I know relocations aren't uncommon or anything, but I was stoked about this one.

It doesn't really matter, since the travel costs weren't an issue, but it made me happy nonetheless. My #1 goal for this save is to make her a star, so it's pretty damn cool to see her move to the company's home region, especially so early. Probably my favorite thing to happen in this save so far. Maybe second place, since I lucked out with my first meddling attempt and created a friendship between Haley Buck and Dharma Gregg.

I'm testing it now with a promotion based in the British Isles, signing a ton of US and Japan based workers. Most are on writtens, some are PPAs (not going to raid my alliance partners just yet ). I'm going to write down all the people who relocate along with the date they signed (to eliminate the possibility of workers moving for a reason that doesn't directly involve working for me).

I pay my workers travels costs and i still find them moving closer. I think its more about being close to the company they are working at most popular.

Yeah, I didn't change the default contract offer, so travel was covered. That also means it's a 3 year written deal, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. Didn't mention it before, but Juana Huracán relocated from Mexico the day before (but to the Mid Atlantic region instead of Tri-State), and she's also on a written deal with travel costs covered.

So... where, exactly, does she go now?

 

*shrug* Seems to happen a lot, from what I've seen. Her contract came up in February of 2016 in my game and USPW didn't re-sign her (they had already signed J.Ro and Sara Marie York). She was still on the shelf with that broken ankle. So I brought her into QAW, a week before her contract expired.

 

The-619, why would you sign her (or ANYBODY) to an XPPA contract as a US based promotion?
