WWE Monday Night RAW (Live from Hytche Athletic Center (MD) 5,500 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Ayako Hamada versus Raquel Diaz

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Raquel Diaz defeated Ayako Hamada in 17:44 by pinfall with a Gory Bomb. Unfortunately this Divas match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to really care about either Diva despite Raquel Diaz being established as the daughter of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the late, great WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero. Nevertheless, Raquel Diaz picks up the all-important victory here.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Danny Burch and Troy McClain

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Team CoBro defeated Burch & McClain in 18:21 when Zack Ryder defeated Troy McClain by submission. Danny Burch was really off his game tonight which led to the “Team CoBro” pairing of Santino Marella and Zack Ryder singling out the Englishman Burch for the majority of the match until Burch was finally able to tag in his partner Troy McClain only for McClain to tap out to give Santino and Ryder the win.

Match Rating: D

Pre-Show: CM Punk versus Bray Wyatt

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, CM Punk defeated Bray Wyatt in 17:38 by submission with an Anaconda Vice. Bray Wyatt was visibly tiring towards the end of this match which led to Punk getting the win.

Match Rating: C+

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, the “Beast” Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring. Lesnar receives a great ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance as he retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Lesnar says that he has come out alone tonight and without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn as he has things he wants to get off of his chest. Lesnar says that last week on RAW Roman Reigns came out to the entrance-way and announced that he will be challenging Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View. Lesnar continues that he learnt earlier today from the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that he will take on William Regal in tonight’s RAW non-title main event. Lesnar says that he beat Regal already a few weeks ago and that the beating he will give to Regal tonight, the tag team partner of Roman Reigns, should be a message to Reigns as to the beating he is going to give him at Over the Limit. Lesnar says that a few victories over Kane do not make Reigns ready to step into the ring with the “Beast”. Roman Reigns then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone of his own and says that his best friend William Regal is going to tie Lesnar up like a pretzel tonight and that what’s left of Lesnar will be easy pickings for Reigns come Over the Limit.

Rating: B-

WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella, Brie Bella & Kaitlyn versus Audrey Marie, Beth Phoenix & Kharma

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Kaitlyn and The Bella Twins defeated Audrey Marie, Beth Phoenix and Kharma in 6:33 when Nikki Bella defeated Beth Phoenix by pinfall with a Twin Magic. Rain, the number one contender to the Divas title, accompanied the team of Audrey Marie, Beth Phoenix and Kharma to ringside for this Six Divas tag team match as they took on the Divas Champion Nikki Bella, her twin sister Brie Bella and the returning Kaitlyn. Rain will challenge Nikki Bella for the Divas title at Over the Limit but ended up accidently helping Nikki tonight as whilst the referee was distracted with Rain, Nikki switched places with her twin sister Brie who rolled up Beth Phoenix to get the win for her team.

Match Rating: E+

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon come to the ring to the delight of the WWE Universe in attendance and Triple H says that they are here tonight to check on the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and her assistant Brad Maddox.

Rating: B-

Kane and Dean Ambrose versus Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Ambrose & Kane defeated Slater & McIntyre in 8:11 when Kane defeated Heath Slater by pinfall with a Dirty Deeds. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler used this match to discuss the recent attacks on Kane by Seth Rollins, with Michael Cole arguing that he has only been doing it to gain the attentions of Vickie Guerrero.

Match Rating: C-

Following their victory Kane and Dean Ambrose celebrate in the ring until Roman Reigns and William Regal come to the entrance-way. Reigns has a microphone and says that just like he beat Kane he will beat Brock Lesnar at Over the Limit to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Rating: D

We cut backstage to find Seth Rollins in the office of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero, who tells Rollins that he’s got her attention and that he will take on Kane at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month.

Rating: C+

We cut to another backstage area to find Sheamus with the Australian Diva Emma, and Sheamus tells Emma that he will beat John Cena in their rematch at Over the Limit to win back his United States title.

Rating: C-

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion John Cena versus Chris Jericho

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, John Cena defeated Chris Jericho in 7:54 by pinfall with an Attitude Adjustment. The commentary team note that Cena will put his US title on the line against Sheamus at Over the Limit.

Match Rating: B-

We cut backstage to find William Regal getting ready for tonight’s Monday Night RAW non-title main event when he will take on the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. Regal looks like he means business tonight.

Rating: D+

Following a commercial break we see Kane in a dark room backstage until once again he is attacked from behind with a steel chair by Seth Rollins. The attacker Rollins quickly flees the scene just before Kane sits up.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Batista defeated Kassius Ohno in 8:13 by pinfall with a Spinebuster. Angel Williams accompanied Batista to ringside for this match.

Match Rating: D+

We cut backstage to find the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar preparing for tonight’s main event when Sheamus enters the room and wishes him luck against William Regal. Lesnar then replies wishing Sheamus luck in his match with John Cena at Over the Limit.

Rating: C+

Rob Van Dam versus Randy Orton

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Randy Orton defeated Rob Van Dam in 7:33 by pinfall with an RKO. RVD and Randy Orton have great chemistry as opponents and it showed in their performances.

Match Rating: B-

We cut backstage to find the Bella Twins packing up their things when Audrey Marie and Rain walk into the room. Rain tells Nikki Bella that she will beat her at Over the Limit to become the new Divas Champion.

Rating: E

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar versus William Regal

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Brock Lesnar defeated William Regal in 12:40 by submission with a Kimura Lock. Lesnar and Regal don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout.

Match Rating: B-

Post-Show: Brodus Clay versus Jack Swagger

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Jack Swagger defeated Brodus Clay in 12:36 by submission with a Patriot Lock. Alex Riley accompanied his tag team partner Brodus Clay to ringside.

Big E Langston versus Alberto Del Rio

The main event of tonight´s edition of WWE Superstars will see the former World Champion Alberto Del Rio in action as he will take on the former Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston. Both of these Superstars will be doing all they can in this match in order to pick up the all-important victory to impress the WWE Universe in attendance as well as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle. These two competed in the main event of an episode of Superstars just last month, with Big E getting the win on that occasion.

The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady

Tag team action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the Great Khali and Colt Cabana team up for the very first time to take on the young tag team of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady. Tonight will also see Cabana make his debut on WWE television following a successful run competing in front of the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena on NXT for the past seven months. Tonight will also be Cabana’s first match since failing to beat Justin Gabriel for the NXT title back at NXT 100,000 Years in March. Since then, Gabriel has of course gone on to lose the NXT title to Curtis Axel.

AJ Lee versus Sexy Star

Last but not least, Divas action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the beautiful former Divas Champion AJ Lee in action as she will take on Sexy Star. WWE Superstars (Live from Du Burns Arena (MD), 650 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Christina Von Eerie versus Tamina

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Tamina defeated Christina Von Eerie in 18:03 by pinfall with a Samoan Drop. Christina Von Eerie seemed off her game tonight in this Divas match that went the distance against the powerhouse Tamina. This allowed Tamina, the daughter of the WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka, to dominate the majority of the match and end up picking up the all-important victory after hitting a devastating Samoan Drop.

Match Rating: E-

Pre-Show: Sami Zayn and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Tyler Breeze and Knuckles Madsen

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, International Explosion defeated Team Gorgeous in 17:42 when Sami Zayn defeated Knuckles Madsen by pinfall with a Red White & Blue Thunder Bomb. Unfortunately this match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe in attendance not yet to really care about the International Explosion team of Zayn and Nakajima or the Team Gorgeous pairing of Breeze and Madsen, despite both teams appearing infrequently on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown.

Match Rating: E+

Pre-Show: Marcus Owens versus Camacho

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Camacho defeated Marcus Owens in 17:44 by submission. Marcus Owens was visibly tiring towards the end of this match which led to Camacho getting the win after forcing Owens to tap out.

Match Rating: E

The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Amore & Cassady defeated The Great Cabana in 6:42 when Colin Cassady defeated Colt Cabana by pinfall with a Spinebuster. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing the Great Khali wrestle here tonight, with the WWE Universe tiring of the same act that they’ve seen from Khali on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown for the past few years. Nevertheless, the young team of Amore and Cassady got the win here after Colin Cassady pinned the debuting Colt Cabana following a Spinebuster.

Match Rating: D-

Following our first commercial break of the evening WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which recaps events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. The show began with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, the “Beast” Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring. Lesnar addressed the WWE Universe by saying that he wanted to come to the ring without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn as he had some things that he wanted to get off of his chest. Lesnar reminded the WWE Universe how the last week on RAW Roman Reigns announced that the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero had granted him a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the upcoming Over the Limit Pay-Per-View. Lesnar said that he would send a message to his challenger Reigns by destroying his tag team partner William Regal in RAW’s non-title main event, and that Reigns is not ready for the “Beast”. Reigns then came to the entrance-way and said that his best friend William Regal would fold Lesnar up like a pretzel in RAW’s main event. Later on in the evening the team of Kane and Dean Ambrose defeated the 3MB pairing of Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre before Roman Reigns and William Regal came to the entrance-way and Reigns said that he will beat Brock Lesnar at Over the Limit to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion just like he beat Kane at the Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View. Later on we saw Seth Rollins talking backstage to the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero who informed Rollins that he will take on Kane at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View.

Rating: C

AJ Lee versus Sexy Star

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, AJ Lee defeated Sexy Star in 6:02 by pinfall with a Shining Wizard. The WWE Superstars commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and John “Bradshaw” Layfield note that as a former Divas Champion, AJ Lee will have her eyes firmly glued to the upcoming Divas Championship match at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View when Nikki Bella will put her title on the line against Rain.

