</strong></span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Our next show is in Osaka, and thus I could return home to my pokey bed-sit. Though the job I do is certainly interesting, it doesn’t pay well enough so far for me to trade ‘the box’ up to something a bit bigger.</p><p> </p><p>

Before this opportunity to be head booker of the second biggest Puroresu promotion in Japan, somehow stumbled into my lap game along, I was a galge game developer, thing is it has occurred to me that some girls I have met whilst being in my new job, are just like the stereotypical heroine’s that would pop up in the games I developed, which makes me wonder sometimes if I’ve actually hit my head somewhere and ended up in some bizarre-world. </p><p> </p><p>

Thing is I keep pinching myself and I’m not waking up....then again does that cliché actually work. Also as odd as these girls are, I don’t seem to be the clueless average joe, that unwittingly ends up with a harem. At least I don’t think I am, for starters it doesn’t look like Mio Mio has eyes for anyone else but Nori-san. </p><p> </p><p>

Let’s recap on the girls that have come into my life whilst head booker of DIASPORA-</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>Mio Hirsasawa (Mio Mio): Age 23 (G Cup) </strong></span></p><p> </p><p>

A very hot former gravure idol with noticeably large ‘assets’. She is also devotedly in love with Hiroto Nori (who she refers to as her Nori-Chan), scarily so! This woman is a full on psychotic Yandere, and yet she has managed to find a job in DIASPORA, by taking the third chair at the announce table. Believe me though, this option is safer than her coming to the shows as a fan, or banning her from the shows altogether, because had we done that, then who knows what that screwy nut job would be capable of. </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#808000;"><strong>Misaki : Age 25 (C Cup)</strong></span></p><p> </p><p>

Misaki is the beautifully demure ‘Yamato Nadeshiko’ wife of Prime Dragon. The complete opposite to Mio Mio in terms of her manner and she is a wonderful cook too. It’s very easy to see how Prime Dragon could fall in love with this girl, in fact I wonder if I have fallen in love with her myself. What I don’t get is how she became attracted to a man nearly 15 years he senior, that wears a mask 24-7. </p><p> </p><p>

As much as I don’t understand this relationship, it is clear that they love each other and as much as it pains me that I’m not the one in Dragon-san’s position, I know it would be foolish and morally unjust of me to even attempt to make a move on Misaki-san.</p><p> </p><p>

Misaki-san is clearly not Dragon-san’s first wife, though he does not mention his first wife (did they separate, did she tragically pass away?), which leads me to.....</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#9932CC;"><strong>Momo: Age 17 (B Cup)</strong></span></p><p> </p><p>

Momo, or Momo Nyan-Nyan as she refers to herself is a high school girl that suddenly turned up in my life, looking for the ‘wrestler that smells of sunflowers’, well it turns out that this wrestler is her father. All evidence points to his wrestler being Prime-Dragon- thing is with him being my boss and all, I’m afraid to confront him about it, even though doing so would get this nuisance out of my life.....</p><p> </p><p>

That being said she is a sweet girl and it would be nice for he if she did find a father, but the fact that she constantly insists on finishing her sentences with nyan all the time gets a bit irritating after a while. Actually ‘bit’ may be an understatement. She works weekends at a maid cafe in Akihabara- and it seems like she can’t leave the character behind when she steps back into the real world. </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4169E1;"><strong>Yumi Hayashi: Age 21 (A Cup) </strong></span></p><p> </p><p>

Standing at under 5 ft tall and with inexplicably white hair, this extremely quiet girl that shows barely any emotion, also happens to be DIASPORA’s travel manager, despite having all the communication skills of an inanimate object, she is actually very good at her job and never fails in getting us to our destination on time. Turns out she is also Sairento-san’s younger sister- considering Sairento’s reputation it shouldn’t take too long, to work out why Hayashi-san ended up with the job.</p>

<p>GM Cup 1st Round: <strong>Eikichi Minamoto</strong> vs Shintaro Hideki</p><p>

<em>No suprise here, Hideki is far from a jobber but he isn´t main event guy either while Minamoto is one of your few top Heavyweight guys who should go pretty far in this tournament. As for a side note, I love tournaments and will eagerly await how this one will go.</em></p><p> </p><p>

GM Cup 1st Round: <strong>Incognito</strong> vs Tian Long</p><p>

<em>Now this is interesting fight thanks to recent happenings in Kuro but in reality these two are going on differend directions with their careers as Incognito is going up while Long is already way past his best and would likely have been jobbed more if there wouldn´t be that owner goal to keep him strong. Still even with that owner goal I don´t see you sacrifising Incognito just to keep Long looking strong.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Sairento, Chojiro Ono & RIKU</strong> vs Go Takashi, Oda Yamawaki & Hiro Date</p><p>

<em>One being here made me doubt a little bit but I still see Sairento as the top name on this one so I shall go with Kuro.</em></p><p> </p><p>

GM Cup 1st Round: GUSHIKEN vs <strong>Hiroto Nori</strong></p><p>

<em>Wasn´t expecting to see match of this caliber in the first round. Still, GUSHIKEN is way past he´s best at this point so I have Nori advancing to next round.</em></p><p> </p><p>

GM Cup 1st Round: <strong>Koto Arato</strong> vs Soh Terajima</p><p>

<em>I guess Terajima will try his Black Box tricks again and with usual success rate too.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Zodiac & Horiuchi Inokuma vs <strong>Prime Dragon & Taheji Ebisawa</strong></p><p>

<em>Another interesting fight here but Inoluma is the weak link and not sure if Zodiac is willing to give 100% on this match either.</em></p><p> </p><p>

GM Cup 1st Round: Chief Butler Wolfe vs <strong>Dark Wolf II</strong></p><p>

<em>Wolfe has been actualyl getting wins lately but surely Dark Wolf II is still above him in standings.</em></p><p> </p><p>

GM Cup 1st Round: <strong>Kotei Yamato</strong> vs Meido Machine</p><p>

<em>Yamato is better talent and overall more important member of this roster.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Aki Shimizudani vs Hideaki Kasuse vs Nyan Nyan Neko Man vs <strong>Paul Crowley</strong></p><p>

<em>Crowley and Neko Man are only ones with some direction and Neko Man seem to have problems on staying awake in his matches so Crowley takes the win.</em></p>

Predictions Form

GM Cup 1st Round: Eikichi Minamoto vs Shintaro Hideki

This should be a good match, but Minamoto is the heavyweight champion right now and has been on a roll since his heel turn.

GM Cup 1st Round: Incognito vs Tian Long

Incognito can be a dick, but he's in his prime and one of the best wrestlers on your roster.

Sairento, Chojiro Ono & RIKU vs Go Takashi, Oda Yamawaki & Hiro Date

I could see Ono and Riku forming a team to take on the Tokyo wrecking crew for the tag titles, since GUSHIKEN seems to be on his way down.

GM Cup 1st Round: GUSHIKEN vs Hiroto Nori

If this were UPJ GUSHIKEN would squash him, but in Diaspora talent trumps size, and GUSHIKEN can't really go anymore.

GM Cup 1st Round: Koto Arato vs Soh Terajima

Squash, probably in a literal as well as figurative sense.

Zodiac & Horiuchi Inokuma vs Prime Dragon & Taheji Ebisawa

This could go either way, but I don't think Zodiac and Inokuma are going to be on the same page.

GM Cup 1st Round: Chief Butler Wolfe vs Dark Wolf II

Wolf's winning streak doesn't last long. Will we find out what the hell is up with Dark Wolf joining the Temple? Probably not.

GM Cup 1st Round: Kotei Yamato vs Meido Machine

Easy win for Yamato.

Aki Shimizudani vs Hideaki Kasuse vs Nyan Nyan Neko Man vs Paul Crowley

The Forgotten need to occasionally win meaningless undercard matches in order to stay...well not relevant, but consistent in their mediocrity.

GM Cup 1st Round: Eikichi Minamoto vs Shintaro Hideki

Easy pick but expect Hiedki to look strong in the match. Minamoto's arrogence makes it easy to finds excuses to give the other guy offense.

GM Cup 1st Round: Incognito vs Tian Long

Incognito for the reasons given previously. He's old and even if protected Incognito is still higher up.

Sairento, Chojiro Ono & RIKU vs Go Takashi, Oda Yamawaki & Hiro Date

KURO for the win. Ono and RIKU are on the same level as their opponents and Sairento stands above all others.

GM Cup 1st Round: GUSHIKEN vs Hiroto Nori

Nori, he's a step above a tag wrestler like GUSHIKEN.

GM Cup 1st Round: Koto Arato vs Soh Terajima

And at some point Arato will probably lariat that black box back into Soh's face.

