That must have been one hell of a push, cuz he is death in just about every stat available. How do you even have matches with a guy that has 34 stamina? Just 5 min squashes all year?

His performance stats are good, which means, depending on the promotion, is more than enough.

 

Edit: If you look at the date, it's in 2007. Looking at the 2007 database, his top row stats are even worse than the ones in that screenshot. However, his performances are even worse than in that screenshot.

To be completely fair, that's 18+ months of in game and he tags up with Yasunobu Masuno most of the time working against Natsu Miyamae and Ken Shimedzu.

 

But he consistently holds up his end of the bargain. The following year he ranked at #70 in the Power 500 and he just had a B-rated singles match with BURNING Koiso.

If you ask me, it's those good/decent Performance stats. He keeps him from stinking up the joint. He's got "B" for Basics, a "C+" for Psychology, and a "C" for selling. That's a solid performer there. He's not going to carry anyone himself, but he can probably be carried easily by anyone better than he is.

 

I notice that his stamina has been slowly been improve as well. Have you been putting him in matches where his stamina is put to (if not over) the limit?

I'm the Tri-state Wrestling Alliance. I'm so small fry it doesn't even matter how good the big boys are doing! I'm too busy hoping (early) ECW doesn't stick a fork in me and say I'm done. Or any of the other half dozen non-allied Tri State based companies.

 

I do have early Mick Foley and Steve Austin though.

So, I started a game, my first in TEW2016, using the Cornellverse 97 mod. I made a custom company, and imported six or seven guys from Lethal Steel in the Thunderverse (renamed and with new pictures) to fill things out a little bit, so my roster wouldn't just be like BBW +6 or something (though we do still share a lot of workers.)

 

Joji Maeno is one of these imports. Of the nine shows I've run so far, here are the chemistry notes that I've discovered:

This is getting ridiculous. The last three shows all have had chemistry discovered, first when my colour man was at a BHOTWG show, I stuck him in for one segment when Ryu Kajahara (usually my third man in the broadcasting team) had a match, and found good chemistry with the announcer. The next show, I stuck him in as the third man during Kajahara's match, and found great chemistry with my colour man. Then the show after that, I found great chemistry between him and Omura. And in three of the four singles matches he's been in so far I've discovered great chemistry.

 

I've never discovered so many chemistry notes from a single worker before, and I'm just over a month into my game. This is nuts.
