Great PPV, my friend!

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

DUDE!

Matthew Keith vs. Pete The Hillbilly

Your debut matches tend to be defeats but I don't think that'll happen here!

USPW World Television Title Match: Andre Jones defends vs. Captain USA

Can't see USA getting the victory here.

Non Title: Nina debuts vs. Raven Robinson

Unlike Matthew Keith, this will be a usual angeldelayette debut.

USPW World Title Rematch: Enygma defends vs. Tyson Baine

With Caulfield as the number one contender it would make sense for a heel to be champ. That said, I think Enygma will win and then one or the other (probably Enygma) will turn.

Personally, I only like Peter because Casey is one of my favorites in MAW.

Seconded! Just caught up; any diary which pushes PV this much is a-ok! :)

Generally speaking, I haven't done much with Peter Valentine in any of my diaries so far. This time, however, is a different story. Let's face it, PV is gonna be there whether the booker likes it or not so might as well keep him strong, right? He's one of those guys you can count on not leaving you for SWF or TCW.

Great PPV. Especially liked the ending

Great PPV, my friend!

Glad you guys enjoyed the pay-per-view. I put a lot of work into that one and I hope it showed. Now, we are headed to the first week of February and headed toward USPW Red, White And Blue.

No more wireless internet means no more on time predictions, lol.

Sorry to hear about that! Hope things are going alright, my friend.

USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Wednesday Week 1 February 2010

Location: Centerpiece Bridge (Mid Atlantic)

Attendance: 4,940

Overall Rating: C+

TV Rating: 1.43

[The Centerpiece Bridge goes wild within the arena as USPW American Wrestling comes live on Sports America! The cameras pan around the arena, picking up on fans standing and trying to get on tv! The focus turns to the announcers sitting at their announce booth...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/DannyJillefski_alt1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/EricTyler-1.jpg

[...Danny Jillefski and Eric Tyler look up into the camera as a sign shows up behind Eric Tyler: 'I Can See Myself in Eric Tyler's Head!'...]

Eric Tyler

"Good evening everyone and welcome to USPW American Wrestling! I'm Eric Tyler alongside Danny Jillefski. Danny, we are just a few days removed from USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams. What a pay-per-view debut for USPW!"

Danny Jillefski

"For once we are in agreement, Eric. It was a great card from top to bottom with a big surprise coming at the end as Enygma walked away with the USPW World title."

Eric Tyler

"That was a great match between him and Tyson Baine. But Enygma is still the USPW World Champion. He will be heading to USPW Red, White And Blue at the end of the month to defend the title against Chris Caulfield. Speaking of the Hardcore American."

[...Some familiar music within the background makes the crowd cheer! The curtains part and...

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

[...the #1 Contender 'The Hardcore American' Chris Caulfield walks out. Chris focuses right on the ring as he heads out, not even taking the time to high five the fans. He steps inside and he is handed a microphone. His eyes begin scanning the rafters as he lifts the microphone to his lips...]

Chris Caulfield

"Last Saturday night, I bled in the ring for each and every one of you. I bled against one of the toughest competitors ever in USPW: Bruce The Giant. I bled so that I could win the number one contendership to the USPW World title. Then I sat back and watched as my friend Enygma fought Tyson Baine and made the larger man submit. What that means is that at Red, White And Blue I will be stepping in the ring with a very good friend of mine. Enygma, I know you're here somewhere up in those rafters looking down at me. First of all, I didn't mean to nearly hit you with a chair last Saturday night. I was trying to protect you. But in about a month you and I will be facing off in a match that will prove just who is the better wrestler. May the best man win."

[...Chris drops the microphone and the camera zooms in on Enygma pacing within the rafters. He has that baseball bat in hand. Chris looks up toward him and the two seem to be staring at each other. Chris is the first to move and head to the back.]

