What's going on in your game?

<p>I've been building USPW's women's division on the backs of Alicia Strong and Joanne Rodriguez. In IDS 2017, they had their blowoff match with J-Ro retaining the title. Zoe Ammis has been J's sidekick for over a year and she's one of my ring generals as well, so I decided that they would split and Zoe vs J-Ro would be my next program.</p><p> </p><p>

Turns out she's got poor chemistry with BOTH Alicia and Rodriguez.</p>

<p>Been having a lot of fun with a Hollyweird save in the CVerse '97 mod. Been thinking of it as a pilot for a potential diary...but I'm not sure yet.</p><p> </p><p>

It's quite a challenge bridging the gap of popularity between Sam Strong/Rip Chord and the rest of the roster... Both guys have creative control and are essential to delivering grades early on, but it's difficult to build challengers for them and I have Sam holding the World Title and Rip holding the International...might be awhile before anyone is on their level that I can have them drop the belts to next era.</p>

<p>I just got back into TEW again taking a break to play some WMMA. I wanted to do something new, so I went ahead and took a trip to Australia! That’s right, I started a game with Revolution Australian Wrestling! My first game with RAW!</p><p> </p><p>

I tell ya what, it’s definitely interesting because it really does feel like I’m out there on a island. Yes, there’s plenty of talent on the roster, but there’s not many options right away to improve what I have. It doesn’t help that the Economy and Wrestling Industry is poor and falling in the game that I started. So while it might sound like a crash course, it has definitely been fun. RAW has an interesting roster but clearly flawed. They have a bunch of wrestlers with plenty of star quality but lack in-ring expertise, so it’s been interesting the roster to enhance the positives. Out of the ring, the announcers and referees are not very good, so I’ve been working to dig out a diamond from the rough.</p><p> </p><p>

No surprise at all, I’ve built my company and storylines around Swoop McCarthy. I turned him heel to feud with Kerry Wayne and eventually put the RAW TV Title on Swoop. To bolster Swoop as “the man”, I gave him a stable named called Dynasty (Luke Steele, Rahmel Goode, Maurice Jackson). Long term, I’ll eventually turn him back face and make into a beloved uberstar. </p><p> </p><p>

One of my personal favorites is Echo, who is a standout in a roster that is lacking in-ring quality. Echo is nothing spectacular, but is good all around. I’m about to put the RAW Quest Title on him and give a hefty reign as the top midcard guy in the company. </p><p> </p><p>

One guy who has improved immensely since I started the game was Frogue Element. He continues to improve in-ring, but he also changed his body tone and bumped his star quality up to 94. So right now, I’m building him up to become a challenger to Swoop by running through Dynasty. Who knows? If he continues to improve, he might surpass Swoop and become the face of RAW!</p>

<p>So, my hype for the GCG save didn't last long. Fortunately I had NJPW in 2006 to turn my attention to.</p><p> </p><p>

The mod is Mammoth's Shifting Sands:http://greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=542122</p><p> </p><p>

I decided to stick with the modern show names right off the bat to make my job easier. Since in this reality Brock Lesnar is much easier to work with he's still the IWGP Heavyweight Champion, but will lose the belt to Shinsuke Nakamura very soon. The plan is to build up to Nakamura© vs. Tanahashi at the next Dome show, which hopefully won't be below half full...</p><p> </p><p>

There's also a new alliance, the World Confederation of Wrestling(because the WCW logo was kinda just lying around there, and, yanno) which consists of basically every Regional and above company - even WWE. The alliance titles are the Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight, Cruiserweight, Tag Team and Women's titles.</p><p> </p><p>

I had Masato Tanaka create a new army as I wasn't much of a fan of the Apache one. Anyways they're now the actual faces in the feud against Liger's CTU.</p><p> </p><p>

Black Tiger has joined CTU and Tiger Mask has joined Tanaka-Gun so that I can extend the feud until after BOSJ, where I'll start the next big one. Black Tiger, who is Rocky Romero, has been improving quite a bit so he'll likely keep the belt for a while.</p><p> </p><p>

The most Violent Players won the tag belts at the dome. I've hired Jun Kasai and Ryuji Ito and they'll start tagging up so that I can get big brawls between MVP, Kasai & Ito and the Strong Climbers.</p><p> </p><p>

Lesnar right now is feuding with Nakamura while at the same time Tanahashi wants to prove he is the top guy in New Japan. Tanahashi, in my "pre-game lore", decided to retrire the IWGP U-30 title to get a shot at Lesnar, but wound up being defeated at the Dome. Nakamura won the New Japan Cup, but Tanahashi argues that Nakamura has also failed to beat Lesnar before, and Tanahashi did win the first NJ Cup. So, match.</p><p> </p><p>