Match Rating: D-

More highlights are shown from this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW including Triple H and Stephanie McMahon coming to the ring and informing the WWE Universe that they were on RAW to check up on the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and her assistant Brad Maddox. Later on in the evening we saw Kane in a dark room backstage before Seth Rollins once again attacked Kane from behind with a steel chair.

Match Rating: C+

Highlights are shown from last week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown with Wade Barrett defeating Braden Walker in the evening’s main event to retain his Intercontinental Championship. A tweet is then shown from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle announcing that tomorrow night’s SmackDown will see the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro taking on R-Truth and Christian in non-title action as well as Wade Barrett putting his Intercontinental title on the line against Ted DiBiase in the main event.

Rating: D+

More highlights are shown from Monday Night RAW including Sheamus telling Emma that he will beat John Cena at Over the Limit to win back the United States Championship before John Cena defeated Chris Jericho in non-title action.

Rating: D+

Final highlights are shown from Monday Night RAW with Randy Orton defeating Rob Van Dam and Sheamus wishing Brock Lesnar luck backstage in his non-title main event against William Regal, and Lesnar responding by wishing Sheamus luck in his United States Championship match with John Cena at Over the Limit. Brock Lesnar then beat William Regal in RAW’s non-title main event.

Rating: B-

Big E Langston versus Alberto Del Rio

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Big E Langston defeated Alberto Del Rio in 13:29 by pinfall with a 5 Count. Big E Langston is starting to become a little stale in his current role and the WWE Universe are beginning to tire of him.

Match Rating: C-

Post-Show: Richie Steamboat versus Braun Stowman

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown:

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © versus Ted DiBiase

The main evet of tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier this week via a tweet sent out from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle and will see Wade Barrett put the WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line against Ted DiBiase. Barrett has been telling the WWE Universe in recent weeks that he is the “Most Dangerous Man in the World” and that nobody can take his title away from him. Barrett is currently enjoying his fifth reign as Intercontinental Champion, a reign that began back in February when he defeated the former Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler in a Triple Threat match also involving Ryback. Since then Barrett has made eleven successful title defences including victories over Mark Henry at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View and another at Wrestlemania and a Last Man Standing match win against Ryback at last month’s Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View. Just last week on SmackDown Barrett defeated DiBiase’s “Money Most Wanted” tag team partner Braden Walker to make his most recent title defence. The son of the WWE Hall of Famer the “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, DiBiase Jr. is a two-time WWE Tag Team Champion and would love to add the Intercontinental title to his list of accomplishments tonight by picking up the all-important victory.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro versus R-Truth and Christian

Tag team action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro in action as they will face the newly formed team of R-Truth and Christian. The WWE Universe will witness Truth and Christian teaming up for the very first time tonight and win over the WWE Tag Team Champions could lead to the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle giving them a future title opportunity.

Ryback versus The Miz

The “Big Guy” Ryback will take on the loudmouth the Miz tonight on Friday Night SmackDown with both Superstars looking to impress the WWE Universe as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle.

Stardust versus Damien Sandow

Two former tag team partners will collide tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as Stardust will take on Damien Sandow. The WWE Universe witnessed the tag team of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow come to an end last year when Rhodes decided to start teaming up with his brother Goldust.

Goldust versus Alberto Del Rio

The former World Champion Alberto Del Rio will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown when he will take on Goldust with Del Rio looking to prove to the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle that he is still a top-tier talent.

Alexa Bliss versus Rain

Finally, Divas action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see Rain take on Alexa Bliss. At the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month Rain will challenge Nikki Bella for the WWE Divas Championship and Rain will look to send a message to Nikki with a win tonight.

WWE Friday Night SmackDown! (Live from Edith Kanaka’ole Stadium (HI), 5,000 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Natalya versus Maxine

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Natalya defeated Maxine in 18:23 by submission with a Sharpshooter. Maxine was visibly tiring towards the end of this match which led to the more experienced Natalya, a former WWE Divas Champion and daughter of Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart and niece of WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart, picking up the all-important victory after forcing Maxine to submit to the Sharpshooter in a match that went the distance.

Match Rating: E+

Pre-Show: The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus The Wyatt Family

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Wyatt Family defeated The Great Cabana in 18:01 when Luke Harper defeated Colt Cabana by pinfall with a Clothesline. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing the former World Champion the Great Khali wrestle here. It would appear that large portions of the WWE Universe feel that despite the Great Khali competing on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown for many years, he still lacks the basics of how to compete. Nevertheless, it was the Wyatt Family of Harper and Rowan that got the win here.

Match Rating: C-

Pre-Show: Yoshi Tatsu versus Titus O’Neil

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Titus O'Neil defeated Yoshi Tatsu in 17:54 by pinfall with a Spear. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker took their positions at ringside prior to this match taking place and witnessed one half of the Prime Time Players, Titus O’Neil, victorious over Yoshi Tatsu.

Match Rating: D-

Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett making his way to the ring. Barrett receives a plethora or jeers and boos from the WWE Universe in attendance as he retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Barrett says that he is the most dangerous man in the world, and he has proven that week after week on SmackDown by beating whatever loser the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle has put in front of him to retain his Intercontinental Championship. Barrett continues by saying that he will beat another loser, Ted DiBiase, in tonight’s main event to once again retain his title just like he did in last week’s SmackDown main event when he beat DiBiase’s Money Most Wanted tag team partner Braden Walker. Barrett says that DiBiase is a loser who will never live up to his father, WWE Hall of Famer the “Million Dollar Man” Ted DIBiase, and that this new incarnation is just a cheap, less talented, rip off. Barrett urges the General Manager Hornswoggle to find him some more competition, some better competition, even if it means going to the far corners of the world.

Rating: D+

Alexa Bliss versus Rain

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Rain defeated Alexa Bliss in 7:01 by pinfall with an Acid Rain. The former WWE Tag Team Champion Road Dogg accompanied the young Alexa Bliss to ringside much to the delight of the WWE Universe in attendance. Road Dogg offered vocal support as well as a few dance moves throughout the match but it was all for nothing as Rain got the victory in this Divas contest.

Match Rating: E

(Sgt. Slaughter would seriously consider either turning Rain or trying a new gimmick as she has become a stale character and needs a shake-up.)

Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find Big E Langston dressed like a Biker standing next to a very expensive motorcycle. Bayley and Rain come over to admire the bike and Rain says that after she wins the Divas title against Nikki Bella at Over the Limit perhaps she can go for a ride with Big E, but Langston seems more interested in Bayley.

Rating: D

A video is played hyping the current WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro before a graphic is shown announcing that Kidd and Cesaro will be in action next on Friday Night SmackDown.

Rating: C

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro versus R-Truth and Christian

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kidd & Cesaro defeated Truth & Christian in 8:09 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Christian by pinfall with a Neutralizer. R-Truth was acting like a Rebel during this match, refusing to listen to the referee’s instructions at several points in the match and just randomly entering the ring. These antics eventually distracted Christian who was caught by Cesaro who hit the Neutralizer to pick up the win for the WWE Tag Team Champions.

Match Rating: C-

Following their victory the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro celebrate in the ring until Jimmy and Jey Uso come to the entrance-way and Jimmy has a microphone in hand. Jimmy announces that he and Jey will have one last shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View.

Rating: D+

Ryback versus The Miz

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Ryback defeated The Miz in 7:47 by pinfall with a Suplex Powerslam. The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW:

WWE Champion Brock Lesnar, Kane & Dean Ambrose vs. Roman Reigns, William Regal & Seth Rollins

The main event of tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW will feature a huge six-man tag team match as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar will team up with Kane and Dean Ambrose to take on the trio of Roman Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins. We know that at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month Roman Reigns will challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and the WWE Universe will have the opportunity to see Reigns and Lesnar in the same ring together tonight on RAW. We also learned last week on RAW that Seth Rollins will take on Kane at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View in a match given to Rollins by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero after Rollins has repeatedly attacked Kane backstage in recent weeks. Lesnar beat William Regal just last week on RAW in their non-title main event and Lesnar also beat Seth Rollins to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View but tonight will be the very first time that Lesnar has been in the ring with Roman Reigns.

Batista and Mason Ryan versus Jack Swagger and Tensai

Tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the team of Batista and Mason Ryan in action against the pairing of Jack Swagger and Tensai with both teams looking to pick up the all-important victory in the hopes of impressing the WWE Universe as well as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. We learned last week on Friday Night SmackDown that the current WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro will defend their titles against the Uso’s at Over the Limit.

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion John Cena versus Evan Bourne

At the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View in just a few weeks John Cena will put the WWE United States Championship on the line against the former US Champion Sheamus, but before then Cena will take on Evan Bourne in a non-title match tonight on Monday Night RAW.

Rob Van Dam versus Jinder Mahal

One third of the three man band known as 3MB, Jinder Mahal, will be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on Rob Van Dam. This will be Mahal’s first outing on RAW since he lost to CM Punk back in February.

Chris Jericho versus Curt Hawkins

Chris Jericho will be in competition tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on Curt Hawkins. Incredibly, tonight will be Curt Hawkins´ first televised match since a victory over Jason Jordan last August on NXT.

WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella, Brie Bella and Evie versus Mia Yim, Raquel Diaz and Rosa Mendes

Finally, Divas action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella team up with her twin sister Brie Bella as well as the newcomer Evie to take on the trio of Mia Yim, Raquel Diaz and Rosa Mendes in a Six-Diva tag team match. Nikki Bella will be putting her Divas title on the line against Rain at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month and Rain sent a message to Nikki Bella that she is clearly a threat with a win over Alexa Bliss just a few nights ago on Friday Night SmackDown. One of Nikki’s opponents tonight will be Raquel Diaz, the daughter of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero.

WWE Monday Night RAW (Live from Edith Kanaka’ole Stadium (HI) 5,000 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Kaitlyn versus Sexy Star

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Kaitlyn defeated Sexy Star in 17:47 by pinfall with a Spear. Kaitlyn was visibly tiring towards the end of this match with the former Divas Champion Kaitlyn clearly having inferior physical conditioning and stamina in comparison to Sexy Star. However, despite clearly being very tired towards the conclusion of this match, Kaitlyn was still able to pick up the all-important victory here after pinning Sexy Star with a Spear in a Divas match that went the distance.

Match Rating: E

Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Team CoBro defeated Slater & McIntyre in 17:43 when Zack Ryder defeated Drew McIntyre by pinfall with a Cobra. Drew McIntyre was really off his game tonight which led to the “Team CoBro” pairing of Santino Marella and Zack Ryder isolating Drew McIntyre for the majority of the match, with McIntyre unable to get the tag in to his 3MB stablemate Heath Slater. This tactic worked as Santino hit McIntyre with a Cobra before taking out Slater which allowed Ryder to score the pinfall win for his team.

Match Rating: D+

Pre-Show: Xavier Woods versus Bray Wyatt

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Bray Wyatt defeated Xavier Woods in 17:52 by pinfall with a Standing Senton Splash. Bray Wyatt was visibly tiring towards the end of this match but was still able to get the win.

Match Rating: C-

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring, and Lesnar is accompanied by his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn. Once in the ring Billy Gunn retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and begins to address the WWE Universe as Lesnar stands proud with his title around his waist in the middle of the ring. Billy Gunn says that since Brock Lesnar dropped the fat waste of space known as Paul Heyman he has dominated as WWE World Heavyweight Champion, making successful title defences at Wrestlemania in the main event against Dolph Ziggler and at the Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View last month against Seth Rollins. Billy says that the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View will be no different when Lesnar will beat Roman Reigns to once again retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Billy also says that Lesnar looks forward to being in the same ring as Roman Reigns for the very first time in tonight’s main event put together by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero when Lesnar will team with Kane and Dean Ambrose to take on Roman Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins. Reigns then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand and says that he has a surprise for both Lesnar and Billy tonight.

Rating: B-

WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella, Brie Bella and Evie versus Mia Yim, Raquel Diaz and Rosa Mendes

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Evie and The Bella Twins defeated Mia Yim, Raquel Diaz and Rosa Mendes in 6:36 when Nikki Bella defeated Rosa Mendes by pinfall with a Bella Buster. Jim Ross on commentary notes that at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month Nikki Bella will put her Divas title on the line against Rain, and fellow Monday Night RAW commentators Michael Cole and Jerry “The King” Lawler then argue about what the result will be at Over the Limit with Cole feeling that Rain will win the title whilst Lawler argues that Nikki will continue her reign. Nikki gets the win for her team in this Six-Diva tag team match after pinning Rosa Mendes.

Match Rating: E+

We cut backstage to find Becky Lynch watching a monitor and clapping her hands at highlights of the Divas match when she is attacked from behind by Audrey Marie, Beth Phoenix and Kharma. The trio of Divas push Becky Lynch against a wall when Rain walks into the scene and warns Becky that this is what life will be like in the Divas division after she wins the Divas title at Over the Limit.

Rating: F

We cut to a pre-recorded interview of Triple H and Shawn Michaels, D-Generation X, discussing the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar and how he took out Mr. McMahon for good and speaking about just how dangerous he is ahead of his title defence against Roman Reigns at Over the Limit.

Rating: B

Batista and Mason Ryan versus Jack Swagger and Tensai

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Swagger & Tensai defeated Batista & Mason Ryan in 8:03 when Jack Swagger defeated Mason Ryan by submission with a Patriot Lock. Angel Williams accompanied the team of Batista and Mason Ryan to the ring and the relationship between Batista and Angel Williams seems to be growing stronger by the day. However, despite Angel’s presence at ringside, Swagger and Tensai picked up the win here.

Match Rating: C-

We cut backstage to find Seth Rollins in the office of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero, who asks Rollins if he’s worried about being in the same ring as Kane tonight before their match at Over the Limit. Rollins looks worried as he leaves the room.

Rating: B-

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion John Cena versus Evan Bourne

In a match that had some good action and average heat, John Cena defeated Evan Bourne in 8:15 by pinfall with an Attitude Adjustment. The Monday Night RAW commentary team note that Cena will put the US title on the line against Sheamus at Over the Limit.

Match Rating: B-

We cut backstage to find Sheamus with the Australian Diva, Emma. Sheamus flirts with Emma, promising her that he will win back the United States title from John Cena at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View.

Rating: C-

Rob Van Dam versus Jinder Mahal

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rob Van Dam defeated Jinder Mahal in 8:14 by pinfall with a Five Star Frog Splash. RVD and Jinder Mahal have great chemistry as opponents and it showed in their performances here.

Match Rating: C

We cut backstage where Scott Stanford is standing by for an interview with the young Kenny King before Roman Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins rush into the area. Kenny King makes a run for it as Reigns and Regal push Stanford’s head into the concrete floor. Seth Rollins then delivers a curb-stomp to Stanford’s skull before Paul Heyman walks into the area and says that their plan starts tonight, and looks into the camera and says that the united trio of Reigns, Regal and Rollins shall be known as the Shield. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar then walks into the area and stares at Heyman who quickly hides behind the Shield.

Rating: D+

Chris Jericho versus Curt Hawkins

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Chris Jericho defeated Curt Hawkins in 8:21 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. The commentary team note that Jericho needs to keep getting victories to remain relevant.

Match Rating: C+

We cut backstage to find John “Bradshaw” Layfield standing by for an interview with Kevin Nash. JBL asks Nash why he continues to attack Hall of Famers such as Mick Foley, and Nash says that he thought he was friends with Triple H and Shawn Michaels but they’ve done nothing for him as of late, and he's going to continue to keep trying to get their attention.

Rating: B+

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley comes to the ring to the delight of the WWE Universe in attendance and ignores what Kevin Nash just said, instead giving special introductions for tonight’s Six-Man tag team Monday Night RAW main event.

Rating: B-

Goldust versus Alberto Del Rio

The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars will see the former World Champion Alberto Del Rio in action as he will take on one-half of the Rhodes Dynasty in Goldust. The WWE Universe in attendance should be fully behind Goldust in this one as both Superstars look to gain the attention of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle with an all-important victory. This is a rematch from last week’s SmackDown which saw Goldust get the win over Del Rio.

The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady

Tag team action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the team of the Great Khali and Colt Cabana take on the young duo of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady. WWE Superstars (Live from Afook-Chinen Auditorium (HI), 1,000 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Kelly Kelly versus Paige

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Paige defeated Kelly Kelly in 17:34 by pinfall with a RamPaige. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe in attendance not really caring about Kelly despite her having competed in matches on Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown for several years now. This one really went the distance and ended with Paige picking up the all-important victory after hitting Kelly with the RamPaige.

Match Rating: E+

Pre-Show: Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat versus Jason Jordan and Tye Dillinger

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Woods & Steamboat defeated Jordan & Dillinger in 18:30 when Xavier Woods defeated Tye Dillinger by pinfall with a Lost in the Woods. Unfortunately this match was also too long given who was involved with some members of the WWE Universe not knowing who Jordan and Dillinger are despite them having competed in several matches on Friday Night SmackDown. Nevertheless, the team of Woods and Steamboat get the win in this one.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: Trent Barreta versus Angelo Dawkins

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Angelo Dawkins defeated Trent Barreta in 18:23 by pinfall with a Powerbomb. This match was far too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe having absolutely no interest in either “Superstar”.

The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Amore & Cassady defeated The Great Cabana in 7:49 when Colin Cassady defeated Colt Cabana by pinfall with a Spinebuster. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing the Great Khali wrestle tonight and it would appear that despite being a former World Champion, the WWE Universe really have grown tired of the Great Khali. It is the young team of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady that pick up the win here after Cassady pins Cabana following a Spinebuster.

Following our first commercial break of the evening WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which recaps events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. The show began with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring along with his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn. Billy Gunn proclaimed that just as Lesnar defeated Dolph Ziggler in the main event of Wrestlemania and Seth Rollins at the Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View, Lesnar will beat Roman Reigns at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month to once again retain his title and that Lesnar was looking forward to RAW’s main event when he would team with Dean Ambrose and Kane to take on Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins. Roman Reigns then came to the entrance-way with a microphone of his own in hand and said that he had a surprise for Lesnar. Later on in the evening we saw Vickie Guerrero, the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor, in her office when Seth Rollins walked into the room. Vickie asked Rollins if he was worried heading into his match against Kane at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View and Rollins looked a little worried before walking off.

