Deadeye Dick is played by Moondog Rex, who was also the original Smash in Demolition before they replaced him with Barry Darsow. IRL, Deadeye Dick's gimmick was that of a deaf and blind character, but I'm not playing into that. I'm debating about having them look for Hansen anyways since he is on my roster.. sitting.

WWF

This week on the Wrestling Challenge....

There are only two matches on the card this week, but that doesn't mean it won't be one heck of a show. This week, on the Wrestling Challenge, the WWF is giving you quality over quantity.

To start things off, The Rockers have requested a match, in order to bounce back from their loss to the Nasty Boys, in a Number 1 Contendership match. Their chosen opponents are the Orient Express, who were a thorn in the sides of The Rockers, through the last part of 1990. Can the Rockers regain their momentum, or will the Orient Express continue to thwart their efforts?

Dusty Rhodes will compete in the main event of the evening, but he will not have the chance to scout out his opponent, as the Million Dollar Man will be announcing his choice for Rhodes' opponent, moments before the bell rings. Who will Ted Dibiase choose, and will the American Dream be up to the challenge?

Prediction Key

This week on Primetime Wrestling....

The World Wrestling Federation rolls into San Antonio, Texas, for another week of exciting action.

Starting off the night, we'll have a showcase match, involving Jerry Saggs of The Nasty Boys, who will challenge for the Tag Team Championship at the Royal Rumble, taking on Owen Hart, the younger brother of Bret Hart, one-half of the Hart Foundation. Will Saggs make a statement to the champions, or will young Owen pick up the first singles victory of his young career?

In a rematch from the Wrestling Challenge, two weeks ago, Sato will face young Scott Taylor. Taylor picked up the upset victory last time. Will lightning strike twice, or will the man from Japan prove that it was a fluke?

The Million Dollar Man, Ted Dibiase's newest employee, 'Stunning' Steve Austin debuted with a shocking win against the American Dream, Dusty Rhodes, thanks in no small part to Dibiase himself. Tonight, Dusty's son, Dustin Rhodes will go one-on-one with Dibiase's bodyguard and servant, Virgil. Can Dustin avenge his father, or will the Million Dollar Corporation continue to show that money talks?

The Ultimate Warrior will be in non-title action, against Japanese legend, Genichiro Tenryu. Is this the night that Tenryu gets his first big North American win, or will the champion continue to roll towards the Royal Rumble?

The Intercontinental Champion, Mr Perfect, will also be in action in a non-title match, as he faces the unorthodox Max Moon. Can Max Moon's otherworldly style be too much for the champion, or will Heenan's client continue continue to be "perfect"?

In the first of two big main events, Rhythm 'n' Blues will meet the Legion of Doom, in a match that may be too big for even the state of Texas. Both teams will be looking to build their case to be next in line for a Tag Team Title opportunity. Which team will further their goal, on Primetime?

Finally, no trip to Texas would be complete without the Texas Tornado himself, Kerry Von Erich. He will not have a free pass, though, as he'll be facing a newcomer to the WWF, in The Genius' new client, The Mountie. Will Von Erich's return to his home state be a sweet one, or will The Mountie get his man?

All this and more, as San Antonio, TX goes Primetime....

Owen Hart vs. Jerry Saggs

Scott Taylor vs. Sato

Dustin Rhodes vs. Virgil

The Ultimate Warrior vs. Genichiro Tenryu

That said, though, this time is different. This year, there is a bigger threat, not just to himself, but to America. That's why, instead of entering this year's Royal Rumble match, he's challenging the turncoat, the traitor, Sgt Slaughter, to a one-on-one match. He says that this is bigger than himself, bigger than the World Wrestling Federation, even bigger than Texas, because this match is for all those brave young men and women, over in the Persian Gulf, fighting for America.

This week on the Superstars....

The Million Dollar Man, Ted Dibiase 'stunned' the wrestling world, when his newest employee, Steve Austin, scored a pinfall victory over The American Dream, Dusty Rhodes, in his debut. It must be noted that this came with a rather heavy assist to Dibiase himself. On Superstars, 'Stunning' Steve will be looking to build on his resume, as he teams with Virgil to challenge The Hart Foundation for the WWF Tag Team Championship. Will Dibiase's men walk out with the gold, or will the Hart Foundation prove that experience trumps money?

The Undertaker has been embroiled in a feud with Andre the Giant over who is the true monster in the WWF, as we head towards the Royal Rumble. The Deadman looks to further his case, as he faces off with the African Warrior, Saba Simba. How big an impression will the Undertaker make, and will Andre be on hand?

Two men that have already qualified for the Royal Rumble will meet one-on-one, as the 'World's Strongest Man', Dino Bravo takes on Jake 'The Snake' Roberts. Who will pick up the momentum, as we head towards one of the WWF's most prestigious events?

In the night's main event, we will see a preview of one of the main events, at the Royal Rumble. During his match against Col Mustafa, 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan was attacked by Sgt Slaughter. Partly because of this, 'The Immortal' Hulk Hogan has challenged Slaughter. On Superstars, Jim Duggan will look to give America the early victory, as he faces the Iraqi sympathizer one-on-one. Can 'Hacksaw' get a measure of revenge, or will the Sarge send a powerful message to Hulk Hogan?

All this and more, as Superstars hails from beautiful Sarasota, Florida.