Meanwhile Lesnar takes the alliance belt off of Abyss. I'm not an Abyss fan and the AI had him take the belt off Sting, the inaugural champion.</p><p> </p><p>

The last show was Wrestling Dontaku. A whole 13 thousand people filled the Ryogoku Kokugikan to watch this:</p><p>

(STRONG CLIMBERS are Daisuke Sekimoto & Giant Bernard. The name is a nod to BJW's Ikkitousen Strong Climb)</p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="JH0vcO6.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/JH0vcO6.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

The results were:</p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="65i9NWv.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/65i9NWv.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

Dr. Wagner Jr. had a <strong>90 </strong>rated performance. I want him in the BOSJ, even if this means killing CMLL <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/eek.png.0e09df00fa222c85760b9bc1700b5405.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

Perhaps I'll go back to my Razan Okamoto-led take over of the world some day.</p>

Well, the Best of the Super Juniors is on the books and while I couldn't get Wagner(:() it was a great tournament won by Ryusuke Taguchi who beat KENTA on the finals. KENTA did earn himself a G1 spot though.

Speaking of the G1, I decided that, to shake things up a little, this time it's a four block tournament with four wrestlers in each block. Like a smaller world cup. Then next year I'll do the opposite, with G1 being normal and BOSJ being WC-like. This is because I scheduled them back-to-back and I don't want to book basically the same thing twice.

Anyways, only the C block will be kinda unpredictable - I'll have Masakatsu Funaki, who I'm a huge mark for, and Giant Bernard finish up tied. So they'll have a tie-break match with "must have a winner" rules, which will have no in-game effect whatsover :p

Then, Funaki will take on A-Block Winner Shinsuke Nakamura whereas B Block Winner Hiroshi Tanahashi will take on D-Block winner Masahiro Chono. Chono will advange to the semi-filans with an upset victory against Lesnar to set up the famous filler defense in-between big ones.

I'm thinking of having Chono beat Tanahashi to go to the finals to keep his "I want to prove I'm the best but keep losing confidence" story arc going whereas Nakamura beats Funaki then wins the G1 to keep his "I KNOW I'm the best and keep winning" arc.

The problem is, my plan was to have Nakamura-Tanahashi, and not Nakamura-Lesnar at the dome. I also have no plans whatsoever for Lesnar post-title reign and I'll likely let Vince or Jarett pick him up. So maybe Tana will have his redemption in 2007 then main event the dome against Nakamura in 2008. Oh well, who knows? I do like to have plenty of options even with long term planning :D

Also, I did a check on the GCG save and Jimmy Cox was booked twice for two months in a row!:eek::eek:

So I went with the most worldwide coverage I could get -- USA Sports 1. Davis Ditterich and Jasmine Saunders will be Total Wrestling's new announcers, with Ernie Turner joining them for PPVs. Shawn Doakes, who had been the primary Total Wrestling announcer, will move to Saturday Showcase (B-show on Arcadia) full-time and team with Mac Smith (positive chemistry!)</p>

<p>I've been playing a save file where I'm booking a reborn SCCW (still owned by Shane Sneer). In this save file, I also brought back TWL, created a women's company that runs in Mexico, a company for the Northwest, Hawaii, and the Great Lakes.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm in October of 2016 in this game, booking one show a month. Mid Atlantic Wrestling was closed in August by SWF -- which made me sad because I was hoping to buy out MAW myself so I could get the Rip Chord Invitational and Sam Keith Classic -- but SWF kept them (and all the titles).</p><p> </p><p>

So far, outside of that, both USPW and TCW have fallen to Cult with SWF staying as national thanks to their strong TV -- though USPW remains the #1 in the world. SOTBW has fallen on some hard times and despite signing Angel del Mexico, they've let several young stars walk -- including El Heroe Mexixcano (a personal favorite), who I was able to sign after doing a talent trade with EMLL, where he eventually landed.</p><p> </p><p>

Steve DeColt is having a fantastic year in NOTBW and is averaging A matches with six A* matches this year.</p><p> </p><p>

Japan's wrestling industry isn't doing great right now, but their economy is. It cost me Big Bruiser Findlay to Burning Hammer and Bulldozer Brandon picked up a touring contract with PGHW, so while I still have him he's not going to be full time for me.</p><p> </p><p>