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar then arrived on the scene with Heyman quick to hide behind the Shield. In RAW’s six-man tag team main event set up earlier in the day by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero, Brock Lesnar teamed with Kane and Dean Ambrose to defeat the Shield after Lesnar forced Regal to tap out. WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © versus Fandango

The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier this week via a tweet sent out from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle and will see the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett put his title on the line against Fandango. Barrett, who has asked the WWE Universe to refer to him as the “World’s Most Dangerous Man”, began his fifth reign as Intercontinental Champion back in February on SmackDown when he defeated the former Champion Dolph Ziggler in a Triple Threat match also involving Ryback. Since then Barrett has made twelve successful title defences including victories over Mark Henry at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View and at Wrestlemania. Barrett also defeated Ryback in a Last Man Standing match at Extreme Rules to once again retain his title and for the past two weeks Barrett has defeated both members of Money Most Wanted, Braden Walker and Ted DiBiase, in singles matches to retain the title. Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd & Antonio Cesaro versus Money Most Wanted

We learned last week on Friday Night SmackDown that Jimmy and Jey, the Uso’s, will challenge the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro for the WWE Tag Team Championships at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month in what the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle has stated will be Jimmy and Jey’s final title opportunity. Finally, Divas action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see Mickie James return to the WWE Universe for the first time in almost four years as she will take on Rain, the Number One Contender for the WWE Divas Championship. WWE Friday Night SmackDown! (Live from Macon Coliseum (GA), 5,237 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Natalya versus Aksana

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Natalya defeated Aksana in 18:09 by submission with a Sharpshooter. Unfortunately a hot crowd was against Aksana in this match, chanting for her not to come back. Despite being around the WWE for several years now and making several appearances on Friday Night SmackDown in recent months, it would appear that the WWE Universe simply have no interest in the Lithuanian Diva Aksana whatsoever. Nevertheless, Natalya picks up the all-important victory here.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus The Miz and Damien Sandow

In a match that had some good action and average heat, MizDow defeated The Great Cabana in 18:15 when The Miz defeated Colt Cabana by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing the Great Khali wrestle in this tag team match. The WWE Universe have no interest in seeing the former World Heavyweight Champion the Great Khali in action despite him competing on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown for years at this point. Miz and Sandow get the win here.

Match Rating: C

Pre-Show: Christian versus Jimmy Jacobs

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Christian defeated Jimmy Jacobs in 17:31 by pinfall. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker take their positions at ringside prior to this match taking place which sees Christian get the win.

Match Rating: C-

This week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett making his way to the ring. Barrett receives a tirade of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe in attendance as he takes a microphone from the ringside area before addressing the WWE Universe. Barrett says that he is the World’s Most Dangerous Man and that he has proved that by beating all challengers that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle has put in front of him for the past three months. Barrett says that tonight will be no different when he defeats Fandango in tonight’s main event to once again retain the Intercontinental Championship. Barrett says that Fandango is a one trick pony who nobody has ever taken seriously and that Barrett will send him to the Wasteland tonight. Barrett then demands to know by the end of the evening who his challenger for the Intercontinental Championship will be at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View later this month, and suggests that Hornswoggle searches far and wide to find a suitable opponent, asking the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero to help him if he has to, as he is tired of beating the same losers every week on SmackDown. Barrett says that whoever his challenger is at Over the Limit, they will suffer the same fate as all of the others.

Rating: C-

Mickie James versus Rain

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rain defeated Mickie James in 8:09 by pinfall with a Ribcracker. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that this is Mickie James’ first appearance on SmackDown in many years but she is unable to get the win tonight over the Number One Contender to the Divas Championship, Rain.

Match Rating: D

Rain celebrates following her victory before motioning to the WWE Universe in attendance that she will win the Divas Championship from Nikki Bella at Over the Limit. Rain then heads to the back whilst Mickie James takes a microphone and says that despite losing tonight, it feels great to be back on Friday Night SmackDown. Layla and Nicole Matthews then come to the entrance-way and stare at Mickie James.

Rating: E

A video is aired hyping the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro and their upcoming title defence against the Uso’s at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View. A graphic is then shown announcing that Kidd and Cesaro will be in action next on Friday Night SmackDown.

Rating: C-

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro versus Money Most Wanted

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kidd & Cesaro defeated Money Most Wanted in 8:18 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Ted DiBiase by pinfall with an Elbow Drop. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that the WWE Tag Team Champions Kidd and Cesaro looked great tonight heading into their title defence against Jimmy and Jey Uso at Over the Limit.

Match Rating: D+

Following their victory the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro celebrate in the ring before Jimmy and Jey Uso come to the entrance-way and Jimmy has a microphone in hand. Jimmy says that at Over the Limit they will beat Kidd and Cesaro and once again become the new WWE Tag Team Champions.

Rating: C-

Big E Langston versus Primo

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Big E Langston defeated Primo in 7:40 by pinfall with a 5 Count. The midget in the bull costume El Torito accompanied Primo to the ring for this one.

Match Rating: C

Following his victory Big E Langston celebrates in front of the WWE Universe until the Miz comes to the entrance-way and says that Big E shouldn’t be celebrating so much after beating a nobody like Primo, and that maybe Big E should consider taking on some real competition such as himself of Damien Sandow.

Rating: D

R-Truth versus JTG

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, R-Truth defeated JTG in 6:40 by pinfall with a What's Up? R-Truth and JTG have great chemistry as opponents and it showed in their performances tonight.

Match Rating: D+

We cut backstage to find Fandango preparing for tonight’s main event before Wade Barrett rushes into the room and a brawl ensues between Barrett and Fandango until David Otunga, Damien Sandow, Titus O’Neil, Darren Young try to separate the two but to no avail. Ryback then enters the room and manages to drag Barrett off of Fandango and pushes Barrett up against the locker. Hornswoggle then enters the room and announces that the Prime Time Players will take on Money Most Wanted at Over the Limit whilst the Intercontinental title will be defended in a Triple Threat match and whoever wins tonight will put the title on the line against both Ryback and a returning Daniel Bryan!

Rating: D+

Stardust versus Drake Younger

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Stardust defeated Drake Younger in 6:58 by pinfall with a Cross Rhodes. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team spend most of the match discussing Hornswoggle’s announcement that Daniel Bryan will return at Over the Limit.

Match Rating: C-

We cut backstage to find Jey Uso being attacked by the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro as well as the Miz and Damien Sandow until Jimmy Uso, Big E Langston and Ryback rush into the room to make the save.

Rating: D+

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © versus Fandango

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Wade Barrett defeated Fandango in 14:11 by pinfall with The Wasteland. Wade Barrett makes defence number 13 of his WWE Intercontinental title. Fandango has a dreadfully stale character and a change is really needed.

Match Rating: C

(Arn Anderson would seriously consider either turning Fandango or trying a new gimmick as he has become a stale character and needs a shake-up.)

Post-Show: Goldust versus Epico

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Goldust defeated Epico in 13:06 by pinfall with a Powerslam. El Torito accompanied Epico to the ring for this one but couldn’t stop Goldust from getting the victory. The commentary team remain at ringside to watch this one.

Match Rating: D-

Post-Show: Yoshi Tatsu versus Rene Dupree

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Yoshi Tatsu defeated René Duprée in 13:25 by pinfall with a Roundhouse Kick. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team also stay at ringside for this match.

Match Rating: E+

Final Show Rating: C

The following contests are confirmed to take place at tonight’s NXT Coronation of Champions:

NXT Championship: Curtis Axel © versus NXT Arena Champion Ezekiel Jackson

The main event of tonight’s NXT Coronation of Champions live special will see the NXT Championship defended in a Champion versus Champion match as Curtis Axel will put the NXT Championship on the line against the reigning NXT Arena Champion Ezekiel Jackson. A former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Curtis Axel became NXT Champion for the very first time when he defeated the former NXT Champion Justin Gabriel back at NXT Falling Apart last month, ending the almost year-long title reign of Justin Gabriel. Tonight the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette has selected the NXT Arena Champion Ezekiel Jackson as the first challenger to Axel’s title. Ezekiel Jackson became just the second ever NXT Arena Champion back in January when he defeated the first ever NXT Arena Champion Adam Pearce. Since then Ezekiel has gone on to make three successful title defences; defeating Braun Stowman at NXT Day of the Underdog in February, Wesley Blake at NXT 100,000 Years in March, and most recently defeating Kalisto at last month’s NXT Falling Apart. Both Curtis Axel and Ezekiel Jackson have experience of competing in front of the WWE Universe on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown and will be doing all they can to leave with the all-important victory and the NXT Championship in tonight’s main event.

Sin Cara and Andy Leavine versus Aiden English and A.R. Fox

Tag team action tonight at NXT Coronation of Champions will see the high-flying Sin Cara team up with newcomer Andy Leavine, a former winner of WWE’s Tough Enough reality show, to take on the team of Aiden English and A.R. Fox. All four of these competitors will be looking to do all they can to impress the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette as well as the NXT Universe inside what is sure to be a sold out NXT Arena.

Scott Dawson versus Wesley Blake

The hard-hitting Scott Dawson will be in action tonight at NXT Coronation of Champions as he will take on Wesley Blake with both men knowing that a victory could put them in line for a future NXT Championship opportunity.

Kalisto versus Dustin Rayz

The high-flying Kalisto will be in action tonight at NXT Coronation of Champions as he will take on Dustin Rayz, tonight competing in his very first match on NXT. Kalisto spent much of last year touring with the main WWE roster and will be looking for a win tonight to get himself back in contention for a spot on the main roster.

