The Miz (w/Damien Mizdow) vs. Jack Swagger (w/Zeb Colter)

Comments: i think it this point you're building to Sandow and Miz break up, so he'll fail to help the Miz and Swagger will win

 

Goldust vs. Dolph Ziggler (Non-Title)

Comments: i don't see Goldust beating Ziggler, knowing that Ziggler has such momentum

 

Big Show vs. Ryback

Comments: Rusev will interfere

 

Roman Reigns vs. Christian

Comments: it won't be a clean finish, but i don't see Reigns being #30 and getting the advantage in this, i think odds will be stacked against him heading towards the match

Tuesday January Week 4, 2015

 

We kickoff the final episode of SmackDown before the Royal Rumble with the #1 Contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship, the Miz and Damien Mizdow on their way down the ramp.

The pair gets in the ring and Mizdow welcomes us to SmackDown. Mizdow asks the WWE Universe if they missed them after being absent from RAW for professional issues. Miz interrupts Mizdow and says they cannot have missed Mizdow, because he's just a stunt double, he's replaceable. The fans boo. Mizdow states that he Miz would probably be surprised to see how many fans Mizdow has. The crowd cheers. The Miz says these people are ignorants. They don't know Damien Mizdow is just the stunt double, the body double of the Most Must-See WWE Superstar of All-Time, the A-Lister, The Miz. He compares himself to Tom Cruise. He says everybody knows Tom Cruise, but nobody gives a damn about his stunt double. Damien Mizdow agrees and apologizes to Miz.

The Miz vs. Jack Swagger

The Real American Jack Swagger and the Miz wrestled a good opening bout for SmackDown. The two went all-out during the match. Miz finally got the win after Mizdow came in the ring to hit Swagger with the Skull Crushing Finale when the referee wasn't looking, allowing Miz to cover him for the three count.

 

Rating: 72 (12:47)

After the match, Miz celebrates like he just won the most important match of his life and Mizdow does the same. They leave and we go to the commercials.

Back from the break, the Intercontinental Champion comes out to a pop. He talks about not having to defend his Intercontinental Championship at the Royal Rumble. He says it's a good opportunity for him to seize the opportunity and go in the Rumble Match without being affected physically by a match earlier in the evening. He says he will go on to win the Royal Rumble Match and headline Wrestlemania and become the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and Intercontinental Champion at the same time. He says he has a match against Goldust and will steal the show another time and it will just be a preview for the Royal Rumble.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Goldust

The Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler took on former three-time IC Champion Goldust in one on one action. Goldust received help from his brother Stardust during the match. Their relation seems to have improved as of late. Ziggler gets the win out of nowehere when he hit Goldust with the Zig Zag for the win.

After the match, Goldust is shocked. He takes a microphone and he says he was inches away from the victory, but once again he came up short. He leaves the ring and goes back to the locker room area, sad, with his Stardust trailing behind. We go to the commercials.

Back from the break, Kane comes out and goes in the ring. He has his suit on. He says he doesn't have a match scheduled for tonight, because he wants to be 100% for the Royal Rumble. He asks some employees to come to the ring with a table covered by a red sheet. He uncovers it and it's a mechanical ball blower. He says it's time for him to draw his entry number for the Royal Rumble. He presses a button and he reads the number on the ball: 9. Kane says he's in charge, so he'll draw again. He preses the button again and draws #8. He draws again and he gets #12. Kane draws another time and he draws #13. He intends to draw another time, but

The Lunatic Fringe interrupts Kane. He goes straight in the ring and shoves the machine away. He unloads on Kane and hit the Dirty Deeds on him through the table. He takes Kane's microphone and says it isn't fair if Kane can draw the number he wants when he drew #6 and he didn't have the rights to draw another time. He throws the table away and leaves the ring, leaving Kane lying.

Back from the break, we see the Miz and Damien Mizdow backstage. They argue about Mizdow helping Miz to get the win. Miz says he was about to win, and Mizdow didn't have to come in the ring. Miz says he would have been able to defeat Goldust alone and warns Mizdow to stay outside of the ring the next time.

The Usos come in and they attack Miz and Mizdow. They say they'll have to communicate better if they want to capture the WWE Tag Team Championship, because Jey Uso has been cleared to compete. So it's now official, The Miz and Damien Mizdow vs. The Usos at the Royal Rumble.

We cut back to the ring and Ryback is in the ring. He promises to win the United States Championship at the Royal Rumble to defend America's honor. But, right now he needs to focus on the Big Show.

Ryback vs. The Big Show

Ryback failed to win against the Big Show, when his Royal Rumble opponent and United States Champion Rusev ran in Superkicked Rusev.

After the match, Rusev locks in the Accolade and refuses to break the hold and Lana holds a Russian Flag. We cut back to the commercials with Rusev standing tall.

Back from the commercial break, it's Roman Reigns coming to the ring. He talks about having a match against Christian tonight, because Captain Charisma stole the win after HE hit Kane with the Spear. He says they have a rematch tonight and he will win the #30 spot and we can believe that!

Roman Reigns vs. Christian

The two Superstar had a tough battle for the #30 spot in the Royal Rumble. The match ended by disqualification when Christian decked a Spear and Reigns speared the referee. The referee immediatly disqualified him, Christian keeping the #30 spot.

After the match, the lights go out and Bray Wyatt comes out and hit Christian and Reigns with Sister Abigails. He laughs to end SmackDown.

The Tournament Continues

 

This week, the tournament match is between two tag teams wrestlers. The 7-feet tall Colin Cassady will take on The Legionnaires' Sylvester Lefort. These two competitors will battle their way to the second round and will face Aiden English in the second round. Who will advance in the tournament?

 

BFFs

 

Shaul Guerrero is determined to become Sasha Bank's friend, but Sasha Banks doesn't want her to hang around with the Boss. Guerrero said she could help Banks capture the Women's Championship. But, last week, Sasha said to Shaul to get that out of her head. This week, the Boss of NXT will face Bayley and both women want to get their hands on the Women's Championship. A win for them could be a step in the right direction to face Charlotte. Who will get the important win?

 

Where is Finn Balor?

 

Last week, Finn Balor was kidnapped by a hooded man during his match with Adrian Neville, before going away in a car. Neville sweared he had nothing to do with the incidence, but where is Finn Balor? Are we going to see him again?

I'll debut a new format for the Royal Rumble that I intend to keep for all my PPVs. RAW, SmackDown and NXT will stay the same, but all the PPVs will have their unique format that you'll see for the first time for the Royal Rumble PPV!