My SCCW company is doing well, making steady gains in popularity each month. We're built on the backs of some SCCW veterans (Jesse Christian was our first champ upon reopening and worked a program with Jack Griffith). I'm mixing in people with names from SCCW's previous run (though, in fairness, most of them are old and can't be built around long term) and mixing them in with younger guys. With the closing of MAW, I picked up Roderick Remus and Greg Gauge (who I was staying away from because of their deals with MAW), as well as the Heartbreak Express, Miller Fforde, and the Architect to shore up the middle-bottom of my guard as I cycled out guys who weren't working nine months in.</p>

<p>I just finished my first year in the game with my reborn Southern Class Championship Wrestling. We're still comfortably small, making popularity gains each month by putting on good shows.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Wrestler of the Year</strong></p><p>

Champagne Lover</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Company of the Year</strong></p><p>

South of the Border</p><p> </p><p>

V<strong>eteran Wrestler of the Year</strong></p><p>

Steve DeColt</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Woman Wrestler of the Year</strong></p><p>

Brooke Tyler</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Tag Team of the Year</strong></p><p>

Pride K. and oh man, now I'm forgetting his partner's name. But, Pride is the big one, 'cause he's pride.</p><p> </p><p>

It's been an up and down year. SWF has been comfortably at National. USPW and TCW have been up and down from Cult to National, but USPW remains as the number one rated company thanks to its finances and great Pay Per View Deal.</p><p> </p><p>

SOTBW has put on a bunch of good matches that has been able to keep it going strong despite Mexico's economy and wrestling industry both falling at the start of the game. SOTBW has let some really good workers go, namely El Heroe Mexico, but have also added some in Angel del Mexico and a few other OLLIE names that has put OLLIE in a tough situation, though they still have Mr. Lucha III and Gino Montero, so they're afloat.</p><p> </p><p>

Japan's industry is doing good, there have been no company closures as of yet, BHOTWG is still firmly entrenched as the number one company in Japan, but PGHW has been doing really well.</p><p> </p><p>

I started the game with a couple of extra Australian promotions with the hopes of giving more work to some of the talented-but-unsigned Australian workers. Unfortunately, the ones I added did not survive the year -- but fortunately for me, I was the one who bought them out so I was able to raise my popularity slightly in Australia (who knows, maybe SCCW will launch an Australian tour!), as well as sign Damian Dastardly and the Duo because of the option to pillage their contracts.</p><p> </p><p>

In my SCCW, we're running thirteen shows a year. One a month except for December where we have a two-night event, The Southern Classic, that has a tournament for the Southern Classic. My hope is to build the two night event into my biggest show of the year. This year I stacked it with three COTT Titles being defended (I added a World Junior Heavyweight Championship to accommodate our smaller wrestlers and allow me to add ACPW and CILL into the fold) as well as both of my titles and the tournament being decided.</p><p> </p><p>

My top heel is Killer Shark, who is being managed by Boss Man Brayfield. Shark has been great with menace angles helping get him super over, his gimmick is rated legendary and he has been my champion since June of 16 when he defeated Jesse Christian (who I gave the first title run to for nostalgia purposes) to win the strap. At Southern Classic Night One, King Shark and Bear Bekowski (or however it is spelled) won the COTT World Tag Team Championship [i call them the Predators] with the hopes of letting my two top heels get more work across North America. At night two, Shark successfully defeated Ross Henry.</p><p> </p><p>

My top guys are as follows:</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Babyface</strong></p><p>

Bulldozer Brandon Smith [he has touring contracts with PGHW and BCG, so he had been serving as the COTT World Champion until I had Ernest Youngman go over]</p><p>

Ross Henry [For obvious reasons]</p><p>

Primus Allen</p><p>

Masked Patriot</p><p>

El Heroe Mexico</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Heel</strong></p><p>

Killer Shark</p><p>

Bear Bekowski</p><p>

Roderick Remus</p><p>

Greg Gauge</p><p>

The Dynamite Express.</p><p> </p><p>

I made a broadcaster, iPPV, that has tiny coverage but allows anyone to get on, so I've been able to show my shows on iPPV and make small gains [because iPPV is a real thing and almost anyone can do it].</p><p> </p><p>

My hope is to hit regional by the end of 2017. I'm currently sitting at E- importance in the South East, but I'm hoping that with iPPV and the consistent good shows, I can get that up to E+ by the end of the year and be regional.</p>