NXT Tag Team Champion Charlotte versus Naomi

Finally, one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions Charlotte will be in action tonight at NXT Coronation of Champions as she will take on Naomi. Charlotte’s partner Eve Torres, the other half of the NXT Tag Team Champions known as Team Brilliance, will likely be in her corner tonight.

NXT Coronation of Champions (Live from Gainesville Civic Center (GA) 715 in Attendance)

Kalisto versus Dustin Rayz

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Dustin Rayz defeated Kalisto in 18:09 by pinfall with a DDT. The NXT General Manager Jim Cornette welcomes the live television audience to tonight’s special NXT Coronation of Champions event as the sole NXT commentator and announces that tonight’s main event will see a Champion versus Champion match as NXT Champion Curtis Axel will put his title on the line against the reigning NXT Arena Champion Dustin Rayz. The high-flying masked Kalisto then makes his way to the ring to a mixed reception from the NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena. Dustin Rayz, tonight making his debut appearance in NXT, then comes to the ring. Dustin Rayz dominates the majority of this match and comes across as a complete Bad Ass in his NXT debut match. Jim Cornette notes on commentary that Kalisto spent much of last year touring with the main WWE roster and would love to one day find himself competing in front of the WWE Universe on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. Cornette notes that both the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle are likely watching tonight scouting talent. Dustin Rayz continues his domination in this match as Cornette notes that the last time we saw Kalisto in action was last month at NXT Falling Apart when he failed in his quest to win the NXT Arena Championship from Ezekiel Jackson. In what many would consider a shock, Dustin Rayz picks up the all-important victory here in our opening contest after hitting Kalisto with a DDT and getting the pinfall win. As Dustin Rayz celebrates before making his way to the back Kalisto waves to the NXT Universe in attendance and it would appear that this may be Kalisto’s last appearance in NXT for some time with bigger things on the horizon for the masked Kalisto.

Match Rating: E-

NXT Tag Team Champion Charlotte versus Naomi

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Naomi defeated Charlotte in 13:25 by pinfall with a Rear View. Our next match at tonight’s NXT Coronation of Champions sees one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions, Charlotte, in action. Charlotte is accompanied to the ring by the other half of the NXT Tag Team Champions as well as the first ever and reigning NXT Women’s Champion Eve Torres. Team Brilliance, the moniker given to Charlotte and Eve by the NXT Universe, get a great reception from those inside the sold out NXT Arena. Naomi, a former Funkadaktyll, then makes her way to the ring. The NXT General Manager Jim Cornette notes on commentary that Charlotte is of course the daughter of the two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair and in truth Charlotte dominates the majority of this match against Naomi, who has plenty of experience of competing in front of the WWE Universe on Monday Night RAW as recently as last Summer. Jim Cornette notes that both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle are probably both monitoring Charlotte’s progress in NXT but Charlotte’s confidence leads to her downfall here as out of nowhere Naomi builds up some momentum before hitting a Rear View to get the pinfall victory over one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions.

Match Rating: E

Scott Dawson versus Wesley Blake

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Scott Dawson defeated Wesley Blake in 13:06 by pinfall with a Spinebuster. Our next contest sees the hard-hitting Scott Dawson in action as he takes on Wesley Blake. Dawson is no nonsense in this match as the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette notes on commentary that there is No Gimmick Needed for Dawson who lets his actions do the talking. Wesley Blake tried to get the NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena on his side during this match but it was all for nothing as Dawson leaves victorious.

Match Rating: E

Sin Cara and Andy Leavine versus Aiden English and A.R. Fox

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Sin Cara and Andy Leavine defeated Aiden English and A.R. Fox in 18:15 when Sin Cara defeated A.R. Fox by pinfall with a Swanton Bomb. The next match at NXT Coronation of Champions sees Sin Cara team up with the winner of the last WWE Tough Enough reality series, Andy Leavine, to take on Aiden English and A.R. Fox. The NXT General Manager Jim Cornette notes on commentary that Andy Leavine is finally making his NXT debut tonight three years after winning WWE Tough Enough. Andy Leavine played a Fan Favourite in this match as he teamed up with the masked Sin Cara, who was acting like a Gangsta throughout the match. Sin Cara and Leavine get the win here after Sin Cara pins A.R. Fox.

Match Rating: D-

NXT Championship: Curtis Axel © versus NXT Arena Champion Ezekiel Jackson

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Curtis Axel defeated Ezekiel Jackson in 14:11 by pinfall with Spinning Neckbreaker. Curtis Axel makes defence number 1 of his NXT Championship. The NXT General Manager Jim Cornette notes on commentary that tonight’s main event will see Curtis Axel put the NXT Championship on the line for the very first time since winning it from the former NXT Champion Justin Gabriel last month at NXT Falling Apart. The challenger tonight is none other than the NXT Arena Champion Ezekiel Jackson. This is a hard-hitting Champion versus Champion match which sees the NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena fully in the corner of Curtis Axel who gets the win to make his first successful title defence.

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar versus Seth Rollins

The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW will see the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar in action as he will take on Seth Rollins in a non-title match. Seth Rollins will take on Kane this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View and we have seen Seth Rollins telling the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that he will defeat Kane at Over the Limit. Just last week on RAW we saw the formation of the Shield, Paul Heyman’s mastermind attempt at getting revenge on his former client Brock Lesnar and Lesnar’s new mentor Billy Gunn. The Shield, consisting of Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and William Regal, shocked the WWE Universe last week on RAW by brutally attacking Scott Stanford backstage. However, the Shield were unable to defeat the team of Brock Lesnar, Dean Ambrose and Kane in last week’s Six Man tag team main event match. Brock Lesnar will be looking to do all he can to pick up the all-important victory tonight over Rollins just days before he puts his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Roman Reigns this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View.

Dean Ambrose and Kane versus Danny Burch and Troy McClain

Tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the team of Dean Ambrose and Kane take on the upstart rookies of Danny Burch and Troy McClain. The WWE Universe in attendance tonight should be fully behind Ambrose and Kane in this one as Kane looks to build momentum heading into his match with Seth Rollins this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View. We saw Seth Rollins telling the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero last week that he will beat Kane at Over the Limit.

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion John Cena versus Batista

A legendary rivalry will be renewed tonight on Monday Night RAW as the WWE United States Champion John Cena will take on Batista in non-title action just days before Cena puts the title on the line against Sheamus this Sunday at Over the Limit.

CM Punk versus Matt Morgan

Matt Morgan will make his return to the WWE Universe for the first time in almost ten years tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on CM Punk. Both of these Superstars will be looking to get a win tonight to impress the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero.

Chris Jericho versus Corey Graves

Y2J Chris Jericho will be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on Corey Graves, who made his debut on RAW last October in a defeat to Jericho following a long spell in NXT. Corey Graves competed in his last NXT match last May with a loss to Sami Zayn.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella versus Raquel Diaz

Finally, the WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella will take on Raquel Diaz tonight on Monday Night RAW just days before Nikki will put her Divas title on the line against Rain this Sunday at Over the Limit. WWE Monday Night RAW (Live from Macon Coliseum (GA) 6,000 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Kaitlyn versus Rosa Mendes

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Rosa Mendes defeated Kaitlyn in 17:32 by pinfall with a Hell Makeover. The former WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn seemed off her game tonight in this Divas match against the feisty Latina Rosa Mendes. This one goes the distance with Rosa Mendes dominating the majority of the match against an unusually off Kaitlyn and ultimately ends with Rosa picking up the all-important victory after hitting her Hell Makeover finishing maneuver.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: Johnny Gargano and Tajiri versus Jack Swagger and Tensai

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Swagger & Tensai defeated Gargano & Tajiri in 18:17 when Jack Swagger defeated Johnny Gargano by submission with a Patriot Lock. Tensai was visibly tiring towards the end of this tag team match that went on for a long time as Tensai teamed up with Jack Swagger to take on the team of Johnny Gargano and Tajiri. Despite being very tired, Tensai was still able to tag in Swagger who picks up the win for his team after forcing Gargano to tap out to the Patriot Lock.

Match Rating: C-

Pre-Show: Zack Ryder versus Leo Kruger

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Zack Ryder defeated Leo Kruger in 17:48 by pinfall. Unfortunately this match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to care about Leo Kruger.

Match Rating: D

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring, and Lesnar is joined by his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn. The WWE Universe in attendance give Lesnar a huge ovation as Billy Gunn takes a microphone from the ringside area. Billy Gunn says that when Brock Lesnar told Paul Heyman he no longer wanted him as his advocate; he did it respectfully and hoped that he and Heyman could move on to their separate ways with their dignity intact. However, Paul Heyman lost any respect that Lesnar once had for him when he continually begged Lesnar to take him back, calling him at all hours and quite frankly being a pathetic little creep. Billy Gunn says how he stepped in and now Brock Lesnar is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion once again and this Sunday will once again retain his title at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View against Roman Reigns. Billy Gunn says that Paul Heyman took things a step too far last week on RAW when he unveiled his new group, the Shield, comprised of Roman Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins and designed purely to take the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from Brock Lesnar. Billy Gunn says that Lesnar beat all three of the Shield in last week’s main event and that in tonight’s main event set up by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero, Lesnar will once again beat Seth Rollins. Roman Reigns then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand and says that this Sunday he will take the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Rating: B-

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella versus Raquel Diaz

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Nikki Bella defeated Raquel Diaz in 6:34 by pinfall with a Bella Buster. Raquel Diaz was really off her game tonight which led to the Divas Champion Nikki Bella getting the win.

