Callum and Youngman both top guys. Xavi was getting better in a similar position as Logan is. Ash Campbell wasnt with me but I was gonna sign him once I could afford more expensive workers. If he's an upper card guy jobbing to gimmicky gimmicks then he will suffer. But the fact he's just bouncing off 40 popularity and not actively going down either, I'd say he's capped.