<p>So, I've been booking a WWF 1999 game, mostly as a test for a diary I was thinking about running on EWB. I had to mod a 1998 save to start. But basically, I booked WWF as a brand split from the inception of Smackdown, having <span style="color:#FF0000;">Raw is War</span> as a more adult, attitude oriented show, with its B-Show, Shotgun Saturday Night, as a haven for hardcore. Meanwhile, <span style="color:#0000FF;">Smackdown</span> is lighter, more family-friendly, and features the new and improved Light Heavyweight division. I just reached finished Wrestlemania, so I figured it was a good time to post about it.</p><p> </p><p> Champions-</p><p> </p><p> WWF World Heavyweight Championship (defended on both brands)-</p><p> Cactus Jack</p><p> -Wasn't sure I was going to go this route with it, but I ended up having Foley take the belt off The Rock at Wrestlemania. Sabu got a huge push out of it, eventually siding with Cactus Jack in his feud with the Undertaker's new Ministry of Darkness. After Jack won the Royal Rumble, this feud slowly turned into a Sabu vs. Undertaker feud, which culminated in Sabu being defeated in a casket match at Wrestlemania. </p><p> </p><p> -Kane evolved into a major player on Smackdown, briefly capturing the World Championship for a short run on Smackdown. He also won The Golden Opportunity at Wrestlemania (my attempt at ripping off Money in the Bank). Kane is one of the major players on the Smackdown brand along-side The Rock, Triple H, Chris Jericho, Ken Shamrock, and Eddie Guerrero, the Light Heavyweight Division's marquee star. Kurt Angle is also on the rise as a potential headliner.</p><p> </p><p> -Smackdown's slowly building Light Heavyweight Division is getting better all the time, relying heavily on the appeal of Eddie Guerrero and X-Pac. Also among the division players are Ultimo Dragon and Juventud Guerrera, formerly of WCW, TAKA Michinoku, who split from Funaki in an abrasive feud, 2 Cold Scorpio, and Jushin Liger, who also works for NJPW.</p><p> </p><p> -DX, so far, is the only faction that spans across both brands. Triple H and X-Pac represent DX on Smackdown, The New Age Outlaws represent DX on Raw, and Chyna goes wherever she damn pleases. </p><p> </p><p> -WCW neglected to re-sign Hulk Hogan, who I signed [to a short-term deal], and plan to debut him on Raw after Mania. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> And lastly, here's the card from the Wrestlemania I just booked. </p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41174" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>Wrestlemania XVI</p><p> Staples Center</p><p> Sunday, Week 4, March 2000</p><p> </p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <strong>WWF World Heavyweight Championship</strong>-</p><p> <span style="color:#FF0000;">Cactus Jack def. </span> <span style="color:#0000FF;">©The Rock</span></p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#FF0000;">Last Man Standing-</span></p><p><span style="color:#FF0000;"> Steve Austin def. <p>It is now Week 1 of November, 2017 and the past three months have been a whirlwind in my SCCW reborn game. I'll highlight the major company moves by company -- for this post I'm only focusing on the major world companies. I'm listing them by wrestlers who left and where they have gone, so you can see the roster turnover more as a who has left.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>NOTBW</strong></p><p>

Johnny Bloodstone left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">USPW</span></p><p>

Shooter Sean Deeley left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">USPW</span>.</p><p>

Sean McFly [Yes, Sean McFly] left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">USPW</span>.</p><p>

Steve DeColt left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">USPW</span>.</p><p>

Flash Savage, Sonny Wildside, Lauren Easter, and Kristabel Plum all left NOTBW and are working the indies/non written contracts.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>TCW</strong></p><p>

Aaron Andrews left and signed with<span style="text-decoration:underline;"> USPW</span></p><p>

Wolf Hawkins left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">SWF</span></p><p>

Rocky Golden left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">SWF</span></p><p>

Ricky Dale Johnson left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">USPW</span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>SWF</strong></p><p>

Jefferson Stardust left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">USPW</span></p><p>

Huey Cannonball left and is working the indies [currently for me]</p><p>

Big Smack Scott left and is currently unemployed</p><p>

Avalanche left and is currently unemployed [though I am trying to sign him]</p><p>

Justin Sensitive left and is currently unemployed</p><p>

Robbie Wright left and is working the indies</p><p>

Emmy left and is working the indies</p><p>

Kristen Pearce left and is working the indies</p><p>

Jessie left, got divorced, and is unemployed</p><p>

Atom Smasher left and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">TCW</span></p><p>

<strong>USPW</strong></p><p>

Chris Caufield left and is currently unemployed</p><p>

Melody left and is currently working for <span style="text-decoration:underline;">AAA</span></p><p>

Alicia Strong left and is currently working for <span style="text-decoration:underline;">QAW</span></p><p>

Nicky Champion left and is currently working for <span style="text-decoration:underline;">SOTBW</span></p><p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">

