What's going on in your game?

With his age and Star Quality, I find that Golden improves significantly in pretty much every game I've run. I don't think I've ever seen him stay at his starting level, even in games where I'm running another promotion. Given the SQ and who he has to work with/against in TCW, I look for him to end up at around Rick Law's starting level after about a year, though the Entertainment skills don't improve much if you don't use those enough.

Mispoke a little. I meant to suggest that I don't think Golden is quite as good at Vengeance at game start, as in, he has to improve to reach Vengenace's level, not that Rocky doesn't improve very much.

<p>Update to my WCW game:</p><p> </p><p>

Wow. After my last post, my backstage really started falling apart. Steroids, drugs, wrestlers getting in fights...you name it, it happened. I decided that after Superbrawl, where my backstage rating was a 0, that I would start firing anybody that had a problem. But since problems were still happening before than, I ended up firing Paul Orndorff, Elizabeth, Lex Lugar, Eric Bischoff, and Rick Steiner. Superbrawl did OK, but it was time to start clearing house. Over the next week or so, I fired Buff Bagwell, Scott Steiner, Scott Hall, Konnan, and Kevin Nash. Hulk Hogan asked for his release and got it.</p><p> </p><p>

And than I lost Nitro when TNT would not renew it. I lasted two weeks booking Saturday Night as my only show, fell to Cult and got fired.</p><p> </p><p>

I decided to stick with the game, wented two months until Tom Howard opened Ultimate Pro Wreslting, and got hired as it's head booker.</p>

<p>I use to play nothing but real world games, but man, I've become completely addicted to the C-Verse.</p><p> </p><p>

Have a game going with 21CW, although I'm trying to decide whether to start my own promotion. I'm only 8 months into the game, however, I've just got that itch to try something different.</p><p> </p><p>

Edward Cornell is currently my 21CW World Champion and is about to finalize four month or so long program with Joss Thompson. I came up with my one big storyline to start the game, and that's gave me momentum to get to this point.</p><p> </p><p>

The setup was that Thompson would win a few PPV title matches over Kevin Jones and then Jonathan Faust. However, Faust would surprisingly win the title cleanly at the third PPV, thus leading to Thompson's downfall as the top man in the company. After the loss, Thompson lost a few other matches, and eventually lost his rematch in a cage match at the next big show.</p><p> </p><p>

While all this was going on, I was in the process of building Cornell like crazy. The popularity push worked, and my plan was set up perfectly. Thompson had angles where he was seen in a sad state backstage, and seemed to had lost his energy completely. The announcers pushed the rumor that Thompson would shockingly be announcing his retirement at the April PPV, London Calling (switched months with Wicked). Also at London Calling, which was held in Cornell's hometown, Cornell finally got his payoff match with Faust for the belt. This was going to be Cornell's big moment and the place was absolutely buzzing. So of course, Thompson turns heel and costs Cornell the title. Basically pushed this as a Hogan/nWo type turn given the circumstances.</p><p> </p><p>

Instead of bringing Thompson back the next night, I kept him off television for a month (which was needed booking-wise to change his gimmick). So instead of the shocking heel turn being explained a few nights later, I used the anticipation factor of making everyone wait for the reasoning. Cornell spent the weeks on the TV show searching for him, and trying to find any clue as to his whereabouts. Thompson made his return at the next PPV, Partners in Crime, and brutally attacked Cornell after Cornell had won the strap in a three way match over Faust and Jones. The story has continued from there, and the feud sort of lost steam due to.....</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>ROLLING JOHNNY STONES!</strong></p><p> </p><p>

The guy is completely going wild right now after I turned him face and gave him a rebel gimmick. He's moved up to the second most popular wrestler in the promotion behind Thompson, and that's my next big payoff feud, in which I plan on having Stones win the belt from Thompson, who will win the belt from Cornell. Yes, I know. It's a lot of title changes in 8 months. But for a regional sized promotion, I'm fine with that. I'm basing things more around the story right now vs. the belt prestige. I'll worry about that once the promotion grows.</p><p> </p><p>

Other notables:</p><p>

</p><p><em>

- Adam Matravers is the United Kingdom champ</em></p><p><em>

- Stones and Luke Cool are the Tag Team champs</em></p><p><em>

- I've basically used Pit Bull Brown, Stevie Stoat, and Leo Price to put over new talent</em></p><p><em>

- Nightmare in menace angles = gold</em></p><p><em>

- Nightmare in actual matches = the opposite of gold</em></p><p><em>

- About to switch Jeff Nova to a manager</em></p><p> </p><p>

So yeah, this game is a lot of fun. But still thinking about starting a promotion. Probably wanna wait until Stones captures the title though. That'll be a fun moment. Really wish Domino would decide to step down as head booker of MPWF though haha.</p>

Just brought up Eagle Kawasawa from development in my TCW game, his first night on my roster and what does he do? He pulls a prank on Luis Montero, my A* Road Agent.