Zodiac & Horiuchi Inokuma vs Prime Dragon & Taheji Ebisawa

PD & Sakura Ebi. Inokuma's job in the group is to job, so he may as well get used to it right away.

GM Cup 1st Round: Chief Butler Wolfe vs Dark Wolf II

I'm torn on this a little. Dark Wolf II seems adrift and going from heel to kinda face to heel again so quickly is strange. But at least Wolf is in a storyline.

GM Cup 1st Round: Kotei Yamato vs Meido Machine

Because he's the g*****n Maid Man! >_> <_< What, no one reads Empowered?

Aki Shimizudani vs Hideaki Kasuse vs Nyan Nyan Neko Man vs Paul Crowley

Crowley is on Hustle/Meido level, he won't lose to Baka Neko Man.

Yamato actually drinks the coffee, then tosses the cup out of the ring.......</p><p> </p><p>

'The World's Most Dangerous Otaku' clearly does not appreciate his 'kawaii' mug being treated as trash- and that sends Meido into berserk mode as the bell rings to officially get the match under way......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamato however weathers the storm and comes back with some knee and elbow strikes of his own, leading to Meido going out for a powder......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamato initially remains patient and waits for the Tuturu! man to get back into the ring, but each time it looks like Meido is going to do that, he steps back down to the floor again....eventually 'Pin Point's' frustrations get the better of him and he ends up giving chase, only for Meido to crawl under the ring, and then eventually take Yamato down with a chop block from behind.</p><p> </p><p>

Meido then placed Yamato in a cloverleaf, but 'Pin Point' was able fight his way out of that, only to then be planted with an STO.....Meido then lifted Yamato back up, before delivering a snap suplex and then following up with the usual theatrics....</p><p> </p><p>

Unfortunately for him that telegraphed the missile drop-kick to Yamato who manages to move out of the way, before nailing Meido with a Step Up Corner Knee Strike......</p><p> </p><p>

Ebisawa and Inokuma started things off, with 'Forceful Dagger' overpowering Inokuma, and getting a two count with a Gutwrench Suplex. Inokuma went out for a powder, and then immediately tagged out to Zodiac after Ebisawa didn't take the bait.</p><p> </p><p>

Ebisawa seemed keen to engage with 'Innovations God' but Dragon wanted to go at it with Zodiac. The Junior Heavyweight legends engaged in some chain wrestling that ended in a stale mate and a nod of respect. They then picked up where they left off, until Inokuma got in a cheap shot from the apron and then tagged himself in, much to Zodiac's annoyance.</p><p> </p><p>

Inokuma planted Dragon with a Swinging Neckreaker for a two count, and then tried for a Delayed vertical suplex but he spent too much time postering as Dragon slipped out and nailed Inokuma with an Enziguri, followed by a Palm Strike and then a Rolling Wheel Kick.</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon then got the tag to Ebisawa who steam-rollered Inokuma with a lariat, running corner splash and then a sitout full nelson atomic drop. Ebisawa then flung Inokuma across the ring with the <strong>Belly2Helly</strong> (Release Belly to Belly Suplex) but the momentum sent 'Future's Present' into the Temple's corner, where Zodiac was able to tag in.</p><p> </p><p>

Despite being annoyed by Inokuma earlier, Zodiac did tag in, able to use his superior speed and agility to stay a step ahead of Ebisawa, by planting 'Forceful Dagger' with a spinning headscissors facebuster for a two count before applying the <strong>Twelve Sign's (</strong>Cross Face Cloverleaf).....</p><p> </p><p>

Ebisawa managed to power his way out of the submission hold but then got caught with a springboard cutter for another two count. Zodiac then looked to be heading up top, only for Inokuma to tag himself into the match.....</p><p> </p><p>

Inokuma then planted Ebisawa with a Russian Legsweep, only for Ebisawa to power out of the pin attempt and then take out Inokuma with a <strong>Dozer </strong>(Spear)....</p><p> </p><p>

Ebisawa was too worn down to go for a cover however and simply looked to make the tag to Dragon, however Inokuma got to Zodiac first....</p><p> </p><p>

Only for Zodiac not be there to make the tag! Inokuma then turned into a Rolling Wheel-Kick from Prime Dragon before being planted with a spinning headscissors. A <strong>Dragonsault (</strong>Springboard Moonsault) followed and that proved to be enough to put Inokuma away.</p><p>

After some basic but effective punch and stomp offence from GUSHIKEN, a Uranage and then a High Angle Belly to Back Suplex brought a two count for the former All Asia Tag Champion before GUSHIKEN whipped Nori hard into the corner and looked to follow in with a corner clothesline, only for Nori to get the boots up....</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN charged in again, only for Nori to slip under the bottom rope and nail 'Great Thunder' with an Enziguri from the apron....Nori then rocked GUSHIKEN with a springboard missile drop-kick. 'Battle' then headed up top and went for a Tornado DDT only for GUSHIKEN to counter into the <strong>GUSHIKEN DRIVER</strong> (Samoan Driver).....</p><p> </p><p>

That seemed to do the trick as Nori managed to kick out, much to GUSHIKEN's frustration. 'Great Thunder' remained in control however and stomped away on Nori, before setting up for <strong>GUSHIKEN Firebomb </strong>(Thunder Fire Powerbomb) but 'Battle' was able to slip off and nail GUSHIKEN with an Enziguri.....</p><p> </p><p>

Nori then unbalanced GUSHIKEN with a basement drop-kick, before planting 'Great Thunder' with a springboard inverted DDT......</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN then rolled out of the ring for a powder. Nori teased the somersault plancha, but thought better of it, when he saw his target move out of the way......</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN then got back into the ring and immediately went to nail Nori with the <strong>GUSHIKEN Smash</strong> (Charging Elbow Smash)......</p><p> </p><p>

But Nori managed to avoid the GUSHIKEN Smash, and rocked GUSHIKEN with another Enziguri before following up with the <strong>Endless Nori</strong> kick flurry.....</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN stayed on his feet staggering into the corner, only to then be nailed with the corner to corner running drop-kick from the S.H.I.P leader, before staggering into the<strong> NIGIRI SERVING</strong> (Leaping Reverse STO).....</p><p> </p><p>

The S.H.I.P trio started stronger and the All Asia Tag champs almost have RIKU down for a three count, after combining on a suplex from Date, followed by a<strong> Frog Splash</strong> from Yamawaki.</p><p> </p><p>

Sairento however made the last ditch save, and then the match broke down into a chaotic brawl, that played more into the Kuro-Nadeshiko trio's hands and after the dust had settled Go Takashi found himself isolated in the Kuro corner.</p><p> </p><p>

Despite suffering a<strong> Kuro-Stomp</strong> and a Double Facewash from Sairento and RIKU, Takashi kept trying to fight back, managing to slip out of a<strong> Crusnik Bomb</strong> (Inverted Crucifix Bomb) attempt from RIKU, before dumping 'the Virus' with a Belly to Back Suplex. 'Nippon Hart' then tried to tag out only for the Tokyo Wrecking Crew to get knocked off the ring apron by Ono.</p><p> </p><p>

Ono tagged in and planted Takashi with a Powerbomb for a two count, before going for the <strong>TSUNAMI</strong> (Big Splash) but Takashi managed to move out of the way at the last split second....</p><p> </p><p>

Seeing that neither Yamawaki nor Date was there to take the tag, Takashi then tried to apply the <strong>Dollars</strong> (Inverted Cloverleaf) on Ono but 'Epic Tsunami' was proving difficult to turn over. </p><p> </p><p>

Ono rose back to his feet but got taken down with a Dragon Screw Leg-Whip, Ono rose back to his feet and then ran into a series of Leaping Lariat's from Takashi...however they had no effect on Ono, who then just levelled Takashi with a Clothesline before setting up for a Press-Slam.....</p><p> </p><p>

However Nippon Hart managed to slip off and then nail Ono with a drop-kick before getting the tag to Yamawaki who took down Ono with the <strong>FEARLESS </strong>(Flying Clothesline)......</p><p> </p><p>

Ono managed to kick out at two, but then Date was tagged in and the All Asia Tag champs combined on a Chop Block/Spear combo......</p><p> </p><p>

That brought a close two count, before Date managed to turn Ono over for the DATE WITH PAIN but referee Sugimura was being distracted by Sairento and RIKU broke things up with a Yakuza Kick. </p><p> </p><p>