R</span>ick Law left and is currently working for <span style="text-decoration:underline;">SOTBW</span></p><p>

Danny Rushmore left and is currently unemployed</p><p>

Tyson Baine left and is currently unemployed</p><p>

The Force left and is currently working for<span style="text-decoration:underline;"> SWF</span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>SOTBW</strong></p><p>

They haven't lost any notable stars, just several undercard workers.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>PGHW</strong></p><p>

Bison Yano was released</p><p>

Brute was released</p><p>

SATO was released</p><p>

Seiji Jimbo was released and signed with <span style="text-decoration:underline;">BHOTWG</span></p><p> </p><p>

GCG and BHOTWG have not had any notable losses..</p><p> </p><p>

It's been a crazy few months with contracts coming up. TCW and NOTBW were hit the hardest, because they both lost their main event group without really recooping any top level talent. TCW has been very active on taking from the indies, I lost both Primus Allen and Boom-Boom Jamaica to them, while WIW and PSW lost Greg Black, but that's still not enough to counter losing Hawkins, Andrews, Golden, and Johnson.</p><p> </p><p>

SWF hasn't lost any major stars, but they had to let go of several younger talents -- Primus Allen left late last year, Avalanche, etc to make room. USPW and SOTBW have profitted the most. USPW single-handedly have seemingly crippled NOTBW, who lost their top stars and then had Duane Stone go out with injury. SOTBW added two main eventers without giving anything up.</p><p> </p><p>

This world is shaping out to be very interesting.</p>

<p>Currently playing as Impact Wrestling. Playing Fleisch's April 2017 mod, and I'm now in June 2018. I'm approaching National size, but I've limited myself to Cult for now, as I want to have some more money in the bank and a little more popularity before making the jump. I'm putting on great shows, outscoring WWE time and time again. My best show (Lockdown 2018) scored a 91 grade... Since game start, I've introduced two titles: the Impact United States title and the Knockout's Tag Titles. The Grand Championship has been retired.</p><p> </p><p>

I run two tournaments, Joker's Wild for the men, where the winner gets a World title shot at LockDown, and the Queen of the Knockouts, where the winner gets a title shot at Sacrifice. Like mentioned, I'm doing quite well grade wise and I've picked up a few WWE rejects, namely Dustin Rhodes, Ron Killings and Kane. </p><p> </p><p>

My current champions are:</p><p>

Impact World Heavyweight Champion: Cody Rhodes</p><p>

Impact United States Champion: Johnny IMPACT</p><p>

Impact World Tag Team Champions: Insane Fight Club (Joe Hendry & Ross Watson)</p><p>

Impact X-Division Champion: Matt Sydal</p><p> </p><p>

Impact Knockout Champion: Su Yung</p><p>

Impact Knockout Tag Team Champions: Sienna & Rosemary</p><p> </p><p>

Edit: And Vince McMahon just died from a drug related death, WWE was taken over by Shane and is dangerously close to falling to Cult. Maybe I should let myself rise in size and be the biggest promotion in the US <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

<p>I'm in the beginning of October of 2018 in my rebirth of SCCW game. We are now comfortably regional which is nice. We had made it to regional for three weeks, but a change in the wrestling industry had slightly lowered our importance to just under the cap for regional and it took three more shows to make up for the loss and get us back to regional.</p><p> </p><p>

Japan has been hit hard by a struggling economy in the wake of a Tsunami that hit in 2017. BHOTWG has bought out PGHW, BCG, and GCG which has left them unquestionably the top company in Japan. WLW, Exodus, and WEXVV are still alive and doing well. WLW is comfortably the number two in Japan as a Cult level promotion, but are far enough behind BHOTWG in star power, money, and popularity that they won't really be a challenger anytime soon.</p><p> </p><p>

SWF continues to struggle, having just opted to not resign The Mission [Matty Faith and Ranger -- who were RIPW Tag Champions for the last three years], Spencer Spade, and Hellion. A few months ago they let go of Scythe and Lenny Brown, so they are definitely hurting. They are still the number two company in the United States, but that's because TCW has really struggled to make up any momentum and any loss ground from USPW's talent raids. USPW is the number one company in the world right now, followed by SOTBW, the SWF, then Burning Hammer, then 21CW, then TCW. </p><p> </p><p>

I just bought out PSW which provided me a great jump in popularity and importance in the Tri State region [we run the South East]. It also allowed me to take all of their championships and absorb the contracts of Xavi, Xavier Reckless, Ash Campbell, and the road agent contract of Sam Keith. All three wrestlers have bolstered my roster that was hurting at the top of the card from recent signings by some of the other organizations, and it allowed me to merge the PSW Tag Titles with my tag titles.</p><p> </p><p>

