TEW10 Render Thread

Ooooh, looks of cool new renders from lots of different people. Even J Silver is busting some out again!

I should really do something too. I want to make a fullbody render of Swoop sometime, but I can't make my mind up on what ring attire to give him...

I always imagined him with Bobby Lashley type gear but with chunkier pads.

Ah Photoshop. How did I live without you? Been experimenting with textures and quite like how this lovely lass came out. I call her Grinn.

A couple of questions if you all don't mind:

1. How are you doing the masks?

2. How do you get poser props to load into daz?

3. How do you export items to photoshop for editing? I've read somewhere that it can be done but never could find out how.

Thanks in advance

1. There are mask props you can get. Not sure where. Don't have a male one myself.

2. I honestly don't know the difference between Poser & Daz stuff. All works the same to me.

3. You can open up Texture files with Photoshop and draw to your heart's content. Try opening up the "Surfaces" tab, and using "Surface Selector" (as opposed to Node Selector) to see what image file each surface is reading from. Open that file in Photoshop and let rip!

Blasphemy, looking as professional as ever.;)

Cheers buddy.

Blas. What lighting you using these days.

The first 2 was an awesome light set I downloaded from Deviant art and then tweaked accordingly. link here: Realistic lights in Daz Studio Think it will only work on Daz Studio 3 Advanced but it might work on the standard if you have Uberenvironment 2.1 installed.

The elf was my own 3 point setup which I'm fairly happy with.

No post work on the first 2, with the elf I just cranked up the contrast and then desaturated the image by 70%.

Amazing work all around. I'm going to take partial credit for re-awakening the rendering beasts that are Trell & Blasphemy. Lighting has always been a foreign concept to me, so I'm wary to try anything different at this point, but son of a biscuit this work makes me want to. Top marks.

Entering sheepishly, today's freebie.
