ODB Vs Rosita Vs Brooke Tessmacher

 

In an extremely short match, Brooke Tessmacher defeated ODB and Rosita in 4:48; the order of elimination was Rosita first, and then ODB.

Cody Rhodes comes down to the ring and talks to the crowd about how he's finally proven that he not only deserves to be on the TNA roster but that he's one of the rising stars of the company. He's interrupted however as Brian Kendrick and Maryse come out onto the ramp. Kendrick mentions how frustrated it makes him that simply by showing up Rhodes gets a World title shot while the most dominant X-Division champion of all time is forced to defend his title against the rabble. Maryse tells Cody that tonight Kendrick will be watching him from commentary during his match.

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, D'Angelo Dinero defeated Rob Van Dam in 8:27 by pinfall with a D.D.E..

Ken Anderson is backstage talking about how he proved last night that despite losing he was in fact the better man. He claims that the referee counted too quickly and should be investigated to see if he's friends with Dusty. Anderson's rant is cut short however when The Monster Abyss gets in his face and tells him to shut up before he puts him down. Ken tries to look unshaken but stop ranting.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Rhino defeated Douglas Williams in 7:59 by pinfall with a Piledriver.

Kurt Angle is walking down the hallway to the ring, he seems to be rather agitated about his beating last night at the hands of the Fifth Column. Jeff Hardy stops to talk to him but is shoved out of the way.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kurt Angle defeated Ethan Carter III in 8:17 by submission with an Ankle Lock.

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Benjamin and Haas defeated The List in 7:54 when Shelton Benjamin defeated Robbie E. by pinfall with a Broken Arrow.

Austin Aries and Cody Rhodes Vs Bad Influence

 

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Austin Aries and Cody Rhodes defeated Bad Influence in 14:38 when Austin Aries defeated Kazarian by submission with a Last Chancery.

As Aries makes his way up the ramp he finds himself cut off from his exit by the Wolves who come out to face him down. As Aries prepares himself for a fight he's hit from behind by AJ Styles who came in from the crowd, AJ picks up Austin and gives him a Styles clash on the ramp to end the show.

That's some steady progress. I think Styles vs Aries could be your first real chance to get an A match.

 

I'm hoping so. It'll be a big match :D

 

Also, Mike Tenay is really going downhill. He's losing his mic skills and announcing abilities. Todd Grisham seems to be available so I'm considering hiring him as a backup. WWE has all the good announcers :(

After the match AJ Styles comes down and attacks Aries but is cut off when Kendrick, Storm and Roode all charge down and join in the chaos. The five brawl as the show goes off the air.

After the match AJ Styles is grabbing his title from the timekeeper when James Storm runs down to the ring. Storm surprises the champion with a superkick, leaving him sprawled out at ringside. Kendrick charges down the ramp and takes out Storm with a flying clothesline, as he goes to pick up the belt however he's blind sided by Bobby Roode who clocks him with the ring bell. Styles and Storm start to stir as Austin Aries joins in the chaos and hits a brainbuster on Roode. The would be contenders all brawl at ringside until the General Manager's theme hits the arena speakers.</p><p> </p><p>

Hogan informs the audience as well as the competitors that he's decided that at Slammiversary XI, all five men involved in the brawl will be taking part in a King of the Mountain Match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.</p><p> </p><p>

That's when I find out its time to re-negotiate contracts. Bobby Roode, Samoa Joe, James Storm and the Pope are all up to be resigned.</p><p> </p><p>