NOTBW is hanging on as the top company in Canada but are not any where near challenging for North American dominance because of the loss of the bulk of their stars to USPW. They are trying to rebuild, but have also been hurt by an injury to Cameron Vessey that looks like he was being positioned to be their top guy after Duane Stone -- who missed a good chunk of time from his own injury.</p><p> </p><p>

Killer Shark is still my top heel -- with Ernest Youngman filling as the number 2. The Dynamite Express is my top heel team and the back bone of my tag roster. </p><p> </p><p>

Bulldozer Brandon and Ross Henry are my top babyfaces, though the recent addition of Ash Campbell helps bolster me at the top of the card for babyfaces. Angel of Mercy and Star Master are going to turn into a really nice babyface tag team which gives me another babyface outlet.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm currently trying to build the Mission into legit contenders for my tag straps to take the pressure off of The Exploders [Mexicano and Mitico] that are currently acting as my top babyface team now that Mexicano has lost the singles title to Killer Shark. I love the Exploders, but I also want to be able to have another babyface team to carry the weight and program against Dynamite Express [who will probably regain the tag titles for the fifth time]</p><p> </p><p>

I'm hoping that by December of 2019 I will be in a position to be challenging for Cult status and get written contracts so I can lock up some of my talent and prevent them from leaving me. If I hit Cult, it also means I will probably have to leave the COTT because they aren't designed for Cult level promotions. I might not be able to do it by the end of December of 19, but I've got to try.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm still booking one show a month right now which has allowed me to make steady monthly gains but also not burn through programs and feuds.</p>

<p>I'm now in April of 2019 and the world continues to evolve.</p><p> </p><p>

Jack Bruce left SWF, but not to go to a different company -- they just chose not to resign him.</p><p> </p><p>

Killer Shark, who had been my top heel since the beginning of my save data finally left me at the end of 2018 when he signed a big money contract with USPW. Greg Gauge, who was on his second run with me (after having signed a written deal with GCG but not being picked up when BHOTWG disbanded GCG) signed a written deal with 21CW.</p><p> </p><p>

21CW is officially the number two company in the world, with SOTBW at number 3, USPW still at number one.</p><p> </p><p>

SCCW, booked by me, won Most Improved Company for 2018, so that was a nice feather in my cap.</p><p> </p><p>

With the loss of Killer Shark, it looks like Spencer Spade will become my top heel, which is a definite change from the monster heel we had before. Currently, Funakoshi is the Southern Heavyweight Champion after coming to America on the close of BCG.</p><p> </p><p>

David Stone and James Diaz have both come into the world, though David was not picked up by NOTBW upon his debut, so I scooped him up. James has also signed with me and I'm putting him with his cousin Logan and Robin Delay (who have been teaming as The Bloodline) to make a three-man group.</p>

<p>2006-2007 CV97 has been a year for Steven Parker, not even because I wanted it to be... just man, I don't know. </p><p> </p><p>

He had a match against my UC who has legit under 20 losses since 97 in a tournament match to determine the #1 contender for my Heavyweight title. Well, my UC had a Grade VI AC Joint Separation which meant Parker won the match. Parker's popularity goes from 80s to 90s in one match. Insane.</p><p> </p><p>

Okay, Parker now has the most popularity in the tournament but I want Steve Flash to get his moment, he never won the title. Flash vs Parker goes on in the finals... Parker lost. The next night on my TV show Steve DeColt wrestles and suffers a femoral stress fracture forcing him to be out for 4 months I think it was. </p><p> </p><p>

Okay shit... ironically it was in a multiman match INVOLVING Parker, so I ran with it. Parker beat the champ, he deserves a title shot. Flash won the tournament so we had a rematch. I never PLANNED on giving the title to Flash, but Parker is only 22. So, **** it. Flash gets a moment, he can be a transitional cha- NOPE injured. Grade VI AC Joint Separation, and Parker has won the title. I'm thinking "OKAY, Parker is a liability." Nope. All of them freak accidents. 3 of my main eventers out cold. Parker now has 95-100 popularity everywhere...at 22. In June, he has beaten my returning UC, and Steve DeColt... Flash came back without a rematch (because he never won) and now he has 5 defenses... </p><p> </p><p>