RIKU then nailed Date with a <strong>WITCHBLADE</strong> (Jumping Spinning Heel Kick), before placing Ono on top of the 'Stampeding Bull'....</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki broke up the pin attempt, and then combined with Date to dump Ono with a<strong> Double Team High Angle Belly to Back Suplex</strong>....however lifting up such a heavy opponent took it's toll on both of the champions and they needed to tag back into Takashi, before Ono could get to Sairento or RIKU.</p><p> </p><p>

They managed to do just that and 'Nippon Hart' was able to plant Ono with the<strong> HEADLESS RIDE</strong> (Running Neckbreaker).....</p><p> </p><p>

One....</p><p> </p><p>

Two.....</p><p> </p><p>

But yet again Kuro had Sugimura conveniently distracted and this time Sairento sneaked in to nail Takashi with the<strong> ABSOLUTE TERROR</strong> (Front Knee Strike to the Face).....That enabled Ono to get the tag to RIKU- who added an exclamation point with a <strong>CRUSNIK BOMB</strong> (Inverted Crucifix Powerbomb) as the Kuro Nadeshiko trio emerged with the victory, when in truth Takashi looked to have this match won for S.H.I.P.</p><p>

Incognito gets in Long's face during the in ring introductions, and then delivers a paint brush slam....An incensed Long then tried to fire right back but 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' ducked a fore-arm and slid outside for a powder.....</p><p> </p><p>

Incognito continued to goad Long from the safety of the floor, until the Imperial One headed up top and wiped out Incognito with a flying cross body press. Long then went to pitch Incognito into the ring, but was met with an eye-rake and then sent into the guard-rail with a Russian Leg Sweep.</p><p> </p><p>

Incognito broke up the count and then tied Long up into the guard-rail before peppering the 'Imperial One' with some kicks. Incognito then teased an Arabian Press before flipping off the fans....however Incognito's goading cost him, as Long recovered and delivered a Dragon Screw Leg-Whip from the apron.</p><p> </p><p>

Long then pitched Incognito into the ring and followed up with three further Dragon Screws and then a Senton Splash for a two count. Incognito then tried to hobble away for a powder, only to be caught by Long, who applied a Full Nelson.</p><p> </p><p>

However Incognito, hooked his leg up into Long's lower regions before the 'Imperial One' could deliver a Dragon Suplex, and forced a standing switch before applying a sleeper hold........</p><p> </p><p>

Long managed to fight his way out of the sleeper hold but immediately got nailed with a spinning heel kick from Incognito before being planted with the Tilt-A-Whirl Russian Legsweep. </p><p> </p><p>

That brought Incognito a two count, before he went out onto the apron and delivered a Corkscrew Senton Splash for another two count......</p><p> </p><p>

Incognito feeling that he was building momentum towards victory, then appeared to be setting up for the I<strong>NCOGNITO DRIVER </strong>(Snapmare Driver).....</p><p> </p><p>

Incognito looked to be on the verge of tapping out but managed to find the strength to battle his way to the ropes. Long remained in control though and set up for the <strong>EMPEROR DRIVER</strong> (Sit Out Side Powerslam) but Incognito managed to rake the eyes and then counter with an Inverted Tornado DDT before immediately transitioning into the <strong>SUENO PERMANENTE</strong> sleeper hold.....</p><p> </p><p>

Long managed to power his way back up to his feet however and then back Incognito into the corner, only for Incognito to deliver the <strong>SUENO PERMANENTE</strong> for a second time......</p><p> </p><p>

Referee Ochida checked on Long's condition.....</p><p> </p><p>

The arrogant leader of the Temple of Tsukamoto does not seem phased by the reaction however, practically soaking in the boos from the Osaka fans.<p> </p><p>

Hideki takes the fight to Minamoto, by peppering the champion with some kick combinations, mostly targetting 'Rumble Heart's' legs with low kicks. Minamoto fires back with some fore-arm smashes, and then lines up for <strong>Decaptitator</strong> (Running Bicyle Kick) but the kicks to his legs slowed him down enough for Hideki to see it coming, and then take Minamoto off his feet with a low drop-kick. </p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto quickly rises back to his feet but staggers into a Dropsault before Hideki follows that up with a corner to corner drop-kick. Hideki then continued the assault with a springboard enziguri and a standing moonsault......</p><p> </p><p>

That got a two count, before Minamoto managed to squirm out to the floor to try and regroup. Hideki wasn't going to let Rumble Heart rest though and climbed up top, before attempting to drill Minamoto with a Tornado DDT, unfortunately for Hideki, Minamoto managed to block the attempt and countered with a Front Suplex. onto the bottom rope, before drilling Hideki with a rope hung DDT out into the floor. </p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto then rolled back into the ring, hopeful that would be enough to earn a countout victory....</p><p> </p><p>

Hideki managed to pull himself back up onto the apron, but seeing that the countout win was no longer on the cards, Minamoto sent Hideki crashing back to the floor with a <strong>Decapitator </strong>(Running Bicycle Kick)...</p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto then went out onto the floor and pitched Hideki back into the ring, before hoisting 'Integral Prowess' upon his shoulders to deliver the <strong>GURUGU MAWARU</strong> (Airplane Spin Samoan Drop).....</p><p> </p><p>

Hideki manageds to kick out, but Minamoto remained in control whipping Hideki hard into the corner and then following in with another<strong> Decapitator </strong>(Running Bicycle Kick) for another two count.....</p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto then slid under the ring-ropes, to send Hideki crotch first into the bottom of the ring-post and then apply a ring-post figure four....making sure to use the full five count. Minamoto got back into the ring and taunted Hideki to rise back to his feet, after the indignation of some paint brush slaps Hideki tried to rally back, but just got his legs clipped out from him.</p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto then continued to work over the legs of Hideki, with a series of stretches and stomp before reapplying the <strong>Figure Four</strong>, this time in the middle of the ring.....</p><p> </p><p>

The agony was etched on Hideki's face, but he wasn't going to give up and somehow he found the inner fortitude to drag himself and Minamoto across to the ropes and force the rope-break....</p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto remained in control however, and appeared to be setting up for the <strong>ODE TO ERI</strong>(Cradle Brainbuster) but Hideki managed to block the attempt and then counter into a <strong>Northern Lights Suplex</strong>, but was unable to maintain the bridging pin he had on Minamoto.</p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto then regained control as they rose back to their feet, planting Hideki with a Hangman's Neckreaker......</p><p> </p><p>

'Rumble Heart' then decided to climb up to the second turnbuckle and proceeded to arrogantly pose for a bit, before delivering a Diving Knee Drop.....</p><p> </p><p>

But Hideki's indecision cost him, and Minamoto was able to pick himself back up off the canvas, before sending Hideki crashing back into the ring with a superplex.</p><p> </p><p>

As they both staggered up to their feet....Minamoto went to nail Hideki with a Decapitator (Running Bicycle Kick) only for Hideki to side step out of the way and then nail Minamoto with yet another <strong>SUPERKICK.</strong>...</p><p> </p><p>

Some old guy in a mask, me and 32 others walk to the ring, whilst some

plays.

Fixed that.

Result: Kotei Yamato [w] bt Meido Machine [L] in 9:41 via submission (Knightmare Frame)

Quick but effective match. Traditionally there is at least one upset in a tournament and this was my pick. Not thatr Meido is all that good, but he has a sort of talent and quirky overness. And Yamato is not a big star in this tournament. But it was not to be. Now I'm curious to see what the upset of the tournament will be, if any.

Kotei Yamato: If he can advance against Minamoto-san, I can look forward to facing off against Hideki-san. We are tag partners, in fact I'd say he's my best friend but when it comes to this business you have to look after number one. I want to rise to that next level and winning the Grand Master Cup will be the gateway to just that, so whether I'd enjoy beating some sense into some smarmy idiot, or bettering a friend..the goal is the same.

Getting way ahead of yourself, Yamato-san.

Result: Dark Wolf II [w] bt Chief Butler Wolfe [L] in 8:34 via pinfall (Wolf's Call)

Keeping Wolfe looking strong while giving Wolf the win. I like Wolfe looking like a badass, even if his overness is only slightly above 0. Maybe when his overness hits 10 he can rise above being a mere butler and move on to something bigger, like taking over as Maid Man.

Chief Butler Wolfe: HUHHHHH DAMN IT (heavy breathing)....AAARGHHH!!!

Obscene phonecall material. Kinky.

Result: Prime Dragon [w] & Taheji Ebisawa bt Horiuchi Inokuma [L] & Zodiac in 9:45 via pinfall (Dragonsault)

Wow, Zodiac showing his displeasure with Inokuma in an unexpected way. It's not like Minamoto can complain much about someone else using his move. Inokuma's really gone crazy though if he thinks he has a big future in this business. The mini-Minamoto comment is right on track. We can now call him....MiniMoto.

