I try my best!

So last nights episode of True Blood kinda sucked.

Yeah I agree, last season's first episode was great. This one not so much, I am sure it will pick up as last night's episode seemed more like it was laying to groundwork to the season. I have to say though Jessica looked hot as always.

So I started watching Entourage from the beginning again. I've missed the last couple seasons because I don't have HBO(or Cable for that matter), but good god I forgot how much I love this show. I'm almost to season 3 already. Such a fun show.

I'm way behind on Dexter and True Blood :(

Now that HBOs watch online site is so out there I can go back to a previous post, but I'm not going to look for it. Someone on here. (not going to say his name) wanted to fight with me saying HBO didn't show their stuff online. WELL guess what? I was involved with their Pre-launch stuff. I've been watching online for about 3 years now, but when I checked the little box at their local office it said CONFIDENCE...ya know couldn't give much out. :D

I mean I doubt anything would have happened but meh.

I went back and started watching the show FarScape again I love this show. I'm not sure why. I hated the Star Wars/Trek shows, but this one really appealed to me. I can't figure out why.

I'm kind of looking for a new show to get into. I'm kind of picky about what I like - a friend recommended Bones on the basis of my loving Castle, but I just couldn't get into it. Same friend tried again with Warehouse 13, but that whole supernatural thing isn't something that really pushes my buttons.

I loved Castle (seriously, hurry up with Season 5 already...), am currently working my way through the fifth season of Burn Notice, and loved the nuts off Archer.

So I guess you could say that I'm looking for something that's not too heavy on the melodrama, has decent, smart dialogue and a dash of humour mixed in there.

Any suggestions?

Psych, Monk, Royal Pains, White Collar or pretty much any of the shows that USA Network has. Seriously well written and acted stuff.

Eureka is really fun too.

Finally got Netflix back...I just started watching Blue Mountain State. It's raunchy, derogatory, and wrong on so many levels, but god do I love it.

I loved watching BMS whenever it was on. It has to be the funniest show to even be aired on network television. It's too bad they cancelled it after the third season.

Glad to see Falling Skies back.

So far True Blood has been okay but not great.

Did anyone watch that new Aaron Sorkin show about the news, that was on after True Blood? I was wondering if it was worth watching or not.

Since I watch True Blood through HBOs website I don't know what show comes on after it, if you tell me the name I may watch it and see what it's like.

I am too lazy to look up the name.:p It doesn't really matter because I will just pick it up on OnDemand either tomorrow or Wednesday. What really intrigues about the show is that Olivia Munn from ATOTS fame is on it and I wanted to see if she could act or not.

Thursday is going to be awesome.

Russel Brand, Louie, Wilfred and the possibility of either an awesome show, or a train wreck in the new Charlie Sheen show.

The only channel I tend to watch is FX. This line up is already half proven, and I think at least one of the two others should be good too.

I will probably watch every show but the Russell Brand show. I cannot stand that dude.

I do love Wilfred and Louie two very funny shows. If you get the chance, check out the Australian version of Wilfred it is very funny and is a bit more darker than our version.

See I think the only way Kim could lose is if the nearly all male jury is bitter about how she played them all. It does seem to be the case that they very well could be. If that is true, I think that if either Chelsea or Sabrina make it to the finals they could very well win due to the jury being spiteful.

Yeah Colton and Alicia have to be two of the most vilest people I have ever seen on one of these show (And that is counting Evel Dick which is saying a lot.)

See I think the final two is going to be Arsenio and Clay. Because Trump tends to like all male finals and out of the people left I would say Arsenio has the most star power. Well Arsenio is not as big as he was in the late 80's early 90's but his name still means something.

Yeah now I have have to sit through a season of watching Brenchel on The Amazing Race. The sad thing is they are in the final four and they have a real good chance of winning the damn thing.

Dang, you nailed it right on the head. I guess you know your reality TV shows. :)

So are you watching The Glass House? If so, what's your take on that so far? I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but it's actually not that bad.

Usally all I watch is ESPN and that kind of stuff but in the last few weeks I have been loving Hardcore Pawn and Lizard Lick Towing on TruTV

Hardcore Pawn is my favorite TV Show out of the two but if it is not on I will love to watch Lizard Lick Towing

before anybody says anything about Lizard Lick Towing being fake, I compare it to Wrestling I know it is Fixed and everything but I enjoy it so I can handle it. If I love the show I don't care if it is fake

She can't, she was on Perfect Couples and was easily the worst actor in the cast.

See that is what I was thinking, I guess it is just another case of producers thinking a hot chick will get them ratings.

Sadly when it comes to Big Brother, Survivor, TAR, and the Apprentice I do know what I am talking about. I also have no life so that tends to help.:D

Glass House is all right, it is not great but it is not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. I do think that all of the jerks will be voted out first and as the season goes on the show is going to get really boring. I think it is a one and done show, meaning that I highly doubt it will come back for a second season.

Yeah, for me Russel Brand is a guy I can only sit through for small time periods, but I'm willing to give it a chance. He has his moments.

I watched some of the Australian version, but the video was really bad quality. On a side note, FX has a new show in January with Australian comedian Jim Jefferies, called Legit ( I think). I think may take the cake as my favorite show.

I just finished the first episode of Charlie Sheen's new show. Definitely has potential, but the laugh track is annoying. It takes away from the show. I'll probably watch episode 2 tomorrow sometime, but I like the cast for the most part so far.

I'm glad Shawnee Smith is still getting work. I've loved her since Becker.

So I was looking around online and came across some information that i'm kind of shocked about.

I was looking at the differences in the books "A song of Ice and Fire" and the HBO series "A game of thrones".

From what I'm reading the people working on the HBO series changed the ages of a lot of the roles because of child pornography laws in the UK.

Here in the sates as long as the actress is over the age of 18 she can play a 13 year old and have adult scenes, but they say that no matter the age of the actress she can't play a minor in a sexual scene. I found that a bit interesting because I'd always thought most other countries were a lot more open about sex and sexual content than the US.

I'm sure that was part of it, but aging the kids up also makes some of the things they do somewhat more believable. The age of the kids is something GRRM has said he would change if he could start the series over again.

There is a stream I watched of him at the Authors@Google channel. He said that he wouldn't change anything about the books, that it was the HBO guys who changed the ages...I'm not sure about him changing stuff if he could...

I"ll find the stream if you'd like. :)
