I totally get a tag partner going heel on his partner but what's a typical way for a partner to go face?

Anyone give any examples they've done in the game or from real life?

(Jefferson Stardust is turning face on Huey Cannonball and the Awesomeness are breaking up just FYI.)

I just signed Brandon James from SWF to my Cult level company and he's 30 points more over across the States than my next biggest name. I don't really want to put the belt on him for a while, but at the same time, he's not going to be okay losing to anyone so eventually he's going to have a ridiculous winning streak and be hard to keep away. Any thoughts?

My other main eventers and "big" names:

Harry Allen (F)

Clark Alexander (F)

Greg Black (F) (World Champ)

Kirk Jameson (H)

Knuckles (H)

Kashmir "Kaz" Singh (H)

Frankie Perez (F)

Extraordinario Jr (F) (Cruiserweight Champ)

I actually really like doing team splits from heel to turning one face. I prefer it to turning a member of a face team heel because I usually end up losing the one who stays face in the shuffle.

I’ve had a lot of success with the jealousy angle. Similar to your average face team jealousy angle but with a twist. Set your team to go on a winning streak and build them a ton of momentum. The more popular they get, the better. You have the partner who is going to turn face get a little more edge. He gets the pin more often, has more singles success and opportunities and he is getting a little more over with the fans. When you feel you’re ready for the turn have the team win a big match and then during the post match celebration you have Cannonball turn on him and beat him down. Stardust is now a face due to the beat down, the team is obviously no more and you have Cannonball with some ready made heel promos about how he was always the alpha of the team and never needed Stardust etc etc. Stardust returns to get revenge and you’ve got a major feud to run with. If you played it right you should come out with two over singles stars.

In a realistic world, what would a brand-new cult size company in game entail?

I'm playing the real world mod from January. Say Paul Heyman and Billy Corgan opened a wrestling company together. Would their name value and capital alone push that into cult size in game, or do you think it would still be regional?

If regional, what would push it to cult size in the real world?

Honestly, you have to recognize that wrestling just isn't mainstream in a Real World Mod. A Corgan/Heyman partnership would definitely be at regional, and would require a real television deal like with Spike to push them into cult.

Totally reasonable. I think that's good insight.

Thank you.

Anyone have any ideas for names of my soon to be created Alliance headed by WWF? looking at having all my worldwide child companies in one alliance so I can take advantage of some non-US stars who my child companies have signed

WWWE - World Wide Wrestling Entertainment (Tverse) - you can even use some of the belts.

In my 1987 game (went ahead and made it two player, playing as WWF and JCP, with JCP being renamed NWA), I gave Danny Davis some time off after being hit with a DDT by Jake "The Snake" Roberts. I recently ran a Saturday Night's Main Event where Ted DiBiase retained the WWF Title against Tito Santana, thanks to Danny Davis making his return and somehow being allowed to make the three count when the previous referee was knocked out.

As the storyline goes, Ted DiBiase paid for the best lawyer money could buy for Danny Davis, who he feels got a raw deal when he was suspended for life plus ten years by President Jack Tunney. So this mystery lawyer (who will be revealed soon) managed to get an injunction on the suspension, which of course infuriates Jack Tunney. The lawyer will turn out to be Oliver Humperdink, but I have considered maybe changing his name in typical WWF fashion. What would be some good names to consider? Or would Oliver Humperdink fit just as well?
