Playing a 1985 game as WCW and need names for a couple teams.

The first is Randy Rose and Dennis Condrey. They're the Original Midnight Express and using that name currently, but I also have Stan Lane and Bobby Eaton wrestling as The Midnight Express. The Lane/Eaton tandem is one of my all time favorite duos, so I'm keeping them with the Midnight Express name. All four men are being managed by Jim Cornette, so there's no kayfabe issues between the teams.

The other pair is Terry Taylor and Steve Keirn. Thought about using Keirn's Fabulous Ones team name, but it doesn't really fit Terry. They're heel.

For Rose & Condrey, how's The Garden of Love grab you? You have the floral named Rose and the Loverboy in Condrey. And maybe they could be trying to compensate for not being as relevant as Lane and Eaton by chasing all the skirts they can.

Meanwhile, the first thought that comes to mind for Taylor and Keirn is The Taylor Made Men. It's a moniker Terry would use in WCW a few years later that could get moved up in time. Perhaps the long term arc here could be that Taylor's ego gets the better of him. Terry appropriates the name for himself and Steve ends up fighting him over the disrespect. Although at the beginning maybe Keirn plays along and focuses on the last two words because while it is self-centered on Terry's part at least it's strong and manly.

Not too keen on Garden of Love, but using a tweaked version of Taylor Made Men for sure! Thanks bud

I am building up to the reveal of a stable in WWF 2001 with William Regal as the leader, and a hierarchy that has Big Show under him, then Edge and Christian, then Goresome (Rhyno and Mike Awesome, thanks for the great name request earlier!).

In masks they've beat down people for weeks and secretly worked together, the only members revealed thus far is Edge and Christian. Regal has also appeared in a lot of dark and powerful vignettes (without anyone knowing it's him) saying that he demands the WWF be more "proper".

Thus far I have only come up with the name "Proper Destruction" but it's soooo boring for an awesome stable I'm planning to push hard. Do any of you brilliant minds have better ideas?

I've just signed Axel Tischer (Alexander Wolfe) for Impact, and was wondering if anyone had an idea for a new name? I mean, I can run with Alexander Wolfe, but it doesn't seem realistic. I want him to keep the "insane" sort of gimmick, and perhaps a name that fits that. Thanks <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Also, I've signed Kenn Doane and Mike Mondo, formerly The Spirit Squad.

Need a new name for them, that suggests they've left that gimmick behind.

Doane used to appropriate Lenny Dykstra's name. Maybe Mondo could be Mossine or some such to play off Mike Mussina and they could be like The Clubhouse. Or The Dugout. Or do you looking to get away from the silly gimmickry altogether?

A name that suggests that they've left the Spirit Squad gimmick thingy behind, as I wrote. So yeah, a name that suggests they are more serious.

So yeah. The challenge then becomes how Doane reflects this change. With Mondo, you can play to that name by calling them Big or Major Whatever. Synonyms for names are one of the puzzle pieces I look at when figuring tag names and Mondo gives you many directions that can help in that way. Doane, however, has a name that could just as easily be an accountant's as a wrestler's. So some gimmickry is almost required with him.</p>