Result: Koto Arato [w] bt Soh Terajima [L] in 3:35 via pinfall (Gotch Suplex)

Terajima gets in a cheap shot before the bell has rung and then reels off a slurry of slaps against the former Heavyweight Champion....

Never go full sumo on a sumo champion.

Oh I must go over and talk to this guy, and completely ignore the blatant use of a foreign object-Surely no one will suspect me of being a bent referee?!

Seems legit.

However it seems that Arato is impervious to being hit with a plastic crate, and levels Terajima with another Arato-Lariat....

Somewhere in the back RIKU, Sairento, and Incognito are laughing after trading his normal metal, lead lined box with a cheap plastic one.

A good match considering Terajima is in it. Arato is too high profile to let Soh get the upset.

Result: Hiroto Nori [w] bt GUSHIKEN [L] in 11:43 via pinfall (Nigiri Serving)

Mio Mio screamed out 'Think of how much I love you'

Or Else!

Mio Mio's Mochi: My Nori-chan is driven by much more than a simple will to win, he is driven by love....OUR LOVE!

Or Else! Seriously, almost everything Mio says about Nori works if you add Or Else! to the end. That's about all there is to say about the match though. GUSHIKEN might be named after an old boxing champion but his day is evidently gone given the notes we're seeing from Takayuki. I wonder how long before UNKs break up so we can get a new heel top team.

Result: Sairento, RIKU [w] & Chojiro Ono bt Go Takashi [L], Oda Yamawaki & Hiro Date in 12:22 via pinfall (Crusnik Bomb)

The card seems long but there are three matches to go. Strange. More subtle distractions for $sugimura this time but he's still KURO's second most valuable player. Classic DIASPORA 6 man but no comments from Tokyo Wrecking Crew about Go Takashi, so he probably has really won their respect.

RIKU: Honor and Integrity virtues spouted by the naive, in this world only the ruthless shall survive, for this world shall ever be painted black!

At last, Sairento has a mouthpiece. A D-o Brown to his Rock. If Sairento could talk. So maybe that's not the best comparison. Moving along!

Result: Incognito [w] bt Tian Long in 16:22 via pinfall (Incognito Driver)

Outstanding match. Good counter wrestling and action. This was another upset candidate for me. Tien Long, Mr. Protected, is still a top wrestler. Especially when wrestling Incognito. I'm having a harder time finding the upset in this tournament.

Result: Eikichi Minamoto [w] bt Shintaro Hideki [L] in 21:42 via submission (Akira Takano Tea Club Special)

Hideki got plenty of offense but that's normal for Minamoto's opponents. It's part of his gimmick to be so arrogent that he keeps giving the other guy chances. But the real main event was Incognito and Long. It was hard to pick who would win and they had roughly equal overness and skill. But Hideki's high point was a win in a feud over Terajima so this result surprises no one.

OK he came short against Sairento and took a knee to the face, but as with the match he just had with Minamoto at least he got to to look competitive in defeat.</p>

<span style="color:#2F4F4F;">‘ You BLOWN it....I KNOW IT, never gonna gue...wha....time it is.... what time it is....TAKE 5! TAKE 5!!....’ </span></p><p> </p><p>

I actually wanted to have a word with Crowley-san over his choice of entrance music, besides I was surely going to do the rest of the locker-room a favour by saving them from his tone-deaf singing. As much as I loves this Northside band, it’s not exactly in keeping with the pompous upper class character that he is currently portraying. </p><p>

</p><p><span style="color:#2F4F4F;">

‘Eh ger’off, y’ fookin’ barmy, r yer dissin’ Northside, cos this is fookin’ dead brill’ </span></p><p> </p><p>

I had learned English to a reasonable degree, so I could hold basic conversation in English with some of our other gaijin, but I couldn’t get a handle on this strange dialect of Crowley’s.....He speaks much more clearer, when he puts on the accent of an upper class twit. So I kindly asked if he could say again what he just said, but in a clearer voice. Needless to say he was none too pleased about having to do that.....</p><p>

‘ Eh....y’can fook off with that, I ain’t fookin talkin’ no posh twat, can y’ not fookin’ suss what I’m sayin’. Ain’t doin’ fookin nowt of that, so sling yer hook....got that right.'</span></p><p> </p><p>

Well it looked like I wasn’t going to get anywhere here, either in understanding Crowley or persuading him to change his entrance music to something more befitting his character. I had the feeling though he wasn’t being too respectful towards me.....</p><p> </p><p>

His next opponent is Sairento.</p>

<p>GM Cup 1st Round: <strong>Prime Dragon</strong> vs Oda Yamawaki</p><p>

<em>I don´t expect to see much shock wins on the first round so I just go with Dragon getting forward here. That said if there is going to be one, then this might be a good place for it as it would surely help Oda and there is spots open for him at the top of heavyweight division.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Incognito & GUSHIKEN vs <strong>Hiroto Nori & Koto Arato</strong></p><p><strong>

</strong><em>Nori is better than Incognito and Arato don´t seem to be declining as fast as GUSHIKEN so I go with S.H.I.P pair here.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Now this is actually pretty close one espesially since your heavyweight division could use a boost and Takashi is one of those few guys on the roster who might be able to provide it. Still I go with Talisman as he´s currently doing little bit more on my opinion.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Real team over random pairing plus S.H.I.P is way more important than midcard comedy club that is known as Tuturu!</em></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Spider and Ono might be jobbers but they still belong in Kuro and that makes them more important than common jobbers and lets face, it Kasuse and Kotara are common jobbers.</em></p>

<strong>Match 0: Blood Spider Jr & Chojiro Ono vs Kohei Hidaka & Yachi Kotara</strong></p><p> </p><p>

The 'Forgotten' duo managed to isolate Blood Spider Jr early on, with Kotara managing to lock on the <strong>Bend of Will </strong>(Bow and Arrow Hold), but the 'New Nightmare' survived that and then turned things round with a <strong>Poison Mist</strong> (Asian Mist attack followed by a high kick to the head)....</p><p> </p><p>

Once Ono was tagged in, the match had a done full 180 and in the end Hidaka found himself squashed under a <strong>Tsunami </strong>(Big Splash).</p><p> </p><p>

The Tuturu! pair are flanked by Matsuo's bevy of bishojo dancing girls..... they treat the fans to a dance routine, that ends with HUSTLE and Matsuo doing simultaneous spinnaroonies! </p><p> </p><p>

The match started out evenly with neither side really able to press home an advantage until HUSTLE levelled Yamato with a lariat and then planted 'Pin Point' with a Fireman's Carry Gutbuster for a two count. </p><p> </p><p>

HUSTLE then planted Yamato with a Rolling Fireman's Carry Slam before Matsuo came crashing down with a corkscrew plancha for another two count. Matsuo then planted Yamato with a Falcon Arrow, before Hideki decided to intervene only to get intercepted by HUSTLE- leading to the Tuturu! pair doing stereo snap suplexes. </p><p> </p><p>

'Sexy Zone' then tried to set up for a Beetle Suplex but Yamato managed to force a standing switch and then counter with a German Suplex.</p><p> </p><p>

As both got back to their feet, Matsuo tried to connect with a Tornado Kick but Yamato managed to duck under and replied with the one handed bulldog/basement drop-kick sequence before getting Hideki back into the match. </p><p> </p><p>

New Solution combined on a Reverse STO/Enziguri combo for a two count, before placing Matsuo in the tree of woe and then nailing 'Sexy Zone' with stereo drop-kicks, that was followed by Hideki placing Matsuo in a bearhug hold whilst Yamato came off the second rope with a diving knee-drop.</p><p> </p><p>

Matsuo was then drilled with a sheer drop Brainbuster from Yamato, which drew HUSTLE into the ring, to make the save, only for the 'Ducker Diver' to get nailed with a gamengiri from Hideki....Yamato then headed up top nailing HUSTLE with a missile drop-kick before landing a senton splash on Matsuo.</p><p> </p><p>

Matsuo managed to kick out of that and remained in trouble and New Solution looked to be moving in for the kill as they set up for the <strong>KEIYAKUSHA</strong> (Superkick assisted German Suplex) but 'Sexy Zone' managed to duck at the last split second and Yamato ended up eating a superkick instead..... before Matsuo nailed Hideki with the Tornado Kick.</p><p> </p><p>

Hideki managed to prevent Matsuo from getting to HUSTLE but 'Sexy Zone' managed to fight out of a Shiranui attempt and then countered with a springboard Tornado DDT.....</p><p> </p><p>

