WORKER: Clark Alexander - I believe this version of Clark was done by J. Silver as I found these in the 2K10 re-render thread. I definitely could think of better candidates for the character (Gino Montero, for starters) but my promotion doesnt have tons of money and I cannot hire workers who don't work in my game area....Personally, I like Black Tiger 7's mask the best, his or Black Tiger 4, although obviously Guerrero is legendery and some would say the first was the best.