He's the smartest person I've ever met. I actually had fairly big plans for him, well as big as I could have for someone with E popularity in my area, but he was gonna be a main player on my 'B' Show, which is fairly decent. Instead his debut is a forgettable squash match vs Eddie Peak.

My next big things look great...

1. Swoop McCarthy

2. Sean Deeley

3. Greg Keith

4. Davis Wayne Newton

In my FCW game I am about to lead up to Puerto Rican Power taking his huge names list of Strong, Chord and Dread to new levels by beating and retiring the last ever match. This is going to come about when Ross Henry debuts and announces he has spent his money from his football career and he has bought a large portion FCW, he will then make the next couple of months hard for both before having a loser leaves match at Freedom or Death (quite fitting), in which the title is on the line PRP retains the gold and Kudo is out of here (staying on as road agent.) This will be going on as Art Reed, Bling and Gonzalez take on Henry Lee, Marc DuBois and Sean Deeley after Rich Money leaves both teams will be looking for that 4th man, which is where hopefully Angry Gilmore comes in and joins... IDK yet but whoever it is it'll be awesome!

Meanwhile, Mainstream Hernandez remains the People's TV championship after returning from TCW to a huge shock. He then on the debut of the TV show renamed the People's Championship, the people's TV Championship, sometimes refered to as the Mainstream Championship, I intend him to hold it for a long time. The debut of TV was only trumped by Gonzalez coming back after 3 years from SWF to save Art Reed. Now 3 months into the TV we've just got a new deal and we will go from strength as we make more money from the deal this time, but again only on a season by season basis.

Some great guys on the roster and the people's belt has become a high flyers goal to a large extent. Woth guys like Phenominal E (as Super Panther) and Black Eagle (as Optimum Eagle), Frankie Perez as well as Steve Flash in an TNA X Division Jerry Lynn like role.

Wolf Diaz (Logan Wolfsbaine) is also running havoc around FCW as Billy Russel seems lost sadly even though he is uber over in his home land. The tag division is disapointing but is looking up as Dragon Iris and Zonk return from time in Mexico to lighten FCW up with their polished skills.

It all seemingly has come full swing as a lot of the youngsters have gotten great and then returned. Killer Shark is another MONSTER we have and Hell's Bouncer is also back.

Angry Gilmore has just rejected us, taking his place... maybe Joe Sexy, as Joe Money IDK though Gilmore has just ruined my plans :(

Guest DutchMagpie

I started a game as owner and booker of WWE. When I checked workers satisfaction grades in the 'talk to worker' menu I noticed Vince McMahon was not happy at all despite having no complaints to make. After one month of playing time, using him as a colour commentator, I got the note that Vince is a hard drug user. Guess what ? I fired him on the spot ! Last thing he said to me was: screw you ! this is BS !.

lmao:D

<p>Getting back into my Championship Wrestling From Scandinavia game just held Warriors Walk 2012 one of my favourite shows booked, </p><p>

The show started off with the Royal Family in the ring (Phillip "Byron" Hartley, Wade Orson, Lady Perlot & Princess Simona "Cox") he mocks the roster saying no one can beat him for the title then out comes Fresh Prince, a match is booked.</p><p>

Then Captain Scandinavia challenges Rafael Vega to a match it is a loser leaves the company match.</p><p>

Wade Orson defends his CSCAN International Championship against UK Dragon, Charlie Paul, Billy Robinson, Joey Breeze & Hugh De Aske, mid match out comes Don Henderson, he beats down Billy Robinson after Robinson turned on him at Total Wipeout a few months ago.</p><p>

Wave Of Violence retain there CSCAN World Tag Team titles in a match that also featured Team Victory, Total Domination & 21st Century Men.</p><p>

Rafael Vega defeated Captain Scandinavia cementing Vega as a major player in the company after Vega continues to beat down Captain when out of the crowd comes a debuting Eddie Cornell who makes the save.</p><p>

Then Phillip Hartley retains his CSCAN World Heavyweight Championship against Fresh Prince and the show ends with all of the royal family in the ring</p><p> </p><p>

(Now have strong dislike with Scandinavia, oh well wasn't planning to bring him back apart from a possible induction into my hall of fame i am thinking about creating around 2015 as he was the first CSCAN World Heavyweight Champion)</p>

Started a game on a version of Hive's War of the World's database with my nephew recently. I chose WCW. Booked Eddy Guererro vs Chris Benoit on one of my Nitros as an opener (naturally have huge plans for these two). They have poor chemistry. Eddy and Benoit have poor chemistry. F. M. L.