HUSTLE tagged in and flung Hideki and Yamato across the ring with consecutive release belly to belly suplexes before following up with a corner cannonball splash on Hideki. </p><p> </p><p>

To no one's surprise Date takes early control, and this looks like it's going to be over in quick order, but Neko Man manages to survive a Brainbuster, Exploder Suplex and a Release Belly to Belly Suplex. </p><p> </p><p>

Date then nails Neko Man with a spear, that sends the 'Feline Enigma' out of the ring. Date goes to bring Neko Man into the ring (his pride clearly dictating that he would rather win by pinfall or submission), but finds that the 'Feline Enigma' has curled up into ball and 'gone to sleep'....</p><p> </p><p>

Date breaks up the count, and then drags the deadweight of Neko Man into the ring.....</p><p> </p><p>

All of a sudden Neko Man comes alive, and grabs the ankle of Date, placing the 'Stampeding Bull' into the<strong> NY-ANKLE LOCK</strong>. Date manages to fight his way out with some stiff fore-arm smashes but then gets planted with a Hangman's Neckbreaker. </p><p> </p><p>

Neko Man then headed up top, before bowling over the 'Stampeding Bull' with the Neko Pounce (Shoulder Tackle with Theatrics). The 'Feline Enigma' then hooked Date's leg, as he looked to deliver the <strong>SASHIMI SUPLEX </strong>(Fisherman Suplex) only for Date to his fight his way out and then counter into the <strong>REJECTION </strong>(Fisherman Brainbuster)......</p><p> </p><p>

It took a little longer than expected but Date was finally able to put Neko Man away in just under seven minutes.</p><p>

Kavidar tries to keep RIKU off balance with a hit and run tactic, but 'the Virus' is pretty quick for a heavyweight and nails Kavidar with a Yakuza Kick. RIKU follows that up with a Pumphandle slam for a two count, before flinging the 'High Sheik' into the corner with a Fallaway slam.</p><p> </p><p>

'The Virus' follows in with a Jumping Knee Strike and then plants Kavidar with a Legdrop Bulldog for another two count. RIKU then set up for a chokeslam, but Kavidar managed to fight his way out, and then managed squirm out to the floor to try and regroup. </p><p> </p><p>

RIKU kept the pressure on though, levelling Kavidar with another Yakuza Kick out on the floor and then dragging the 'High Sheik' back up to the apron....RIKU then went to bring Kavidar in the hard way with a brainbuster but Kavidar countered that witha rake to the eyes and then then the <strong>Forty Thieves </strong>(Low Blow followed by a sunset flip)....</p><p> </p><p>

Kavidar then continued to shift the momentum in his favour drilling RIKU with a standing tornado DDT before pulling off a running corkscrew shooting star press for another two count.</p><p> </p><p>

Kavidar then slapped on the <strong>MAGIC CARPET</strong> (Camel Clutch Surfboard) but 'the Virus' managed to use his long reach to grab the bottom rope......</p><p> </p><p>

RIKU now decided that he needed to try and regroup and escaped to the outside, only for Kavidar to give him no respite with a Corkscrew Diving Cross Body.....</p><p> </p><p>

Unfortunately for the 'High Sheik' RIKU countered with a Jumping Knee Strike, before lifting up the stunned Kavidar and sending the 'High Sheik' crashing against the ring-steps with the<strong> CRUSNIK BOMB </strong>(Inverted Crucifix Powerbomb).....</p><p> </p><p>

Ichigawa talks again</p><p>

</p><p><span style="color:#000080;">

'Unlike you Minamoto-san, the Silver Kings plan to do their talking in the ring, and not torture these fans with endless egocentric waffle. They paid to see wrestling and that's what we are going to give them!' </span></p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto has recovered and picks up a microphone....</p><p>

Minamoto's sentiment towards GUSHIKEN is dripping with sarcasm, and it is clear he has no respect for his future opponent, despite GUSHIKEN's legendary credentials. </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">'You can rule Talisman out too, as he has just about to have a super hard match against Takashi-san but let's see how good you two old farts and your boneheaded student are, when they take on Tsukamoto worshipper Wolf, Tsukamoto worshipper Inokuma and.....erm.....oh yeah Zodiac!' </span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#0000FF;">' Zodiac I respect you, but if you step into that ring with Inokuma and Wolf, and face off against the Silver Kings then we won't hold back'</span></p><p> </p><p>

Zodiac nods in acknowledgement, but can't bring himself to comment any further on the situation- everyone can see he doesn't care for the Temple of Tsukamoto and Minamoto's leadership but he doesn't want to break up his team with Talisman either. </p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto has more to say.......</p><p> </p><p>

This impromptu six man tag was evenly contested during the opening few minutes, with neither side really able to press home an advantage, until Inokuma cheap shotted Ebisawa from the apron, allowing for Zodiac to plant 'Forceful Dagger' with a Spinning Headscissors facebuster for a two count.</p><p> </p><p>

Ebisawa then got worked over in the Temple of Tsukamoto corner, but was able to kick out after a Swinging Neckbreaker from Inokuma, a Standing Shooting Star Press from Zodiac and a slingshot senton from Dark Wolf II. </p><p> </p><p>

The Temple trio were in full control though, and it only looked to be a matter of when not if they could finish the job, especially after Zodiac stunned Ebisawa with a springboard cutter for another close two count.</p><p> </p><p>

Zodiac then looked to head up top as Ebisawa was laid out on the mat, only for Inokuma to tag himself in. Inokuma then taunted Ebisawa to get up, before lifting the deadweight of his opponent up to set up for the <strong>KAMIKOCHI SUPLEX </strong>(Northern Lights Suplex)</p><p> </p><p>

But all of a sudden Ebisawa came to life, and countered with the <strong>BELLY 2 HELLY</strong> (Release Belly to Belly Suplex)....Dark Wolf II then intervened to try and prevent Ebisawa from making the tag only to be taken out with a <strong>DOZER (</strong>Spear)....</p><p> </p><p>

Ebisawa got the tag to Ichigawa who nailed Inokuma with a <strong>Decapitator </strong>(Running Bicyle Kick), but in doing so the momentum sent Inokuma back to his corner.....</p><p> </p><p>

But when 'Future's Present' looked to make the tag no one was there, Dark Wolf II was still winded from being on the receiving end of the Dozer from Ebisawa and Zodiac had just like last time he tagged with Inokuma decided that he had enough of Inokuma's 'Minamoto, Mini-Me routine'......</p><p> </p><p>

Inokuma then turned round into an STO from Ichigawa, before being drilled with the <strong>CHUGOKU SPIKE (</strong>Cradle Piledriver).....</p><p> </p><p>

Ichigawa decided not to go for the cover, instead tagging in Tian Long, who immediately headed up top and came crashing down upon Inokuma with the <strong>CORKSCREW FROM HEAVEN </strong>(Corkscrew Senton) to secure the victory and ensure that the Silver Kings triumph in their first official outing as a unit. </p><p>

Talisman controls the early going disorientating Takashi with arm-drags and spinning headscissors- that builds up to the 'Second Coming' planting Takashi with a spinning sleeper slam before deciding to go for a standing corkscrew moonsault.....</p><p> </p><p>

Takashi however gets the knees up and then turns thing around with a Front Drop-Kick. 'Nippon Hart' then built momentum with a series of leaping lariat's before subjecting Talisman to the<strong> Bartenders Swing</strong> (Giant Swing).....</p><p> </p><p>

The 'Second Coming' rolled out for a powder, but Takashi was keen to keep the pressure on. 'Nippon Hart' ended up being sucked into chasing Talisman in and out of the ring before being wiped out with a Tope Con Hilo. Talisman then pitched Takashi into the ring and managed to trap Takashi in a spinning headscissors Octopus Stretch. </p><p> </p><p>

Takashi managed to fight out of that but then got planted with a spinning headscissors facebuster for a two count. The Junior Tag Champion then decided to head up top, but took too long posteuring on the turnbuckle, and was sent crashing back into the ring with a Belly to Back Superplex. </p><p> </p><p>

'Nippon Hart' then followed up with a Flapjack and then a delayed vertical suplex for a two count, before turning Talisman over into the<strong> DOLLARS </strong>(Inverted Cloverleaf)</p><p> </p><p>

The 'Second Coming' managed to fight his way to the ropes, but then immediately got scooped upon Takashi's shoulders- however Talisman was able to counter that into a <strong>GOD KNOWS</strong> (Spinning Headscissors into a Crucifix Pin).....</p><p> </p><p>

Crowley makes a pre-emptive strike and chop blocks Sairento before the bell has rung. Because Sairento is the epitome of 'evil' to the DIASPORA fans, Crowley actually gets some cheers despite of the dickish way he went to obtain an early advantage. </p><p> </p><p>

