<p>I have a question that I think I know the answer to but wanted to confirm.</p><p> </p><p>

Can you add new wrestlers to the database and have them available in an existing save?</p><p> </p><p>

Thank you.</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-size:18px;"><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">No need to reply. Found my answer and surprisingly it is yes.</span></strong></span></p>

I am trying to set up a promotion that runs events more like UFC did years ago, two large events per month that are set up on a subscription channel (Showtime). My Showtime deal is only for events, I have no TV show. I was just thinking though it would be really cool to create "hype" shows like HBO or Showtime do for boxing or UFC does for MMA, "Countdown to..." type shows. Is it feasible for me to create a 30 minute event and change my product settings so that my events are supposed to be 100% angles? Would this hamper my product setting? My product is focused on entertainment, cult, and hardcore.

As I understand it, you need at least one match per show regardless. You can however set your event and tv show match/angle ratios to be different and create a 30 minute weekly show otherwise, you just need to make sure there's one match on there.

Looking at my Production Values etc. against other regional companies, I'm below at least 6 companies in each category, some of whom are sub-Regional companies. A couple of q's, then:

1. Am I penalised for each step I sit below my rivals ("FCW's Music is 3 steps above yours"), or is it simply "FCW's Music is better than yours"?

2. It'd cost me an extra 30,000 a month just to upgrade each step by one, and that'd still leave me behind several rivals in each of the categories. Would it be better to focus on 1 or 2 out of the 4 categories, or is each evenly weighted in determining how much 'better' FCW and the rest are in comparison to me?

The guy made a mistake when he said to search the news-- that stuff isn't searchable. You kinda have to just chance upon it.</div></blockquote><p> What I like to do is whenever I get one of those interviews, I go to Preferences and edit the Worker's description test accordingly, adding something like "gets nervous the more he's pushed" or "likes to wrestle smaller opponents" in the end. This is useful if I run into someone I want to hire down the line, as I already have the info noted and it only affects my save and not the core database</p><p> </p><p> A little question regarding coverage and repetitive booking penalties:</p><p> </p><p> - A company with a regular schedule and TV coverage all over Mexico holds its January and February show in Northern Mexico with the same main event. If they do the same match in March but hold the show in Southern Mexico, it still gets repetitive booking penalty, since fans there have seen it twice before on TV, right?</p><p> </p><p> - In the same scenario, if instead of TV coverage, the company streamed its shows via the Internet, wouldn't it be the same in terms of repetitive booking penalites? Theoretically, fans in Southern Mexico have seen the match twice again, just online instead of on TV</p><p> </p><p> - How do the above change in the case of say, a Japanese promotion on a touring schedule? Events are probably the same, but I think the Player Handbook mentions that it's different when you have a deal to broadcast tour highlights. In that case, since fans have only watched the highlights and not the proper match, there would be no repetitive booking penalties, right? Again, how does broadcasting shows online change that? If a touring company streamed their shows and did the same match every week but in a different area of Japan, would they get repetitive booking penalties?</p><p> </p><p> Sorry, that came out longer than expected but I'm trying to fine-tune some cases</p>

(I'm asking out of financial savings to avoid companies to crash into bankrupty)</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Yes and no? Companies of that save typically have trouble getting on TV or PPV in most mods, so it will help them grow. But I imagine they would probably be losing money on running it. A subscription broadcaster, for example, requires a popularity in each region of something like 71 to generate a profit for the company.</p>

So in my case, I'm NYCW and I just made the jump to regional. I'm getting about 1,400 per show and all my shows so far have been run at Pennsylvania Park (2,000 capacity, $6,000 hire cost). So I'm guessing it would be beneficial then to create a 2,500 capacity venue in Tri-State area with a $4,500 hire cost, considering I probably won't run a show in another area for another couple years?</p>

<p>I was just wondering (haven't tested it), if you put the tag team champions in a battle royal, will you be able to put the tag titles on the line? </p><p> </p><p>

I should think so, since a battle royal is a match and you have the champs present. But like I said, I haven't tested it.</p>
