K-Nection
Apparently Paige took a stiff kick to her back at a house show and WWE doctors are forcing her to retire....

That is terrible if that is true.
Blackman
Damn those docs. She’s too young and will leave the business if that is her fate.

Would be very unfortunate.
Rone Rivendale
She may only be 25, but she started wrestling at 13. So she has 12 years worth of bumps on her.
milamber
I saw gifs of Sasha kicking Paige in the upper back and Bayley doing the same spot at the previous night's house show. Everyone is claiming Sasha's was much harder and reckless (so she's to blame) but despite the low quality and small size of the gifs they looked similar enough to me. Only after Sasha's kick, Paige was wiggling her right arm which appeared to me numb. Both were (reportedly) planned spots. Reminds me of Bryan when he got injured on Raw against Orton.

Clearly Paige, the other women and doctors thought she was in better shape than she actually was. I know from personal experience that wear and tear injuries sometimes never go away completely. Wrestling is dangerous enough for a completely healthy wrestler with no injury history or a decade+ of wear and tear. Paige took the risk and unfortunately the outcome was worst case. I feel sorry for her but wish people would lay off Sasha.
Mootinie
Ugh, this sucks. It hurts because it's so avoidable, nobody should be taking bumps from strikes they cannot see, and therefore judge. I feel awful for Paige and I feel sympathy for Sasha, who never should have been performing this kick in the first place.
shawn michaels
The whole situation sucks and it's sad, especially now that she was making her comeback. But it's wrestling, and not ballet. Everyone knows the risks and Sasha obviously didn't do it on purpose, though some fans will naturally vent on her until they get used to the idea. Eventually that heat will blow off, I think. But it's really a shame, as Paige is still young and could have done so many great things. Part of me still hopes this report is blown out of proportions, but with major news outlets reporting it already, it seems pretty obvious that the news is real. Blackman
She could go have a low-risk stint at Shimmer or ROH or something, but I doubt she’ll go back to that after tasting the big leagues.
milamber
Monday Night Braun was fun. Main event was good. JJ is a bad influence on Seth but it looks like Balor might turn heel soon.

http://78.media.tumblr.com/d4e66b6fbd6ed18f07ce30734fd8c111/tumblr_p2mkue8JNZ1u1ljrzo2_500.gif

milamber
I love how Kurt was distraught from Braun trashing his office and Jordan didn't give a crap and took advantage to book Rollins in a match so he could interfere and help him win. Then Rollins hit the sweet Blackout to win. Reigns and Ambrose are too busy so I can see Jordan seducing Rollins to the dark side for a while until they bust-up and fight at Wrestlemania. Who I want to win the Royal Rumbles: Nakamura and Asuka Who should win the Triple Threat: BRAUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I would not mind if he pinned Kane to win the title then dropped the title to Reigns or Lesnar at Elimination Chamber. Just give the man a damn title! Blackman
Haven't seen RAW lately but I reckon the chances of those two winning are very small. I've been mostly spoiler-free for the rumble I hope (I heard of one women's entry unfortunately) so I'm excited and will most likely renew my subscription after a month of absence, even if it's just for the Rumble. Dawn
What a boring Raw 25 show. It was good seeing all the old faces, but really, nothing special. Also, the Manhattan Center crowd is PISSED.

I was thinking about the poor suckers at the Manhattan Center and how they did not really get much to see.

I thought Kevin Nash was supposed to be on the show. I guess not. I mean I do not really care but I just thought I read he was supposed to be there.

The whole DX reunion sucked but that is my personal bias I suppose as I only like the New Age Outlaws out of that group. I have always strongly disliked the other three. It was cool to see Gator Man Scott Hall. No matter how many times he screws up I will always be a fan of him.

I had a buddy bitch to me about there being no Hogan and why did not not try to mend fences with Hogan for the show. To which I said that I felt Hogan was not really a RAW superstar. Sure he has been on RAW a lot, but to me the group that became popular after the Hulkamania era were the start of the RAW generation (Bret Hart, HBK, Undertaker, Nash, etc.).

I have to say both Trish and Torrie still look smoking hot.

milamber
It was a poorly scripted sometimes fun notsalgic clusterfork. Jaysin
I enjoyed Raw honestly. Lots of nostalgia obviously, but they still built towards the Rumble. It’s rare they’re able to juggle both. Plus, I hung out with X-Pac Saturday night, so him being on Raw two days later was pretty cool. Also, I bet X-Pac goes into the Hall of Fame this year. shawn michaels
I enjoyed Raw. Time flew by way faster than a normal raw. Which says a lot more about the normal 3 hours normal shows than anything else. Still, with the all the hype and time they had for this, I did expect more.