The New Prince of Old School' then stomps away on Sairento and then proceeds to work over the legs of the Kuro-Nadeshiko leader..... </p><p> </p><p>

Sairento shakes off the onslaught and sits back up in his customary eerie fashion, but he is clearly hobbled and staggers into a European Uppercut before Crowley followed up with a Knee Lift and then a Hammerlock DDT. Crowley then added a Diving Knee Drop for a two count, before placing the 'Silent Reaper' into a Figure Four Leglock.</p><p> </p><p>

Sairento however managed to turn the Figure Four over, putting the pressure all on Crowley- forcing the 'New Prince of Old School' to scramble for the bottom rope. As they both got back to their feet Sairento began to take control with some stiff fore-arm smashes until Crowley managed to sneak in a low blow and then plant Sairento with a Russian Legsweep.</p><p> </p><p>

However the 'Silent Reaper' sat back up again, that gave Crowley the jitters who started to back away but then got nailed with a Rolling Elbow and then sent into the corner with a Yakuza Kick. Sairento then hung Crowley into the tree of woe position and subjected the 'New Prince of Old School' to a facewash, before climbing up top and delivering a double stomp to Crowley's crown jewels. </p><p> </p><p>

Crowley had the prescence of mind to roll out of the ring, to try and regroup but Sairento soon followed him out to the floor and nailed Crowley with another Yakuza Kick before breaking up the count, tossing the time keeper out of his chair and placing Crowley in it before lining up for another facewash. Crowley however suddenly came to life- stopping Sairento in his tracks with a European Uppercut and then planting the 'Silent Reaper' face first onto the chair with a Hammerlock DDT. </p><p> </p><p>

Mio's words of encouragement give Nori the energy to begin fighting back, but the attempted comeback is soon cut off by fore-arms smash from GUSHIKEN, before Great Thunder plants Nori with a Uranage. Incognito is then tagged in and 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' looks like he is going to go for a moonsault but instead he flips of the fans and stomps on Nori's balls instead. </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#9932CC;">'How dare he do that to my Nori-Chan, and. why didn't....oh yeah why even bother, that idiot's blind as they come anyway!'</span></p><p> </p><p>

Incognito then proceeded to paint brush slap and trashtalk Nori, which only inspired the S.H.I.P leader into attempting another comeback, only for Incognito to poke Nori in the eye and nail 'Battle' with a Spinning Heel Kick before planting Nori with a snapmare and then teasing a standing moonault before 'trolling' the fans once again and instead just deciding to stomp away on the S.H.I.P leader instead. </p><p> </p><p>

Incognito then tagged GUSHIKEN back in, who signalled it was time to put Nori away and set up for a Powerbomb.....but the Kuro pairs failure to efficiently put Nori away whilst they had the chance was about to bite them, as 'Battle' suddenly came back to life, slipping out of the Powerbomb attempt and stunning GUSHIKEN with an Enziguri before mustering up the energy to pepper 'Great Thunder' with the<strong> Endless Nori</strong> kick flurry....</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN stayed on his feet and went to fire back with the <strong>GUSHIKEN Smas</strong>h (Charging Elbow Smash) but Nori ducked under and then slid under the bottom rope before rocking GUSHIKEN with a springboard missile drop-kick. </p><p> </p><p>

Nori had nothing left to give after that and simply looked to make the tag to Arato.....</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_BloodSpiderJr.jpg</span><span>http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_RefereeMasaruSugimura.jpg</span><span>http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_SohTerajima.jpg</span><p>

<span style="font-size:8px;"><strong>As if Incognito and GUSHIKEN were not enough to deal with?!</strong></span></p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Only Incognito was allowed to race out of his corner and knock Arato off the ring-apron with a Spinning Heel Kick, that's because the Salty Delinquents had turned up, which of course Sugimura couldn't ignore....</p><p>

</p><p><span style="color:#9932CC;">

'Oh great, this BS again, keep your eyes on what is happening in the ring you old fool!'</span> bemoaned Mio Mio. </p><p> </p><p>

With Sugimura being conviently distracted Terajima tossed his trusty Black Box into Incognito, who waited for Nori to rise to his feet.....</p><p> </p><p>

Nori staggered right into the <strong>BLACK BOX SHOT</strong> , before Incognito ordered GUSHIKEN to make the cover.....</p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two....</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#9932CC;">'Come on Nori-Chan you can't lose, you just can't , not like this!</span>' cried Mio Mio</p><p> </p><p>

Thr.....</p><p> </p><p>

No! Nori gets his shoulder up just in time. GUSHIKEN lifts Nori up again and this time looks to be going for the <strong>GUSHIKEN Driver </strong>(Samoan Driver)....</p><p> </p><p>

But Nori begins to come alive again, fighting out with side elbows and then stunning 'Great Thunder' with a springboard inverted DDT......</p><p> </p><p>

Nori again looks to make the tag to Arato....</p><p> </p><p>

But's he's being occupied by the Salty Delinquents and Incognito! </p><p> </p><p>

However Arato ducks a Black Box Shot from Terajima, and the 'Cloaked Assassin' ends up accidentally clocking Incognito instead....before Arato takes down both of the Salty Delinquents with a double<strong> Arato Lariat!!!</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Back in the ring GUSHIKEN has regained control and whips Nori into the corner, he comes charging in to nail Nori with a<strong> GUSHIKEN Smash</strong> (Charging Elbow Smash) only for 'Battle' to move out of the way at the last split second and nail GUSHIKEN with an Enziguri from the apron..... </p><p>

On the outside Incognito is back up again however and low blows Arato before planting 'Strong Dreamer' with a Tornado DDT onto the ringsteps......</p><p> </p><p>

Back inside and Nori somehow buzzing with energy........nails GUSHIKEN with the corner to corner running drop-kick before looking to make the tag but once again Arato is not ready to get the tag......</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN then levels Nori with a clothesline and decides to tag in Incognito.....who then proceeded to plant Nori with a Tilt-A-Whirl Russian Legsweep before drilling Nori with a<strong> Tombstone Piledriver</strong>.....</p><p> </p><p>

One....</p><p> </p><p>

Two......</p><p> </p><p>

'Keep on fighting Nori-Chan, you can still win, keep fighting for us!' as Mio Mio once again sent out desperate words of encouragement to her beloved....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr.....</p><p> </p><p>

Nori once again stayed alive! </p><p> </p><p>

But he remained rooted to the mat and Incognito headed up top.....</p><p> </p><p>

'El Pesadilla Hermosa' taunted the fans and then came crashing down with the <strong>SUSURRO DE LA MUERTE (</strong>630 Senton).....</p><p> </p><p>

But Nori still had enough wits left to get his knees up......</p><p> </p><p>

It then became a race to see who could tag out first......</p><p> </p><p>

And unfortunately for Nori, Incognito was nearer to GUSHIKEN......</p><p> </p><p>

But 'Battle' had just enough gas left in the tank to rock 'Great Thunder' with a Rebound Drop-Kick and finally get the tag to Arato!!</p><p> </p><p>

Arato came in like the proverbial burning house, rocking GUSHIKEN with a running hip-attack and then a flurry of<strong> Arato-Lariat's.</strong>....</p><p> </p><p>

Somehow GUSHIKEN managed to stay on his feet, but it was clear he was in a dazed state and staggered into the<strong> DREAMLAND</strong> (Rear Naked Choke from Lariat)......</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN soon collapsed to the mat......</p><p> </p><p>

Seeing how desperate the situation was Incognito intervened , breaking up the submission in creative fashion with a springboard corkscrew senton.....</p><p> </p><p>

But 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' was soon sent out of the ring with an Arato-Lariat.....</p><p> </p><p>

However GUSHIKEN was back to his feet and he lined up to nail Arato with a <strong>GUSHIKEN Smash</strong>, only for Nori to intervene with a springboard missile drop-kick......</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN then staggered into another<strong> ARATO LARIAT</strong>, this time one so forceful it completely pole-axed 'Great Thunder'........</p><p> </p><p>

One....</p><p> </p><p>

Two....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr....</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN managed to stay alive but remained rooted to the mat, as Arato decided to tag Nori back in....</p><p> </p><p>

'Battle' headed up top, as Arato stood guard.........</p><p> </p><p>

The Kuro-Nadeshiko pair were in control for most of the match, but the fighting spirit of Nori and Arato saw S.H.I.P triumph on this occassion! </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OuRajFzMYI" rel="external nofollow">'Battle Cry' </a>plays out over the Nagoya Central Gym sound system, as Oda Yamawaki emerges for his main event GM Cup first round match up with Prime Dragon. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjWSELbop2Y" rel="external nofollow">'Sorairo Days</a><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYS3UbnHUMY" rel="external nofollow">'</a> then blasts out over the speakers and the former Super Junior champion and now a member of the Silver Kings emerges to a huge reception from the fans. </p><p> </p><p>