Match Rating: E+

Following her victory Nikki Bella is joined in the ring by her twin sister Brie and the pair celebrate in front of the WWE Universe until Audrey Marie and Rain come to the entrance-way. Rating: E

Dean Ambrose and Kane versus Danny Burch and Troy McClain

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Ambrose & Kane defeated Burch & McClain in 8:09 when Dean Ambrose defeated Troy McClain by pinfall with a Dirty Deeds. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler note that Kane will take on Seth Rollins this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View and that both Kane and Ambrose look fired up tonight.

Match Rating: D

Following their victory Dean Ambrose and Kane celebrate in front of the WWE Universe until Roman Reigns and William Regal come to the entrance-way. Non-Title: WWE United States Champion John Cena versus Batista

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, John Cena defeated Batista in 7:57 by submission with an STF. Angel Williams once again accompanied Batista to ringside but it was the US Champion John Cena who got the win here.

Match Rating: C

We cut backstage to find Sheamus with Emma watching a monitor showing highlights of Cena’s victory just now on Monday Night RAW. Sheamus tells Emma that this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View he will beat Cena and win back the US title.

Rating: D

Rob Van Dam comes to the ring to a great ovation from the WWE Universe but before he can say anything Zeb Colter comes to the entrance-way and says he has a client who would like to challenge RVD to a match this Sunday at Over the Limit. RVD accepts the challenge and Alberto Del Rio then comes to join Colter at the entrance-way and Del Rio will take on RVD this Sunday at Over the Limit.

Rating: D

CM Punk versus Matt Morgan

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, CM Punk defeated Matt Morgan in 7:56 by pinfall with a Go To Sleep. Matt Morgan is still just as Bad Ass as ever on his return to Monday Night RAW but somehow CM Punk is able to get the win here.

Match Rating: C+

We cut backstage to see Xavier Woods walking along the corridor before he is stopped by Kalisto who informs Xavier Woods that he has just heard from the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that they will be facing one another this Sunday at Over the Limit. Rating: F

Chris Jericho versus Corey Graves

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Chris Jericho defeated Corey Graves in 7:31 by pinfall with a Code Breaker. Match Rating: C+

We cut backstage following a commercial break to find Dean Ambrose looking into a camera. Dean Ambrose says that he challenges anybody in the world to a match this Sunday at Over the Limit and expects somebody to answer by this week on Friday Night SmackDown.

Rating: D

Paul Heyman comes to the ring to introduce one third of the Shield, the man who he says will beat Kane this Sunday at Over the Limit, Seth Rollins. However, before Rollins can come out the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar rushes to the ring and Heyman quickly flees to the back.

Rating: B

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar versus Seth Rollins

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Brock Lesnar defeated Seth Rollins in 14:24 by pinfall with an F-5. This match suffered from a lack of psychology, it could have really used somebody with the knowledge of how to construct a proper flow.

Match Rating: B-

Post-Show: Santino Marella versus J Bronson

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Santino Marella defeated J Bronson in 13:05 by pinfall with The Cobra. The commentary team remained at ringside to watch this one.

Match Rating: E+

Post-Show: Brodus Clay versus Derrick Bateman

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Derrick Bateman defeated Brodus Clay in 13:22 by pinfall with a Sweet Meat Sizzler. Alex Riley accompanied Brodus Clay to ringside for this one.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars:

CM Punk versus Alberto Del Rio

Tonight´s edition of WWE Superstars will perhaps feature the biggest main event in the history of WWE Superstars as two former WWE Champions will go head to head as CM Punk will take on Alberto Del Rio. This past week on Monday Night RAW we saw Del Rio make his first appearance on RAW in over a year as he was unveiled as the newest client of Zeb Colter. Del Rio has also challenged Rob Van Dam to a match this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View but before Sunday Del Rio will be looking to pick up the all-important victory against CM Punk tonight on WWE Superstars.

The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady

Tag team action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the team of the Great Khali and Colt Cabana, known to the WWE Universe as “The Great Cabana”, take on the team of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady. Tonight will be the third match between these two means in recent weeks with Khali and Cabana losing to Amore and Cassady for the past two weeks in a row on Superstars. Enzo and Big Cass will therefore be looking to pick up the third win tonight to complete a hat-trick of victories over Khali and Cabana.

Evie versus Mia Yim

Finally, Divas action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the Diva from the Orient, Mia Yim, in action as she will take on the WWE’s only New Zealander, Evie. These two went one on one last week on WWE Superstars with Mia Yim picking up the win, so Evie will be looking to get revenge tonight.

WWE Superstars (Live from Universal Sound Stage 21 (FL), 1,168 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Kelly Kelly versus Tamina

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Tamina defeated Kelly Kelly in 18:24 by pinfall with a Samoan Drop. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved as despite both of these Divas being around the WWE Universe and competing on Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown for several years now, the WWE Universe are yet to really be interested in either of them, despite Kelly being a former Divas Champion. Nevertheless, the powerhouse Tamina picks up the all-important victory here.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat versus Danny Burch and Troy McClain

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Woods & Steamboat defeated Burch & McClain in 17:45 when Xavier Woods defeated Troy McClain by pinfall with a TKO. Danny Burch was really off his game tonight which led to the team of Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat focusing most of their offence on Danny Burch for the majority of the match only for Burch to finally get the hot tag to Troy McClain, who built a bit of momentum before being hit by the TKO by Xavier Woods.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: Justin Gabriel versus Viktor

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Viktor defeated Justin Gabriel in 18:18 by pinfall with a Canadian Lifter. Unfortunately this match was also too long given who was involved.

Match Rating: D-

The Great Khali and Colt Cabana versus Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, The Great Cabana defeated Amore & Cassady in 6:54 when Colt Cabana defeated Colin Cassady by submission with an Inverted Boston Crab. A pretty vocal crowd in attendance didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing the Great Khali wrestle tonight with the WWE Universe being seemingly bored with the former World Champion. Despite the WWE Universe being against Khali tonight, his tag team partner Colt Cabana looked up for this match and ended up getting the win for his team after making Cassady tap out.

Match Rating: D-

Following our first commercial break of the evening WWE Superstars airs highlights from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW in the form of the “Raw Rebound”. This week’s show began with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring joined by his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn, who took a microphone from the ringside area to address the WWE Universe in attendance. Billy Gunn said that when Brock Lesnar parted ways with Paul Heyman he wanted to do so with both of their dignity intact but that Heyman ruined that when he constantly begged for Lesnar to take him back, but instead Lesnar employed Billy Gunn and his now once again the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Gunn said that this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View Lesnar will beat Roman Reigns to once again retain the World title and that he would beat one-third of Paul Heyman’s new group, the Shield, Seth Rollins, in RAW’s non-title main event. Roman Reigns then came to entrance-way and said he would become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion this Sunday. Later on in the evening Kane and Dean Ambrose defeated Danny Burch and Troy McClain before Roman Reigns and William Regal came to the entrance-way and Regal said that Reigns will beat Lesnar at Over the Limit whilst the third member of the Shield, Seth Rollins, will beat Kane. We also saw Rollins backstage with the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero who warned Rollins that the Shield may be punished for their attack on Scott Stanford the previous week.

Rating: C-

Evie versus Mia Yim

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Evie defeated Mia Yim in 6:22 by pinfall with a Top Rope Splash. Mia Yim needs a change to her character desperately with the WWE Universe bored of her already.

Match Rating: E

(Robbie Brookside would seriously consider either turning Mia Yim or trying a new gimmick as she has become a stale character and needs a shake-up.)

More highlights are shown from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW as we saw Dean Ambrose backstage declaring to the WWE Universe that he is challenging anybody in the world to a match this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View and that Ambrose expects an answer by this week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

Rating: D

Further highlights are shown from this past week’s Monday Night RAW with Xavier Woods walking backstage before he was approached by the masked Kalisto who told Woods that the two of them will be having a match this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View before Kalisto slapped Woods across the face and then walked away. Highlights are then shown of RAW’s non-title main event with Brock Lesnar defeating Seth Rollins.

Rating: F

A WWE.com exclusive video is shown from after Monday Night RAW went off the air with Triple H coming to the ring to thank the WWE Universe in attendance for coming to the show as he does most weeks when the lights went out in the arena. When the lights came back on Bray Wyatt was standing in the ring with the Wyatt Family members Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and a third man, Braun Strowman. Wyatt and his new family then begin to assault the Chief Operating Officer of the WWE, leaving him down and out in the centre of the ring as officials John Cone, Charles Robinson and Rudy Charles come to the ring to try to control the chaos.

Rating: D-

Highlights are shown from last week’s Friday Night SmackDown with Wade Barrett beating Fandango in the main event to retain the Intercontinental title before a tweet is shown from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle announcing that Barrett will defend the title against Colt Cabana tomorrow night with the winner going on to defend the title in the Triple Threat match with Ryback and the returning Daniel Bryan this Sunday at Over the Limit.

Rating: C-

CM Punk versus Alberto Del Rio

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, CM Punk defeated Alberto Del Rio in 13:30 by submission with an Anaconda Vice. CM Punk has a dreadfully stale character, and a change is really needed.

Match Rating: C+

Post-Show: Marcus Owens versus Judas Devlin

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Judas Devlin defeated Marcus Owens in 13:01 by pinfall with The Betrayal. The WWE Superstars commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and John “Bradshaw” Layfield remained at ringside to watch this one.