Haha, that's rough.

Well coming up on a year in my WWE WOTI2 game, and I must say, things have changed quite a bit. Randy Orton has been pretty well undefeated up to this point, and has been carrying the strap since Backlash the previous year. Right now I'm in mid January but here is what I want by the time Wrestlemania comes around...

Main Event-

Randy Orton (F) vs. Christopher Daniels (H) vs. CM Punk

Currently, Orton is a heel, but I think he is getting stale and am going to try and flip his character face(Probably something with him saving CM Punk whom he feuded with for 6+ months), which lets me run Daniels vs Orton at Rumble, where Daniels will go over. Daniels is crazy hot, jumping all the way to A overness over the US. Rumble match will end in Orton winning. Meanwhile, the road to wrestlemania will tangle with CM Punk a few times, since he is currently in a mini feud of sorts with Daniels, losing most the matches. After losing to Orton in the Rumble, Punk decides to cash in his MITB at Mania, declaring in advance he will be in the main event. I figure this is probably the best way to finally pull the trigger on Punk like I have wanted to for nearly 7-8 months, and let him run with the company, while avenging both of his feuds.

Rest of card-

Carlito (F) vs. Batista (H)

Carlito EXPLODED into my ME scene after Lesnar annoyed me with his attitude and roid use, so I jobbed him to Carlito. The whole storyline was Carlito was frustrated (as he actually was) and wanted to know what he could do to break out to the top of the card. After a while, he found a note backstage and then went on to cause Lesnar to lose a couple matches, before going over Lesnar. Carlito later revealed that the note said that if he to break out, he had to make an impact, hence why he attacked Lesnar. Anyway, since then, he has been feuding with guys who are typically larger than he is and pulling off the wins. So far he has feuded with Lesnar and Umaga in this style.

Tazz (H) vs. Daniel Bryan (F)

After losing his debuting match, Daniel got one more chance from Heyman to make an impression in the company. He got a match with Tazz, and wound up winning, and then he made a name for himself by not breaking the hold on Tazz after the match. This is more of a blow off to a long feud that has seen Tazz feeling like he has to prove that the new kid is still a new kid.

Rob Van Dam (F) vs Sean Morley (H)

This match will probably get set up just from Morley costing Van Dam his TV title after RVD refused to give him a title shot.

John Cena(H) vs. Shelton Benjamin (H)

This will be Cena's match to regain his heat after a winning streak was ended by Benjamin who avoided him following it.

Elijah Burke (F) vs. Umaga (H)

Fresh off a face turn, this should just be overwhelming odds for Burke, where he wins and helps establish himself in the UMC.

Nattie Neidhart(F) vs. Angelina Love(H)

Nattie Neidhart pulls a stunning upset of Angelina to win the Womens title(ending her 9 month reign), with a small bit of help from Trish, setting up this rematch.

Possible still in limbo ideas-

Steve Corino and CW Anderson as Tag Champs vs MCMG vs Legacy

Just a throw together in a way maybe to generate some Tag Team interest.

Evan Borne, Ken Kennedy, and a few other faces on my roster I want to get worked in to the card, but most of those matches will be meaningless probably, and I'll probably have some battle royal for the rest of the roster in a dark match.

<p>I am plugging along in my TCW game. Sammy Bach is about to break into the main event. Robert Oxford is about to retire leaving Joel Bryant on his own. I am going to have Joel Bryant recruit a new tag team partner in the coming months to be known as the Tag Team Specialists II. Who that will end up being I am not sure.</p><p> </p><p>

Once Vengeance drops the belt this month to Wolf Hawkins in the 6 man chamber match I may let him beat up Swoop for about a month. If they don't click or put on bad matches then Vengeance will find himself jobbing to guys like Eddie Peak and others.</p><p> </p><p>

Wolf Hawkins is going to have a long title run or so that is my plan right now. If he has a bad attitude or anything though I will change that plan rather quickly.</p><p> </p><p>