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

[Our opening match was one that had the crowd getting into the show immediately, including with a sign reading: 'Jumbo Who?' The popularity of these two wrestlers helped to make up for the technical mistakes made within the ring by the lack of chemistry between these two. Shane Sneer made some early interference to give Jumbo the advantage but while Jumbo had Sneer in his corner, Justice had the crowd in his corner. The crowd gave Justice some momentum throughout the bout and enabled Justice to dodge a Jumbo Avalanche. As Justice took some control, the cameras picked up on a sign outside the ring: 'Where would the dude sit in the theatre? In the STALLS!' Justice and Jumbo fought outside the ring late in the bout with Justice sending Jumbo into the railing and then getting distracted by Shane Sneer! Jumbo attacked Justice from behind and as the two fought the referee counted them both out!]

Winner: Draw (Via Double Countout @ 10:05)

Match Rating: C

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[As officials came out to break up the fight outside the ring, the focus turned to the USPW-Tron. The crowd cheered as two men were shown walking down the hallway...]

Java picks up Datsun -- backbreaker! The crowd boos as Savage Fury stands over The People's Team. A shadowy figure can be seen within the background. Savage Fury walk toward this figure and the three of them walk away.]

[...It's Jack America! Jack ruffles the kid's hair and the kid turns and walks away all smile. The kid moves toward Darryl Devine...and then keeps going! Darryl reaches out and grabs the kid by the arm, stopping him...]

Darryl Devine

"Hey kid, don't you want my autograph?"

[...The kid gives wide eyes and shakes his head. Devine squeezes his arm harder and Jack approaches...]

Jack America

"What are you doing, Darryl? Let him go!"

[...Darryl finally releases the kid, who runs and then gives a cheap shot punch to Jack America! Jack staggers backward and then rises up and turns the other cheek. Darryl punches that cheek too, staggering Jack back. Jack shakes his head and turns to walk away but Darryl rushes him and catches him with a double axehandle shot to the back of the neck! Devine tosses Jack America against a table! Seduction steps in and looks to Darryl Devine...]

Seduction

"Do NOT risk those handsome features back here, Darryl."

[...She ran her hand over his face and he nodded. They held hands and the two of them walked off. Seduction gave a quick look back toward Jack America as we headed back to the ring.]

Matthew Keith vs. Pete The Hillbilly

[The USPW in-ring debut of 'Perfection' Matthew Keith. The son of TCW wrestler Sam Keith stepped in the ring with Pete The Hillbilly and was dominant. The crowd didn't care a ton about the matchup itself and that was shown by some exiting to get concessions and merchandise. Keith locked in the Proton Lock and Pete gave up immediately.]

Winner: Matthew Keith (Via Submission @ 1:37)

Match Rating: E+

[...Keith releases the hold and puts the boots to Pete The Hillbilly, shoving him out of the ring. He reaches out and snatches a microphone...]

Matthew Keith

"What you just saw within this ring is what all you people would call Perfection. It's what I would call Perfection as well but since I am better than each and every one of you I get my own words. I am the best young wrestler within the business today. I am the only absolutely perfect wrestler on the roster and soon that USPW World title will be around my waist."

[...Matthew threw away the microphone and headed to the back.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[As the crowd boos Matthew Keith, the USPW-Tron lights up showing the backstage area. Backstage, two men are shown throwing punches...]

[...It's Peter Valentine and Nicky Champion! The USPW National title belt is on the ground and Nicky rams Peter's head against a wall! He shoves Peter through a door and into a locker room! Valentine fires an elbow shot back to Nicky as they enter that locker room. Valentine staggers back against a locker. Champion comes forward and Valentine dodges him, shoving Nicky shoulder-first into a locker! Nicky grabs his shoulder as Valentine escapes.]

[...and one man sitting behind the desk. Shane Sneer reaches out to Corporal Doom and they shake hands...]

Shane Sneer

"So we have a deal?"

Commissioner Doom

"We have a deal, soldier. At USPW Red, White And Blue it will be Jumbo Jackson taking on James Justice. The winner gets a title shot the next night on USPW American Wrestling! Now, you're dismissed!"

