I like the BroMans too, they're really good fun and Robbie E is a solid worker who can put together a decent match. :) Jesse is really promising too... kid might be a rookie and is definitely not perfect but he's got the look and he seems to understand what wrestling really is. I'm holding out hope for him being really good a few years down the line. :)

Young Bisch didn't have a great night last night but I'm reckoning he's not long for the company at the rate that things are going. He's a dude that clearly wants to be in the ring but he's not really ready for exposure on national TV yet. Decent looking kid who is willing to take some bumps... some of the beatings he's taken for the Aces and Eights made me respect him, but he's not quite there yet. :p

I'm looking forward to Bound For Glory... need to make some plans for viewing it, should be a fun show... hopefully next week's Impact is even better and builds even more hype for the big show. :)

They even brought him back a couple of times as a joke "prize" where a contestant gets a "prize" and that "prize" is spending an hour locked in a room with Jessie as he talks about how great he is. It was actually a very funny thing to watch.

Eric Young in general is one of the most under-used and underappreciated talents in wrestling. The guy is hilarious and I loved when he was doing his World Elite things before Hogan showed up too. He can have good matches with almost anyone and the guy has freakish power for a guy his size... not quite John Cena levels, but I've seen him carry two guys on his shoulders pretty comfortably. I'm still not a fan of Joseph Parks as a character but there's no doubt that he's got more versatility than I'd have ever thought he did since his Abyss days. I hope the plan is ultimately for him to go back to being Abyss again one day, but the EY/Parks stuff is fun. And ODB is better when she's got someone else to bounce off too. :)

No-one seems to have mentioned it yet, but I loved the Hardy/Aries match on Impact last week. I always enjoy when those two guys get to go against each other and the finish was insane looking. Was a hell of an opening match for a TV show. :D

I can not wait to this 5 way Ultimate X match at BFG it is going to be awesome, TNA has really focused on the X-Divison alot lately and it has been awesome. I wish they would put Kenny King in it but 6 might be too much that kind of match.

I reckon King will be involved somehow, as he's still got this thing going on with Aries.

As for 'putting young talent over', you do know that Aries is one year younger than Jeff and despite having fewer World title reigns has had far more title success in TNA than Jeff, right? ¬_¬ I agree with the sentiment, just wanted to be a dick. ;)

While I'm all for the attention the X-Division is getting, it does feel a little odd that EVERYONE in the Ultimate X match except the defending champion is a former TNA World Champion. 3/4 of them have held the title in 2012 or 2013, too.

It really is something TNA have over WWE is that it seems that guys (like EGO) are able to go out and do their, or at least it comes across like that. If anything is funny or creative on it's own, WWE usually get their writers all over it and milk out the joke, where it seems like EGO and EY (even Robbie E at times for me) get a bit of freedom to be funny on their own. It really creates some great segments. Everything Bad Influence have been in post-AJ Story has been hilarious. Definitely one of my favourite part of any show.

My enthusiasm in general had waned somewhat recently, probably due to the BFG series being a bit of mess, Bully Ray/A&8's fatigue and Joey Ryan being cut amongst other things, but there's enough good stuff inbetween. Hopefully there'll be a bit of a reset after BFG, at least in regards to the MEM/A&8 saga.

I must admit though, I actually like the Dixie 'turn' a lot more than I thought I would.

As a heel, she's more over-the-top and campy. Doesn't make it a bad thing as that can be fun to watch too. That said, it appears to be working based on the reactions of the crowd. I mean she's never going to be the second comming of Flair on the mic but all she really needs to do is get us to hate her enough that we like AJ again. If this heelish Dixie and the stellar Bully Ray aren't enough to get us into AJ as the top face then it's just not meant to be.

This IS that "something" we fans have been waiting for AJ to have. Let's hope he can capitalize.

I don't get to watch TNA a lot but from what I have recently seen Dixie Carter is a terrible Heel. Her Mic work is absolutely horrendous and she sounds lost half the time. One of the promo's I saw she kept saying things and then looking around the arena for approval like "Is this what I am supposed to do or say?" Dixie Carter is a moron, and she is proving that more and more in the passing weeks.

I will have a front row seat for TNA's death come 2014 because we all know it's coming whether we want to admit it or not.

I agree with almost everything you have just said. I keep reading everywhere that Dixie is a good Heel and it's got people back into TNA etc. Where i had started watching TNA Semi-Regular for a few months but since the Dixie/AJ focus i haven't been able to watch a full show i end up turning off as soon as i see Dixie now. Before she was just someone you put up with a little bit, she seemed to know her limits and just popped up every now and then, now someone seems to of convinced her she should be more of the show... So yeah i'm sorry to be so negative but i'm off Wrestling again. I also have never gotten AJ as a Main Eventer but that another story...

I'm not trying to start anything at all and as such I have kept up with this thread without posting much but this is basically how you acted towards WWE in the WWE thread. From the threads you started I'm assuming you're a TNA fan above anything else and I just find it hypocritical for you to bash the WWE storyline and praise the TNA one just because of your obvious bias. If you want to argue over what I posted then I rather do it over a PM than on the thread.

I've actually been a WWE fan longer than TNA. I've never said the E was gonna go down. I've said I don't like the current main story in WWE but I have also stated plenty of other things that I do like about the current storylines. I like both companies.
