I had given it some thought, having a different sounding title, or one with a unique qualification for it. But I ran into two issues with it. First, I couldn't think of anything cool, or cool enough, to replace any of the existing ones.

And the second is my own experience as a wrestling fan. I always love the new interesting sounding belts for two or three weeks, they look cool and sound different. But they have no built in historical value like the more traditionally named ones do and I lose interest in them quickly. It's like the value the designation 'world heavyweight champion' has even when it has a different set of company's initials in front of it. You know that the top guy holds that belt, without question. A designation like 'TV Title' has a built in historical reference point that more or less tells us who should be holding it and what their position on the card should be.

Yes, sir.

After a power struggle in the board room, Strong’s challenge that he and Phil Vibert settle their issues inside a wrestling ring has lead to this four versus four superbout that will alter the course of this company’s history forever.

Representing the invaders, Team Vibert is comprised of four mammoth men. They are led by the demonic USPW World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Baine. Alongside Baine, Vibert aligned his personal bodyguard, Charlie Thatcher, and his pet project, Des Davids, a tag team that has run roughshod over the ranks since their debut.

And to round things out, Phil Vibert has seemingly struck a deal with the devil, bringing in a psychotic animal that he had personally sworn would never set foot in USPW only four weeks before. In unleashing Eddie Peak, has Vibert done something that can’t be undone?

Standing across the ring from them, attempting to hold off Phil Vibert’s team and restore Sam Strong to full power, Team USPW. The biggest man in the sport and Sam Strong’s longtime friend and rival Bruce the Giant heads a crew that also features Sam’s protégé Nicky Champion, and the recently unmasked and re-motivated former World Champion Enygma. Sam Strong called in a former USPW star, hoping that Rick Law’s return would to the promotion that gave him his break would give team an edge, and when Law re-debuted, many insiders felt it would be enough to get them over the top. Will it be enough? Will Sam Strong regain total control of his promotion once and for all or will Phil Vibert force the legend out the door of the company that he brought to prominence?

Best friends. Some would say they were closer than brothers. But now, after Peter Valentine’s revelation that he used Sam Strong to grow into a financial power and was, in fact, the owner of the missing five percent of USPW ownership shares, the divide between the two men could not be wider. Phil Vibert then backed Sam Strong into a corner and forced him back into the ring, a place he has been only three times in the last three years. This will be a fight with very personal overtones. Don’t miss it.

The animosity that has built up between Belle Bryden and Alicia Strong is rivaled in intensity only by the epic battles the two have had in the ring. That said, a hint of the more personal side of their feud may have come last week when Bryden taunted her saying, “(the USPW Women’s Title) is too big a part of your identity; it’s getting in the way of you figuring who you really are.”

The stakes are at championship levels and the match has the definite feeling of a blowoff, but with the personal issues between the two just beginning to surface, one must wonder if this match might be the start of something entirely new.

A big TV Title Match will pit the defending champion, Ford Memphis, against the erratic Andre Jones. To his credit, Jones has had a couple of nice performances on USPW American Wrestling this month, but his reputation for turning in substandard effort at the most inopportune times could come back to haunt him. Which Andre Jones will show up to New Orleans to try to wrest the TV title out of the greasy haired clutches of the champion? Tune in Sunday for “Born in the USA: USPW vs. PWC”.

Darryl Devine and newcomer Aaron Andrews could not be any more opposite from one another. Devine is a USPW homegrown star who arrogantly believes that he should be the face of the company. Andrews on the other hand is an import from out west whose tireless work ethic and blue collar attitude has quickly made him a favorite of USPW fans. Now, after these two superstars battled to two separate time limit draws on USPW American Wrestling, a third no time limit match has been set for this Sunday to decide who is truly the better man between the ropes.

Even with the addition of Peak to Vibert's Team, Team USPW still has more star power but something tells me for things to move forward Vibert's boys pick up the win, perhaps after one of Team USPW Turning.

This one's a no brainer, no way should Valentine go over Strong (even if Strong came down the entrance ramp on a zimmerframe).

My reasoning.

1. Team Vibert is the obvious choice...*In Admiral Akbar voice* ITS A TRAP.

2. Sam Strong is back in active competition, do I beleive he will just be back for 1 match. No. If USPW win it sets up events leading to another/more matches.

3. Thatcher & Davids do not match up to any of team USPW.

4. If Team Vibert wins who can legitimately challenge Baine?

5. Vibert is sneaky and will have done sneaky things to prepare for if he loses. Maybe he transfered some contracts (Maybe even Strongs) into his own power.

So Yeah call me stupid for betting against Vibert but I am sticking with my decision.

I decided to check your calculations and it put me on top of Funky on 16 correct picks (compared to his 15). Ford Memphis vs. Andre Jones – TV Title Match The Tennessee Titan is much too good!

Alicia Strong vs. Belle Bryden – Women’s Title Match I think you want to build Bryden a little more before giving her the belt. Just a guess though. I'm probably wrong!

Aaron Andrews vs. Darryl Devine – No Time Limit Simply because I really do think it's Devine's time to become a major player. The results could be good if either win, though.

T-Rex vs. TBA You're respecting the streak. And, you've said you want to finish it right, unlike WCW did with Goldberg. I think you're going to give us a couple of build up feuds where it looks like he could lose but ultimately comes out on top before ending this.