Jeremy Stone has been jobbing to Gino Montero in All Action Title matches lately. I am going to carefully craft an All Action division in the next couple weeks with no more than 14 competitors in it.</p><p> </p><p>

Considering teaming Giant Tana and Bruce the Giant as the Giants of Wrestling. Bruce is on his way out the door by way of jobbing to guys at his level and squashing lower midcard guys.</p>

<p>Well, just had my WM card. Thanks to ROH stealing some workers and what not, I did have to change my card a little from what I had originally planned. The card played out like this, winners bolded.</p><p> </p><p>

Dark Match- 15 Man Battle Royal won by <strong>AJ Styles(f)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Womens Championship 4 Way Match-</p><p>

Nattie Neidhart©(f) vs. Beth Pheonix(H) vs <strong>Trish Stratus(F)</strong> vs Angelina Love (h)</p><p>

What can I say? Plans changed.</p><p> </p><p>

6 Man Match-</p><p>

<strong>Umaga(H)</strong> vs Jack Swagger (f) vs. Jayson Gaspard(f) vs Kofi Kingston(f) vs Ken Kennedy(h) vs Ted DiBiase(h)</p><p>

This match was just thrown together as I wanted to get all my workers on the card, and I had 21 matches, I pulled 6 guys for a match on the main card, and put the rest in a battle royal.</p><p> </p><p>

Tag Team Championship</p><p>

<strong>RVD and Colt Cabana(F)</strong> vs. Steve Corino and CW Anderson (H)©</p><p> </p><p>

TV and United States Title Unification Match</p><p>

Christian Cage(h)(TV) vs Elijah Burke(f)(United States) <strong>DRAW</strong></p><p>

I just wanted this feud to keep going, and I figured having their blow off match end in a draw would be an interesting change of pace.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Sean Morley(h)</strong> vs. Samoa Joe(f)</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>John Cena(f)</strong> vs. Shelton Benjamin (h)</p><p>

I'm just happy that one of my matches I had planned long in advance managed to make it to WM without a ton of tweaking.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Batista(h)</strong> vs. Daniel Bryan(f)</p><p>

Both their original opponents left the company, so they got paired off against each other. Turned out decent enough.</p><p> </p><p>

World Heavyweight Championship</p><p>

Randy Orton(f) vs. <strong>CM Punk(f)</strong> vs. Christopher Daniels(h)©</p><p>

This match lived up to the hype, and was a great way to start Punk's first run with the title. I will admit, I still almost decided to give the belt back to Orton since he's on a written contract, but I decided to stick with the plan.</p>

<p>Ok so playing last night was very successful for me. I am back to having fun with my game and enjoying my storylines.</p><p> </p><p>

At Summer Showdown after Ino retained his International Title the lights went out and when they went back on he was bloody and out cold. He was stretchered out. Earlier in the night Vengeance had been attacked but nobody saw who did it. It was assumed that it was the same person. Vengeance went into the 6 way cold steele chamber match and was the 1st man eliminated. Wolf Hawkins went on to win.</p><p> </p><p>

Tuesday at Total Wrestling Vengeance, Ino, and Jack Bruce were discussing who had possibly attacked them when the lights flickered and out of nowhere the returning Tyson Baine from USPW laid them out. It had been him who attacked.</p><p> </p><p>

Wolf Hawkins won the belt at Summer Showdown by pinning Tommy Cornell as the final elimination. Tommy slapped Wolf Hawkins at Total Wrestling and walked away leaving Wolf pissed during his championship celebration.</p><p> </p><p>

Rocky Golden has stepped up as the #1 contender to Wolf Hawkins title.</p><p> </p><p>

Vengeance, and Tyson Baine will challenge for the International Title that Ino holds at The End of Summer PPV.</p><p> </p><p>

We have 2 PPV's in back to back weeks this month (August).</p><p> </p><p>

Also we profited $600,000 last month so I was able to pay back my fake bank loan. Still going and cutting a lot of guys in developement that I don't think I will ever use as well.</p><p> </p><p>

I did use a Dirty Tactic against SWF by planting a bad story in the media about them. It hurt them a little bit but they are still #1. NOTPW are #2 with me being the 3rd ranked Global company.</p><p> </p><p>

I brought up Joey Minnesota again. He is going to beat Swoop McCarthy and Texas Pete a few times in the next month or 2. Sammy Bach will then step up to feud with him.</p><p> </p><p>

Loving my game once again so I am happy.</p>