They make a respectful start, shaking hands and then locking up into a collar and elbow tie up.....Yamawaki the proceeded to overpower Dragon in the early going but the 'Grand Pillar' realised that he was being overmatched and rocked Yamawaki with a Palm Strike.....</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon then takes control with a Rolling Wheel Kick, and then a spinning headscissors before applying an Octopus Stretch to Yamawaki. 'Fearless' manages to power his way out of the submission but gets taken down with a drop toe hold and immediately finds himself placed into a Cross Legged STF.......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki simply hasn't been worn down enough though and easily makes his way to the ropes. Dragon lets Yamawaki get free of the ropes, and draws Yamawaki into 'locking up' again- this time though Dragon is a step ahead, catching 'Fearless' off guard with a backslide pin......</p><p> </p><p>

One....</p><p> </p><p>

Two.....</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki manages to kick out, and clearly frustrated with how things are going goes to level Dragon with a leaping lariat, only for the 'Grand Pillar' to see it coming and rock Yamawaki with another Rolling Wheel Kick. The All Asia Tag champ managed to stay on his feet, but soon staggered into a series of arm-drags, before Dragon feeling that he had disorientated Yamawaki enough to go for a <strong>DRAGONSAULT</strong> (Springboard Moonsault)....</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki however managed to move out of the way...</p><p> </p><p>

Only for Dragon to land on his feet.....</p><p> </p><p>

But the missed Dragonsault was the opening Yamawaki needed to get into the match, whether the 'Grand Pillar' landed on his feet or not...as Yamawaki built up steam with a series of Leaping Lariats before planting Dragon with a One Handed Bulldog.</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki then planted Dragon with a Samoan Drop before deciding to head up top......</p><p> </p><p>

But that flurry was never going to be enough to keep someone of Dragon's resolve down and he rocked Yamawaki with a leaping palm strike before sending 'Fearless' crashing into the ring with an Iconoclasm....</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon then raced up the turnbuckle himself to come crashing down upon Yamawaki with a <strong>Moonsault</strong>.....</p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki kicked out, but found himself quickly turned over into the <strong>DRAGON'S BITE </strong>(Inverted Facelock Sleeper).....</p><p> </p><p>

Referee Ochida checks on Yamawaki....</p><p> </p><p>

The arm flops down from the All Asia Tag champ.....</p><p> </p><p>

Ochida checks again.....</p><p> </p><p>

And Yamawaki still doesn't responded.....</p><p> </p><p>

One more chance.....</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki suddenly finds the burst of fighting spirit he needs to stay alive.....</p><p> </p><p>

He powers his way out of the hold and then gets a facelock on Dragon before lifting the 'Grand Pillar' up into a vertical suplex.....</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>TOKYO TOWER!!</strong> (Vertical Suplex Side Slam)......</p><p> </p><p>

But Yamawaki is too worn down to follow up with a cover and both are left laying on the mat....</p><p> </p><p>

Despite just being planted with the Tokyo Tower, Dragon is a step ahead as they stagger back to their feet....managing to rock Yamawaki with a Palm Strike, only for Yamawaki to fireback immediately with an STO.</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon shows tremendous fighting spirit by immediately rising back to his feet only to be rocked with a Fore-arm smash and then planted with a <strong>Falcon Arrow</strong>......</p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr.....</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon managed to kick out but remained rooted to the canvas, as Yamawaki decided to head up top.....</p><p> </p><p>

But the 'Grand Pillar' once again managed to rise to his feet before Yamawaki could fly and the All Asia Tag champ let again found himself being rocked with a leaping palm strike....</p><p> </p><p>

Prime Dragon then decided to join Yamawaki on the top turnbuckle, as he looked to set up for the <strong>DRAGON'S FLAME</strong> (Moonsault Sideslam)....</p><p> </p><p>

But Yamawaki managed to fight off the attempt and then shoved Dragon back down to the canvas, before going for a<strong> Frog Splash!</strong></p><p> </p><p>

But Dragon got the knees up and quickly transitioned into a <strong>Small Package.</strong>...</p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two......</p><p> </p><p>

Thr......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki managed to kick out at the last split second.....</p><p> </p><p>

'Fearless' was then immediately rocked with another Palm Strike from Dragon as he staggered back up to his feet and then a Rolling Wheel Kick, before the 'Grand Pillar' mustered up the strength to drill the larger man with a <strong>Brainbuster!</strong></p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki kicked out but remained rooted to the mat, so Dragon saw the opportunity to once again try for the <strong>DRAGONSAULT </strong>(Springboard Moonsault)......</p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two.....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr.....</p><p> </p><p>

Tremendous fighting spirit from Yamawaki, as he kicks out again!!!</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon is feeling like he has hit Yamawaki with the proverbial kitchen sink and paces around in frustration, as the 'All Asia Tag champ;' struggles to get his breath back.....</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon lifts Yamawaki back up to a vertical base and appears to be setting up for the <strong>PRIME DRIVER </strong>(Over The Shoulder Belly to Back Piledriver).....</p><p> </p><p>

It's clearly a desperation move though, as he struggles to get the larger Yamawaki up for the move.....in the end it enables Yamawaki to recover and instead scoop Dragon upon his shoulders before planting the 'Grand Pillar with a Samoan Drop......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki then continues to build momentum back his way with another flurry of leaping lariats, before planting Dragon staggers into a Flapjack......</p><p> </p><p>

The All Asia Tag champ heads up top again.....and waits for Dragon to stagger back up to a vertical base, before rocking the 'Grand Pillar' with the <strong>FEARLESS</strong> (Flying Clothesline)......</p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr......</p><p> </p><p>

Dragon shows why he has a fighting spirit of a champion by kicking out but the momentum is all with Yamawaki now and he plants the 'Grand Pillar' with the <strong>SUMIDA BRIDGE</strong> (Bridging Leg Hook Belly to Back Suplex)......</p><p> </p><p>

One.......</p><p> </p><p>

Two.....</p><p> </p><p>

Thr.....</p><p> </p><p>

And nine tenths! Dragon barely manages to kick out, but it's enough to keep him in the Grand Master Cup......</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki isn't going to let that near-miss get to him though, he keeps a cool head and keeps the pressure on Dragon.......</p><p> </p><p>

And plants Dragon with another<strong> TOKYO TOWER</strong> (Vertical Suplex Side Slam)....</p><p> </p><p>

Unlike earlier he is able to follow up with a cover......</p><p> </p><p>

One.....</p><p> </p><p>

Two....</p><p> </p><p>

Three!!</p><p> </p><p>

The crowd are stunned, the legendary Prime Dragon has been eliminated from the Grand Master Cup in the first round, as Yamawaki pulls off the 'shock' of the tournament so far. The initial shock though, soon turns to a show of respect towards both victor and loser, as the crowd applause the efforts of both men after a great main event. </p><p> </p><p>

<p>Ha I must be physic. Called Long joining up with PD and the Warriors of Tradition. So now you officially have your version of Team Veteran Returns(now We Are Team Veteran if you keep up with Dragon Gate). But yeah knew that would eventually be his fit,</p><p> </p><p>

Regardless, another great show. Didn't see Yamawaki getting the win, but glad he did against basically Mr. DIASPORA as well as have an awesome match against him in order to do it. Once again I get REAL HAZARD YAMATO vibes from RIKU, which makes him one of my favs. Love how things are progressing with this unit shuffle. The new units are looking pretty cool.</p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">I like to talk about upsets but this was the least likely one I could think of. Neko Man is all gimmick, for now at least.</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Result: RIKU [w] bt Ebi Kavidar [L] in 10:06 via pinfall (RIKU Rush)</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">Now things are getting interesting. Tournaments can also be fun for the chance to mix in wrestlers from different story lines. Ebi has been mostly wrestling Tuturu but now we get to see how well he matches up against the newest KURO brainwash victim. Not very well. They may have a little more pop than Wolfe but the Ambassadors are still pretty low down the booking list. RIKU has debuted strong and just kept getting stronger though.</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