Match Rating: F+

Post-Show: Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Adrian Neville

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Adrian Neville defeated Fatsuhiko Nakajima in 13:16 by pinfall with a Shooting Star Press. The Godfather accompanied Nakajima to ringside for this one.

Friday, Week 3, May, 2014

http://www.daddyshangout.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Smackdown-Logo.jpg

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown:

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © versus Colt Cabana

The WWE Intercontinental Championship will be on the line in the main event of tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown as the self-proclaimed “World’s Most Dangerous Man” Wade Barrett will put his title on the line against Colt Cabana. This match was announced on Twitter by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle during last night’s episode of WWE Superstars during an impressive performance from Cabana in a tag team match last night as Cabana teamed up with the Great Khali to defeat the team of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady. The winner of tonight’s main event will of course go on to defend the Intercontinental Championship this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View in a Triple Threat match against Ryback as well as the returning Daniel Bryan. The WWE Universe in attendance tonight should be fully behind Cabana in this one as he competes in singles competition for the first time since losing to then NXT Champion Justin Gabriel in an unsuccessful NXT Championship challenge back at the NXT 100,000 Years back in March. Colt Cabana is certainly a “Fun Babyface” and will be doing all he can to get the WWE Universe on his side tonight and pick up the most all-important victory of his career to become the new Intercontinental Champion.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro versus R-Truth and Christian

The WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro will be in non-title action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as they will take on the team of R-Truth and Christian. This Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View Kidd and Cesaro will put the WWE Tag Team Champions on the line against Jimmy and Jey Uso in what the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle has said will be the Uso’s last shot at the titles whilst Kidd and Cesaro are WWE Tag Team Champions.

Ryback versus Bo Dallas

The “Big Guy” Ryback will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on Bo Dallas. This Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View Ryback will join the returning Daniel Bryan in challenging for the WWE Intercontinental Championship in a Triple Threat match.

Kane versus Byron Saxton

Kane will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown for the first time in over a year as he will take on Byron Saxton just two days before Kane goes one on one with the Shield member Seth Rollins this Sunday at Over the Limit.

Big E Langston versus Konnor

The former three-time WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on Konnor. Big E has had his issues with the Miz and Damien Sandow in recent weeks.

Natalya versus Rain

Finally, Divas action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see Rain take on Natalya just two days before Rain challenges Nikki Bella for the WWE Divas Championship this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View.

Quick Picks:

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © versus Colt Cabana

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro versus R-Truth and Christian

Ryback versus Bo Dallas

Kane versus Byron Saxton

WWE Friday Night SmackDown! (Live from American Sports Center (CA), 3,500 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Christina Von Eerie versus Aksana

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Aksana defeated Christina Von Eerie in 18:24 by pinfall with a Billion Dollar Kick. A hot crowd was against Aksana during this match, chanting for her not to come back. It would appear that the WWE Universe still are not interested in seeing Aksana compete despite her being a regular feature on Friday Night SmackDown for a few years now. Despite the WWE Universe being against her, the Lithuanian Diva Aksana is still able to pick up the all-important victory here.

Match Rating: F+

Pre-Show: Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu versus The Miz and Damien Sandow

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, MizDow defeated Trent & Yoshi in 18:10 when The Miz defeated Trent Barreta by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker took up their positions at the ringside commentary table prior to this tag team match which saw Miz and Sandow get the win over Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu.

Match Rating: C-

Pre-Show: Stardust versus Kenneth Cameron

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Stardust defeated Kenneth Cameron in 17:44 by pinfall with The Beautiful Disaster. Unfortunately this match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to care about Kenneth Cameron.

Match Rating: D-

Friday Night SmackDown begins with the self-proclaimed “World’s Most Dangerous Man” and reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett making his way to the ring. Once in the ring Barrett retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and begins to address the WWE Universe. A tirade of boos and jeers rain down upon Barrett as he says that the World’s Most Dangerous Man is not just a moniker, and that Barrett has been hurting people for longer than he cares to remember. Barrett says that there isn’t a single Superstar on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown who can defeat him to win the Intercontinental Championship and that Barrett will prove that once again in tonight’s main event when he defeats Colt Cabana to once again retain the Intercontinental title. Barrett continues by saying that he challenged the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle to scour the globe to find him competition and what did Hornswoggle do, he went to Japan to reach out to the former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan. Barrett says that people may have forgotten, but that Barrett and Bryan came into the WWE together during the first season of NXT and as a part of the Nexus. Barrett says that he kicked Bryan out of the original Nexus as he was the weak link, and that this Sunday at Over the Limit he will beat both Daniel Bryan and Ryback in their Triple Threat match to once again retain the Intercontinental title.

Rating: C-

Natalya versus Rain

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Rain defeated Natalya in 7:36 by pinfall with a Ribcracker. Unfortunately Rain and Natalya don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout here.

Match Rating: D-

Following her victory Rain celebrates in the ring and puts her hands around her waist to signal that she believes she will win the Divas Championship from Nikki Bella this Sunday. Alexa Bliss then comes to the ring to check on Natalya only to get laid out from behind by Rain.

Rating: F

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro versus R-Truth and Christian

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kidd & Cesaro defeated Truth & Christian in 7:56 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Christian by pinfall with an Elbow Drop. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that Kidd and Cesaro look good tonight just two days before they put the WWE Tag Team Championships on the line against Jimmy and Jey Uso this Sunday at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View.

Match Rating: C-

(Michael Hayes thinks it’s a bad idea to have R-Truth taking part in a match which is being called in the ring, as he doesn’t yet have the ability to pull it off and looks lost.)

Following their victory the WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro celebrate in the ring before Jimmy and Jey Uso come to the entrance-way. Jimmy has a microphone in hand and says that he and his brother Jey will become the new WWE Tag Team Champions this Sunday at Over the Limit.

Rating: D+

Ryback versus Bo Dallas

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Ryback defeated Bo Dallas in 8:10 by pinfall with a Suplex Powerslam. Dean Malenko accompanied Bo Dallas to ringside for this one but it was Ryback that got the win.

Match Rating: C-

Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatt Family come to the ring and say that after the Wyatt Family attacked Triple H after the conclusion of Monday Night RAW this past week, their leader Bray Wyatt will now take on Triple H this Sunday at Over the Limit. The WWE Universe then come to their feet as Fandango comes to the ring and takes out both Harper and Rowan with spinning kicks.

Rating: D-

Kane versus Byron Saxton

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kane defeated Byron Saxton in 7:47 by pinfall with a Tombstone Piledriver. Saxton’s tag team partner Percy Watson accompanied him to the ring.

Match Rating: D+

Kane stands tall in the ring following his victory before he is joined by Dean Ambrose who says he wants to know who will answer his open challenge this Sunday. A video then plays saying “Fight Owens Fight. KO will see you on Sunday.” It appears that Kevin Owens will make his main roster debut against Dean Ambrose Sunday at Over the Limit.

Rating: D

Big E Langston versus Konnor

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Big E Langston defeated Konnor in 6:45 by pinfall with Multiple Rib Breakers. The commentary team note that Big E has had problems with the Miz and Damien Sandow as of late.

Match Rating: C-

Following his victory Big E Langston celebrates in front of the WWE Universe before the Miz comes to the entrance-way and says that if Big E can find a partner he can take on the Miz and Sandow this Sunday and if Big E can’t find a partner he can take on Sandow in singles action.

Rating: D

Big E Langston, still in the ring, stares down the Miz in the entrance-way before Miz is joined by Damien Sandow who looks a little annoyed with the Miz possibly putting him in a singles match with Big E this Sunday.

Rating: C-

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © versus Colt Cabana

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Wade Barrett defeated Colt Cabana in 14:02 by pinfall with The Wasteland. Wade Barrett makes defence number 14 of his WWE Intercontinental title. The commentary team note that Barrett will now go on to defend the title in a Triple Threat match with Daniel Bryan and Ryback this Sunday.

Match Rating: C

The following contests are confirmed to take place at tonight’s WWE Over The Limit Pay-Per-View:

WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Brock Lesnar © versus Roman Reigns

The main event of tonight’s WWE Over the Limit Pay-Per-View will see Brock Lesnar put the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Roman Reigns. Brock Lesnar began his second reign as WWE World Heavyweight Champion back in March on an episode of Monday Night RAW when he defeated the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk in a Triple Threat match also involving Kane. The following week on RAW Brock Lesnar told his then advocate Paul Heyman as well as the entire WWE Universe that Lesnar no longer wanted to be associated with Heyman, therefore ending their business relationship. He then introduced his new in-ring mentor, Billy Gunn. Brock Lesnar then successfully made his first title defence in the main event of WrestleMania when he defeated the winner of the 2014 Royal Rumble match Dolph Ziggler. Meanwhile Paul Heyman continued to beg for Lesnar to take him back as Lesnar’s advocate, whilst Lesnar continued to steamroll every opponent the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero put in front of him. At last month’s Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View Lesnar defeated Seth Rollins to successfully make his second title defence and the next night on RAW Roman Reigns announced that he would be challenging Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at tonight’s event. It was just a few weeks ago on Monday Night RAW that the landscape of the WWE was changed drastically when Roman Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins brutally attacked Scott Stanford backstage before Paul Heyman announced his trio of Reigns, Regal and Rollins, known as the Shield, had been formed with the sole focus on taking the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from Heyman’s former client Brock Lesnar. Both Lesnar and Heyman will be looking to do all they can to pick up the all-important victory tonight and leave Over the Limit as WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

WWE Tag Team Championships: Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro © versus The Uso’s

The WWE Tag Team Championships will be on the line tonight as Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro will defend their gold against Jimmy and Jey, the Uso’s, in what the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle has announced will be Jimmy and Jey’s final title opportunity whilst Kidd and Cesaro remain the WWE Tag Team Champions. Kidd and Cesaro won the titles from the Uso’s on the Friday Night SmackDown following Wrestlemania and defeated Jimmy and Jey in a Tornado Tag Team match last month at Extreme Rules to make their first title defence.

