Look, like I said before to many people, Rashad should win. But the chances that there is going to be in a finish in this fight is minimal. It will most likely go to a decision. Who's decision, what kind of decision, exciting or boring decision, it's going to be likely be a decision. A finish in this fight? I doubt it.

As for his Rashad's KO's, he KOed a declining Chuck Lidell who's chin was shot, and did so with a huge wind-up. He has power in his hands, but I'm not sure if it's KO power. I believe his win against Jason Lamber was GnP, and Forrest was as well, but I forget. And the Salmon KO was a head kick, and that's about it. He has power in his hands, but one KO was against a shot chin with huge windup, two were GnP, which meant his opponent was in a disadvantageous position, and one head kick... and that's about it.

Here's how I see, from most likely to least likely:

1. Rashad, split decision

2. Rashad, unanimous decision

3. Davis, split Decision

4. Davis, Unanimous Decision

5. Davis, Split decision

6. Rashad, Majority Decision

7. Davis, Majority Decision

8. Split Draw

9. Majority Draw

10. Unaminous Draw

11. Davis, Submission

12. Rashad, Submission

13 Rashad, KO

14. Rashad, TKO

15. Davis, TKO

16. Davis, KO

And I'll say this too... Chin Strength is more important than KO power when it comes to who gets KOed. If your chin is going, a small tap is more than enough to knock you out. My brain tells me, if there is there is a KO, it's going to be Rashad, but heart says it's going to be Davis.

But the most likely outcome: Rashad wins, decision.

Big Nog vs. Brendan Schaub looks to be happening in Rio.

I hope Brendan enjoys running for his life.

Jones/Hamill II I would love to see simply because Jones won't make the same mistake, or have the same referee, as before, and would probably kill Hamill and I would pay my own money to see that happen.

Jones/Davis I would really like to see because I think the fight would be very interesting. If both guys were on their best form, I think it could be a candidate for Fight of the Year.

Jones/Jackson is a fight you couldn't pay me to watch.

I don't know. Big Nog is broken up these days. It feelis like the UFC is feeiding to Schaub. His early childhood trauma, his style of letting people beat the tar out of him while he sets up a sumbission, and bad genetics (Lil' Nog looks almost as beat up), I don't know how much he has left these days. Plus, I heard he's functionally blind in one eye.

Brazilians have a hard time dealing with their heroes losing.

Things I learned at the BAMMA 6 Press Conference today:

Ninja is awesome.

Ivan Salaverry is awesomer.

John Phillips might actually kill Trigg on Saturday.

Ivan Salavery is awesome, to the point that it needed mentioning twice.

Most MMA sites don't have a clue what they're doing with regards to being journalists (and that's from someone who is largely self-taught).

Ivan Salaverry is excited about seeing Buckingham Palace.

BAMMA 6 will take place in Birmingham on the 10th of September. I know who's fighting, but I can't tell you.

The London rooftops are awesome for dramatic photo-ops.

Certain MMA fighters get scarred of heights when climbing up to said rooftops.

Ivan Salaverry is, in fact, awesome.

I hate this fight. The UFC have a policy of not doing 'gimmie' fights - You either fight the best, or you don't fight. With that said, I can't see any reason to put this bout on in Rio, other than to annoy the fans who have bought a ticket.

Nog's health is a thorny issue with me. Personally I don't think he should be fighting - but who am I to tell the 2nd best heavyweight of all time to hang up his gloves?

I think it depends on who, too. You show respect, you live. You don't, you you die (seriously). At least we don't have see Sonnen at Rio... that would get... touchy, to say it understatedly.

I hate this fight. If he gets hit on the buttom, I think that's it for him.

And it's not to say I want to see him gone. He's one of the Best MMA BJJ Heavyweights of all time. but besides his injuries, I think the fact that Lil' Nog almost look just as beat up (though I don't think he is, as far as I know, because of his better stand-up), Iis good case study on good genetics. I think their biological clock might have caught up to them.

I mean, look Anderson Silva-he's two years older than they are, but looks in a lot better shape. Or Vitory Belfort, who's also the same age as the Nogueira's. Some people have the genes, some people don't.

Saw another scorching knockout yesterday at the 'final'. The troubling thing is that it was from a (Belgian) footie league. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

The guy was KO for a long damn time. Too bad for him. <img alt=":(" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/frown.png.e6b571745a30fe6a6f2e918994141a47.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

So Chael is effectively done with MMA for the time being. For anyone that hasn't heard, the CSAC voted 4-1 to uphold a motion to continue an indefinite suspension of his licence.

His licence runs out sometime in June/July. Technically he can re-apply for a new licence in California after that time, but judging by the fact that he got royally...erm...made love to by the entire commission yesterday, nothing is going to happen to change their minds in that time frame.

Again, technically he can apply for licences in other states, but Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio - basically every commission worth it's salt will uphold Cali's decision. Nothing says they have to, but they ALWAYS do. The UFC will not have Sonnen fight in non-commissioned states to get around the ban like the Strikeforce/Barnett situation.

This also means that the UFC won't use him on TUF, which he was offered opposite Michael Bisping. Sad times. He doesn't need a licence to coach on a reality show, but he would need a second's licence to be cageside for any fights. The UFC *could* get around this by having Sonnen sit away from the cage and etc, but in all honesty it would be more trouble than it's worth and a slap in the face of the Nevada commission, who would be present during filming.

Dana White said that an unlicensed Sonnen is effectively done with the UFC. How much of that was leveraging his position for the commission hearing yesterday. If Sonnen decides to gut this out and not retire, I can see the UFC keeping him on as a vocal talent until he can get his issues with the CSAC resolved.

In short....DAMMIT!!!!!

The first meeting where he had his suspension reduced the commission made themselves look like idiots because most of them had no idea who he was or what he'd done. Now, I get the impression they're overcompensating.

Absolutely gutted he won't be fighting Bisping, thought that was a huge fight that Bisping could win and I really don't see who else they've got for TUF now.
