looked very angry. The announcers commented on how this is getting ridiculous that Roode has to stoop to this level, but it looked like it was paying off as he dominated Joe for the majority of the match. Joe built up his anger though and he turned into a Samoan wrecking machine. He ran all over Roode, who was defenseless to this onslaught. Roode stopped the train though with a low blow, and it seemed that Samoa Joe had run out of steam after another brutal attack. Roode then forced Joe up and nailed the Money Roll to get one of the cheapest victories in TNA history. Winner: Robert Roode Match Time: 12:56 Match Rating: B ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match Roode’s music hit and Peyton entered the ring with him, and the two celebrated as if they just won the Super Bowl, or perhaps the Stanley Cup in Roode’s case. He paraded around the ring climbing all turnbuckles in triumph that he beat Samoa Joe, and Joe smoldered on the mat as he watched Roode celebrated a non-deserved victory. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Winner Receives an X Division Title Shot at Lockdown Shark Boy vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. Homicide vs. Petey Williams These four men showed what put the X Division on the map, quick hitting non stop action. They all four traded reversals, and then “Maple Leaf Muscle” Petey Williams tried to overpower all three men, but they simply worked together to take him down, then turned their attention back to one another. The finish came when Williams snuck back in a nailed a Canadian Destroyer on Sonjay Dutt. Shark Boy was waiting though and nailed a Stunner on Williams, but before he could go for the pin Homicide was waiting with the Gringo Killer and got the victory and the title match. Winner: Homicide Match Time: 8:51 Match Rating: C+ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The camera goes backstage, and a very serious looking Sting appears on camera. Sting I thought that last year showed me that I could trust Jeff Jarrett. He’s been through a lot in the past year and I thought that it had turned him into a good man, but I thought wrong. He showed his true colors in aligning with the Angle Alliance, and he left me hanging. Many people have been speculating that the Sting can’t find a fourth person for my Lockdown team, but let me tell you a secret. I’ve got connections, and I mean lots of them. And there is already somebody lined up, and I can promise all of you, and the rest of my team that he will be here next week, and the tide will once again be turning. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- We then go to the interview area where James Mitchell is standing by, and Judas Mesias is right behind him looking as intimidating as ever. James Mitchell Curry Man, I know you are Japanese and all, but does that mean that you have to be the dumbest man alive as well? You apparently are because from the best I could tell you challenged my son for a cage match at Lockdown. Was it not enough that Judas Mesias tore you apart after you got the luckiest win of the century, but you seriously want to step into a cage with him? We gladly accept, and Curry Man, you better start praying to whatever god it is that you pray to, because your days on this earth are numbered. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jillian Hall vs. Christy Hemme Jillian Hall has been on a roll since joining the TNA roster a few weeks ago, but former Playboy cover girl Christy Hemme was looking to put a stop to this hot streak. She started off with a huge mistake though, she slapped Jillian right in the face. Instead of getting all worked up over it Jillian showed why she is a much better technical wrestler than Christy. She put her in complex holds and folded her up like a pretzel, then slammed her hard to the mat. Jillian then went up top and nailed her Moonsault to pick up another victory. Winner: Jillian Hall Match Time: 5:45 Match Rating: B ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The camera goes to ringside where Don West and Mike Tenay have some pre-match comments on the big tag team main event coming up next. Mike Tenay We are just moments away from our big main event that will see Sting team up with one of his partners for Lethal Lockdown, the War Machine Rhino to take on Kurt Angle and his partner Jeff Jarrett. And this match will have big implications Don. Don West That’s right Mike. Whoever wins this match is going to have a huge psychological advantage heading into Lockdown. Sting’s team is already down due to them not getting Jeff Jarrett, and it looks like the Angle Alliance can put another nail in the coffin of Team Sting here tonight. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sting and Rhino vs. Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett Sting started off the match against Kurt Angle, and Sting took Angle to the wood shed. He hammered him all the way around the ring, and Angle looked totally lost as he was being dominated by the man that he and Jarrett screwed over last week. Sting finally gave way to Rhino, who continued the assault on the Olympic Gold Medallist. Angle was able to get Jarrett in, and he and Rhino exchanged some serious haymakers, but Sting wanted a piece of Jarrett, so he got back in. Sting continued to fight like a man possessed as he got Jarrett down numerous times, but then the match broke down. Sting and Angle brawled all over, and eventually into the crowd, which left Rhino and Jarrett in the ring. Rhino went for the Gore, but Jarrett side stepped it, sending Rhino into the ring post. He then dragged Rhino out and nailed the Stroke to get his first victory since returning to TNA. Winners: Jeff Jarrett and Kurt Angle Match Time: 12:53 Match Rating: B ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match Sting and Angle continued to brawl through the crowd, and Jarrett was prepared to continue the assault on Rhino. But then Christian Cage came out and exchanged in some blows with Jarrett. This brought Abyss and AJ Styles out to the ring though, and he turned the tide by making it three on two, and the numbers game was too much as they stomped Christian and Rhino into the mat. As the heels stood with their arms raised the camera went outside where Sting and Angle were still going at it. Impact then went off the air with the struggle continuing between the two huge stars. Tonight brings you the final edition of TNA Impact before this Sunday's pay-per-view extravaganza, Lockdown. And Impact this week is all about the build up heading towards Lethal Lockdown. It has been learned that Sting will be revealing his partner to kick off Impact, and then that partner will be in action right away. The reason that Sting's partner will be in action so early is because there are four main event level singles matches taking place on Impact to prepare for Lethal Lockdown. In the first match it will be Sting's partner taking on Abyss. The second match will feature "The War Machine" Rhino facing off with AJ Styles, and Rhino looks to get revenge for a singles loss a few weeks back. The third match will see Christian Cage do battle with Jeff Jarrett, and the main event will pit the team captains against each other, as the main event of the evening will be Sting vs. Kurt Angle. Which team will head into Lockdown with the valuable momentum? And what other developments will be made heading into the pay-per-view? Tune into Impact this week to find out.

Thanks, but it'll probably be a little while until my next show. I'm really busy with school right now, and I don't have time for two dynasties right now (because Nimo and I's WWF vs. WCW dynasty is what I focus on), and I've started a Wrestling Spirit 2 real world mod. So don't forget about it, but it just could be a little while.

I'd say a little more than a fortnight. I have my hands full with getting into a four year university right now. Plus I already have a split dynasty on the boards, and I'm doing a WS2 mod by myself. I wouldn't say it's dead and buried, but the soonest I would think about starting it back up is when school is over in May. I'm thinking about writing an epic rags to riches story for TEW 08 though. This one still has a special place in my heart, but there aren't enough hours in the day right now.
