<p>Semi-New Here</p><p> </p><p>

Hey guys I'm not really new here just a new username. I have no clue if this is the right thread for this but I am starting up a youtube page but I literally have no experience creating any sort of graphics of any kind. I was wondering if anyone could maybe help me out making a banner and icon for me or throwing out suggestions on software to make graphics. It would be awesome if someone could make me one but I understand that I'm kind of just throwing this out there and no one really knows me on this. Thanks for whatever suggestions you guys can give. And if someone does want to help me which would be awesome just PM me. Thanks guys </p><p> </p><p>

Also on the current topic last new years eve I had 2 shots of gin and had beer later. What...a...mistake haha</p>

Oh dear lord no. Going into this place I'd have sat there all day long. It's worse than the MVA or DTA or whatever you call that place to get IDs and such...

 

Good sweet Lord, I understand completely. In Tennessee you have to go to the DMV to get a photo ID and when I went, the AC was broken, in July, in the middle of a heatwave. And, well...

So after a few months of back and forth on the idea of cutting my Sky subscription, I've decided to do so. I bought a DVB-S PCI card and have connected it up to my Sky dish so that I can receive FreeSat, and using Kodi (formally XBMC) as my front end, I have set up a PVR system that includes the channels from FreeSat, some FilmOn streams and the basic channels from USTVNow.com. I finally feel ready to get rid of Sky and save myself some money! Lol

 

Plus, the PVR front end I am using allows me to make channels based on Kodi plugins, which is pretty cool, as I use Amazon Prime and can use the plugin for that to make some decent 'catered to myself' channels.

I must say I'm really disappointed.

I found out last night after not really playing the PS4 for about a month, that somehow my console is not activated as my primary. I tried to do this and it says I can't. I went online to playstations website, and it says I've already deactivated the devices on my account recently so I can't do this again for 6 months. I know I hadn't done this so I contacted support. You know they tell me there is NOTHING they can do, I have to wait. So because I own this system, I purchase PS Plus, AND I've purchased games, they can't help me. What a bunch of shit. Sony is starting to be just as bad as EA appears to be. This is horrible customer service and very terrible business practice. You treat your customers like crap, yet expect them to not get angry.

You can deactivate consoles from your HQ when it benefits you, but not to help your customers. How sad is that. No wonder more people are switching to Microsoft. If I didn't hate XBOX so much I'd switch myself.

Damn, between you and Clarity, I'm starting to worry I backed the wrong horse this generation. Oh who am I kidding? I always do. For crap's sake, I genuinely thought the Vita would compete with the 3DS.

I decided against getting a nextgen console myself purely for two reasons. 1) I'm poor and 2) I use my computer way more than anything else. Another console - excluding 3DS because I can use that whilst travelling - would be a waste.

Just a slight update.

 

After One conversation with an online tech, and two calls to the customer support I am now in "I hate Sony mode"

 

I've been called a liar. I've been told repeatedly that I had to have given my email and password to someone because it doesn't just "happen"....So Sony has given their information out and wasn't hacked? "Ma'am that's different. Hackers would have no reason to target you"...What???

 

Second I was told I'm silly..

 

"Sir I don't give out my information. I'm paranoid like that. I don't even have my Credit card info on there. I buy Pre paid PS cards and renew my PSN and buy games"..Well his response? "That's silly. You should trust that we are secure enogh for you to buy games normally"

 

Really? Because if my account gets hacked AND my info is on there, they will STILLL do nothing. Yeah Sony is becoming a crock in my opinion and I'm frustrated.

 

Granted the only downfall is that I can't use my other screen name on my console to play my PSN games, or digital downloads (which was only DragonAge, which I got a refund for} but the point is SOMEONE has access to my account and they won't do anything about it.

 

The good news is as soon as I found out I changed my Password, so they cna't "log in" on their PS4 system with it, but I can't reactivate my console as the Primary for 6 months...UGH.