WWE United States Championship: John Cena © versus Sheamus

John Cena will put the WWE United States Championship on the line tonight against the former US Champion Sheamus. John Cena became the new US Champion for the fourth time in his career last month on Monday Night RAW when he defeated Sheamus, ending the ten month title reign that Sheamus had enjoyed. Tonight Sheamus will receive his contractually obligated rematch and has been telling Emma often on RAW that he will win back the title tonight.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © versus Ryback versus Daniel Bryan

The WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett calls himself the “World’s Most Dangerous Man” and will have an opportunity to put that to the test tonight as he puts his title on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Ryback as well as the returning Daniel Bryan. Barrett has held the Intercontinental title since February when he won the title on Friday Night SmackDown, beating the former Champion Dolph Ziggler in a Triple Threat match also involving Ryback.

Money Most Wanted (Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker) versus Prime Time Players

The “Money Most Wanted” pairing of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker will be in action tonight as they will take on the team of Titus O’Neil and Darren Young, the Prime Time Players. Both of these teams will be looking to do all they can to impress both the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle tonight.

Triple H versus Bray Wyatt

Last week in a WWE.com exclusive after Monday Night RAW went off the air, Bray Wyatt and his new Wyatt Family of Luke Harper, Erick Rowan and Braun Strowman attacked the WWE’s Chief Operating Officer Triple H whilst he was thanking the fans in attendance for buying tickets. This has led to Triple H making his in-ring return tonight to take on Wyatt.

Xavier Woods versus Kalisto

Last week on Monday Night RAW we saw Xavier Woods walking backstage before the masked Kalisto informed Woods that the two would be facing each other tonight. Kalisto then slapped Woods before walking away.

Dean Ambrose versus Kevin Owens

This past week on Monday Night RAW we saw Dean Ambrose make an open challenge to anybody to face him tonight, and we learnt on Friday Night SmackDown that Kevin Owens has accepted the invitation.

Big E Langston versus Damien Sandow

Big E Langston has had his problems with the Miz and Damien Sandow for some time now and the Miz challenged Big E to find a partner to face them tonight; however it was confirmed earlier today that Big E could not find a partner and will therefore take on Sandow in singles competition.

Kane versus Seth Rollins

Monday, Week 4, May, 2014

http://www.targetcenter.com/assets/img/WWE_RAW_LIVE_DEC_2014_SPOTLIGHT-NEW.jpg

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW:

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar versus Seth Rollins

At last night’s WWE Over the Limit Pay-Per-View, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar defeated Roman Reigns of the Shield in the evening’s main event to successfully retain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship. However, Paul Heyman’s trio of clients known as the Shield in Roman Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins have made it clear that their aim is to take the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from Brock Lesnar at all costs and tonight will see Lesnar go one on one in non-title action with another Shield member in Seth Rollins. This non-title main event was announced earlier today via a Tweet sent out from the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and will likely see the WWE Universe fully in support of Brock Lesnar once again, who will no doubt have his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn supporting him at ringside. An all-important victory for Seth Rollins, albeit in non-title action, could well earn him a future title opportunity following his victory over Kane last night at Over the Limit in addition to Rollins famously ending the Undertaker’s legendary Wrestlemania undefeated streak just a few months ago.

WWE United States Championship: Sheamus © versus Kalisto

The WWE United States Championship will be on the line tonight on Monday Night RAW as the new WWE United States Champion Sheamus will look to defend his title against the high-flying masked Superstar Kalisto. Both Sheamus and Kalisto were victorious in their respective matches last night at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View as Sheamus beat John Cena to win back the United States Championship and begin his third reign as US Champion. Kalisto on the other hand defeated Xavier Woods last night.

Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

Tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the former WWE Tag Team Champions Roman Reigns and William Regal in action as they will take on the team of Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat. Last night at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View Roman Reigns was unable to beat Brock Lesnar in the main event to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion and he will look to bounce back as he once again teams up with his Shield stablemate William Regal tonight.

Batista versus John Cena

Batista and John Cena are both future WWE Hall of Famers and have previously faced each other at huge events such as Wrestlemania and Summerslam and tonight these two titans will go one on one again tonight on Monday Night RAW.

CM Punk versus Randy Orton

CM Punk and Randy Orton spent last Summer battling over the WWE Championship but less than twelve months later both Superstars seem to have fallen down the pecking order a little and the two will go one on one tonight on Monday Night RAW to look to build some momentum.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella versus Raquel Diaz

Finally, Divas action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella take on Raquel Diaz in non-title competition just twenty-four hours after Nikki Bella beat Rain at Over the Limit last night to make another successful title defence.

Quick Picks:

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar versus Seth Rollins

Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

Batista versus John Cena

CM Punk versus Randy Orton

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella versus Raquel Diaz

The former WWE Divas Champion Natalya accompanied Angel Williams to ringside for this Divas match that went the distance as Angel Williams took on Rosa Mendes. Despite Natalya offering plenty of vocal support at ringside, it was Rosa Mendes that picked up the all-important victory here after hitting Angel Williams with her Hell Makeover finishing manouvre.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Team CoBro defeated Slater & McIntyre in 18:13 when Zack Ryder defeated Drew McIntyre by pinfall with a Cobra. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler took up their positions at ringside prior to this match taking place which saw the “Team CoBro” pairing of Santino Marella and Zack Ryder defeat two thirds of 3MB in Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre after Ryder pinned McIntyre following a Cobra from Santino.

Match Rating: D+

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Chris Jericho defeated Alberto Del Rio in 17:49 by pinfall with a Code Breaker .The Monday Night RAW commentary team at ringside of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler witnessed a great match here as Jericho beat Del Rio.

Match Rating: B-

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring. Lesnar is joined by his in-ring advocate Billy Gunn and receives a great reception from the WWE Universe in attendance as Lesnar takes a microphone from the ringside area. Lesnar says that he is going to be doing his own talking tonight, and says that last night at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View he defeated Roman Reigns in the main event to once again retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Lesnar says that Paul Heyman and his Shield trio of Roman Reigns, William Regal and Seth Rollins can keep coming at him, and Lesnar will keep knocking them down. Lesnar demands to know from the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero who his next challenger will be. Seth Rollins then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand and says that he doesn’t know who Lesnar’s next challenger will be, but that Vickie Guerrero has informed Seth that he will take on Brock Lesnar in tonight’s non-title main event. Seth Rollins says that Lesnar may have beaten him back at Extreme Rules to retain the title, but that was an Extreme Rules match and tonight will be a straight up wrestling match and when it comes to action in the ring, there is nobody better than Seth Rollins.

Rating: B

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella versus Raquel Diaz

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Nikki Bella defeated Raquel Diaz in 6:22 by pinfall with a Bella Buster. The Monday Night RAW commentary team note that Raquel Diaz is the daughter of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero.

Match Rating: E+

Following Nikki Bella’s victory we cut backstage to find Jo Jo standing by for an interview with Mia Yim. Before she starts the interview Jo Jo says that last night she was subjected to some cruel words from CM Punk, but Jo Jo says that she is a Joshi Idol and will not led words get her down. She then asks Mia Yim what part she has to play in the Women’s Division here on RAW. Mia Yim says that she is more talented than Divas like Audrey Marie and Raquel Diaz and that the cream will soon rise to the top.

Rating: F+

Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Reigns & Regal defeated Woods & Steamboat in 8:29 when Roman Reigns defeated Xavier Woods by pinfall with a Spear. Xavier Woods acted like a Young Lion in this match, showing respect to the veteran William Regal but not being intimidated by the Shield duo of Reigns and Regal. However brave Xavier Woods was though, a Spear from Reigns was enough to put him down for the three count.

Match Rating: D+

Following their victory Roman Reigns and William Regal stand above the fallen Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat and look as though they are going to beat down Woods and Steamboat until WWE officials Charles Robinson, Rudy Charles and John Cone come to the ring to force Reigns and Regal to the back. Rudy Charles then takes a microphone and says that he has always wanted to try being a Ring Announcer, and introduces his fellow officials Charles Robinson and John Cone to the WWE Universe.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Sheamus defeated Kalisto in 8:05 by pinfall with a Celtic Cross. Sheamus makes defence number 1 of his WWE United States title. Unfortunately this match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to care about Kalisto.

Match Rating: D+

We cut backstage to find Xavier Woods holding his ribs following the Spear from Roman Reigns earlier. Woods looks into the camera and says he respects William Regal for everything that he’s done in this business but he has no respect for Roman Reigns. Woods challenges Reigns to a one on one match at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View next month.

Rating: D

We cut backstage to find Seth Rollins in the office of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Rollins asks Vickie if he can get another shot at Lesnar’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship if he can beat him in non-title action tonight, and Vickie says she’ll think about it.

Rating: C+

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar versus Seth Rollins

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, Brock Lesnar defeated Seth Rollins in 12:43 by pinfall with an F-5. Unfortunately this match suffered from a lack of psychology, it could have really used somebody with the knowledge of how to construct a proper flow.
