Hmm, don't have the time or patience to create an actual tutorial for this. In terms of creating the gradient, use the reflected gradient option with the appropriate colors, the darker color in the corners with the lighter color in the middle. Using the gradient tool with reflected gradient selected, start from the middle of your 150x150 canvas, and hold SHIFT dragging from the middle to the top right corner. This is give you the desired type of background. As for logos, I can't really help you out. Some of these aren't even made by me, just transferred from obscure parts of the internet onto these 150x150 canvas', and made to look like a wrestling company logo.

 

And justtxyank, I will try to make banners for all of them but I can't promise anything.

I just feel silly making a tutorial for how to cut and paste a logo onto a little box and make it look fresh. If you're having trouble getting clean looking logos, look up some tutorials on the pen tool in Photoshop.</p>

1) Universal Lucha Libre. It's the Japanese lucha promotion run by Gran Hamada in the early 90s. </p><p> </p><p>

2) RINGS Fighting Network. The version from the early 90s run by Akira Maeda.</p>