[...But did Doom say it is a deal? In that case, what does he get in return?]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW_TV.jpg

USPW World Television Title Match

Andre Jones defends vs. Captain USA

[Andre Jones came down to the ring with Henry and Henrietta. He kept reassuring Henry that they weren't going to lose his girl tonight or any other night for that matter. Henry smiled toward a sign reading: 'ANDRE CRUSHED THE FORCE!' Last Saturday night, Captain USA kept Andre Jones from doing further damage to The Force after the bell by saving his tag team partner. Captain USA came out waving the American flag and handing out little American flags to the fans. The excitement before the match was definitely better than the match itself. These two traded blows back and forth early and often. Captain USA nearly got the pinfall following a gutwrench suplex but Jones got his shoulder up at 2. USA used the crowd on his side to continue the momentum. He got Andre Jones set up for the Hail To The Chief but Jones slipped free from the Full Nelson. Jones pointed to Henry, distracting USA. Then he kicked USA in the gut and yanked him in -- Blast From The Past! As the finisher was hit, the cameras focused in on a sign reading: 'Not even the Captain can make it happen!' Andre Jones made the cover following the Piledriver: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Andre Jones (Via Pinfall @ 6:01; Andre Jones retains the USPW World Television title)

Match Rating: D+

[...The crowd booed the victory by Andre Jones. He gathered up Henry and Henrietta and exited the ring just as two large men came lumbering down...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TysonBaine_alt1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/T-Rex_alt1.jpg

[...The Titans entered the ring as Captain USA used the ropes to pull himself up. Baine and Rex glared toward Captain USA. T-Rex shoved Captain USA toward Tyson Baine and Baine shoved USA back to T-Rex. T-Rex shoved USA again and Baine wrapped his large hands around the throat of the masked wrestler! Captain USA -- kicked Baine in the gut! He threw a back elbow to T-Rex! USA ducked a clothesline from Tyson Baine! He turned and started throwing punches to both Baine and T-Rex! USA floored T-Rex with a right hand and turned to Baine -- Big Boot! USA went down to the mat hard! Tyson Baine reached down and yanked USA up by the throat. He raised him up -- Hades Bomb! The crowd booed as T-Rex put a few extra boots to Captain USA. The Titans must have been looking to send a message here in USPW and they may have done that at the expense of Captain USA.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[The USPW-Tron lights up once again as the crowd boos The Titans. The camera is zoomed in on a bruised face. As the zoom pulls back, several faces can be seen within one room...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/PeterValentine.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/SamStrong_alt.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AliciaStrong.jpg

[...Alicia and Sam Strong are both tied to chairs and gagged facing the same direction. Peter Valentine enters the room looking toward them both...]

Peter Valentine

"I bet you're both wondering just why did I do this. Why would Sam Strong's best friend betray him and kidnap him and his daughter? Well, Alicia is easy. I don't handle rejection well. In fact, I don't handle it at all. I get even as you've seen that I've done here. Sam? Well, I knew that once I had Alicia that you would not stop until you found her. So being the good best friend that I am I brought the two of you together. Now, the two of you are going to help me not only move up in the rankings but keep Nicky Champion off my back. Nicky, one more attack on me and you're not going to like what happens to Alicia."

[...Peter gave a devious smile and turned back toward Sam and Alicia who screamed against their gags. As Peter walked toward them, the camera faded out.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[The USPW-Tron came back up backstage where a woman can be seen sitting against a wall banging her head back against it...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/CherryBomb_jhd1.jpg

[...It's Cherry Bomb! Of course Cherry Bomb lost to Raven Robinson last Saturday night in a USPW Women's title match. Cherry looks up toward the camera...]

Cherry Bomb

"Last Saturday night was NOT a very good night. No, not at all. Raven, you are making me angry. You are holding a title that doesn't belong to you. You are holding a..."

[...Some backstage hand walks by the camera and Cherry Bomb pops to her feet! She grabs the woman who walked by and slams her into the wall! She screams and kicks the woman repeatedly as people come running in to pull Cherry Bomb off.]