So, yeah. This was an enjoyable 6 months.</p>

<p>Just finished up Wrestlebowl VI for my SECW game.</p><p> </p><p>

Main event was the blowoff match with Logan Wolfsbaine beating The Silencer in a 2/3 falls match in a rematch of last year's main event. I had been planning on giving Silencer a face run where he breaks away from Shane Sneer and goes solo but NOTBPW already swooped in and I was only able to keep this booking with the trusty contract editor after adding a couple weeks to his deal. Still going to have him turn on Sneer thus storyline removing him and breaking up Southern Silence (Wooton, Thimbleby & Jack Griffith). I'll begin to line up some challengers in the meantime for Wolfsbaine as I do have a next title holder in mind.</p><p> </p><p>

My middleweight title was retained by Austin Smooth in a 6-way match vs Stan Manna, Rockin Ryan Turner, Conner Threepwood, Roger Monteiro & Sterling Whitlock. He'll get a pretty good run with this title as I have no next champion tabbed and he puts on good ratings.</p><p> </p><p>

SECW tag titles were reclaimed by Straight Fire (Gidayu Katou & Bradley Blaze) vs The Good Ol' Boys after losing them last month.</p><p> </p><p>

COTT Tag Team titles were won by The Stunners (Amazing Fire Fly & El Hijo Del Neutron) after a record breaking reign by The Big Time (Danny Rushmore & Mick Muscles). The Stunners had never been able to win over The Big Time and I tired to build them up enough so Rushmore & Muscles would be okay doing the job but Rushmore still had a problem so he got a nice bonus $5000 bonus out of it.</p><p> </p><p>

Samael The Accuser & Elliot Thomas beat Jack Griffith & Scythe in a match to get these guys on the card and since they had already done singles programs with each other. I'm planning a big push for Samael The Accuser post Wrestlebowl.</p><p> </p><p>

DeMarcus & Gray beat the Suave Squad(Cobra & Felipe Callebro) to win back the managerial services of Sweet Tabitha with her help even after she'd been going through stockholm syndrome the previous month. I'm going to link her and Gray romantically post WB so we will see if that causes problem for the tag team.</p><p> </p><p>

The Firm(Architect, Wolfe, Harvard, Copperhead & Deadline) beat Team Pilgrim (Pilgrim, Spade, Prince, Kamikaze & Zak Attack) to stay together. Just via this storyline Pilgrim(fighting his old stablemates) has gotten a huge push but I'm going to tap the breaks on that. And I still plan to break up The Firm just to freshen it up creatively but it will be more them imploding since they are heels.</p><p> </p><p>

And the COTT Trios title was defended by Alexander, Statler & Waldorf successfully vs Spike, Dagger & Hush in a match to get this title and these guys on the card. This title is basically pointless as its only defended by me and occasionally OLLIE(due to product of the member of COTT) and the next time its goes vacant I may phase it out.</p><p> </p><p>

SECW still has some work to do to get a TV deal or even go cult but i've been running a money loss show in New England monthly and 3 shows a month in the mid south that make money. Got a lot of turns planned that I'm going to have to spread out(don't like the idea of suddenly having a bunch of turns) but still going creatively strong in the longest running game I've ever run.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px;">50th State Big Time Wrestling (NWA Hawaii)</span> on the 1970 Mod. </p><p> </p><p>

6 months into the save, got the schedule sorted out. 4 Big NWA supershows hosted in Hawaiiwith lots of the big NWA stars and a few of my big guys.. The rest of the year having my own Hawaii big shows where my roster is mostly one with maybe 1 or 2 outside guys brought in if i need a change for a month. </p><p> </p><p>

Before each of the big shows of the months there's a smaller monthly show where I continue or set up feuds for the big shows. </p><p> </p><p>

50th State Champion: Peter Maivia - I'm looking to him to be my figurehead a guy that's an islander for the natives to get behind and take on the biggest villains of the days</p><p> </p><p>

50th State Tag Champion: The Blond Bombers (Ray Stevens & Pat Patterson) Took the titles from Ripper Collins and his partner. Ray and Pat are the two best performers in the company so i'm saving their split and feud for the top strap for the top ratings further down the line.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

NWA World Champion Dory Funk - I don't have Dory on my usual roster but he I bring him to defend his title against one of my top guys.. I may put the NWA title on Ray Stevens if he continues to perform very very well. </p><p> </p><p>

NWA Junior Heavyweight: Danny Hodge: He's a part of my roster, had him defend the title on every NWA supershow and a couple of my big shows.. I'm planning a big feud between him and Johnny Saint that I brought in to build up. Once ready I have Saint taking the strap of Hodge. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Overall just having fun, I haven't overloaded my roster, sticking with my core guys and bringing in others to put them over when needed. Brought in a chunk of older stars on 1 show deals before they retire... like Freddy Blassie, Considering bringing in El Santo to lose to Hodge as well as Pat O'conor and Gotch to have a match or two somewhere down the line.</p><p> </p><p>

