Real world mods - release day?

Are there any real world mods out there that are looking like they will make release day? Current or past based, doesn't matter to me.

Can't speak for them all, but if you want a decent one, I wouldn't count on one being made in two weeks. Even if it was as straight port/conversion, there's still plenty to manually update.

I'm not doing one for any release, but I just converted the T Zone 07 data so I'd have something playable till one is actually released. Tweaked it a bit in 07 as it was badly outdated as it was, so I'll be tweaking things to satisfy my needs until the game is out.

I'm creating the TEW08 of my "Death of WWE 2008" (DOWWE-2008) mod... I would estimate that it will be about a month before it is complete, as TEW08 has so many new options that I'm going to take advantage of... so stay tuned! :)

I was hoping so for my 1992 mod but, now I'm not as optimistic

If there's a mod out on release day, don't expect it to be playable past the first month. With the TEW 2008 seems to be all about long term effects, so there's no way to judge how good a mod will be based on testing done through the demo.

If this was EWR, I'd say, "Oh yeah man, we'll have 40 feds and 2000 wrestlers" If this was TEW 2005, I'd say, "Oh...We'll have ugh...10 feds and 500 wrestlers." But this is 2008 and I say...I'll get back to you.