Nina debuts vs. Raven Robinson

[Our semi main event this evening is something that USPW can boast but that SWF and TCW cannot: women's wrestling. Nina came into the ring and twirled around as though she were a ballerina but the crowd booed her and that caused her to yell at the crowd and mess up her routine. Nina yelled at a fan in the crowd with a sign reading: 'I Quote The Raven, Because She's Hot!' Raven Robinson came out to cheers from the crowd and once she got in the ring she was attacked by Nina! Nina threw punches and sent Raven into a corner. She has those long ballerina legs and she used them to kick Raven in the corner several times and then choked her as referee Robbie Sanchez stepped in to break things up. Nina screamed at her and then stepped back and did a pirouette. The crowd booed the ballerina move and Nina staggered a little bit in the twirl, looking like she made herself dizzy. Raven came out of the corner with a press, mounting Nina and throwing punches! The crowd went wild for that. Raven banged her head against the mat and made the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...Kickout!...]

[...Raven got to her feet and picked up Nina -- body slam! Raven bounced off the ropes -- elbow drop! Raven picked up Nina and hooked her -- Northern Lights Bomb! Raven looks around for a moment and then heads up to the top turnbuckle! She looks down toward Nina, aiming -- Flying Elbow Drop! What a move! Raven looks down to Nina and she says that it's over. But she gets distracted as someone else comes down to ringside. It's Cherry Bomb! Cherry Bomb is walking down the entrance. Raven and Cherry exchange words as Raven invites Cherry Bomb into the ring. Cherry moves over to where the belt is lying and picks it up off the table. Raven moves to the ropes, leaning through. Nina gets up behind her -- Roll up:]

...2...

...Kickout!...]

[...Raven gets to her feet -- BELT SMASH! Referee Robbie Sanchez calls for the bell as Raven gets knocked out with the hit from the belt! Cherry Bomb stands tall within the ring. Raven invited Cherry in, right? But Cherry got the last laugh.]

Winner: Raven Robinson (Via Disqualification @ 5:40)

Match Rating: D

Match #5

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma_alt1jt.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TysonBaine_alt1.jpg

USPW World Title Rematch

Enygma defends vs. Tyson Baine

[it is main event time here tonight and what a main event we have as Enygma is defending the USPW World title against Tyson Baine in a rematch from last Saturday's battle between these two. The focus turned to the rafters where Enygma is standing but there is a commotion up there. Enygma turned toward the commotion -- big boot! Tyson Baine is up in the rafters! Baine throws punches on Enygma and then shoves a fan, grabbing a sign reading: 'Demon exterminator...Hardcore Wrecker!' He tears up the sign and throws it away. He grabs Enygma and pushes him down the stairs, following him down as the crowd parts. Baine rams Enygma into the railing head-first. He chokes him on that railing as they continue down toward the bottom of the stairs. Once they reach there, Baine tosses Enygma over the guardrail. Baine steps over and rams Enygma into the ring post! Enygma staggers away and rolls into the ring. Baine follows him in and the bell sounds starting the match. Baine makes a cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...Shoulder Up!...]

[...Baine growled as Enygma got that shoulder up. Baine picked up Enygma and sent him to the ropes -- sidewalk slam! Enygma hit the mat hard. Baine gets to his feet and bounces off the ropes -- hard stomp to the head! Another one! Another one! Enygma tries to cover up but Baine just stomps on his hands as well. Baine picks up Enygma and lifts him on his shoulders running toward the turnbuckle -- Enygma drops behind him and shoves Baine chest-first into the turnbuckle! Enygma wraps his arms around Baine -- German Suplex! Enygma couldn't hold a bridge but it brought Tyson Baine right down to the mat! The next few minutes were spent with Enygma in charge and the crowd rallying behind the USPW World Champion! Enygma's focus was turned to the ankle and knee of Tyson Baine. Momentum swung when Enygma tried to hook the Enygma Variation. Baine used his free foot to kick Enygma away and to the mat. Baine pushed his way to his feet using the ropes but he had to be careful with that one foot. Enygma got up and charged Baine -- thunderous clothesline by the Demon From The Deep! Baine made a cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...Kickout!...]

