<p>2 questions:</p><p> </p><p>

1- When schedueling an event, what does the season finale part mean? Is it something like Wrestlemania, that is the biggest event of them all, or something like Summerslam, Survivor Series, Wrestlemania, being the top events of the company. In simpler words, should the season finale thingy be used once or more?</p><p> </p><p>

2- What does a floating title mean and what is it for?</p>

For my own play style I tend to set my major singles title as a main event and most of my other titles to be floating with an intention to keep them at a certain level anyway. It's a personal choice of structure vs freedom, and not all freedom is worth having as it can hurt things a lot more in TEW16 since prestige varies a lot more than it used to. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png"></p>

Is it ever better to use a worker with higher top row stats than psychology?

I heard that if a worker's psychology is lower than the highest top row stat, there will be a match rating penalty.

I'm asking because a lot of top workers in the C-Verse have lower psychology stats than top row, and am not sure how important psych is.

It used to be crucial but I can't say for sure it's still like that. But I assume it still causes the penalty. Try to script as much as possible to lessen the penalty.

I see people are ignoring my question, which really isn't that hard or stupid so I doubt nobody knows the answer. Can people still be managers when they're assigned as wrestlers, and can they enjoy the bonuses of being an occasional color commentator when still being assigned as a wrestler? In the earlier games I had the feeling that workers didn't get experience when assigned in atypical roles. Is it still like that? Thank you.

In my experience, Psychology has been much easier to raise than top row.

On the other hand, when you have great Psychology it'll help you get some bonuses like you could do Slow Build match, and let him Call In Ring.</p><p> </p><p> When we talk about whether it's better to use a worker with higher top row than psychology, I think there'll be a long calculation with some possible scenarios to answer it...</p><p> </p><p> But, my shortest answer (and totally just my opinion) would be it's better to have a wrestler with higher top row than his psychology. My personal reasons would be :</p><p> (1) Psychology, Basic, and Selling is growing faster than top row skill when you are booking him blindly on the match. What I mean by blindly, you are not making any effort to make sure you are booking this wrestler with somebody having higher stats with him.</p><p> Psychology, Basic, and Selling (and some other stats) are growing naturally per booked match until its maximum. On the other hand, sometimes top row skills just grow very a bit when you do blind booking. Most of the time, top row could grow when you involve another wrestler with better top row skill.</p><p> </p><p> (2) Regarding my first reason about when somebody would grow his top row skill better when there's somebody involve on the match with better top row skill, having somebody with high top row skill could help another workers on your rooster grow their top row faster (as long as they are not capped yet). In a meanwhile, you grow your wrestler's performance stats naturally...</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Blackman" data-cite="Blackman" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41194" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I see people are ignoring my question, which really isn't that hard or stupid so I doubt nobody knows the answer. <p>I managed to buy out a company of similar popularity to mine and pillaged some of their workers, title a and their TV shows (not sure why their TV but I did anyways) now I'm stuck with their show contracts that are left to run, is there any way of cancelling them other than tring to end the contract early as the companies won't accept my cancellation requests. </p><p> </p><p>

If I'd have taken the time to check thingspoicf I'd have never taken the shows on board as I already have 2 I run per week!</p>

<p>I'm sure it will have been asked but I wouldn't know what to really search for to return a valid result.. so:</p><p> </p><p>

Is there I way I can run a B-Event (Not TV show) on my network without a popularity ring.</p><p>

I want to run a B-Level tournament one off event. I also want to run my own B-Event for my development territory. 8 don't want it as a tv show though and want to show t on my network as an event.</p><p> </p><p>

Thanks a lot.</p>

Cheat way go to editor in game, go to the broadcaster and change the settings and demands of the broadcaster to be anti wrestling/your product, then save it go to the game ask to cancel and they will, then return to the editor and put the broadcaster back to normal</p>

<p>I've been playing The Golden Age mod since it came out, and have played through over 3 in-game-years, and I haven't seen any new companies open. There are several companies in the data that should have opened between the start of the game, March 1987, and my current date of August 1989.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm wondering what could be causing the companies to not open. It can't be that there's too many active companies, there are only 4 in the US right now- 2 national, 2 regional.</p>

The most likely answer is that their owners/founders were under exclusive contracts when they were meant to open. What promotions in particular?

The most likely answer is that their owners/founders were under exclusive contracts when they were meant to open. What promotions in particular?

The promotions, and their potential founders are:

POWW-Powerful Women of Wrestling

Should have opened:Sept 1987

Potential Founder: David McLane- unemployed since dec 1987, was owner of GLOW during Sept 1987

PPUK-Premier Promotions

Should have opened: Dec 1987

No Founder Specified

USWA-United States Wrestling Association-

Should have opened: Aug-1989

Potential Founders: Jerry Jarett(Employed, PPA Contract) and Fritz Von Erich(Unemployed since Jun 1989)

Wild West Wrestling

Should have opened: Aug1987

Potential Founder -Ken Mantell(unemployed, Employed as PPA during Aug1987)

When going through this data, I realized I was in the last week of July, 1989, so USWA should open at the beginning of the next month?