' Surely the Temple of Tsukamoto demands your respect, after all we do have four possible future legends in the ring</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">And Inokuma.</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Takayuki Balls: This was a solid talky segment</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">Nice to see Long ending up with the new faction. We've gone from a triangle of factions, two face and one heel, to 2v2. Which seems like a good plan. With one heel faction, one of the face factions felt left out of the storyline action. Now we can gave SHIP standing up for sportsmanship against the sinister and cultlike KURO. And Silver Kings (who are definitely not named after the luchadore) as the seasoned veterans against the cocky, loud mouthed Minamoto and his flunkies.</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Result: Hyotaru Ichigawa, Taheji Ebisawa & Tian Long [w] bt Dark Wolf II, Horiuchi Inokuma [L]& Zodiac in 9:09 via pinfall (Corkscrew From Heaven)</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">Pretty much as expected for a faction debut match, as Takayuki says. Adding Inokuma to any Temple match basically means they have their designated job guy ready to go. Same goes for Ebisawa but I think Ebisawa shows a little more promise. Silver Kings have a really strong line up.</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Mio Mio's Mochi: You wouldn't see that sort of leadership from my Nori-Chan, even if he did have some bargain bin edition to take his place....he'd always be up for the fight, because he knows I wouldn't be too impressed if he didn't show fighting spirit every night. </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">Or else. Wait, for once "or else' doesn't really fit something Mio said about Nori. Tiger must be trying to cross me up.</span></span><img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

Result: Talisman [w] bt Go Takashi [L] in 11:47 via pinfall (Platinum Idol)</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">We know Go is doomed, but how badly is it? Not too bad, he's not graduated from the fighting spirit gimmick totally yet though he's made progress. Just about anytime someone lifts up Talisman at this point I expect a counter. </span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Result: Sairento [w] bt Paul Crowley [L] in 11:09 via pinfall (Ryuk's Apple) </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">For once brief, shining moment Crowley knows what it is like to being cheered. Sairento can make anyone into a face. </span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Result: Hiroto Nori [w] & Koto Arato bt Incognito & GUSHIKEN [L] in 17:07 via pinfall (Flying Bonito)</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">Pretty much as expected and Gushiken looks ready for his title shot.</span></span><img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';"> We also knew a card could not pass without some KURO outside interference and $ugimura earning his weekly bonus.</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Mio Mio on commentary 'Nori-chan you've got to fight back, rise above this crap and think of love, the love that will drive you to victory!' </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">Or Else. Good, everything is back to normal.</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

Result: Oda Yamawaki [w] bt Prime Dragon [L] via pinfall (Tokyo Tower)</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;"><span style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS';">Yep, I didn't see this coming at all. And I was waiting for upsets. Tiger was sneaky hinting the second round would have the upset and that threw me off. I may have been underestimating Yamawaki previously, I'll have to re-evaluate him now. PD is always great but a 82 is a great match for Diaspora. I'll watch closely next time and see how well Yamawaki does with a lesser talent than PD.</span></span></p>

<strong>Big Brother isn't happy </strong></p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Apparently Sairento has been wanting to literally Absolute Terror someone in the face for harassing our travel manager the diminutive Hayashi-san, who just also happens to be Sairento-san’s little sister. </p><p> </p><p>

Luckily for the culprit, Sairento has not found out who it is yet, only getting third hand information from Hayashi-san, who must have barely struggled to communicate ‘one of the other wrestlers is hassling me’ before naming and shaming said wrestler. </p><p> </p><p>

Well just after our latest show in Nagoya, I happened to stumble upon the culprit.....</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#800080;">"Oh come on baby, why you putting on this cold front? I’m telling you now sweet lips, if you take a ride with me it’s going to be off the chain. I’d show you all kinds of stuff, that is just gonna be out of bounds and we’d be riding all the way to flavortown!"</span></p><p> </p><p>

Quite frankly if I heard that ‘chat up’ technique, I would be giving them the cold shoulder too. It wasn’t like the culprit was being particularly threatening or aggressive but I could see why being subjected to that on a regular basis, would leave someone feeling irritated. For some reason Hayashi-san’s tormentor had also taken to putting a pair of sunglasses on backwards. </p><p> </p><p>

The culprit, turned around and I immediately signalled for him to come over to me and that I would like a word.....</p><p> </p><p>

Said culprit walked over and I immediately queried if he knew who her brother was....</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#800080;">"Like what does it matter who her brother is, I know I can get her to go down to flavortown eventually, you just know the quiet ones are gonna be electric when they get down to bangin’."</span></p><p> </p><p>

It seemed as though Hayashi-san’s naive persuor really didn’t have a clue.....</p><p>

</p><p><span style="color:#800080;">

"Oh man who cares, flip a chill pill, it’s not like he’s ever gonna find out. I know deep down she wants to eat me off a flip flop and soon she’ll be up to doing things the Kamikochi way. We’re gonna being doing it like the snow monkey’s do."</span></p><p> </p><p>

I thought it was Ebisawa-san who had the snow monkey obsession</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#800080;">‘Yeah man, that’s what I’m talking about, do ya think she’d be down for a bit of double team action with me and big Ebi....yeah that be totally off the chain’</span></p><p> </p><p>

That wasn’t what I was suggesting, and really this idiot needed to get whatever dirty thoughts he was having about Hayashi-san out of his head, because eventually Sairento-san will find out and I wouldn’t have any sympathy for the severe curb-stomping this fool would have to endure. </p><p>

For his own safety I did warn the naive fool, that if he continued to pursue Hayashi-san in this manner, that he would be jobbing all his matches, until he gave up on this futile pursuit.</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#800080;">"Well I still be chill with that man, after all getting to touch those sweet lips of Hayashi-san would be worth looking up at the lights a zillion times’</span></p><p> </p><p>

This idiot still wasn’t listening, so I told him I could always book him in a match with Sairento and just before inform Sairento that he’s the one that has been hassling his sister. </p><p> </p><p>

After that the message finally seemed to sink in. Inokuma-san has a lot to learn.......</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><span>http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_HoriuchiInokuma.jpg</span><p><span style="font-size:8px;"><strong>

<p><span>http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/DIASPORA_Banner-1.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p> DIASPORA’s Blazing Eye Tour continues at the Sendai City Gym on Tuesday 19th June, with the conclusion of the first round of the Grand Master Cup and two title matches.</p><p> </p><p> In the main event Dark Wolf II challenges Sairento for the Super Junior Championship. Dark Wolf II is the final one to challenge for the title after earning it via escaping the cage in the Flowers of Hell PPV. The fact that he was the first one to do so and ignored orders from Sairento, sparked his ejection from Kuro-Nadeshiko. Dark Wolf II has since hooked up with the Temple of Tsukamoto but does he have what it takes to topple his former leader and become Super Junior Champion?</p><p> </p><p> Meanwhile in the semi main event GUSHIKEN gets a shot to become Heavyweight Champion. It has to be said that he ‘earned’ the title shot via the Karen Ichijou Lottery, which one suspects the arrogant Eikichi Minamoto set up to fix himself ‘easy’ opponents. However it’s possible Minamoto’s arrogance could backfire on him and that he has seriously underestimated GUSHIKEN. Admittedly ‘Great Thunder’ has been suffering poor form of late, but he is someone who has held championship gold before and he could easily rediscover that sort of form and humble Minamoto.</p><p> </p><p> In the Grand Master Cup GUSHIKEN’s tag partner Chojiro Ono takes on Junichi Matsuo, whilst there is another Kuro-Nadeshiko vs Tuturu! clash with Blood Spider Jr up against HUSTLE Umiro. There is an all Temple of Tsukamoto clash as the factions most experienced but reluctant member Zodiac takes on the inexperienced but keen Horiuchi Inokuma. Rounding out the first round matches The Forgotten’s Kohe Hidaka and Hideaki Kasuse will be hoping to pull off upset’s over Tahej Ebisawa and Hyotaru Ichigawa.</p><p> </p><p> Meanwhile Junior Heavyweight legends Prime Dragon and Tian Long tag together for the firs time as members of the newly formed Silver Kings, when they take on Tuturu!’s Meido Machine and Nyan Nyan Neko Man, whilst S.H.I.P and Kuro Nadeshiko go to war again with another six man battle with Hiroto Nori, Koto Arato and Shintaro Hideki up against Incognito, RIKU and Soh Terajima.</p><p> </p><p> Bonus pre-show action see’s S.H.I.P’s Kotei Yamato & Go Takashi up against Ebi Kavidar and Chief Butler Wolfe of the Ambassadors Club.</p><p> </p><p> The DIASPORA office have also announced that the next show set to take place at the Bunkyo Hall in Tokyo, will take place on Saturday 23rd June, as opposed to the originally scheduled Thursday. The official reason for the change, is to ensure that all competitors that have qualified for the second round are fully refreshed and ready to compete.</p><p> </p><p> </p><div