[...Baine picked up Enygma and lifted him overhead -- press slam! Enygma grabs his back as he hit the mat hard. Baine has looked really good in this match thus far. Though he is still favoring that left leg. Baine is only a few days removed from submitting to the Enygma Variation, something shown by the sign within the crowd: 'Give Up Tyson!' A 'you tapped out' chant goes through the crowd as Baine yells at the fans. Baine picks up Enygma and locks his arms around his waist, raising Enygma in the air -- Bear Hug! The crowd boos as Baine holds Enygma in that tight Bear Hug. The boos come even louder as Baine's partner 'The Jurassic Power' T-Rex comes walking out from the back and comes down to ringside. Baine squeezes tighter and Enygma shakes his head. The crowd claps and cheers and tries to rally behind Enygma! Referee Baby Jamie reaches out and takes Enygma's hand, lifting it in the air:]

[...NO! The arm did NOT fall the third time! The crowd rumbles as Enygma keeps the arm up and shakes it in tune to the crowd! Enygma claps the ears of Baine! He does it again! A third time breaks the bear hug and Enygma strikes with the bottom of his foot against the ankle of Baine, tripping him to the mat! Baine grabbed his leg but used his other long leg to push Enygma away and keep him from that Enygma Variation. T-Rex got up on the apron, distracting the referee and Enygma. Enygma came over and threw a punch toward T-Rex but T-Rex dodged it in the apron, ducking down as Tyson Baine used the ropes to push to his feet. Enygma turned back toward him and Baine caught Enygma with a big boot, nearly falling himself in the process. He grabbed his leg in pain, trying to move over to make a cover. As Baine made the cover, Enygma twisted himself around. Enygma moved and grabbed the ankle -- Enygma Variation! Enygma locked in the Enygma Variation! Baine tapped out! Another successful title defense!]

Winner: Enygma (Via Submission @ 20:01)

Match Rating: B-

[...Out comes the Hardcore American! Chris Caulfield has a chair as he slides in the ring! He swings the chair at Tyson Baine -- Connects! Baine staggers backward. Enygma breaks free of the power bomb attempt and comes back to back with Chris Caulfield. The two of them push off and Caulfield sends Baine over the top rope with a chair shot! Enygma clotheslines T-Rex over the top rope! The two men back up and hit back to back again but quickly swerve around to look at each other. Caulfield is still holding the chair. The two of them look face-to-face as the show comes to a close.]

Another great show, my friend - good to see that you're pushing a few different workers this time around (not that I would mind a replay of Slow Ride!).

Mick Muscles vs. Jack America

Give Jack a victory to cement his place - Muscles is a tag team wrestler through and through.

Anger and Giant Redwood vs. The Forces of America

FEEL THE FORCE!

Savage Fury vs. The Hillbillys

Only outcome that makes sense.

USPW World Television Title Match: Andre Jones defends vs. MAW Wrestler Ricky Douglas

Again, can't see you dropping a title (even the TV title) to another company.

Cherry Bomb vs. AAA Wrestler Suzue Katayama

I quite like Suzue actually, but I don't think she'll beat Bomb.

Non Title: Peter Valentine vs. Freddie Datsun

Could go one of two ways - you keep Valentine strong or his tough image during promos is a front for a rubbish worker. I'm going for the former. And I'll be wrong.

Darryl Devine vs. James Justice

Too much of a gap at the moment between these two. Devine will be made to look good whatever the outcome.

The Titans vs. Enygma and Chris Caulfield

Tough one. Enygma and Caulfield cost each other the match in order to give The Titans back some momentum.

Fun Sign: "How many Coca-Colas would you need to fill Giant Redwood!? and "The guy who held up the STALLS sign last week was a genius!"

Mick Muscles vs. Jack America - Jack may get a win here, as mentioned above, Mick is a tag guy through and through.

Anger and Giant Redwood vs. The Forces of America - Can't go against Force.

Savage Fury vs. The Hillbillys - Definitely can't go against Fury.

USPW World Television Title Match: Andre Jones defends vs. MAW Wrestler Ricky Douglas

Cherry Bomb vs. AAA Wrestler Suzue Katayama - And really, absolutely, certainly can't go against USPW wrestlers taking on outsiders.

Non Title: Peter Valentine vs. Freddie Datsun - I wanna be wrong!

Darryl Devine vs. James Justice - Devine's nowhere near Justice's level.

The Titans vs. Enygma and Chris Caulfield - Miscommunication from Enygma and Chris costs them.