It's been fun as I don't have 100 guys that I need to do something with. I have more core guys I'm working with.other that are there to mostly put the other guys over that I don't care about too much and 1 or two others like Saint that i'm building up. It leaves room for special guests and keeps me focused on my core guys. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-size:18px;">WWF 1987-1991.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:18px;">

</span></p><p>

October</p><p> </p><p>

September ended with the WWF v Japan Supershow in Japan with WWF,AJPW and NJPW wrestlers on the same show.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Beggining to lay the ground work for the Rumble in Jan which leads to the end of the Hulkamania Era and the start of the New Gen at 92's Wrestlemania. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

WWF Heavyweight Champion: Randy Savage </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

WWF IC champion: Randy Savage</p><p> </p><p>

WWF World Tag Team: Dusty and Dustin</p><p> </p><p>

WWF United States: Dusty </p><p> </p><p>

WWF Junior Heavyweight: Brian Pillman</p><p> </p><p>

WWF TV title: Chono</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The lull before the Rumble/Mania build I decided to have a bit of fun.. added the TV title at the WWF V a japan show, as a title I can mess about with as every other title is built properly with feuds. This I can just do whatever I fancy with. I gave chono the strap to the give a NJPW guy a title win. He'll lose on TV this week due to his 2 show loan contract. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The Junior Division: Really having fun with this division it started with Mutoh, Owen and Liger having the strap between them.. I pushed Mutoh up the card towards Flair... and put HBK in the slot, taking the strap a couple of times.. I intend on having Owen team with Neidhart soon so I brought Pillman in the division to take his place whilst I build up Negro Casas. The title has been in the hands of Owen, Liger, Mutoh, HBK,Pillman... not a bad lineage so far.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

US title, Dusty defeated the Monster Yokozuna for the title with slight help from Hogan. Yokozun was destroying whoever came up against him but the American Dream Baby took down the monster.. this will lead to Yoko v Dusty rematch at Wrestlemania.</p><p> </p><p>

Tag Titles: The title had been going between bladerunners, Road Warriors and Tully and Arn the last 2 years so I thought I'd change it up. I really like the image of Dusty and Dustin as a farther son Tag team champions espeically as I don't see Dusty being active post Wrestlemania and Dustin eventual change into Goldust.. this was really the only time I could pull it off. Give Dusty his huge push in the WWF as US and Tag champion. Post Rumble It'll chance to go back to Brainbusters or Road Warriors.</p><p> </p><p>

IC title: Bret defeated Savage a year ago for the strap to start Brets singles rise. Bret is moving up towards the Heavyweight title for Mania so I had Savage take the strap back. The future see's Savage take on Bulldog at Mania. Bulldog being the nearly man so far in his quest for the title. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

WWF Heavyweight title: 92's Mania see's Hogan v Bret for the strap... Hogan was the holder of the strap since the previous Mania and intended on him holding the strap for the year untill he faces Bret... however... I noticed that Savage has only held the strap once.. and with his performances he really should have had more love.. so during this lull I decided to put the strap on Savage defeating Hogan due to help from Yokozuna (Yoko was pissed that Hogan helped Dusty defeat him so returned the favor). It'll be the Savage v Hogan Rematch at the Rumble in which Hogan will take back his strap which will make Savage a 2 time champ and Hogan a 4 time champ.</p>

AAA and QAW are women's specific promotions, so if that's up your alley -- go for it. QAW is heavily influenced by lucha libre where as AAA is more traditional 'American' style. SWF and USPW are both good, mainstream pop over performance promotions that start with weekly TV, PPV deals, a bunch of money, and a lot of guys on the roster.<p> </p><p> OLLIE is traditional lucha libre and also a lot of fun to book. Personally, I play as MAW a lot -- they're by far my favorite promotion to play as. I've played as them in every iteration of the game since it game to Grey Dog Software. They offer a good old school, small vibe with monthly shows. They have a solid roster right now -- if at times a little underwhelming, but they are set up to be sustainable.</p><p> </p><p> If you like hardcore, PSW, IPW, or GSW are good places to go. CZCW is, in my head, equivalent to PWG right now in terms of ring style -- it uses a bit of everything and is definitely very modern.</p><p> </p><p> Then there is Japan and Europe and Canada and Australia... so really it depends on where you want to be based out of and the style of promotion you find most compelling. If in modern day real world mods you've been playing as WWE, then SWF or USPW would be your best bet.</p>
